  Wedding 2020 can’t wait :))

  We meet with Devon and she is perfect for making your wedding planning such a wonderful process. She has such a great personality and has the energy that makes you even more excited about sharing your day with them. What a wonderful place to have your big day and i can’t wait for August 22nd, 2020 they are going to put my dreams and so much more into this day for us. Thank you Devon for being fantastic... :)

  When making decisions about reception venues, take into consideration all factors, including, but not limited to, staff attentiveness, location and parking, quality of food (excellent at Four Points), availability of staff during event, etc. All things considered, we were extremely pleased with our events at Four Points by Sheraton. I highly recommend them for a wedding-related event!!

  Working with the coordinator to schedule the event was great. She was responsive to our needs. She met with us several times without hesitation to assure that all was planned to our specifications. We met the Chef prior to our event which was a wonderful experience. When we arrived for the first day of our three day event, everything was set to our specifications and the Academy Ballroom was beautiful. Each day the set up was perfect. They even tied the table settings to our event color scheme. The food was delicious and each of our 96 guests raved each day about the food.   The entire staff did a great job. We had twenty or thirty people staying at the hotel and everyone enjoyed their stay. Many of us made it for breakfast on Saturday before the wedding and they re-arranged the breakfast area so we could all seat together which was above an beyond especially at last minute. The morning after the wedding we held a breakfast buffet at the hotel and everyone enjoyed the food and decorations. They had set the room for the 4th of July and put decorations on the tables and around the room. It was a big hit.   Jaimee, Melissa and the entire team at Four Points made planning our wedding reception extremely easy. Almost all of our guests were from out of town and Melissa made sure everyone had a reservation (even blocking more rooms at the spur of the moment!) and the front desk team got everyone checked in quickly. The event went flawlessly - Jaimee kept everything on schedule and the service was fantastic. Even our vendors commented on how well things ran. Two months later and our guests are still talking about what a great venue it was - the food, the staff, everything!

  We had our wedding reception at Four Points by Sheraton and I could not be happier with everything. Sue was fantastic- always responded to everything the same day, was extremely flexible and the easiest person ever to work with when it came to getting the reception ready. We had last minute changes the morning of the wedding and because we were so busy I couldn't really talk to her but I sent her an email and when we got there everything was perfect. The staff was awesome and we heard nothing but compliments on the food. The hotel bar even stayed open later for us after our open bar was done. I would recommend this venue to anyone you won't be disappointed!

  Susan was AWESOME! Very patient and kind. She let us bounce around ideas and also contributed much needed advice on how to make are day how we wanted it to be. Would definitely recommend her to any bride wanting a stress free day!

  My coordinator Susan was awesome. I had no worries with anything and she was very kind and nice. The hotel was very nice and the ceremony and reception were all in the same area. Very convenient for all of my guests. THANK YOU SUSAN !!!!

  I/we did not have a wedding reception or rehearsal here, but my daughter had a wonderful sweet 16 party at this venue. Jamiee was very pleasant, professional and overall great to work with.
  I would definitely recommend her and this venue to my family and friends!

  Amazing customer service

  Devon and Shannon have already been so responsive to all of my questions. We are in talks to book our reception with them and I have been treated like a VIP the whole time. They are mindful of budgets and definitely want to ensure the bride has all of her dreams come true. I can’t wait to continue to work with them through the wedding planning process

  Throughout the year, when planning the wedding, Sue was so helpful. If I emailed her with any questions, she got me a response within 24 hours. She was great to work with! She is very detail oriented, and there was hardly anything I needed to worry about, because she took care of it all. Everything she did ended up perfect, down to the smallest detail.
  
  The girls in the bridal party stayed at the hotel the night before the wedding and the hotel was gracious enough to give us a late checkout so that we could use the rooms to get ready in the day of the wedding.
  
  The reception was beautiful. It fit our 180 guests comfortably and the food was amazing. We chose to do a pasta bar with several sauces and different kinds of pasta. It was amazing and we got a lot of compliments on the food. From the responses we have gotten, everyone had a wonderful time.
  
  We are so glad we decided on this venue for our wedding, it fit our needs perfectly. I do not regret anything about choosing this location and would certainly recommend it to people looking for a great place!

  The night before the wedding, the coordinator was there to make sure that our set up went smoothly and there were a lot of staff members there that were really willing to help. I showed them how I wanted a table to look and they (along with help from my bridesmaids and family) set all the tables up and they looked wonderful.
  
  I personally don't really remember much about the food from my wedding day because I was pretty busy, but what I've heard from my family and guests is that it was really good.
  
  At the end of the reception the staff was really helpful in getting everything cleaned up so that my family didn't have to worry about it. They helped package everything that needed to go with my parents and were very efficient so that my family could go home.
  
  Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful experience using the Sheraton for our wedding reception and would definitely recommend it to other brides in the Kalamazoo area.

  WE used this facility for a banquet. The entire staff was great.
  Even when the chef was ready to serve and he held it for a bit to get the group settled in .
  When government officials get together , we can just keep talking.
