Wedding of our dreams!

Laura made us feel that everything was going to turn out amazing and guess what, it did! Laura and the team transformed the bonneville salt flats into the wedding of our dreams. It was difficult to coordinate and bring everything into the middle of nowhere, but she did it. The design, the layout, and the flow of the night was perfect. We truly got to enjoy the night to the fullest, even to the point where we asked the dj to stay longer. We had full trust in her since the start and it was the best decision we could’ve made. Her zoom calls were thorough and her experience shone through. The wedding was beautiful, unique, and exceeded all expectations. Every little detail was there, like the pretzel and donut bar, the heaters, the blankets, couches, the mini tent, and heaters. Everyone who came said it was the best wedding they’ve been to. Forevermore events did my event rentals and they were very helpful in helping me pick out what kind of chairs, type of arch, etc. and they were very efficient in delivering them. I am very pleased with the quality of their rentals and would highly recommend them.

It may seem like an expense to hire a wedding planner, but Laura Stagg and her staff at Forevermore Events are worth their weight in gold! I could not have pulled off my destination wedding at Clear Creek Ranch without them.

Laura was a super-fun person to plan my wedding with. In fact, planning the wedding with her was just as fun as the wedding itself. She is very knowledgeable of the vendors in town, has a great design sense, and years of experience to back it up. She's both practical and imaginative, willing to explore any vision I had for my wedding and talk about how to make it a reality. She coordinated several vendor visits for us while we were in town, and was happy to jump on Skype when we were in California.

Wedding day was phenomenal! Everyone talks about their wedding day as a crazy blur, but I was stress free and able to soak in the experience. Laura had everything covered. And “everything” included decorating the ceremony and reception spaces with 975 paper flowers I’d made (not a small task). I literally GASPED when I saw what she’d done with the reception space. And that’s only one small piece of the 100+ things she was coordinating that day. I can’t imagine how stressed out I would have been without Forevermore Events.

I am forever indebted to Laura and her staff for helping make my dream wedding a reality! You will not regret hiring Forevermore Events!

Laura and her staff are AMAZING! Truly insightful and willing to make your day absolutely perfect! Their selection of decorations is incredible. Laura is so personable and is truly a joy to be around and she makes you feel so special! We love forevermore events and will continue to use them!

They have so many different options as far as packages go. They can help a little or do everything for you. We live out of the area and didn't know what vendors were around and it was really helpful to know we were in good hands with the options they recommended.

We found it very helpful to use Forevermore Events for a second time. Laura was creative and kept with the brides vision of her wedding day. The ceremony and the reception were held in different locations. It was nice to have someone else worry about the set up while we were away to the ceremony. Thanks again Laura for a memorable event.

We couldn't have been happier with the choice of using Laura and her staff at Forever More Events. They took care of everything including things we didn't even think of. As a mother I was so relieved and relaxed knowing our wedding was taken care of It afforded me the luxury of enjoying a beautiful stressless day!

If a family can have a perfect day - ours did on our daughters wedding day. Forevermore Events exceeded all our expectations and was a big reason our day was perfect. Laura and her staff were incredible and helped walk us through the entire process from start to finish. We couldn't have done it without her!!

Words cannot express how grateful we are for Forevermore. I knew going through designs and talking about tablecloths, vendors, chairs, and everything in between, that we were in good hands. Having no experience in planning events (or anything really creative and artsy) we weren't really able to fully imagine what it would look like. All my friends and family had cautioned us to try and have no expectations, and we wouldn't be disappointed.

Well, try as I might I know that I had some expectations. And when I stepped out of the limosine and saw the ceremony set up and beautiful, and the reception at least, if not more impressive, I was breathless. Any scenario my brain had come up with to that point fell far short of what was in front of us. It was absolutely perfect beyond my imagination.

Their expertise not only in designing and planning but recommending all the vendors - the cake, the DJ, the flowers... it was all perfect. Even before the wedding, I was so worried I would be stressed but you guys took care of everything and let me focus on all my loved ones from out of town, and just enjoy the experience.

