A Night to Remember!

We had Fork & Flair cater my wedding on 7-19-2025, and they were amazing! They were the only ones that encouraged my cup noodles idea during cocktail hour, and people absolutely loved it. The passed hors d'eurves and dinner was delicious, something people loved talking about too. Throughout the process of planning, they were attentive and fast to respond to any emails I sent. They were very accommodating and the tasting session was so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Fork & Flair for your wedding!!

Absolutely fantastic!

Working with MJ and the Fork & Flair team was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From our very first tasting to the plated service on the wedding day, MJ was organized, responsive, thoughtful, and absolutely incredible to work with. He brought warmth, professionalism, and creativity to every conversation, and made the entire process feel seamless and fun.

MJ went above and beyond in helping us navigate tastings and meal options, taking detailed notes, and ensuring every element of our allergy list was flawlessly accommodated. His level of care and commitment gave us total peace of mind, and it was clear from the start how much pride he takes in making sure every guest feels safe, included, and well-fed.

The food itself was absolutely phenomenal! There were so many delicious options during our tasting that we truly had a hard time deciding on the final menu. Our guests are still raving about the meal, from the passed hors d'oeuvres to the perfectly cooked entrées to the late-night snack of smash’tinis, everything was delicious, and beautifully presented. We’ve even had people who couldn’t attend the wedding say that they heard how incredible the food was the entire evening!

But beyond the food, what stood out most was the service. MJ and his team were kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We felt completely taken care of, and that allowed us to just relax and enjoy the day. We truly can’t thank MJ and Fork & Flair enough for helping to make our wedding so memorable and meaningful!

Great caterer, great food, great service

We used Fork & Flair for our wedding, and we had a great experience. We had a set list of caterers to choose from, and F&F was quickly a favorite. Their prices were reasonable, their menu was huge in comparison to the other options, and there was good variety. The tasting was a great experience too, the best of all the ones we did. We worked first with Jenny, and then transitioned to MJ. Both were great, especially MJ. I threw tons of questions at him in the final weeks, and he was great in responding back to me quickly and helpfully. The wedding dinner went great, service went well, and so many guests commented on good the food was. Highly recommend!

Fork & Flair is the ultimate wedding catering vendor

I will recommend Fork & Flair to everyone that is looking for wedding catering or catering for any type of event. Fork & Flair had so many amazing options to choose from to really personalize our menu. Deciding to go with Fork & Flair was not a difficult decision at all, but narrowing down our menu was because of how fantastic everything tasted. We also had tons of options we could choose from for our late night snack too and while brainstorming Fork & Flair really could’ve made whatever late night snack we wanted. Devin and the entire Fork & Flair team was very easy to work with and very responsive. Even with frequent adjustments to our menu and questions their team was very flexible, quick to adjust our quote, and let us make changes quite close to the actual wedding date. I also was really grateful for how serious the Fork & Flair team was with our guests with allergies. The last thing you want to be worried about on your wedding day is one of your guests having a serious allergic reaction due to a mistake in the kitchen or in serving. Devin made sure to specify which dishes contained which allergens and included my requests for keeping certain entrees separate and served on separate trays in instructions to the servers. Our guests also raved about the food at our wedding and had nothing but good things to say about their meals. After being to so many weddings and people commenting on lackluster or dry food, I wanted to be sure that wasn’t the case at our wedding and was thrilled to get that confirmation directly from our guests! Lastly, while price isn’t everything, it is super important in sticking to a budget and I felt like the Fork & Flair was extremely competitive from a pricing standpoint while not having to compromise on quality or needing to do buffet rather than plated service.

The perfect caterer for a fundraising soiree!

Wow! Where do I even begin? Fork and Flair is an absolute game-changer when it comes to catering. From the moment we contacted them to cater our event, they exuded professionalism, expertise, and a genuine passion for what they do.

