  Camille has been a huge help! We had to deal with the Alfred Angelo closing and she was so sweet and helpful with figuring out a new flower girl dress and calling the manufacturer to help ask clarifying questions we had and to make sure that it would arrive in time. She's also been great with helping us figure out some fabric conundrums and I cannot thank her enough!

  Francia Bridal was the only bridal shop I went to before I found THE dress. When I walked in she knew exactly what I wanted and wasn't afraid to tell me if something looked bad on me, which my mom and I appreciated. She was always willing to let me come in and try on my dress and she was really good at fitting it to me. I was a bride to Camille - not just another girl buying a wedding dress like at Davids Bridal. This was fun to see her and she would always remember you. My fittings where great and she always was attentive to what I wanted. I had straps sewn onto my dress and you have never known my Paloma Blanca wedding gown didn't come with them. I brought back pictures after our wedding and she was ecstatic and just as excited as before. It might be more expensive to go to a bridal boutique but the experience was awesome and it made my wedding planning way better. I also got my bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses from Francia Bridal and she did just as good of a job on their dresses. I wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else. She is awesome at what she does - that's why she's been open for so long.

  I used Francia Bridal for my bridesmaid dresses. They had a wide selection of dresses & colors. I found it odd that ordering these dresses in March meant they wouldn't be ready until August (late August, early September as it turned out). I also did not like that Francia mailed each of my bridesmaids a card telling them their dress was in, and that they had scheduled a fitting appointment for them and would charge them money if they did not show up. Needless to say, all my bridesmaids cancelled their appointments, picked up their dresses and had them fitted at their own tailors.

  I used Francia Bridal for my bridesmaid dresses. They had a wide selection of dresses & colors.   I had a bitter sweet experince with this vendor. The owner has a lot of expertise for sure. She was able to help me create the look I wanted, by offering ideas and suggestions that I loved. I didn't have any problems with dresses being on time. Yes, it's a tiny store, but I did get a feeling that I was getting personalized attention. They are nice people to work with. However, I was talked into altering my dress in which I really didn't want to. The owner said that I couldn't zip up the back so therefore it didn't fit. Any dress that is heavy is hard to zip up by yourself. I needed help zipping it up even after she altered it ..go figure.
  So I fell for the quintessential scam, that it is to get your dress altered. I think this happens anywhere you go to. I've been a BM many of times and they always have done this: order a bigger size and then downsize it so it doesn't fit properly. Only once did I NOT get alterations on a BM dress and it fit perfectly. Mind you my weight has not fluctuated that much.

  I was not overly impressed with Francia as a whole. My first experience actually shopping was very positive. I was helped by the owner of the store, who was very nice and helpful. I ordered my dress, which did come in ahead of schedule so no problems there. Unfortunatly, I drove an hour from the city to bring my bridesmaids here to try on BM dresses (with an appointment) and we sat around awkwardly waiting to be helped (there were 5 of us in this tiny store just standing right in the middle of the shop, kind of hard to miss), and the salesperson completely ignored us. Eventually we were helped by the owner again and found something similar to what I was looking for so I ordered 7 BM dresses. My BMs felt uncomfortable when they went back to get measured/pick up dresses/get alterations, and one was even made to feel like she had put on weight when she hadn't. When I went to try my dress on for alterations I again had an appointment but was left standing in the tiny dressing room with my heavy dress on SWEATING bullets for like 20 minutes while the owner helped another customer who did not seem to have an appointment. I understand that it's a small shop and she couldn't control that someone happened to come in but at this point she knew I was frustrated with my experience overall and she didn't apologize or anything. At the end, my dress and my BMs were on time, good quality, well-altered, etc. so it worked out but this was definitely one of my least favorite vendors.

I found the store extremely cramped and almost messy at times. We only used the store for Bridesmaids dresses. When we made appts to pick up the dresses they seemed unprepared for our arrival. My sister even had an appt card with her pickup date and she showed up and it was not ready. They did agree to ship it for free to my sister so she didn't have to drive all the way to the store to pick it up again after alterations. The alterations were not that great. The stitching was obvious and I think it could have been nicer. The owner was nice and she did help us out by ordering a dress she didn't carry in the store but after we ordered things didn't go so great.

  My dresses came back in two different materials and colors due to a mistake and inattention to detail when ordering.
  Plus, the dresses came in a month late! (We only had 2 weeks to find totally new dresses!) I had to chase them down and was met with resistance and rudeness when doing so. She made me feel like everything was my mistake and my fault, when I knew it was hers. She was very defensive and difficult to communicate with. Also, they have no modern technology! Our orders were handwritten and my bridesmaids received LETTERS IN THE MAIL notifying them that their dresses were in.

  dealing with Francia was a nightmare. the sales people are rude, they messed up several orders and alterations, and were unapologetic. I would not reccomend. AT ALL.
