I booked forevermore for the final two months of my wedding and I’m so glad I did! I was constantly asking questions and bothering Brooke at all hours of the day and she was always very quick to respond and happy to help me! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the day of the wedding and any issues I had she reached out to my vendors and took care of with no issue. She is currently in the process of helping me change my name and has been great with that as well, even calling the social security office for me to answer some of my questions. Although I hope I’ll never need to lol, I would absolutely hire Brooke again for wedding planning and flowers and decor too! Everything was beautiful and I can’t thank her enough! -

Hiring Forevermore Weddings LLC was the best decision I could have made for my wedding day! Brooke was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and made it very fun and stress free. She was always very quick to respond and was on top of the schedule. Hiring a wedding planner and coordinator was so worth it. The day of coordination by Brynn was absolutely amazing, she was on top of it!! Forevermore Weddings LLC helped to make my wedding day the best day of my life! -

The girls(and they were young) did a great job the night of my daughters wedding. They were willing to help with whatever was needed and were quick and competent. The price of Forevermore is so reasonable and more than worth it. I would recommend them for anyone needing a 'day of' wedding coordinator! -

Choosing Blues Weddings was one of the best decisions we made. Brooke and her staff were able to work amazingly with the vendors that we had already hired, even though they never have worked with them before. She also reviewed our contracts and made sure the equipment we rented would meet our needs. In fact, she helped us change rental vendors for a tent due to delivery time constraints, and she made sure that our deposit was refunded. She also recommended and worked with a florist to order flowers for the cake and made sure it was decorated the way we wanted it to be. On the day of our wedding, thanks to Blues all we had to worry about was enjoying the day with family and friends. At no point did anyone seem unclear as to where they were supposed to be or what was happening. Throughout our wedding weekend, Blues was prepared for every possible contingency and had a plan to deal with it. They were consistently sweet, and patient, and many of our guests have commented on how great they were. Our wedding will always bring happy memories to us, and that's in large part due to Brooke and her staff's hard work, preparation, and experience. We cannot thank Blues enough -

If you are planning your wedding in the Toledo area, you should really consider BLUES! They are worth every single penny! I cannot say enough great things about them. In the phone meeting when I decided to book we did a card payment over the phone which went through right away, Brooke then asked me questions for all of the paper work she needed so she could get started right away. Brooke and her staff helped us with staying on our budget and keeping track of deposits/payments to our vendors. Brooke was extremely helpful through the entire planning process, and her outline for the day of was SO detailed and organized! If there was a problem, I didn't know anything about it because they handled it all! At the end of the night, we went up to our hotel room and all of our gifts and personal items were up there... they had taken them up and dropped them off before they left which I loved because we didn't want anything happening to the gifts. They made our day so smooth and easy and allowed us to enjoy every moment. I am so grateful for that! Thank you! -

For anyone looking for a great, fun and friendly group of people to help with your wedding this is business for you! Since day one when we were looking for a wedding day of coordinator the quotes we were getting were high but not only were they high but some of the people we talked to were not so sweet and found us I felt as more of a bother. Brooke and her staff were very kind and when we did a phone consultation it was truley free she didn't try to charge us at the end for some off the line reason. Brooke and her assistant were amazing at the wedding planned the time-line and it was near on perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help us! Very professional, know what their doing and kind! -

I was so glad I ended up getting a wedding planner for the day of my wedding! There was so many little details Brooke and her assistant were able to help with. Brooke was always very kind and accommodating. There was a couple miscommunications and that is the only reason I didn’t give a whole five stars. However, Brooke fixed any errors and my vendors were very impressed with her! -

I came to Blues to help with my wedding planning we had some ideas but trying to figure everything out and what was left and how much became super stressful. From the start Brooke was super friendly informed me of everything they did for you and how it worked. I felt happy right from the start with all the information I was given right away so I didn't have to come up with a thousand questions and get barley any info. Their pricing is reasonable and great for how great they did staying in my budget. Brooke and her staff are very friendly, honest and professional. Would love to work with them again. Only issue we ran into was sometimes it was hard to talk on the phone due to her helping others but she didn't give us a rush on the phone when we did talk and she was usually always open in the evening which I loved. -

We called blues weddings when we needed someone to coordinate our wedding. I was a little nervous as the quote was cheaper than many other quotes we got but their service was fantastic! I wouldn't have picked anyone else if I could go back. From the beginning we played some phone tag but other than that once I signed a contract and put in our deposit we were golden and were constantly in touch. Brooke and her team work so fast and are so professional I couldn't ask for anything more! Thanks you guys were great. -