The menu options are extensive and cater to every dietary need imaginable. Whether you're a meat lover, vegetarian, or have special dietary restrictions, they have something delicious for everyone. And let me tell you, the taste? Simply sublime! Our favorites were the Mango Soup Shooters and the Barbacoa Bowl.

Such an amazing experience & meal!

After having to host two Thanksgiving meals home cooked, we opted catering for our first of two Christmas meals. More than impressed! Food arrived on time, hot and was super tasty! Could not have asked for a better catering experience!

The Fork and Flair team performed above and beyond what we expected! Super helpful and attentive staff. They saved the day twice too. Made sure bride and groom got brought food when noticing our head table wasn’t called first for food without even being asked and offered to help stage tables for a bride who was running low on time to be her own coordinator on the big day. The food was beyond expectation. The team made the evening perfect! Highly highly recommend!

Excellent wedding meal

If you are on the fence about using Fork and Flair don't hesitate and book now! Our food was AMAZING! It was hot and delicious, not just the head table but many guests told us over and over how great their meal was. Not only that, they were quick getting over 200 people served salads, dinner and cake. It was a seamless process. We were very impressed. Not only the day of, but for months beforehand asking multiple questions and trying to figure out a menu, appetizers and late night snacks. They were so quick to respond to our every question. I could go on and on but all I wan to say is they were awesome and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making our wedding meal so wonderful!!

Top of the line, professional catering

Fork & Flair was very responsive and clearly set expectations up front. They were very professional day-of and went above and beyond to make it the most special day for us. Fork & Flair is awesome!

Fork & Flair is awesome! Our first experience with them was at the tasting, where we tried so many tasty items- it was hard to narrow it down to what we wanted to serve! They stood out from other caterers when they sent us a really thorough and clear quote for our wedding, so we knew exactly how much we would be paying and what to expect. The food for the wedding day was great- we got lots of compliments, and the staff was really friendly! Definitely recommend Fork & Flair!!

Amazing! I love Fork and Flair!

Devin and the rest of the staff at Fork and Flair did such an amazing job on the day of my wedding. The food was delicious and the service was spectacular. I knew they would do such a wonderful job but they really exceeded my expectations. Everyone on staff was so friendly and nice, we did butler passed hors d’oeuvres and it was never a challenge to find someone when you needed an appetizer! Dinner was served promptly and efficiently and everyone was very professional. I cannot say enough nice things about them and I would 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!

Organized and professional

From the beginning I was very impressed with Devin, who met with us and let us sample (twice!) some dinner options for our wedding. Then COVID hit and everything changed. Devin was the only stable and consistent person throughout our wedding replanning. All other companies had a hard time adapting to the changes needed to make a wedding safe, Devin was always open to new ideas and helped us navigate safe eating spaces for our guests. Individually packaged precooked meals were not something I was excited about but knew it was the safest way to eat, I WAS SO IMPRESSED. All the guests loved their meals! I cannot say enough how impressed I was with Devin and this company! I would recommend to all my friends and family!

Flexible, Well Priced, and Delicious!

Couldn't have asked for better catering! We planned our wedding during 2020 and changed venues 3 different times as well as the total number of guests. We ended up having them cater a 50 person party from our original number of 250 in our backyard and they couldn't have been a better fit for us in both circumstances. The flexibility that Fork & Flair provided was outstanding, as well as the food, which was delicious and very reasonably priced! Thank you!!

Highly Recommend - Thoughtful & Easy to work with

We couldn't have been happier with the outcome and wedding planning experience as a whole with Fork & Flair. Leading up to our wedding day, we worked with Devin for all of the planning. She was a pleasure to work with and never missed a beat. Devin was also our day of coordinator and she did a fantastic job!

With ~260 guests, our wedding was quite large. Devin and the rest of the catering team at Fork & Flair did an excellent job at making sure we stayed on time, dinner service was on-track, and we couldn't have been happier with it all.

