  Amazing last minute wedding cake

  Jennifer made us a beautiful & delicious wedding cake at the last minute! We hadn’t planned to do a cake but we were gifted a cutting set so we set out to find someone to make us one about a month before our wedding day. Her prices were so reasonable, she was easy to work with, and we were thrilled with the end result. We got to have the traditional cake cutting moment thanks to Jennifer’s willingness to take our last minute order & we’re so happy we did! Thank you Jennifer & team for a wonderful experience!

  Easy and delicious!

  Jen is easy to work with. Accommodating and fairly priced. We ordered a small two-tiered naked almond cake. It was absolutely beautiful and delicious. For my bridal shower we also had carrot cake cupcakes and custom sugar cookies! Jen's the best!

  Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was accommodating and helpful when choosing cake the flavors and style and made everything a breeze. Not only did it taste amazing (we served butter almond with raspberry preserve and german chocolate) it looked absolutely beautiful. So much so that we thought it was a fake cake at first because it looked so stunningly perfect. The guests raved about the taste and presentation. Thank you so much for creating our dream wedding cake, Jennifer!

  The dessert table... WOW! And the B&G's humble, one-tier, naked cake decorated with our flowers was exactly what we wanted! Jen always makes yummy tasting treats, but the look of everything all set up on our dessert table- which Kim Prause decorated- was just as beautiful as how decadent everything tasted! 5 stars ALWAYS for Jen's cake and dessert making talent!

  I cannot emphasize how much I value Jennifer's talent and the quality of the cakes she delivers at For Goodness Cakes. When planning a wedding, there isn't too much a guy for which a getting married usually wants to concern himself. The cake is a very important exception. As a cake fanatic, I tried all the cakes I could get my hands on that would be transportable to our venue, Castle in the Clouds. So determined like a crazy person to find that "perfect cake", I drove us up from the South Shore of Massachusetts in a snow storm to meet Jennifer and try her cakes. I knew from the first bite. Her cakes have the perfect balance of frosting and cake. They weren't dry but flavorful. I pretended I was unsure which I liked best to get more. She was so accommodating, adding some fruit in between, and as you probably guess by now I probably was a groomzilla. Being two grooms, and loving her cakes so much, I made the argument that we should have (yet another) grooms' cake, at the rehearsal dinner. She created an elephant and turtle having a donut fight (which we asked for) and they were so real. She is also a wonderful person to get to know. Anyone who is able arrange for her to do their cakes is truly lucky.

  Jennifer did such an amazing job with our cake! Not only did she decorate it beautifully, but more importantly, the cake tasted AMAZING! We got the almond cake with buttercream filliing and chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling. Both were incredibly moist and delicious. My husband and I took some left overs home and had them the next night before we left for our honeymoon and it was still so fresh and moist even a day later. We froze the top tier and can't wait to enjoy it on our anniversary.
  
  We also got a groom's cake and made it look like an Orioles Baseball Jersey. She did an excellent job with this too. Our design was not too advanced, but I know she has done some really impressive, elaborate designs.

  Jennifer was simply amazing. From our first sit-down with her at our cake tasting, she hit it out of the park. Her cakes are the best cakes that myself and my husband have ever had (and my husband is super picky). She even accommodated our special requests of white-chocolate blueberry and mint chocolate as cake flavors! Our guests could not get enough of her cake, and still talk about it to this day. Besides her amazing cakes, Jennifer also was super friendly and was able to work with us with planning our wedding from across the country. I can't wait to order another of her cake creations! We recommend her to everyone!!

  For Goodness Cakes did a flawless job on my wedding cake! It was not only delicious, but they did a gorgeous job. I had my florist add some fresh flowers to my cake and Megan's team stayed until the flowers were applied to make sure the cake was flawless. Thank you, Megan!