GREAT GREAT GREAT! I couldn't say it anymore. My brother and his wife needed some help finding a few more things before their wedding on July 30th, 2017. When my sister in law got in touch with Blues they asked for a quote and got one same day when asked. Not only was the owner of Blues quick to respond she was professional and was there for my brother and his wife when ever they needed them. They have 2 assistants at the wedding when they coordinated it and it was perfect! I would recommend them to anyone and I was a guest and thought they were great. They served the bridal table their food and their first drinks and everything was so smooth. GREAT JOB! -

Unfortunately, terrible service
I was married in May 2021 and I debated even leaving a review a year ago because I didn’t want to ruin someone’s company. However, a year later and my parents and brothers still talk about how horrible the service was from this company. We had many many issues the day of the wedding that resulted in not only me, but also many family members being very stressed out. For example, my husband, dad, and brothers were moving large items for the planner 30 minutes before the ceremony, in their tuxes, in 90 degree weather due to the lack of organization and communication issues. After the ceremony, when I was supposed to be at pictures, I was the one directing people to cocktail hour because they didn’t know what was going on. I had my decorations typed up and extremely detailed down to the amount and what went on each table/piece of furniture, but you could tell the planner didn’t even read them until she walked in that morning (she didn’t know what a buffet/sideboard table or barback was). There were directions where to send people and the guests were brought into the wrong entrance. This resulted in guests not getting their champagne toast at the entrance and they weren’t directed past the seating chart, so no one knew where to sit. My bridal party was supposed to be directed to cocktail hour while we took our couples portraits and instead, they were lined up in the blazing hot sun for 30 minutes to wait for the grand entrance. My florist showed up with an entire table of floral missing and instead of the planner handling it, I got a call while I was getting my hair done the day of telling me they were missing. When it came time to bustle my dress, my day of planner stood around and watched my photographer stop eating her meal to help me bustle my dress. At the end of the night, my bouquet (that I had already paid to have preserved the next day) was tossed into a black garbage bag and not put in water, causing them to wilt. These were just some of the issues we had and to this day, I still hear about new issues that happened that day a year later. It felt like someone who had never been a day of planner for a wedding before was sent to run my wedding. I am still so embarrassed of the stress Forevermore put on my family that day. Brooke was kind and apologized for Cameron’s (the assigned head) service via email, but that was the extent of it. My husband and I ended up having a great time, but it wasn’t because of this company. My younger brother is getting married soon and recently said all he wanted was to make sure they didn’t cause the stress my planner caused our family the day of. It really is unfortunate when my family looks back on my wedding, and after saying how much fun they had, the next thing they can talk about is how much stress this company caused. -

Scammed me out of a refund
Guys - terrible experience. Had clear outlines of what was asked for, what I was paying for, what was expected to be provided and about 50% of that she completely ignored. Lied to me about a GIANT box of flowers I found shoved under the table where my cake was sitting the morning after the wedding, totally neglected to build an actual arch for the ceremony - it was just two centerpiece type pieces zip tied to the structure that was already there, both Mother’s corsages fell apart within minutes of putting them on, USED REAL CANDLES in the venue that I told her explicitly had a FLAMELESS ONLY rule, and completely neglected to provide two arrangements for the entry to the ceremony area that were the equivalent of $400. Said she would send me the money back for those - never got it. Awful business. Floral was the MOST disappointing part of the wedding. So sorry I hired her. Also, she has multiple profiles created with different names to try and mitigate the effects of multiple bad reviews all with similar experiences. Don’t be fooled!-