One of the nicest touches was how they thought to leave appetizers, which were passed during cocktail hour, at my husband and my plate before dinner started, knowing that we wouldn't have had time to eat. We enjoyed this because we didn't miss out on this aspect of our day, plus the small gesture just showed how much they were thinking of every little thing to make our day perfect.

Devin @ Fork and Flair made our lives sooooo easy! We knew nothing about catering a wedding but she educated us and guided us through the entire process.. From day one to the wedding day we were left speechless by the tremendous level of care and attention that was provided. Fork and Flair was the only catering company willing to work with our budget. The food was delicious, fresh, and assembled with attention to detail. It could not have gone better!

Helpful and affordable

We got married at the Cannon River Winery and were limited to our selection of caterers. At first I was concerned, but the minute I spoke with Devin over email I could tell she would make our planning a breeze. Our tasting was delicious and made it easy to see that we were getting a good bang for our buck. I am a wedding planner and have worked with several caterers in the twin cities. Fork & Flair's prices can't be beat, especially for the high quality food they provide and the service and servers that made our experience exceptional. I recommend them to my clients and look forward to working with them again. If you are looking for good food that stays within a reasonable budget, look no further. You will be taken care of and your stomach will be full before you've even touched your dessert!

Forking Awesome!

Devin and team were super easy to work with throughout the whole process. Devin has a great, warm personality and made us feel comfortable from the first tasting. She offered feedback and suggestions about quantity of apps, flavor combos, etc and we appreciated that so much. She was flexible in offering numerous linen and table setting options and was patient with us when we couldn't make up our minds (our invoice must have gone through at least a trillion revisions, but it didn't seem to bother Devin)! The day of couldn't have gone any smoother. Fork and Flair staff were all very professional and helped us with cuing speeches and other events that revolved around food/service. The passed appetizers we chose were the pork skewers with mango, mac and cheese bites, sausage stuffed mushrooms, and the phyllo cup with strawberry. All were fantastic. Then for dinner, we went with braised beef roast with red wine demi and mashed potatoes, artichoke stuffed chicken with mushroom risotto (both had seasoned veggies), and then a vegetarian option of gnocchi in pesto cream sauce. All meals came out hot and timely. Numerous guests said it was some of the best food they've ever had at a wedding and complimented that there was something for everyone on the menu. Extra shout out to the braised beef roast for the entree and mushroom risotto for a starch. Incredibly tasty. If you’re looking for a caterer for a wedding or other event, we highly recommend booking Fork and Flair!

Devin and her team were amazing! From our intital tasting to the big day, Devin was such a delight to work with and so responsive to our many questions! The cocktail hor d’oeurves and dinner (we did stuffed chicken and pot roast) were absolutely delicious and so many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding meal they ever had! We worked with Devin as our day of coordinator and can't say enough great things about the experience. From the second I sat down with her at our first meeting through the entire process I felt comfortable that everything was going to go smoothly. Devin was always right there if we needed anything, everywhere you turned you knew she would be there to help. Devin and the whole Fork and Flair team were so awesome to work with! Our guests RAVED about the food. Devin worked with us to customize the menu to our tastes at a fraction of the price of other caterers. Throughout the entire process Devin was incredidibly patient, responsive and thoughtful in her communication and on the day of the entire team rocked it. They worked to keep an eye on and refill snacks, help move tables after the reception and after dinner, manned the dessert table, provided coffee and water, and much more without an additional upcharge which was amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.

The only thing I knew for sure I wanted at my wedding when I got engaged was PLENTY of food.
I had gone hungry and heard horror stories of people going hungry and getting too drunk at weddings, and I wanted none of it. I came to Devin and the Fork & Flair team in search of a buffet full of carbs and protein for my guests to load up on! And they did not disappoint. They knew I wanted Italian and that I wanted a LOT and they delivered. Devin worked well with all my coordinators and me to make it happen on time, in style, and with great flavor! We got tons of compliments on the food and choices and the quantity (cant stress that enough :) ). Devin was responsive, professional, kind and accommodating. She made my Italian wedding dinner dreams come true. My whole family loved the food every one ate plenty (except for me of course). I could not have been happier. And since I will never get married again I insist you all use these guys again and again for me!