  Jennifer is awesome to work with. She was very flexible with my changing my mind every month before the wedding and adding details. All she cared about was my getting what I wanted. She kept up with everything. She took wonderful notes and the cake tasted the same as it did when we did the trial run. It was the most beautiful cake I had ever seen. We got married at Searles Castle in Windham and even the guys who run it said that was the best castle cake they had ever seen as well. She did a truly AMAZING job. The cake traveled over 100 miles to get to the venue and held up completely. She was able to make little trees for us to put around the fountain stand we had and it was completely PERFECT! Jennifer is amazing! We have had other treats from her that are just as delicious. Her prices are outstanding and more than reasonable. It was a pleasure working with her and I look for reasons to use her service. She is wonderful at what she does. A true artist.

My now-husband has hated chocolate cake his whole life, so I resigned myself to a vanilla wedding cake. When he tried the chocolate cake that Jennifer makes, his eyes glazed over and he announced that we HAD TO have this cake. It was so moist, delicious, luscious. So, if you have a wedding and you want your cake to be an appetizing work of art, this is the lady you need to speak with to make that happen. Thanks Jennifer for making our cake amazing!

We had excellent flavor combinations between the cake and frostings, and each cupcake type had a different decoration or look on top so our guests would know what each one was.   Jennifer exceeded our expectations. Our wedding cake was delicious. Many of our guests said that they don't normally eat much of the cake at weddings but at ours they were asking for seconds. Thank you again!

  For Goodness Cakes created our wedding cake as well as our favors! Jennifer did an amazing job, and we sent her a picture of a cake that she was able to create and deliver to us on our magical day! We were in a bind with favors and asked if she had any recommendations. She gave us a ton, including cookies. We asked if she could make us Mickey cookies for our Disney themed wedding and she did an amazing job! Her cake and cookies are delicious and I would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a quality cake vendor!

  We had to plan a last minute wedding from Seattle to New Hampshire. My niece picked this vendor after talking to three of the local cake makers. She really liked this person's responsiveness and attention to detail. I talked with Jennifer myself and she was warm and professional and really knew her stuff. I wanted a pink champagne cake with pink champagne frosting. When we got to the resort in New Hampshire and saw the cake, it was exactly what I wanted. I had sent her a picture and she nailed it. But more importantly, the whole cake was delicious. And I mean REALLY delicious. The cake was firm but moist, just like you'd want cake to feel on your tongue. And the frosting was so light it melted in your mouth. It had a subtle taste of sweet champagne, not a fake taste. I highly recommend this person if you want your cake to taste light and moist. No gritty sugar taste here. She was also very reasonably priced, which really wasn't an issue for us but was a bonus. Thank you, Jennifer!

  Jennifer provided the most beautiful and scrumptious wedding cake I have ever eaten. She worked with us to design it the way we wanted, we had a private tasting to get the flavors we wanted and everyone at the wedding raved about the flavor! I would have her make cakes for me anytime and would definitely recommend her services to any and every wedding couple.

  Our cake looked fabulous and was delicious! It seems that so many times at weddings you get one or the other, but Jen gave us the best of both!
  
  Everything was so good, it was hard to pick our favorite on testing day.
  
  Jen was a pleasure to work with. She listened to our ideas and knew what we wanted.
  
  I had her create a grooms cake for the rehearsal dinner that was a football helmet, and it was great!
  
  We've since used her talent's for other occasions, all have been fabulous!

  Our cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted great too! We can't wait to unfreeze our top and enjoy it again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jennifer to anyone!

  Jennifer is an AMAZING cake baker/decorator!! At the cake tasting, she offered numerous cake & frosting flavors to choose from all of which were very delicious! She wasn't afraid to tell me which flavor combinations might be too much on the taste-buds, or would be too costly for my budget! We ended up going with a butter almond cake, with cream cheese frosting and fondant to top it all off. The cake was so moist & rich, that I was sad to have to throw a large portion of it away so it wouldn't spoil while I was away on my honeymoon! Jen made an exact replica of the cake I wanted based on the single picture I brought with me to the tasting. When I saw it on my wedding day, I was amazed... it looked identical, tasted awesome and was exactly how I picture it! Jen is a great baker. I have enjoyed several of her other tasty treats and am never disappointed. I would HIGHLY recommend her!

  My wedding cake not only looked amazing but it tasted amazing as well. The next day my family members were even fighting over who was going to eat the last piece! I highly recommend the carrot cake.
