    I sent yellow roses to be made into a bead. The communication from the beginning was excellent. The directions were very easy to understand about sending flowers in. The service was wonderful, with emails throughout the whole process keeping me updated. They received my flowers on 5/31/18 and I received my bead on 7/9/18. I couldn't be more happy with this company!! And of course my bead is perfect! Definitely would recommend them.

    I can not begin to express how happy and please I was with the service Tammy, from Forever in Time, provided. I had placed an order to have a bouquet of flowers preserved into jewelry and I was beyond thrilled with the outcome! Tammy was wonderful when responding to me with any questions I had and kept great communication and the progress of my order. Excellent service, extremely professional and incredible results. Thank you Forever in Time! :)

    I know this is feedback for brides, but I wanted to comment because what she does is no special. We had her preserve flowers from my sisters funeral. We had jewelry and embedments made, and they are such a special keepsake to us. I just wanted to be able to give her the praise she deserves.

    Can't tell you how much this means to me. I had a shadowbox done, and also a heart ornament for my mother. We also did jewelry pieces too. Price was very reasonable, Tammy was very easy to work with. I'd recommend her and her services to anyone.

    I'm so glad I had this done with my flowers, they were so beautiful, I wanted to keep them. I had seen Forever In Time, Tammy, at a bridal show, and took one of her brochures. It was as easy as a phone call. We set up pick up for my flowers, she preserved them, and made a beautiful shadowbox. I would recommend her and her services to anyone.

    This was something that I would have never thought of having done if I wouldn't have come across one of their brochures. My flowers came out absolutely beautiful they look the same as they did the day I got married, and how they put everything into a shadowbox it really is a wonderful keepsake. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Wow....I didn't know this could even be done....I'm so glad I seen it at the bridal show....and even happier that I had it done. I love my shadowbox...but the jewelry pieces are so unique.

    Wow, I love it. I'm so glad I did this and you shouldn't hesitate to do it too. Very easy, she makes it very easy. It does take a little time, but it's worth it. I did a shadowbox, and a piece of jewelry. Again, glad I did it.

    Tammy preserved my wedding bouquet in a beautiful hand made shadowbox. She was extremely flexible in coming to pick up the flowers and the other items for the display, which she did not need at the same time. It was really nice to be able to hand off the flowers and then take my time to pick the rest of the display.

    The results are absolutely stunning and I am so happy I decided to preserve my flowers. At Tammy's amazing prices it would have been silly not to!

    I completely recommend working with Forever in Time for floral preservation.

    When I got the email from Tammy, asking if I would do a review, I was very happy to. I know I'd never heard of preserving my flowers, so I know most other people haven't either. I had seen her at the bridal show at Shopko Hall last year, and kept her info. But she had also called me a couple weeks before my wedding, because I had filled out a form at the show for her. I'm so glad I did this. It's not that expensive, and it's worth every penny.

    So glad I had this done. This was probably the easiest part of our wedding. It took one phone call to Tammy, and she set everything up. She came and picked up my bouquet the day after our wedding, and delivered the shadowbox when it was done, and we love it. Take my advise, you will be busy before the wedding, but take the couple of minutes to set this up, you'll be very glad you did.

    Tammy drove to get the flowers from me, so I just had to hand them off to her. Then she contacted me to set up a time to pick up the stuff for in my shadowbox. It was so easy. And it came out so beautiful. Friends and family that come over are always commenting on how beautiful the shadowbox looks. The small price you pay for the box is definetly worth it! I also had a small glass heart made with preserved flowers from my bouquet for my mother in law. She loves it, and has it on display in her living room. What a great thing Tammy does!

    Beautiful Keepsakes

    I found this company as I was researching ways to save some of my flowers from my destination wedding. I read the instructions ahead of time and followed the steps to mail in my flowers from my destination wedding spot 3 days after my wedding. They didn’t quite as great as I’d hoped but I was pleasantly surprised when I received my two beautiful paperweights! The roses look fully intact and kept their beautiful color. The ladies even sent me a complimentary pendent from some of my petal pieces which was a nice surprise. Not to mention, the prices were more reasonable than other companies I’d found. Highly recommended.

    Within the week after my wedding, I sent my flowers (brightly colored still) and sent it to them. Reading the reviews, I figured it does take awhile so I waited. The communication through email was okay (they didnt contact me initially stating mix ups, which happens but after the first email, they were easy to communicate with). Five months later, I received them and was incredibly disappointed with what I received. The "best" bits of my bouquet weren't used. It makes me quite sad because I loved my bouquet and dried some of it myself but sent the best parts to them. The ones I've personally dried looks better than the sad looking, withered flowers in the products I was sent. I didn't feel that this was worth the money spent. I recommend using other vendors.

    It didn't take 5 months. We received your flowers on Oct. 27, 2016. You didn't place/pay for your order until Feb. 24th. We don't create the keepsakes until the invoice is paid in full, then are shipped within 21 business days, all stated on our site.
    Your flowers were dark orange gerberas, unopened white roses, unopened coral roses and purple alstroemeria. They weren't that bright colored. We don't want anyone to be disappointed, but we only can work with what we have received from you.

