    Our wedding at 4 Points was amazing, the best day of my life! A lot of this is owed to Kevin, our wedding coordinator. He made everything so easy and was able to accommodate what my husband and I wanted. The overall venue pricing was great, too. I will recommend 4 Points by Sheraton and Kevin to anyone that asks.

    We got married at the Four Points on New Years Eve and it was wonderful! The hotel was very accommodating and welcoming. Kevin was my event coordinator and he was fantastic to work with! He was friendly, professional, and full of great energy & ideas. Their wedding package was very reasonable and all of the employees respond quickly. It is a great place to get married!

    They cooordinated my parents 50th Wedding Celebration.
    My parents were thrilled and we are still getting compliments on the event.
    The room was set up wonderfully.
    The dance floor size was larger than most places and was perfect for us.
    The food was plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented.
    We never had to wait for anything to be set up.
    The coordinators, chef, and staff did an outstanding job.
    The staff was very helpful and went that extra mile if I requested anything.
    My parents and our guests loved everything and it continues to bring a smile to all of our faces when we talk about it.
    They've created a beautiful memory for all of us.

    They were very responsive and helped me with anything I needed. The food was good and the staff very helpful.

    The entire staff at Crowne Plaza Phoenix Hotel was extremely wonderful to work with. Although we worked with three different Catering Managers due to illness, our wedding went off without a hitch. The staff provided everything we needed on a moments notice and the upper management was there to ensure the event was flawleses. We appreciated their efforts to meet our requests during last minute changes. The food was delicious and our guests raved about the beauty of the Grand Ballroom.

    Terra was great and everything looked perfect! i just gave her everything 2 days prior and she set it all up for me the day of. They provided just about all of the decorating and that was great, a lot less things to worry about. I would go back, and actually my maid of honor was married there 2 years prior and that was great it made me want to have my wedding there. all my guests loved it and i recieved lots of compliments. i would recommend over and over. the price was great for what i got!!!

    We could not have picked a more wonderful location for our wedding! The entire staff at the Crowne Plaza was extremely helpful and made our day go smoother than we could have ever hoped!

    We had our outdoor wedding and indoor reception at the Crowne Plaza in Phoenix and are so glad we did!! Working with Terra was amazing. She not only assisted us with holding the date with very little money down (due to losing a job right after we booked the date), but also coordinated everything!! All of our guests had a wonderful time and had only wonderful things to say of how beautiful the wedding and reception was. I would highly recommend this site!!!

    The room we had for our reception was beautiful! I would highly reccomend this place. They were very helpful to our friends and family from out of town as well.

    I didn't have my ceremony at the hotel, however I did have my reception here. I searched for a LONG time to find a good vendor because my guest list was at 250+ people (so max. occupancy was an issue for a lot of venues) and I am not into outside weddings. I settled early on in my planning that I wanted a hotel but was floored when I discovered that most places were charging 70-80 dollars per plate for food that didn't sound that great AND I had to pay for renting out the room, plus a deposit that didn't count towards the grand total! The Crowne Plaza offered an awesome deal. They don't charge you for renting the venue, just the food (which was half the price)--not to mention that their package actually include a ton of other perks. For example, my package included a cash bar, a honeymoon suite for the night (which had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting on the bed), the champagne toast, a discount for all my guests that needed lodging, etc.

    The only thing that I was not pleased with was when I tried to schedule my taste test and ask some direct questions with the wedding coordinator, my phone calls were not returned and my emails were not followed up with. I felt that they should have made a better effort to communicate with me. Oh and the night of the wedding, for some reason the hotel gave my husband and I a regular room instead of the suite that we were promised. However, once we brought this to the attention to the front desk, they remedied the situation in less than 10 minutes.

    Other than that, everything was perfect.

    My experience from the beginning was a little rocky! It did get better but once my contact person left about a month before my Wedding...it went down hill from there. There was a new fill in person but I received the run around and then there was another contact person who was helping out but didnt even know I was having my Wedding there but had my file. I was bounced around between different people and wanted to make sure my Wedding ran smooth! I had problems with the room rates, people trying to book rooms etc... Different things went wrong that I was promised from the beginning...This was not stress a Bride should have to worry about along with everything else! I was assured and assured that my Wedding would run smooth. Now there is a new person with experience so hopefully after awhile there will be no issues. New Lady is very sweet and seems experienced!

    I thought I was going to be very happy with this location. I dealt with a very nice catering manager, she was helpful.....but, It turns out that I was quite disappointed in the end. There are to many things to list.