Real talk: I was not the easiest customer when planning for my wedding. The food was super important to me and my husband, and so lots of thinking and questioning and revising went into planning for our event. Devin was patient, helpful, and responsive through the whole process, and she made me feel like I didn't have anything to worry about -- and I didn't. The food was a total hit! I got many "This is the best _____ I've ever had" remarks throughout the reception. I hardly ate anything that night (basic bride), but will say that when we went for our tasting, I was really impressed with the flavor and variety of the options. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Fork & Flair far exceeded our expectations when it came to a caterer. Not only did they provide amazing food (the best), but they were also top notch in terms of customer service--so professional, kind, easy to work with, and responsive. My daughter and now-son-in-law began a process for choosing a wedding caterer and Fork and Flaire was one of several options. Fork and Flaire immediately stood out because of Devin's responsiveness in communication. When one is planning an event this is extremely important since you are working with several vendors. When calls aren't returned or communication is poor, you quickly lose confidence. Devin was quick to return emails or phone calls, accommodated our extra requests and we couldn't have been more pleased with the final outcome. The wedding took place at Semple Mansion which had no kitchen facilities. We were served delicious food, very hot and with prompt service. They saw to it that our favors and napkins were placed at each plate and candles lit, things I thought I'd have to do myself or have done. They served an unconventional dessert of ice cream sandwiches and delicious bars, which our guests are still commenting on. This required a table set up with some signage and serving items which they readily supplied. They even helped us creatively pack up the extra ice cream bars to get them home. F and F works with Ultimate Events to provide dishes and that also went off without a hitch. There was nothing that I can say went wrong about having Fork and Flaire; thus the five star rating across the board. Thanks to Devin and crew for a flawless reception!

They are the best caterers in the twin cities. I did a lot of research and am so glad we hired them for our wedding. Devon is great, sometimes slow at responding but very sweet and patient. The food at the tasting floored us. The variety and choices were impressive and the price options catered to our needs. The staff were prompt and friendly. The only misstep that happened was, for vegetarians they were going to separately bring the entree to the table but 2 of my vegetarian cousins said they never got any. I was very disappointed about that. But overall our guests liked the food, the flavor and the service.

Devin was fantastic to work with - she was extremely organized, knowledgeable about all the details (such as linens, set-up and how the timeline of the evening should flow), and she was diligent in responding to our questions leading up to the big day. Fork & Flair was able to customize a few items on the menu for us and the guests loved the food. We had butler-passed appetizers during cocktail hour - specifically, Thai chicken lettuce wraps, bacon wrapped shrimp and fruit kabobs - which the groom and I were too busy to taste but Devin and her team made sure to have a plate of apps waiting for us when we sat down for dinner. The rest of the food was also fantastic - salad: strawberry spinach, entrees: filet mignon with smashed potatoes and carrots Vichy or apple almond stuffed chicken breast with wild rice and green beans. Our baker made three different types of cake and I wanted to offer the guests a choice during cake service. Devin was happy to accommodate - just like every other request I had. I would recommend Fork and Flair to any bride who wants great food at a reasonable price, as well as peace of mind that the logistics and timing of food service will go smoothly.

I can't say enough about how amazing Fork and Flare was at catering and planning my wedding! I put all my trust in Kathy and Courtney and it totally paid off. They helped with everything from picking out and trying different entrees and apps, to table décor and centerpieces, china and linens, wait staff and bartender, the list goes on. They are very detail oriented and help come up with everything you need to be aware of when planning a wedding. The food was absolutely amazing – my favorite thing was the BLT phyllo cup appetizers. A couple bridesmaids even started stealing bites from friends after they finished their meal because the food was so good. The staff was super professional and organized. I opted for a plated dinner and they were really efficient at clearing and serving my guests. Fork and Flare isn't just a catering company, they really understand all aspects of putting together a fabulous event!

AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE! Fork and flair caterering was the easiest part of my wedding planning process. The food was just simply amazing. With a wide array of guests with different palates, premier catering did not disappoint and provided a fabulous meal for all to enjoy. The cattle ranchers, who know their beef, found the tenderloin with red wine reduction to be delectably tender. Our foodie friends were in love with the Thai inspired appetizers and soup. Every course was executed with precision and tasted beyond fabulous. Guests declared that this meal was the "A" standard for all wedding caterers.

Devin and her team at Premier Catering were unreal! From the very first consultation with Devin, to the day of, she was knowledgable, helpful, and kind. I was a little uneasy with the idea of serving pot roast at my fall wedding, but the food was delicious and we received compliments all night. Every time I walked past the kitchen I was impressed with how hardworking the staff was and they didn't stop working until the last guest left. We used Premier for our daughter's wedding, because they did such a great job on our Son's wedding. Their contact person/planner is very professional and efficient, but yet down to earth. She was always friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I felt as if I were planning this event with a friend. We wanted to have some "special to us" things in the menu and they accommodated our wishes perfectly. The food was excellent and the servers were top notch, very respectful to me and our guests. The lead server, on the day, was very intuitive and flexible. She came to me and said she felt the line was going too slow, and I agreed, so I gave her permission to open up both sides of the table for serving. The transition was seamless and our guests were served faster, which was my desire. Their pricing is very reasonable and the value is great! I would totally use them again for a wedding or large event.

Courtney is great, quick to respond with questions or changes, and very thorough and detailed with updating the pricing quote so you know exactly where you are at. Nothing hidden, no surprises when it comes to planning/budgeting. Very accommodating with tastings. Day of event her staff was also very accommodating. Our wedding was at the Semple Mansion. We had a desert table that needed to be changed over for the late night snack, even though Premier didn't provide the desert, they didn't hesitate about taking down and packing up the desert table for us in order to set up the Late Night Snack......which leads me into a great option for your guests. Our friends and family loved the nacho's as a late night snack. Many compliments on the food overall, most commonly "wedding food usually is terrible, this was awesome." One friend of mine was a vegan meal, he loved it.

Courtney and Premier Catering were wonderful to work with. As the most expensive and sometimes complicated piece to your event puzzle, it can be overwhelming and confusing to make decisions. They make it an amazingly easy process giving you options for food and offering connections with rental companies and liquor providers. They go above and beyond what you ever knew you needed. They are professional, kind, organized and extremely respectful. When we didn't have water to serve our guests (because I told them not to bring it) one of the bartenders walked across the street to the gas station and brought it back in the sweltering heat. As someone who never wants to be an expert in the industry, I relied on my expert vendors to lead me in the right directions. I was not disappointed and I highly recommend Courtney and her crew at Premier Catering & Event Planning!

Courtney was great to work with for our wedding. We did an appetizers only reception and from what the guests tell us the food was very good! Two weeks ago, I married the man of my dreams. This also meant I was marrying his foodie family. So, our wedding dinner HAD to be perfect (or I would hear about for the rest of my life). We interviewed many, many caterers, ate many, many meals and I hated them all -- until we went to Premier Catering. My husband was fixated on a risotto bar; I was fixated on pork. Courtney and team at Premier made it happen. Our food was excellent -- our guests are still talking about it. Our menu was exquisite -- apple stuffed pork, chick parm (get it without breading -- perfection), grilled vegetables (that were to die for), risotto bar with roasted everything (we ran out, it was such a hit!)... all hot, all moist, it couldn't get any better. Additionally, I have to mention that Courtney is hands-down the best person to work with in the Twin Cities. She was available when we needed her. She accommodated our crazy requests -- all while treating us like a million bucks. My husband and I both work in sales, so our relationship with our caterer was key. Courtney killed it. She's phenomenal -- there's no other caterer better to work with -- I PROMISE. Go with Premier. Our wedding was perfect, and they played a HUGE role in that. Many thanks, Premier! I grew up in this business and have used many caterers over the years. Premier lives up to its name! We expected 4 star quality given the reasonable pricing. We received 5 star food and service. My husband & I used Premier Catering for my wedding this passed Friday, 9/20/13, & they did an absolutely superb job! From our first meeting with Courtney, to the night of our wedding, things were seamless & really could not have gone better. Courtney was so incredibly patient with my husband & I as we chose our food options and changed the guest count several times. She even went above & beyond and let us change their promotion for a free late night snack to free hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. This was so great since most of our guests were to be coming from work and would be starving by the time dinner began. The food at our wedding was delicious & we received many compliments from our guests. All of the staff were very friendly & well dressed and even took the time to stop by the head table to congratulate me and my husband :) The timing of the food being served was perfect, which was a big concern for me initially since our wedding began later, being it a Friday wedding, as well as us just running late on dinner (nothing to do with Premiere Catering.) Overall, our experience with Premiere was fabulous & Courtney was a joy to work with! Highly recommend!

