Frank was absolutely fabulous! I was hesitant on getting a videographer due to trying to stay within my wedding budget. Some people told me it would be worth it so I stretched my budget and hired Frank. Let me just say it was the best decision I made. Frank did an amazing job capturing literally every special part of my day! Ive been watching the videos over and over reliving the day. Wedding videos are a must and I 100% recommend Frank!! Not only did he make sure he captured every moment but he asked me questions to make sure that when he put my videos together that it would be everything I wanted. He nailed it. It was everything I wanted and more. It was the best day of our lives and we now have something to watch any time we want to relive it! Thank you so much Frank! Frank makes you feel like a friend, not a client

My husband and I planned our Charleston wedding from the Middle East, so we were really fortunate that our planner recommended Frank as he was so helpful and communicative the entire process. He takes his job so seriously, shows compassion and enthusiasm from every email to the actually wedding and even after the wedding. He is really creative and allowed us to share what our "vision" was and made it happen. I appreciated that he was happy to hear our feedback and requests and he went above and beyond to produce wonderful footage. Frank is the best and you'll be in the best hands in Charleston if you choose him as your videographer.

Frank captured our greatest wedding memories.

Frank was just a joy to work with and absolutely loves what he does. He somehow captured incredibly intimate moments without anyone realizing that he was even there with his cameras. The videos turned out better than we had hoped - and the way he overlapped the afternoon and evenings moments was just remarkable.

Great experience!

Frank is wonderful to work with! I went back and forth on getting a videographer and I am so glad we did--our wedding was 2 weeks ago and we've watched the footage already to relive the day--he got it back to us SO fast :) Frank was great at communicating with us and keeping everything organized for the wedding day! We had to postpone because of COVID for a year and he made the transition very smooth and easy. The teaser he made of our wedding could not be more perfect. His rates are also great and allow for customization to fit your budget. I highly recommend booking Frank to be your wedding day videographer!

Amazing Videographer

Frank was beyond amazing at every step along the way. He made sure we knew what to expect, gave us great pointers to make the video amazing, and he was very professional. Frank was very quick to respond to all our messages and the turn around was so fast. He kept sending us little clips the week after the wedding which was awesome to see, and we received our DVDs within 2 weeks after the wedding. I would highly recommend Frank at Francis West Studios. He was wonderful to work with during the whole process! I am so happy we picked Frank to be our videographer!

Best money we spent on our big day!

Frank and his team were simply amazing. It is without a doubt the best money we spent on our wedding- NO QUESTION! Frank and I met prior to the event so that he could get a feeling of what footage was most important to us. He surpassed our expectations, delivered our “wants” and so much more! It was so important to me, because I was done “planning” and hadn’t considered a videographer... until I had a dream and woke up at 3am and realized that as the bride, there was so much I would NOT see! Especially being the last to walk down the aisle, I would miss everything beforehand. Frank captured the entire thing with multiple camera angles, many microphones, and I am so grateful! After the wedding, we heard two things consistently- 1: the day was perfect and the wedding was a blast! And 2: Your videographer was amazing! He was everywhere and we can’t wait to see the videos! So we started receiving the videos on our honeymoon and our expectations were truly surpassed. Not only is the video AMAZING but the audio, too! It is remarkable, and he is so talented. We received our videos ASAP, and they will be cherished by us forever! Can not recommend him enough, he is so professional and kind. Exactly what we wanted, and then some! Hire That Frank Guy!

We were very pleased with Francis West Studios. My daughter and her fiance thought they didn't want a videographer, so I hired Frank for myself.

It's a good thing I did, because after COVID hit, Frank was able to provide a live stream of the ceremony. Friends and family from 5 different countries were able to watch and comment in real time. It was so much fun to read their comments the next day.

Frank got the finished product to us really quickly. When I saw that my daughter was sharing it on social media, I jokingly commented, "I thought ya'll didn't want a videographer," to which she responded, "We were wrong."

I made the decision to hire Frank because I felt he offered the best combination of talent, price and packaging and recommendations. He delivered 100%.

I highly recommend hiring Francis West Studios. You won't be disappointed.

