  One of the most exciting moments of our life.

  We chose to use Forever after photography to shoot our engagement photos. They were prompt, engaging and made us feel like family. I was nervous about my weight and Michelle talked me down. She got me out of my head and made me feel beautiful. I loved shooting with them. Price was great and so affordable. I told my sister who is also getting married and they are doing their photos next week! Love love love Forever after.

  Easy and fun engagement photos

  Michelle and Bruce were awesome - so relaxed and easy to work with. She helped us right from the start in terms of thinking about what to wear and made the whole process as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. For the first time ever we have some great photos of our family and ones that I'm really happy to have on display. Will definitely be engaging with them again in the future. Highly recommend to people wanting something affordable, but look great!

  We are so happy with our wedding photos. Both Michelle and Bruce were awesome photographers. Michelle was more than a photographer to me, at times she would volunteer herself to coordinate with the DJ/venue staff to help take some stress off of my plate. Bruce had an awesome energy. Totally worth having two photographers at your wedding to capture both the bride and groom's whole day. We are happy with the edited and raw pictures. Thank you Michelle and Bruce for capturing all important parts of the wedding.

  My Fiance and I had our engagement photos done with Forever After, and we could not have been happier! Michelle was SO easy to work with! She took her time and let us get nice and warmed up so we became more comfortable, since we all know how awkward these kinds of photos can be!! Also, I gave her ideas of a few photos I wanted to recreate and she was great about making sure that happened. My fiance was not at all looking forward to doing the pictures, and the next day his words were "I'm really glad we did those!" I cant thank her enough for being so easy to work with, and also for the BEAUTIFUL pictures that we got! I've recieved tons of compliments on her work :D

  What a great photographer! She was fun and never sat down at our wedding. She was constantly taking pictures and was very flexible. She did exactly what we asked from her and worked with us when we ran into issues. I was very happy with everything she did!

  While we were pleased with the photos and products that we (finally) received, it was pretty frustrating on our end because of the lack of timeliness throughout the entire process. Maybe we were an isolated experience... They were late to every meeting (5 total including initial interview and engagement pics) and we just felt that we were not a priority. There was a 3 month lag for us to receive our wedding photos and we also did not receive our album or prints in a timely manner. Like I said before, the photos are beautiful at an affordable price point and both Michelle and Bruce are nice individuals, but we found ourselves pretty stressed out by the whole process.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. We did our first engagement session with Michelle and Bruce at Wash Park. They were over 20 minutes late because they hit traffic. It was a Sunday afternoon so it was a little off to us but we understood that things happen. After the shoot we were told that we would see a sneak peak on their Facebook page in two weeks, and receive all of our pictures in one month. None of the deadlines they set were met.
  
  They then emailed us to let us know that a hair had gotten caught in the lens so a portion of our pictures didn't turn out well. They offered a redo shoot and showed up late to that as well! We even waited an extra 5 minutes because Bruce told us Michelle was putting on makeup in the car.
  
  They are horrible with communication, you usually wait a week or two for a response, which always includes excuses.
  
  We emailed them to let them know we were moving on and would like a partial refund, and the response that Michelle sent was SO unprofessional, basically much telling me I was needy and asked for too much and they were way too nice to us. She also proceeded to lie about so many of the situations I presented to her which shocked me! The biggest lie was that she told my mom, fiancé and I that there was no refunds on deposits the day we paid the deposit. Michelle went to my moms house to get the deposit, my fiancé and I weren't even there!
  
  Spend your money on photographers who are respectful to their clients up to the very end! Also, make sure you have a contract so you don't get screwed.

  Very unprofessional. Would not edit pictures after we finally got them. She was paid in full a month before the wedding so there was nothing we could do but wait for our photos. Even when I talked to her about fixing the photos, editing them or something, she told me now and that if I reviewed her she would just tell clients that I didn't pay my bill. Be weary when using this photographer, and don't expect great photos or to get them in a timely mannor, but DO expect to edit them yourself!

  After I received my photos I noticed that Michelle sent every picture she snapped to me. Over 2200 photos!! I had to filter out all the bad pictures myself. She did not edit them, filter out any of the blurry pictures or the bad pictures. I had paid her in full before the wedding happened and then had to wait 3 months for my photos that she did nothing with. When I emailed her to address the situation she told me that was what she was going to send me and no do any more work. When I advised her I was going to review her she told me she would just tell other potential clients that I would not pay my bill. Which is funny because anyone that books with her will know you have to be paid in full before the wedding. DO NOT USE THIS PHOTOGRAPHER!!!

