  Focus on you [with Kelly's help] on your day!

  Kelly is incredibly knowledgeable, well-informed, and easy-going. She was patient as we figured out the details of our event the month ahead of the wedding. Day-of there was rain. They say it's lucky but... it seriously freaked me out! This forced us to re-imagine the day in a flash - not MY forte, but seemingly Kelly's! Our day would not have gone off on time if it hadn't been for Kelly's ingenuity, resourcefulness and project/people management skills. I highly recommend Kelly to assist with any wedding, any size - she was truly incredible! We have had nearly ALL of our guests gush about how special and joyous their experience was at our wedding.

  THE BEST! Hiring Kelly was the best planning decision we made

  Hiring Kelly was the best planning decision we made. She kept our whole day on track and let my husband and I (and our families and friends) just enjoy the day instead of stressing about timelines and logistics! She handled all of the day of venue and vendor coordination which took a lot of stress of everyone involved in planning. In the meetings leading up to the wedding she made sure we had thought of everything which made the day run even more smoothly. Highly recommend having Kelly as a part of your big day!

  Hiring Kelly as our day-of coordinator was the best wedding-related decision we made. She made our day seamless and easy, and was a blast to work with.   Fabulous and perfect

  Kelly was our day of wedding coordinator and she was organized, calm, kind and took care of everything!! I am the Mother of the Bride and I like things to be a certain way and Kelly was always a step ahead of me! If you want your wedding to go perfect and be amazing, you hire Kelly!! I can’t and my daughter can’t say enough wonderful things about her!! She is the BEST and we were so impressed!!

  Please treat yourself to a day of Coordinator and hire For Better or Best Weddings! Kelly was an absolute joy to work with. She was extremely attentive to detail. I gave her a little bit of creative freedom with my wedding and it turned out beautifully. She took care of everything and more. I couldn't have managed my day without her!

  Money Well Spent

  I did not know what a "Day of Coordinator" was until my bride suggested we hire one and I am extremely thankful that she chose Kelly.
  
  From our initial planning meeting onward Kelly was a pleasure to work with and made our wedding day absolutely lit. She was extremely responsive and left no possible detail to be missed. Kelly kept my bride calm during the entire process and because of her hard work and attention to detail we could focus on enjoying our special day.
  
  Any groom who wants to keep his bride stress free should absolutely hire Kelly. Trust me, it is money well spent.

  Best decision for our wedding!

  My husband and I were planning a small, yet fairly traditional & formal wedding. Throughout the process I thought we'd be able to get everything pulled together the day of with the help of a few friends. The more I thought about it I realized I had did not want to ask friends to do any extra work on our wedding weekend - I wanted them to enjoy themselves!
  
  Thankfully we found Kelly! When I first reached out to Kelly she was very quick to respond and very understanding in our needs / budget etc. She tailored her services to exactly what worked best for us and our wedding.
  
  I loved the wedding document Kelly fills out with brides and we used a shared Google folder to keep all of our information shared and organized. The meeting we had just prior to the wedding was very well organized and I felt any wedding related worries fade away after discussing our game plan for the big day.
  
  The wedding weekend Kelly was everywhere and no-where at the same time. By that I mean she had everything taken care of (and honestly well exceeded any expectations I had) but you would hardly know she was there as a "vendor" and not just another guest. She was on top of everything and it seemed effortless for her. At the end of the night she let me know she had gotten all of our stuff packed up and I couldn't believe it. She was so quick! I am so thankful we made the decision to work with Kelly. She was so fun to hang with during the weekend, professional, organized, flexible and a good problem solver.
  
  If you are on the fence to hire a day-of-coordinator, I highly recommend hiring Kelly. I was so relaxed all weekend knowing she had our back!

  Kelly is Amazing

  Kelly was amazing. She made sure everything went well according to what we had discussed. She's so flexible and easy to work with. I was able to enjoy my day without having to worry about the little details. She took care of it. I would totally recommend Kelly for your day off coordinator. I don't know what I would have done with out her.

  Kelly Houlehan is amazing. Hire her now as she won't be easily available soon. She hit it out of the park, went above and beyond, you'll be lucky to have her on your team. With every penny, and if there is one thing I could change looking back it would be to hire her for the entire wedding, not just the rehearsal and day of. I thought I was a pro, but when it came to my own daughters wedding, I lost it, but Kelly was there for me.

  Kelly is amazing. She is such a positive person with a can do outlook. She went above and beyond to find us a ceremony musician, was great with our other vendors, humored all of our silly ideas, kept us on track, got everything set up and torn down in a tricky venue, and was a general joy to work with. Anne was our 2nd and she swooped in to help my MOH find her reading online when she realized she had it saved to an email and had no cell reception 10 minutes before speeches.