Exceeded my expectations

Frank was simply amazing. My destination wedding left me with many phone calls or FaceTime with vendors because I couldn’t be with them in person, which left me a little anxious initially but Frank was outstanding. Not only did we go through the day of planning together whilst I was waiting for my pets coming out of the bed and being interrupted multiple times he was super patient super outgoing and just full of life. My make up and hair people arrive late on the day of my wedding but he and my photographer worked so well together and got out of each other’s ways when they needed to, Made me feel super comfortable in front of a video camera and was working his tail off at my event running around trying to capture all the moments that I wanted to see. Frank was truly great and he Definitely exceeded my expectations

Frank was a true professional during these crazy COVID times and we cannot recommend him enough! No matter what changed about our day because of the virus, the one constant was Frank. He not only help us customize our many, stunning wedding videos, but helped us every step of the way. Frank is a genuine, talented videographer who provided us with the most amazing quality videos and clips, and having him be part of our day was such a joy as he seamlessly felt like part of the wedding group/family! In addition, the response time on getting our videos back was instantaneous and we loved not having to wait to see them. Get a videographer!

Frank was wonderful to work with! He helped capture our wedding day perfectly. We were on the fence with getting a videographer and we are so glad that we did. He captured from getting ready through to our sparkler send off. He was wonderful to work with and we highly recommend him and his team. ALSO he does something different than a lot of videographers and captures your love story which is so special and wonderful to see back.

We are SOO happy we hired Frank. Honestly out of all the money you spend, a videographer is thing you should make a priority. You will never be able to experience the best day/night of your life again and this is the next best thing! Frank was so easy to work with and such a nice guy. We got the Bronze package which included ALL of our important stuff - ceremony, reception, and alllll the dancing. He came earlier than his start time to set up and really went the extra mile to capture all our important moments. I don't even know when he took a break- it seemed like he didn't miss a thing! He got our video back to us so quickly and we just had big grins across our faces while watching. There were so many funny moments of other guests that you don't get to see during the night, so it was an absolute joy going back and getting to see different images of the night that you didn't know was even going on! Wonderful!

Frank was AMAZING! He was prompt in returning my inquiry email, and very professional and on time. He knew exactly what he was doing and captured all angles of our special day. He was not in the way and did well fading into the scenery and background to get his videos. He had a fun personality and laughed a lot! We had a good time! Make sure you like being videoed because he will get tons and tons of footage! Well worth the money! Our love story made me cry tears of joy and he captured every detail I could ever want. Went above and beyond my expectations!

A wedding videographer was not in our original wedding budget, however at the strong recommendation of a friend, we decided to hire one only 2 months prior to our wedding! We had no idea of whom to hire and our photographer highly recommended Frank Guy of Francis West Studios, stating he viewed him as the best in the Charleston area. I had no idea if he would still even be available but from the moment we talked it seemed Frank was meant to be our videographer. He WAS available and he had such an easy manner about him from our first phone call to after the wedding. He responds to emails and questions rapidly and was so professional from his website to his contracts, to the way he interacted with everyone on our wedding day. He captured so many precious moments and yet he managed to stay out of sight and not interrupt our special day. And the quality of his videos and turn around time were above what I expected for the reasonable price for his services that do not compare to anyone in this area. Hands down I would recommend Frank Guy to anyone who asks and would book him again in an instant!

We booked Frank last minute for our wedding at Palmetto Bluff, and it was the best decision we made! Frank beautifully captured memories that we will have forever - with very little prep time! Glad we booked Francis West Studios for our wedding. At first we weren't considering to hire a videographer but good thing we did. Their price is very reasonable and they will work around your budget. Frank is very helpful and creative. Worth the Money!

Frank was 100% worth every penny. He was outstanding on the day of. Arrived on-time, started working right away and was always present but never in the way or distracting. My family and I have seen some clips and parts of the DVD and love the video quality, different shots and editing. Frank works magic with the camera. If you had to chose between a photographer and videographer - go with the videographer. Looking back I love how the video is happening in real time. We don't have to be taken away from the party to get videos/shots/etc. That is priceless.