  Ugh, if only we had read the other online reviews first, as we've just had the typical problems others have had. My sister was going to use these guys for her engagements and wedding photos. They were told it would be a few weeks until they got the photos back, it took months. Then the engagement pictures that were sent over were completely unedited, full of awkward poses, many photos with eyes half closed, the only close-ups of the rings were totally blurry, and a few potentially decent shots where one, or both, of the faces were blurry, making the photo completely unusable. Having used a professional photographer many times before, I was confused as to why there were so many terrible photos that were sent over!? Those should have been deleted by the photographer immediately and never seen the light of day. Of course none of us were happy with the photos and there is no way we could trust them to shoot the wedding, which is still 7 months away. We asked to cancel and to receive a fair portion of the deposit back, not even all of it, but they insist they're keeping it all. The photographer also refuses to send us a copy of the contract, so that we can see exactly what the terms of the deposit are. $850 for terrible engagement photos seems a little steep, no!? Save yourself some grief and go somewhere else!

  Be cautious when hiring. They are decent priced, but you get what you pay for and the cheaper price show in their customer service and photos. Michelle was not easy or fun to work with in getting our photos back. Their turn around time is months, not weeks, despite what they tell you. Once we did finally get them to send the pictures they were okay, but nothing had been done to them, so there was not reason to keep the pictures for so long. We had pictures where peoples eyes were half closed, blurry and no edits or touch up done to any of them, like stated in the package purchased. Just be careful and please read review and do your research if you are considering booking them, as we have not been the only couple that has had difficulties or issues when it comes to them.

  Just beware when dealing with Michelle and Bruce. If anything goes wrong, or you are not happy with the quality they send you, it is your fault, they will not take accountability for late photos, blurry photos and unedited photos. It will get twisted and put back on you. I have never been so disappointed with the quality of work and professionalism as I was with the photos we received from Forever After photography. We did our engagement pictures with them at Wash Park. It took over 6 weeks to get our pictures back, when we were expecting them in 2-4 weeks. I followed up with them around the 4 week mark, and received a long email full of excuses saying she sent it, my fault I didn't get it and she would resend the link in a week. After 2 more weeks we did finally get our photos and NONE of the pictures were touched up and quiet a few blurry ones we sent. She does admit the pictures were blurry and not edited, but that was our that they were blurry, we moved too much, and I needed to tell her to edit the pictures if I wanted that. Which in our initial consultation I made it very clear I was looking for a photographer that edited their pictures AND it very clearly states, in the description of the package I purchased, edits and touch ups are done to the photos.
  We did have them booked for our wedding this spring, but will definitely not be using them. We are not satisfied for obvious reasons and let them know, but they will not work with us and give us any of our deposit back. We have also requested our contract 5 times now, to see in detail what was signed, as I do not remember it ever saying the deposit was NOT refundable. I would have definitely reconsidered if I had known, as that is NOT industry standard for a wedding vendor to keep a large deposit for a service they will not perform, especially with such advance notice. We have requested numerous times requesting that they call us to talk and no call to date, just more rude emails.

  DO NOT USE THIS PHOTOGRAPHER!!!!!! She is a con-artist. While she was wonderful to deal with PRIOR to the wedding and after we paid her 5 months in advance, She was OVER 3 HOURS LATE to my wedding and missed ALL IMPORTANT PICTURES. I have not ring exchange pictures, getting ready pictures, THE KISS and my ENTIRE RECEPTION WAS BLURRY!!!!!! Even when we where holding still. She did however manage to get a few good ones of HER dancing (not what I was paying her to do). After fighting with her for a few months and being lied to multiple times about that fact that "they were in the mail" I confronted her and was told that there was nothing wrong with the pictures and that she wasn't going to do anymore. In the end she blamed me for not getting the good pictures because I NEVER TOLD HER WHAT PICS TO TAKE.... um I'm sorry but I was the bride and that was not my job.... funny my DJ and Caterer knew exactly what to do I never had to tell them what to do once! All in all any future brides out there... don't waste your time or the many tears you will shed once you get you horrid once in a lifetime photos! She's a liar, a cheat, and one heck of a horrid photographer!!!!!