    I was fairly disappointed. I sent two roses from my grandma's funeral to make paperweights. The base on one isnt even glued down all the way and its lopsided. I messaged them and they said they would fix it if I PAID to sent it back. After i already paid them $90 for them. If you want pics you can email me leah98gunderman@yahoo.com

    It took a year before I saw my bouquet again. I knew a few of the flowers had damaged petals here and there, but the bouquet came back a third of its original size. Now it's sitting on my mantle and there are pieces accumulating at the bottom from where the roses are falling apart.

    i received my bracelet and 5x7 frame today. I was immediately disappointed in both items. The frame which was wrapped terribly was broken in two places!
    I made specific requests which were ignored it seems. I wanted my blue delphinium flowers front and center in both items preserved as whole flowers and as many whole flowers used as possible, however they arrived as just a mushed up mix of petals. I wanted to see my FLOWERS not just petals. flowers are beautiful shapes when they are whole. I don't see one hydrangea flower whole. I wanted space in between the flowers I told them I was quite ok with that. The way they packed this box astonishes me, wood planks? and a tiny bit of peanuts on the bottom of the box with a little bubble wrap and sheet of styro foam. I have opened a dispute on paypal for a partial refund. I do not recommend this company, They don't listen to you.

    First, we are proud of what we do, and work very hard to make everyone happy with their keepsakes.
    When packing photo frames, they are first wrapped in parchment paper, than in a foam pouch for protection from scratches, then wrapped in large bubble wrap, and then between two thin boards to protect them in the box were to be punctured or crushed....that is over and above what most places would do....then the box is filled with packing peanuts. We also insure each box through the USPS. We do not have control of what happens during shipping, that is why we take the extra precautions.
    As for the petals and pieces of your flowers in the frame. On our site, it explains that we are limited on what fits in the frames, and that they are made from petals and pieces. The frame itself is approximate 1/2 inch thick, I put in what I can.

    My daughter contacted Tammy months before her wedding to have a shadow box made. I will make this short and sweet. The shadow box took a 1 1/2 to complete after numerous emails, phone calls and voice mails. It got to the point where we weren't sure we would get our items back. We kept getting the same answer from her that it would take a month. Like I said it took a year and a half later. While the shadow box is nice, Tammy left out items my daughter wanted in the box. With spending the kind of money we did and numerous emails of how she wanted it, it was not that. My advice to you is find someone to dry your flowers and if you want a shadow box..DO IT YOURSELF. We had to add left out items to the box and rearrange other items that were hid. I am very unsatisfied with the communication, time it took to complete and that we had to finish the shadow box ourselves.

    If I could give this organization 0 stars I would. My husband and I paid $150 for a shadowbox with our wedding flowers preserved. What we got was severely disappointing, and then when I reached out to the organization to remedy the concerns, her response blamed me for every aspect of what she's chalking up to me not understanding the process, when the fact that they disassemble my wedding bouquet to preserve it, and that my stating "cutting it in half and pinning the flat side to the back" meant "cut the number of flowers in half and create a top down view of the bouquet".
    I can see now in reading other reviews that this is not the first time this customer service based business has turned to trying to blame the client rather than accepting responsibility.
    In my personal opinion, statements like, " I can't help how you interpreted it." (when no explanation was given) and "I can't help that the initial tracking # you were given didn't work for you as it did work for me on my end" (with NO response when I informed her the tracking number didn't work and asked for an update) and "I don't know how else I could have gotten you to understand how it would look." (when once again, no clarification was given regarding the "cut in half" concept) belong in a response to a distressed customer.
    Don't even get me started on how she responded when I brought up the visible gobs of hot glue holding down my husband's boutonniere.

    DO NOT USE!!!! The flowers that we received looked nothing like the ones they advertise online. We received brown and wilted flowers. They told us that they had some flowers in "good shape" that they could use, but they obviously weren't in good shape. We are contacting our credit card company to open a dispute because they are refusing a refund.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! The quality of the items I received was laughable and the fact that I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get ANY response from them was sad! Only received half of my order and they made me feel like I was in the wrong!!
    There are people who take advantage of you when you at your most vulnerable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

    Honestly do not know who this person is. We would never NOT send what all was ordered, so where the "got half my order" came from, I do not know. We have NOT dealt with a credit card dispute either.
    We are VERY proud of what we do, and work very hard to create these keepsakes. Maybe if you would contact us....we would have been more than willing to work with you, than for you to complain in a review.

    If I could give a 0 star review I would. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Customer service and overall experience was horrid. I sent two roses from my grandmothers funeral to be made into paperweight. I requested that they add "stock" flowers if possible. They said they would add it to my invoice, which means it will happen. They did not communicate that they could not do this, so obviously I was disappointed when my spheres arrived. When I wrote to inquire why this didn't happen and asked why they looked like a children's school project (in a nicer way, of course) they tried to argue with me about why it looked awful. I REALLY hope they are more sensitive with other customers, as this is the last memory of my grandma, and this was not something that I will be able to display.

    We are very proud of what we do. You sent dried flowers, we stated we would recommend the smaller paperweight, you wanted the spheres and that is what we made. You are complaining about a flower you sent, we did nothing to it. You are comparing an already dried flower, to fresh flowers on our site. That isn't fair. We often have people send us dried and even brown flowers and want something made, because of the importance of the flower itself. We are sorry you are disappointed, but we did what you asked. We aren't miracle workers to bring a dried flower back to life.