We went back and forth for a long time on hiring a videographer for our big day. I can honestly say it was the best decision we made of the entire wedding! Frank was so professional the day-of and made me laugh often throughout that stressful day. He made us feel comfortable around the camera and he was never intrusive - eventually we didn't even notice him around! I can not express how awesome it has been to watch all our special moments over and over and to have forever! There are so many things about the wedding that photos alone just can't capture. The ceremony, our first dance, the toasts, etc- we'll get to see and hear it all forever! A written review seems too simple to properly explain how happy you will be with Frank as a part of your wedding! I wish I could put up a commercial with all the comments from our family and our friends about the video quality from Frank. My daughter and I will forever be thankful we chose Frank for her wedding. It is now six weeks after the wedding, and Frank had already provided us with every single exciting memory moment. We have dvds, flash drives and all the footage in Dropbox. He is completely done with every single detail and we still have only received sample photos of a few wedding pictures from our photographer. We had footage within days from Frank. We had clips coming every few days and over the weeks after the wedding. We were just so excited to receive an email that Frank had sent something to view. My daughter and I genuinely will forever cherish every single second that Frank sent us and will forever also be grateful we chose him!

I've known Frank for nearly a decade ever since he was the videographer for my brother and sister-in-law, so I knew when I got engaged I just had to book him for my wedding. Working with Frank was one of the best decisions we made when it came to our wedding. We initially weren't sure we were going to hire a videographer, but we are SO glad we did. My fiancé and I were on the fence about hiring a videographer because it wasn't in our budget. Im so happy I choose Francis as my videographer. I was unsure if I was going to have a videographer as it did not fit in my budget. I then came across Francis and I found him so reasonable he had a variety of packages for everyone's budget. I spoke with Francis on the phone and he is so nice and lets you know exactly what to expect. I'm so happy I now have a video of my day as it was an amazing day and I now have it to keep forever.

I got married about a month ago in Charleston, SC (April 2017) and Frank Guy was our videographer. He is absolutely fabulous; I highly recommend him to any Charleston brides! He quickly got the video footage to us within a week after our wedding and the love story is amazing. I've watched it so many times and many of my family and friends have commented on how great it is (some people commented on how it brought them to tears). I highly recommend Frank (as does my husband!), he was so wonderful to work with!

Frank was so amazing! My fiance and I are super nerdy, and we asked him to incorporate some Lord of the Rings music into our videos. Frank is amazing! We got married on Tybee Island in Georgia, so Frank had to make a little bit of a trip to shoot our day. I remember clearly when I first spoke on the phone with Frank about his services. We laughed through majority of the conversation, so I knew he would be a fun someone to have shoot our wedding day! We were so early in booking his services that he waved the travel fee! Him and his second videographer were everywhere on the wedding day making sure to shoot every detail, and I'm so thankful for that. The very next day after our wedding, Frank sent us our first video teaser and it brought the happiest of tears to my eyes. Coming back home and starting back to work immediately after getting married got me really stressed out, but the teaser video Frank sent us of our wedding vows brought me back to the happy feelings of "we got married yesterday" and brought happy tears to my eyes. We are only a week after our wedding and Frank has already sent us 3 more raw footage videos from our day! Such quick work! AND he had to evacuate Charleston for Hurricane Matthew and was still able to get us video footage. I can't say enough great things about Frank! We can't wait to get more video footage and our "preview video" of the day as a whole!!

If I had to explain my experience with this company I would simply use the word "grace". Frank was absolutely amazing from the moment we spoke on the phone. He is flexible which is awesome because you never know how plans could change, and it's great to have a team of people there to support you. Deciding to hire Frank Guy from Francis West Studios as my wedding videographer was the best decision that we could have made. In the beginning of our wedding planning process, we were unsure if we wanted to include a videographer into our budget and thought a photographer would be enough to capture all of our wedding memories. I am so happy that we decided to go with adding Francis West Studios because there is no other way to truly capture all the emotions and events that you might not get to see or feel with just photographs. Frank truly captured so many of my wedding guests, funny moments, and priceless footage that I cannot wait to relive for many years to come. We have all our important moments on video such as our ceremony and reception highlights, as well as so many more memories that we cherish that we never would have thought to capture. Frank was the perfect choice for our videographer! In my initial conversations with him, he was always willing to answer every question and call me back immediately with any concerns I had. He was always available for questions. A few weeks before the wedding, we decided to lower our contracted package, which meant cancelling a second videographer for the day. Frank generously talked me through what I wanted for our videos, but was willing to work with me and lower our package. I appreciate the flexibility he had in the planning process!

