    Four Seasons Florist was fabulous! They did the flowers for both our wedding ceremony and reception. We were blown away by the beauty of their arrangements, bouquets, garlands, wreaths, and boutonnieres! They created exactly what we asked for and more! Everyone we worked with was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend this florist to everyone!

    I needed 2 bouquets made for my destination wedding that was the next day! The woman who greeted me in the shop was so friendly and told me she could have the bouquets ready that afternoon! I was not going to be too picky as I knew what she had on hand was what I was going to get but she put a beautiful arrangement together for my daughter and I to hold during the ceremony. The bouquets were gorgeous and I would absolutely recommend this florist shop.

    READ THE BAD REVIEWS! They are all reflective of our TERRIBLE experience with Four Seasons Florist, and specifically the owner, Karen. We cancelled our June wedding due to COVID-19 and opted to elope in the Great Smokies. We were thrilled when we found a local florist that could fulfill our small order (bouquet, boutonniere, and a few cut flowers for our tiny wedding cake). Despite the questionable reviews, we opted to take a chance.

    Our wedding planner had multiple calls with the owner and pictures of my desired bouquet aesthetic were sent, well ahead of time. Less than a week before our ceremony, I personally had a call with Karen to discuss exactly what I wanted (white and blush roses combined with blue hydrangeas in a tight, simple arrangement--that's it). On our way to the store to pick up our order, our planner calls us and is practically in tears. It is the day of our wedding, and she was told they did not have any blush roses, despite months of requests. While she is trying to discuss this, Karen had the audacity to hang up on her! Our wedding planner has become one of my best friends and is literally one of the nicest people I know. No one should ever be that rude to her.

    On our arrival to the shop, I saw the bouquet on the counter. Karen opted to not include the requested flowers and created something more suitable for a flower girl. Before we had a chance to say anything, the owner said she would credit our account as she "did not think she could make us happy." I then noticed some blush (well, pink) roses in the cooler and asked her to please remove the unwanted flowers (and large bow) from my bouquet and to please replace them with the pink roses. After much pleading on my part, she reluctantly agreed. I graciously thanked her for working with us but received a snarky reply implying WE were difficult to deal with, and that "it comes with the territory."

    I am not sure what has happened to customer service, especially at this store. Karen was beyond rude. She was ill-mannered, unprofessional, and obstinate. We were grossly overcharged for flowers that were absolutely not as promised. I very rarely leave negative reviews so to end on a positive note, the boutonniere was beautiful.