Extremely Disappointed with Forevermore Weddings' Services
We hired Forevermore Weddings for our wedding decor and were deeply disappointed with their overall service, execution, and communication. While we initially appreciated their enthusiasm and willingness to work with us, the results fell FAR short of our expectations. The two biggest issues with Forevermore Weddings were their consistent lack of attention to detail and their miscommunication.
We had an Indian wedding with six different events, five of which we hired Forevermore Weddings for. Unfortunately, there were several mistakes and issues throughout all five events:
1. Wedding Pre-Event: Haldi
o The triangle platform lacked the yellow base we discussed.
o The triangles were smaller, less vibrant, and less full of flowers than the reference photo.
o The stools provided were not the correct Haldi yellow color, disrupting the decor's consistency. Despite having agreed on a specific stool and confirmed in writing, Forevermore Weddings decided to use a completely different color and material on the day of the event, with no explanation.
2. Wedding Pre-Event: Mehndi
o The backdrop for the mehndi (henna) station was a major letdown. Instead of the agreed-upon green fabric, they used white fabric—an important deviation that completely changed the theme of our event. Nowhere in our contract was white fabric mentioned. In fact, the contract reference photo clearly showed the exact shade of green we discussed.
o The backdrop size was smaller than the dimensions in the reference photo. No communication indicated that they would be building a smaller backdrop.
o When questioned, Forevermore Weddings claimed the green fabric would have required an additional charge—something that was never communicated to us. Even when we offered to pay for the upgrade after discovering the mistake, they said they did not have the fabric available because they never ordered it.
o The size and quantity of florals did not align with what was agreed upon, and lighting was initially missing. We had to call the team back to add missing elements prior to the start of the event, but they still failed to add the flowers where they were supposed to go. Had we not called them back at all, the correct florals and lighting would have been missing entirely.
3. Wedding: Hindu Ceremony
o The mandap, the most important decor piece, was incredibly disappointing.
▪ The flower arch was much smaller than the reference image. Forevermore Weddings did not even write the dimensions of the arch they were going to build in the contract.
▪ The mandap was undersized, forcing us to awkwardly step down during the pheres (circling the fire), the most important part of a Hindu ceremony, which should not have happened.
▪ The height of the mandap was half of what was agreed upon in writing.
▪ Several contract details—such as pink flowers and matching chairs—were neglected entirely.
o Even Forevermore acknowledged after the fact that the mandap did not meet the specifications we agreed upon, yet they never provided a clear reason for why this happened.
4. Wedding: Nikah
o The aisle pieces and sage flowers we discussed were missing. When asked, Forevermore Weddings claimed they didn’t include them because they didn’t charge us for them. Rather than communicating that these elements would cost extra (which we would have gladly paid for), they simply omitted them without notice, disregarding our vision.
5. Wedding Reception
o The stage setup was another major failure:
▪ The stage fabric wrap, where we sat during speeches, was unsecured. This resulted in it moving every time someone came up to hug us or when we walked on it. We were constantly adjusting the stage fabric in order for it to sit properly.
▪ The backdrop was incomplete and shorter than agreed upon.
▪ The aisle pieces from the ceremony that were supposed to be reused were only partially added. Three were to be used but only one was.
▪ The florals and feathers did not match the reference photos. Instead of the gold feathers we agreed upon, Forevermore ordered yellow feathers—something they admitted to our wedding planner shortly before the event.
▪ The stage overall looked bare, lacked elegance, and did not match the inspiration photos in the contract. Every time we look at our photos and videos, these mistakes are glaringly obvious.
Working with Forevermore Weddings was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. Given the price they charged, we expected a much higher level of professionalism and attention to detail. After the wedding, we shared our concerns and asked for a reasonable 40% refund to account for the numerous mistakes and emotional distress caused. Instead, Forevermore Weddings disregarded the emotional impact their work had, accused us of extortion, and only refunded us ~4.5%. They were unwilling to negotiate anything higher.
The refund process itself took months of persistent follow-ups from us and our wedding planner team—17 emails and 6 WhatsApp message reminders between October and December before we finally received the refund. Adding to the frustration, during the 1.5 years we worked with Forevermore Weddings, they frequently misspelled or mispronounced both our names and our wedding planner’s name, despite repeated corrections. This lack of basic respect only added to our disappointment.
Ultimately, Forevermore Weddings’ poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and repeated failure to deliver on their promises made working with them a deeply frustrating experience. Weddings—especially Indian weddings with their intricate details and cultural significance—deserve a decorator who listens, communicates clearly, and executes with care. Unfortunately, Forevermore Weddings fell short on all fronts. The stress and miscommunication we endured simply aren’t worth it, no matter the type of wedding. We cannot, in good faith, recommend Forevermore Weddings to anyone planning such an important and meaningful event. We strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL company I’ve ever dealt with!
The coordinator didn’t even show up the day of my wedding. Literally the only work they do is put together a timeline with a template which you can just use an online template and do this yourself, plus you won’t have to worry about them delivering it a day before your wedding which makes it useless since no vendor of yours will have time to adequately review it. Save yourself the headache, money and stress! -

Photographer completely missed our ceremony. Only received about 80 photos of a 5 hr. wedding. Waited over 30 days to even view the photos. Even though it was their fault they were only willing to offer a 30% refund. Completely ridiculous to work with. Would never recommend them to anyone. Extremely unprofessional. Terrible customer service.-