Thank you so much for helping us create such wonderful memories. And not just David and I. We had about 100 people in attendance, at least 80 of them from out of town, and every single person talked about what a beautiful wedding it was. Almost everyone commented that it was one of the best weddings they had attended.

We love to rave about Forevermore Events to anyone who asks us. So thank you, thank you, thank you!

I would highly recommend Forevermore Events. If you are looking for a full service Event Planner they are wonderful! Our days were worry free, and the evening was beautiful! It was all my daughter wanted.

Forevermore Events made my daughters dream wedding come true and as the mother of the bride I was able to enjoy the entire day and months leading up to it due to a wonderful event planner! They listened to what we wanted and made it all happen and then some. I would not change a single thing from this event and credit it all to Forevermore Events. My advice to anyone have a large event is to hire Forevermore Events and then sit back and enjoy!

If you choose to have a wedding planner for your wedding you MUST use Forevermore Events. They are absolutely wonderful! Nothing is overlooked and Laura is very detailed oriented, flexible, and professional. Our wedding turned was perfect and it wouldn't have been the same without Laura!

Forevermore Events was fabulous in helping envision and achieve the perfect look for our damask wedding in the linens and table arrangements. The wedding was beautifully elegant thanks to Forevermore Events. Laura walked me through every table I would need for the number of guests and their locations and what linens to use to achieve the damask look I wanted. More linens were even made so I would have enough. The icing on the cake was the darling little damask votive holders. Linens were shipped and arrived when I needed them and I just had to put them back in the box and send them back, no laundering, nothing! Thank you so much! I would definitly use Forevermore Events again.

Laura was absolutely amazing! The team at Forevermore Events was amazing, I can't believe perfectly they were able to see my vision for my wedding, and were able to bring it to life. Laura was simply amazing. She was VERY helpful with all aspects of our wedding. She returned every call as fast as she could, she was flexible with our appointments and had fantastic referrals to vendors. She is very detail oriented and that makes a HUGE difference in a wedding. I can't say enough good about Laura and Forevermore Events! She made the wedding day perfect in every way. It was a pleasure working with her in the months preceding the wedding. She was quick to respond to our every concern. Her enormous knowledge and insight guided us in making every decision while still allowing for our own creativity and choices. The wedding day was stress free for the bride and groom (and mother of the bride). Laura took care of every detail. When a problem arose, she handled it with ease and in a professional manner. It was by far the best money I spent in planning and preparing for our daughter's wedding. I would recommend her service to everyone.

Forevermore Events was wonderful to work with. Always willing to call us back in a timely manner and put us at ease. Many people struggle with the thought of paying a wedding planner. I'm here to tell you it was the best money we ever spent. We didn't have to worry about setting up for the wedding and the best part, cleaning up after. Laura and her staff were fantastic. Kasi and Sherry, members of Laura's staff...made sure everything ran smoothly at our daughters wedding. Forevermore Events helped me plan my dream wedding. The whole event exceeded my expectations and a lot of that was due to the true expertise of Laura Stagg and her amazing staff. It started with the planning and was consistent to final exectution. It was so nice that I could actually relax and go for a hike the morning of my wedding and know that all the details were being handled. It was a beautiful, stress free day! We simply could not have realized our dream of having a gorgeous destination wedding in Zion without Laura Stagg and Forevermore Events. Laura & Forevermore Events took care of our wedding a few weekends ago & the day was perfect.
I did not worry at all the day of. I knew Laura & her team were taking care of everything. She is very detail oriented. She remembered all the little special details & I wanted & made it happen. She is very good at her job & it was nice putting all my trust into her. She has a lot of connections so she can help set up all the vendors if needed. Her inspiration for table decor, etc is wonderful. That's what drew me to her services. I was only displeased w/ the lack of communication w/ her. There were many emails that were not responded to. I often did not get answers to my questions. That was frustrating as I was trying to actively plan my wedding. As it got closer (1-2months out) she was very quick w/ responding. She is a very busy planner & is in high demand so she is often working on other events.