When meeting Frank the day of, I was immediately impressed with him because of his kindness and joy at being there to capture our day. His presence felt more like a friend of the family than a vendor, which I definitely appreciated. His professionalism was great, getting his shots quickly but staying out of the way of guests. I never felt like a video camera was in our way, which was a concern of my husbands.

Frank not only produced an amazing video that captured all moments of the day, but it arrived to us before we came home from our honeymoon! My husband and I got to watch all of our videos from the wedding before we had to come back to reality. It was a really special moment, and one that Frank really worked toward for us!

I really felt celebrated by Frank, and I would recommend him to any couple! The videos turned out beautifully, and both my husband and I are so happy we hired Frank! You won't be disappointed!

Frank is THE BEST!!!!! If it wasn't for Frank working his magic I would have never seen SO many special parts of my day. The video that he sent me just days after my wedding was magical!! He had placed cameras down the isle catching everyone walking down....he had drones that he flew around the venue before the ceremony and he edited it beautifully by adding music that just pushed it over the edge of incredible! I contacted Frank at the last minute and he happened to be available on my daughter's wedding date. He was so easy to talk to and very accommodating to our Hilton Head venue. Frank is an awesome person and so great to work with. He was always quick to respond and made the process so easy. I found it sort of difficult to find a videographer, I guess partly because I didn't really know what to look for. When I was looking, I would find some that asked so much money for what didn't seem to be a quality video. But once I found Francis West Studios and looked at the website, I knew he would be perfect for our wedding! When we first met, Frank had everything laid out so neatly and asked us questions that I didn't even think about. I was so confident that Frank would produce something that we would love and he certainly did!! One of the things that I wanted most in our video was to hear our vows loud and clear and I got what I wanted. Frank has true talent filming and editing footage. I was amazed at how quickly he got our video back to us! 1 week and 2 days! I am just so grateful to have this wonderful video of a day that was truly my fairytale.

If you are debating about getting a videographer or not...DO IT!!
Now that the wedding whirlwind is all over for me, I must say it all seems like a haze. It was great watching our video and seeing moments that we didn't even know happened or seeing people that we didn't get a chance to talk to.

Frank Guy of Francis West Studios was absolutely fantastic. He was excited to be working for us and even drove from Charleston to Columbia to scope out the venue three weeks before our wedding. We received one sneak peek video three days after our wedding, and another one the next day. We absolutely loved everything about our ceremony video and are waiting patiently to watch the second. I think he set up 3-5 different cameras for optimal angles. We would absolutely recommend Frank to anyone! Frank and his assistant were beyond wonderful for our wedding. They were two of the nicest people I have met. Frank is wonderful! He did a fantastic job with the video for our daughters destination wedding. For a reasonable fee he traveled to Bluffton for the shoot ,starting with the bride getting ready and stayed till the happy couples departure. The bride & groom LOVED working with him! So did the photographers. . I found his pricing to be THE most reasonable amongst the many videographers I checked into, especially since his package pricing includes 3 edited DVD's.
You can tell Frank loves what he does. His energy level is high--he is constantly in motion!
He was very responsive with his replies to my many emails & he put up with my endless questions, never waivering from being polite and professional. If you are looking for a videographer for your wedding or any event, Mr. Frank Guy is your man!! We got married this past December at the Mackey House in Savannah, GA, and they recommended Frank to us, and we sure are glad they did! Frank had been in touch with my mom a good bit, but he personally called me a few weeks before the wedding to get my ideas for the video. After our first conversation I knew this would be one aspect I didn't have to worry about, he knew what he was doing and didn't hesitate once about my suggestions.

The day of the wedding Frank met us at the venue. He was fun, wonderful, and accommodating the whole day, and that was no easy task since we had some bad weather issues. During my interview I told what were probably some embarrassing facts about my husband and myself, like how much we love The Lion King and other stuff... However, much to my surprise Frank took all of those personal details and incorporated them into our final video, which is absolutely flawless! I was so shocked when I put in our DVD and the intro was the same intro to the Lion King movie with the song and the sun coming up over the horizon. It is too perfect for words and will be something we can happily watch for years to come.

Frank, I can't thank you enough for being so kind and wonderful to us, and working so hard to make this everlasting treasure perfect for me and TJ.