Working with Courtney prior to our event was easy! She was responsive, attentive, knowledgeable & professional. I appreciated her guidance throughout the process of planning our daughter's wedding. I felt like I could "let go" of certain worries and concerns because I trusted that she knew what we wanted and we were in competent hands. On the day of the wedding, Courtney & her staff worked efficiently & professionally to deliver just what she'd promised. The food was wonderful. The staff looked and acted happy to be there and served with professionalism. I would definitely recommend Premier Catering.

We used Premier Catering for my daughter's outdoor wedding reception. It rained all evening but it did not stop us from having a great time, largely due to the staff that worked that night and the great food. From the initial meeting to feasting on the food and then prompt clean up they went all out to make the evening memorable. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We chose Premier Kitchen Catering for our wedding based on a few tastings we had. They not only gave us exactly what we wanted but went above and beyond. We dealt directly with Courtney, who was wonderful. She answered all our questions, made changes when we asked (I am Gluten free, family member has nut allergies, Husband has food aversions and a few vegetarians) The food itself was amazing, we had stations and the guests and we, couldn't have been happier. I didn't hear one complaint from anyone, and they were great on the day of service wise. She was one of the few vendors we had that were GREAT to deal with the entire time and we would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone. They also kindly dealt with our cake and cupcakes and they were set up amazing as well!

Premier Catering was hands down one of the best vendor choices we made for our wedding day. Courtney was unbelievable to work with and was always very good about responding to and questions I had about our big day. I had a vision to do something a little different for our meal as our theme for the wedding was "love in MN". I asked if they could do hot dish served family style and without even skipping a beat she was on top of it. Everyone RAVED about the food and was asking me for recipes afterward! All of the food was served hot and delicious. The staff was so on top of everything and all of my guests were very pleased with how quickly their food came out and was cleared. Premier was completely organized and professional the throughout the entire process. They even put out our centerpieces and I could tell that there was care put into making sure they looked just right. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my wedding and as an event professional by trade as well, I will absolutely be recommending and using Premier Catering in the future. If you are considering who to book for your catering vendor for one of the most important days of your life...I highly suggest you take a look at Premier Catering. Your will not be disappointed.

We worked with many vendors planning our wedding and Premier was one of our favorites. We couldn't have been happier with the planning process and the end result. Courtney was so flexible and happy to accommodate our menu ideas and multiple changes to our menu. We communicated our budget early and Premier was completely willing to work within our parameters. Unlike most other caterers I found, they offer a complimentary tasting. The value Premier offers in comparison to other caterers we researched is unmatched. Other caterers quoted us a price of over double for the exact same menu. Despite the value, the quality and taste Premier provided was absolutely excellent. We received many compliments on the food at our wedding, and the staff was professional, unobtrusive, and friendly. They seemed happy to be there and happy to help make our event memorable and stress-free.