The problem I had with Forevermore events, was I sat down with the owner for 3 months planning everything, but the owner was booked for another wedding on the same day. So the day of my wedding.. I had a girl there planning and setting everything up... that I had never met before. My wedding didn't go the way I wanted, the decorations weren't anything like a dreamed, and the wedding and reception just didn't flow. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to really listen to me. Other than they actual wedding day, they were amazing with setting up all the other vendors. I was very pleased with how they do all the organizing for you. I think they just need to not take on so many weddings all at once, and limit how many they do in a month, so that each customer gets their full attention. I think sometimes event planners get lost in their work, and forget that this is someones dream day. Listen to everything the bride and groom want and need.. to make their day special.

While they were the only rental place in Saint George, they didn't have an altar, the chairs were kindof cheap, and they sent two of the wrong table cloths, the day still went on.

Stressful and disappointing experience

I worked with Laura and Forevermore Events to plan my September 2024 wedding for 190 people. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend her services and recommend conducting thorough reference checks before hiring Laura (the owner).

Despite billing herself as a full service planner, we ended up shouldering the weight of the planning. We did not receive a budget from her, and she did not track any expenses for us. Tracking expenses was complicated by her practice of sending each version of each contract in a separate email thread.

We repeatedly requested that she review contracts for errors or changes before sending them to us. She did not. Thankfully, we did, and found (and reversed) several thousand dollars in errors. The errors continued up until the rehearsal, when a vendor added $800 to an already paid invoice. Laura could not provide an explanation. My husband had to handle this issue directly with the vendor two hours before our rehearsal dinner.

She also made baffling suggestions that led us to stop trusting her judgment. Examples include recommending two toilets for 190 people, 120 bus seats for 190 people, and hairstyling for 16 women beginning "in the afternoon" for a 5pm wedding.

Finally, she appeared to have no sense of control over the timeline. I had to make repeated corrections leading up to the event. At the wedding, Laura approached and said, “We’re 90 minutes behind. What do you want to do?” All I wanted her to do was her job: fix problems as they arise so we could enjoy our wedding. Instead, she proposed no solutions, and my family and I found ourselves negotiating with vendors mid-wedding to keep things on track.

I loved my wedding thanks to some of our amazing vendors (Dance Doctors, Gideon Photo, A. Green Video, Kelso's, and Bryce with Festival Sounds in particular were incredible). And I debated leaving a negative review for this small business. But ultimately, my experience was so stressful and disappointing that I decided a warning to others was warranted. I hope this feedback is useful to Laura and Forevermore Events as well.

They did my niece's wedding. They went very over budget even tho it was set firm from the beginning. They didn't follow thru an details. I was re-doing the ones since they were all droopy and crooked. The woman over finances had the bride in tears the morning of the wedding over Payment details that were set with Laura before the week of the wedding. Laura wasn't even in town during the event and left it to someone else less qualified. I had to run to the store twice for small detail items that they overlooked and needed to be done. Pictures were taken in the dark with little to no lighting so very few were any good. Very disappointing. Very unimpressed.

We hired Laura of forevermore events for our destination wedding. We at first received a lot of helpful information and were encouraged by our first phone consultation. As we continued in the planning process things degraded. We felt as though our wedding was the least important thing on forevermore events long list of things to do. They just seemed to busy to help us with a lot of the details. During several times in the planning process we were asked to take care of coordinating with other vendors ourselves; this is something that I was hoping forevermore events would help us with. Confusion about their rental inventory made the planning process very difficult and stressful. When we expressed our concern to Forevermore events in an e-mail they replied by stating that we could find a different wedding planner if we wanted to ; this was 3-4 weeks before our ceremony. We were shocked by this response and since we didn’t want to lose all our money and our venue we continued with forevermore events services. After our wedding we were contacted by several guests that told us they had negative interactions with the events planner. Luckily our wedding was special because of all the work we put in, the support of our family and friends, and our other wonderful vendors. We feel forevermore events made our planning more stressful and tiring than it could have been. Hiring them for same day coordination might be the way to go since their team set up things very well.