I'm so glad we hired Frank to capture our wedding on video. During the planning process, I wasn't sure I had the budget to include videography; many wedding videographers in the Savannah area were charging enormous prices and didn't offer the coverage I wanted. But the packages at Francis West Studios were the best I found for the coverage I needed. And it didn't mean I had to sacrifice the quality! Frank's work is top-notch and exactly what we wanted. Several family members have commented that it was well worth the money we spent, and we've had so much fun sharing the highlight videos with friends and family who couldn't make it to the wedding. One comment we received on Facebook was, "This is almost as good as being there in person!"

Frank started sharing sneak peeks - the first dance, the vows, etc. - with us starting the week after the wedding. We were surprised at the fast turnaround (we had our full video within 3 weeks). We also really enjoyed working with Frank; he was extremely flexible and accommodating, friendly, and unobtrusive (we didn't even realize he was there getting the shot). I can't stress enough how great he is and how happy we are with his work. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a wedding videographer in the Charleston or Savannah areas!

We hired Francis West Studios for our December wedding. After watching Frank's videos on his website and seeing the quality of his work, I knew fairly quickly he was our guy :) He was professional, kind, patient, and willing to do whatever he could to capture our day to the fullest. He did our interviews before the ceremony, totally putting us at ease. He was even able to pull out "lovey stuff" from my husband :) At the reception, we didn't even know he was there! He blended right into the fun and was never invasive. He even passed along sneak peeks throughout our honeymoon that we were able to enjoy before the final video which he had finished not even a month after the wedding!! Frank was amazing! He is the friendliest/sweetest guy and such a professional! We had a beach ceremony then a long reception and on top of that he was willing to film our rehearsal dinner (which ended up being way longer than we anticipated) at an exceptional value! We recently used Frank as our videographer at our wedding in Daniel Island, and he did everything that was expected and more. He was very professional, positive attitude, and does great work. Frank was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. While my now-husband and I loved his signature "love story" concept, we envisioned something slightly different for our wedding video. Frank worked with us until the video was exactly what we had in mind. The final product is a perfect representation of our wedding day and the love my husband and I have for each other. We are so thankful to have our wedding preserved in such a special way, and know that we will treasure our personal "love story" and ceremony footage forever.

PS: Frank's turn-around time is incredible! He posted a preview of our first dance within days, and we received our final video less than a month from our wedding. Thank you, Frank!

Frank was an absolutely amazing person to work with. I had a very tight budget, and he customized his packages to fit my needs and wants. He was always willing to be as involved as we wanted him and he captured some truly amazing moments. He is a joy to be around. We received "sneak peaks" of our videos within a week and he shipped the completed DVD about a week and a half after the wedding. Frank is a great videographer with an amazing energy who will do whatever it takes to give you exactly what you want in your wedding video!

I found Francis West Studios here on wedding wire. The reviews I read lead me to contact Frank. We were married on Daufuskie Island in SC. For those of you who not familiar with Daufuskie, you can only get there by boat, not vehicles. So...The logistics were something out of the ordinary, both to and from the event.

Frank was very responsive to my inquire and staying in touch as the date got closer. He spoke with us about what we would like and what was important to us. He arrived on time and was on top of everything. Very professional, caring, hard working. We could not have asked more from him.

Frank is very personable as well. Not just to the Bride and Groom, but everyone in attendance.

Our video was produced well and looks great. Neither of us can think of anything more Frank could have done!

What a wonderful experience! Frank went above and beyond to capture everything about my wedding day perfectly! He was so easy and pleasant to work with and it means the world that he drove all the way from Charleston to Savannah to shoot our wedding. His Love Story video that he did for us was just incredible and if you are using Frank for your wedding, I highly recommend getting the Love Story video—you will cherish this forever and Frank does just a wonderful, phenomenal job! Frank Guy with Francis West Studios was EXCELLENT!!! We couldn't have asked for better!
I was really nervous about searching for a videographer in the Savannah/Charleston area, since I live in Atlanta, and not knowing anybody that could give me recommendations. I went based on the reviews, the price (always looking at budget with a wedding), and the work. I felt that Frank met those needs and contacted him. He was extremely professional and was always quick with communicating with me, which for a stressed out bride that is planning her own wedding is very important!
He surpassed my expectations!!! My husband and I were overly impressed with our wedding video. We absolutely loved it and he got everything we asked him to. My husband, who is a very laid back individual, was most excited about the video more than anything else and kept asking when we would get it, like the day after the wedding. We received the video within two weeks, very timely!
Frank captured our special day exactly how we remembered it, and more! We love it, thank you so much Frank!!!