I truly felt that Courtney and the Premier team "had my back" as a bride and would do everything they could to make our wedding run smoothly and make sure we had nothing to worry about on the day of.

Courtney and the team at Premiere Catering and Event Planning were amazing. Anything we needed they were able to get for us with no work on our part. Last minute changes were a breeze, they went above and beyond anything I would have ever expected.

The food was amazing, the service was top notch, and the staff was professional, couldn't have asked for anything more.

I spent a good amount of time choosing my caterer. It was very important to me to have amazing food at my wedding. Premier Catering was the vendor I was most proud of after my wedding day was over. Not only did Courtney confirm the menu, staff, and timeline with me...she took it a step further and confirmed all of the details with me which made the catering staff fully aware of everything that was going on throughout the evening - it was very smooth. :) Courtney took care of every detail - from the color and size of linens I desired (based on price, to ensure we stayed within my budget), to the final details of dessert (from a different vendor)...and much...MUCH more. I could not be happier with everything Premier did for my wedding day. Her staff was happy, friendly, and helpful - and the food was amazing...compliments from many guests as well as myself and my husband. We love Premier Catering and Event Planning! :)

I would definitely recommend Premier Catering for your wedding! Not only was the food great and the prices very reasonable, but Courtney and her team were wonderful to work with! Every time I had a question, Courtney was there to answer it immediately. And as a bride, you know how important that is! When looking for a caterer I needed someone that was going to be full service, our venue was a blank slate and I needed the works. My life was already so very busy with work, school and my 3 year old son (who was 2 during most of the planning) and I am not a good planner. Courtney was very responsive from the start, she answered all my emails and questions quickly. Anytime I had concerns she worked with me, she offered suggestions and she took all of my ideas and made them come to life. Our wedding day was perfect, and I really owe it to Courtney and her staff, all I did was show up, everything was taken care of. All of our guests were impressed with the food and the staff.

Even though we went way over our original budget, Courtney still stayed mindful of our financial concerns and I think for the amount of work they did, they were the most resonable in price.

If you need a coordinator as well as a caterer, use Premier!

We also got our cake from the in house bakery, Taste of Love, Marie was also a joy to work with, our cake was amazing and delicious. Everyone loved the cake, and even had seconds.

If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing, Courtney and her staff made sure that our wedding day was perfect and we will always love them for that. If I ever need another event catered I will always use Premier.

Courtney & the Premier Catering and Event Planning team was so great to work with because they were able to provide/coordinate everything I needed for my event! Food, drinks, furniture rentals, etc. It was so helpful that I was able to work with just one company vs working with a different company for each of the services needed! They also were able to customize the menu for us and make sure we stayed within our budget for the event!! The food was great and the event was seamless! Courtney was great to work with leading up to the event and even worked with us on creating a custom menu. Kathy did a great job the day of. After all of our communication and meetings, I felt very confident that all our expectations would be met the day of our Wedding and they were! People said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! I would definitely use them again.

Courtney was amazing from our first conversation and meeting. Premier Catering and Event Planning catered a baby shower at my home that incuded a reception hour with appetizers and dinner. The service, the food and the presentation were beautiful. The guests were raving about how great the food was and how beatifully the appetizers were presented. We were very pleased with the service, the value and the quality.

After shopping around for months for a caterer, we finally met Premier Catering and Event Planning at the Wedding Fair in Minneapolis. They were friendly and informative, so we decided to do our research online. I must admit, their low prices made us somewhat weary as to how the quality of their food would be- but WOW we could not be happier that we decided to go with them! All of our guests raved about the Pesto Chicken Pasta- it was absolutely divine. Courtney (the owner) is awesome to work with. She is very flexible and will work with your budget and wedding theme to provide the best possible food for your money. The caterers that worked the event were promptly on time, friendly, and provided great service to us and our guests. There are a lot of stresses that come along with wedding planning, so it was refreshing to not have to worry about this aspect of the wedding. This will be the only catering company I ever recommend to anyone!!! Thank you so much Premier Catering for such great service and amazing food!