  For Better or For Best Weddings is hands down the best vendor we had for our wedding. Kelly was our day-of coordinator and was so incredibly helpful during the planning process, week-of and day-of.   Kelly Houlehan was our day-of-coordinator and she was the best! As we were preparing for our wedding she answered all our questions, we had a very thorough meeting with her the week before and she was our Wedding Ninja on the day of! She was professional, responsive, discrete, attentive, calm and took care of everything we need and did not involve the bride and/or groom unless necessary. She was AMAZING and we highly recommend her services!!! Totally worth the investment!!!!!

  Kelly was the Day of Coordinator for my daughter’s wedding and she helped to make it an amazing and memorable day full of everything the bride and groom had hoped for. Kelly’s experience, attention to detail, care, follow-through, and sense of calm were apparent from the first interaction until every last detail was checked off. I can’t put into words the sense of excitement and calm I felt after turning things over to Kelly a few days before the wedding! She made everything happen just as we wished and was a complete joy to work with. So worth the expense as it truly allowed us to be present for every part of our daughter and new son-in-law’s wedding day!

  We loved working with Tony - he was an absolutely amazing DJ! We had a list of the type of music we wanted him to play and absolutely do not play lists and he rocked it! The reception dance was better than I could have imagined, we and our guests had so much fun!! He was easy to work with, professional and very attentive!

  Kelly is simply spectacular! She is a brilliant combination of fun-loving and efficient. I hired her as a day-of coordinator with the expectation that she would be the stage manager on our wedding day, but she was so much more than that! It was wonderful to have an experienced person to help guide us through the planning process. She brings an air of confidence, calm, and light-heartedness to each meeting.

  Kelly was such a joy to work with! She was, of course, dedicated to making our day worry and hassle free, but her enthusiastic and engaged personality was icing on the cake - it didn't feel like we were just another job, more like she was an old friend. My husband's grandmother can not stop talking about "that nice young lady" and neither can we!

  When my wife and I starting planning our wedding, she thought she had it all under control, with a big binder and so many spreadsheets. But after we chose all our vendors and the plan started to come together, we realized there was no way she could make sure all the elements in that binder came to life the way we wanted them too. That's when we found Kelly! She listened to everything we wanted and took it from there, making sure our decorations looked perfect, keeping the day on time and solving little issues along the way. I can't imagine how distracted my wife would have been if Kelly hadn't been there to keep her eyes on everything. I highly recommend a Day Of Coordinator to reduce your stress and let you enjoy your day and Kelly is one of the best!

But after we chose all our vendors and the plan started to come together, we realized there was no way she could make sure all the elements in that binder came to life the way we wanted them too. That's when we found Kelly! She listened to everything we wanted and took it from there, making sure our decorations looked perfect, keeping the day on time and solving little issues along the way. I can't imagine how distracted my wife would have been if Kelly hadn't been there to keep her eyes on everything. I highly recommend a Day Of Coordinator to reduce your stress and let you enjoy your day and Kelly is one of the best!

  We decided only a couple of weeks before our wedding that it would be a good idea to find a day-of coordinator so we and our immediate families didn’t have to to stress about all the little things during the celebration. I am SO happy we found Kelly. She was absolutely awesome to work with, even on our short timeline. We met in person a few days before the wedding to go over anything. Kelly was very organized, knowledgeable, flexible to our needs and immediately I felt a sense of trust with her. As the wedding approached, in the days before and even the morning of, it was SUCH a relief to know that she would be there to handle what turned out to be a pretty long list of responsibilities. I think it’s a testament to Kelly’s abilities that I’m not even sure all of what she did that day- all I know is that everything on the surface went super smoothly, I never had to worry about a thing, and the day was absolutely perfect.
  When we met before the wedding, Kelly told me her favorite moments of coordinating are when something kind of major happens and she realizes that she’s not sure who would have taken care of it if she hadn’t been there. She said there’s usually at least one of these moments at every event. Well… only the morning after our wedding did I find out that the reason a few of our strings of outdoor lights were off is because Kelly noticed they were starting to melt and smoke at the outlet. She probably prevented an electrical fire that could have burned down the barn!
  
  I full-heartedly recommend Kelly and For Better or For Best Weddings. If you are looking for a coordinator, she is the one to choose! And if you’re not sure you need a coordinator, I encourage you to hire her anyway- your day-of sanity will thank you!

  They supplied the Photo Booth for our wedding last August and my wife and I could not have been happier. We essentially booked them, paid them, and never worried about the details again. They had great props, great printouts, and the people working the booth were so much fun. Our guest really loved this booth so I would highly recommend this to anyone who is considering it.