My husband and I went back and forth about having a videographer for our special day... All I can say is that I am so thankful that we found Frank and that we had him there with us that day!! We definitely made the right decision and I think had we not done it we would have regretted it forever! Frank was so professional and was there from the start of our day to the very end! His level of service was amazing and he captured every special moment that I could have asked for and more... I would recommend Francis West Studios to any bride and groom. Frank was friendly and very professional and at the wedding ceremony I didn't even notice he was there. Yet, now we have those beautiful moments captured on video to always remember and relive! He also captured all of the emotion and joy of the day perfectly, from before the wedding to the ceremony and reception, to our exit... he also included special messages from family and friends that we loved seeing after our wedding. The video truly is classic and timeless, and will be something we watch again and again to relive our special day. He did a fantastic job!!

So pleased! I was torn if I needed a videographer for our wedding... but I am SOOO glad that I that we did! I found Francis West Studios just by doing a simple google search and feel like I've won the lottery! Since the first meeting, I've been nothing but pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness, ideas, and flexibility. Frank is a great guy and fun to be around which is key when you are camera shy like us! We recently had an engagement video done and it turned out wonderful. He painted the perfect story of us and I get choked up every time we watch it. This is something I will cherish forever! We have a family friend doing our wedding photographs, but Frank was nice enough to snap a few photos of us on our engagement video shoot... and I would wholeheartedly recommend his photography services as well!

Our wedding is coming up in a few weeks in Hilton Head and he is capturing our rehearsal dinner and wedding... I literally can't wait to see how it turns out! Definitely recommend going with Frank and going for the complete package! So pleased with everything thus far! If you are torn like I was on getting a videographer... my advice is DO IT and go with Francis West Studios!!

We loved our video! Everyone in the family has been requesting extra copies after watching it! Videographer is great to work with, friendly and professional! I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants a perfect memory of their wedding in video form!!

Francis West Studios did more than just capture images of our special day... Frank provided us with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. This is money that is absolutely well spent for any wedding! Frank went above and beyond the call of duty. First, we did a walk through of our venue well in advance so Frank could visualize the ceremony and reception and plan out where he would need cameras set up. Then, he arrived early the day of our wedding to interview my wife and I for the "Love Story" segment of the video (SO cool and a MUST when you choose Frank)! Everything was done so professionally. Pictures are very important, but now my wife and I also have an amazing video documenting our entire wedding that we will be able to show our children one day. Thanks Frank, what a special gift you provided us!

Frank was the perfect videographer. He was very personable and covered all of the special events at both our wedding ceremony and reception. Our wedding video turned out to be better than we ever imagined it could be. The cost was very reasonable and you get a lot for the amount of money you spend. I would have to say our favorite part of the wedding video is the Mini Love Story. It brought tears to our eyes and was put together with such thought. Thank you Frank! Frank was extremely accommodating. He traveled all the way to Orlando for our wedding. He took the time to make sure that everything and everyone was a part of our video. The interviews that took place before the wedding were so wonderful.

After the event we had our video in just a couple of months along with copies for each set of parents. The video reflected the day perfectly, and I could not have asked for a better momento!!

Frank loves to help you tell your story with pictures...live moving pictures. I feel that our special day was captured just the way I wanted. .. all the excitement and joy was there. We opted for the full video uncut version and a mini-version that we could pass out to our friends.

I cannot even begin to express how pleased we were with Frank Guy! My husband and I originally were not going to use a videographer, but his parents insisted after they hired Frank as the videographer for his sister's wedding in Charleston. I am SO glad too because I could not imagine not having our video now. Frank's professionalism is unparalleled and the quality of the video is amazing. We felt immediately at ease with Frank, it was like he was part of the family. Frank's videos are especially unique with how he captures a couple's "Love Story" (our favorite part of the video). We received our video in an extremely timely manner (WAY before our pictures) which was a huge plus as well! HIGHLY recommended! You will not be disappointed!