We are so happy we went with this catering company for our wedding! Our contact was Courtney and she made everything stress free for me, always getting back to me right away, and that is a huge deal! She was so helpful along the whole planning process, and very patient too because I ended up changing my mind a lot about what to serve! On the wedding day she and her staff arrived on time if not early and did a wonderful job with everything! The food was also amazing as well, and huge portions too! We chose Premier Catering for my daughter's wedding in June. They were wonderful! We were able to attend a tasting several months prior to the event and Premier was one of the few caterers who provided the tasting free of charge. Courtney was so easy to work with and gave us great advice. She was very flexible regarding changes in guest numbers and helped us adjust food items accordingly. The food and service the day of the wedding were outstanding - beautifully presented and very delicious. The servers were friendly and efficient. We were able to enjoy the event without thinking about food and service at the time. Everything was handled to perfection!

Outstanding! We had so many compliments on the food for our wedding reception! Guests even made comments in the guest book! Courtney was wonderful to work with. She responding to our calls and emails in a timely manner and always with professionalism. We can not say enough about our experience with Premier Catering and Event Planning. They were flexible when we had to move the ceremony into the dining area due to weather but they were great about it! Finding a caterer for our only daughter's wedding was a very big deal for us! I cannot recommend the team at Premier Catering highly enough. We worked directly with Devin Johnson who was absolutely wonderful in every way. From the initial tasting to menu selections, to changes in the menu based on final guest count to coordinating billing with the venue for charges they assessed for using an outside caterer -- Devin was always responsive, professional, and pleasant.
We got rave reviews for the quality of the food. Items that were intended to be served hot...were served hot and cold items were served cold. The mango shooters and watermelon bites were icy cold, refreshing and especially delicious. The service staff was very attentive and polite to all of our guests. Clean up happened continually all evening long -- as we had multiple courses of appetizers instead of a traditional, sit-down dinner. I would not hesitate to use Premier again for another event.n.

I would absolutely recommend Premier Catering for your wedding catering. They worked with me to create just the right menu for my reception. We had food stations complete with chicken, shrimp, pasta, veggies, salad and the "Guest Favorite" Mashed Potato Bar & all the fixings. We also had late night snacks with hot pretzels and cheese -- another guest favorite.
I spent much less per person that most weddings and had nothing but rave reviews from the Guests. I was able to select every part of the meal, dinnerware & serveware. Their portions were very generous & no one left hungry :) The staff is wonderful and willing to do whatever they can to make the catering exactly how you want it for your wedding.
I truly appreciated working with them and would use them again for future catering needs!

Book Fork & Flair Now!

Fork and Flair was the second catering vendor we had a tasting with and from the moment we arrived, my now-husband and I were beyond impressed. Devin allowed us to try multiple dishes from the hors d'oeuvres and entrees; everything we tried was delicious, which made our final menu decision that much more difficult. We really couldn't make a bad choice. We loved the professionalism as well and the fact that they had provided services already to our venue and knew the space well. The communication between our primary contact was outstanding as well and Devin was available to us if we had any questions or just needed anything.

There is a price point for every budget and that allowed us to have a nice mix of options among the different levels. We received so many outstanding compliments on the food from our guests.

We ended up having to move our ceremony into the indoor space of the winery and had to move up our cocktail hour and dinner time and everyone was so flexible with the change. The staff at our event were amazing as well.

We cannot recommend Fork & Flair enough for your event if it works for you.

Absolutely Recommend! Easy planning!

Devin at Fork & Flair was FANTASTIC! Any changes requested were discussed and implemented, along with her open communication regarding the entire process, timeline, and invoice. And that's just the business side of things!
The food was an absolute hit! Easy decision-making, and our guests LOVED everything! Plus the considerations toward food allergies was above and beyond!

We did not have long enough cocktail hour to enjoy hors d'oeuvres, but from our tasting experience they would have been utterly amazing!
