Truly professional and great energy! A truly wonderful experience

I had the pleasure of hiring Joey and Cody for my wedding. Booking was easy. Jeremy was super professional and friendly for scheduling and setting up the package to our liking.

A few days before the wedding, we had a conference call with Joey and Cody. They were so helpful in customizing the schedule of events and had organized our huge wedding playlist into sections for different times during the reception. We were really impressed by this!

The day of the wedding, Joey's communication with us was top notch. His energy as MC was fantastic and I especially liked his work announcing the parents, wedding party, myself and my wife. He got everyone so hyped up and the energy in that tent was amazing.

5-Star Wedding DJ in CT/RI

We hired DJ Jeremy & Sara for our wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier! From our very first conversation, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely excited about helping us create the perfect vibe for our big day.

They took the time to understand our music tastes and built a playlist that kept the dance floor full all night.

They also handled all the announcements and timing perfectly, working smoothly with our planner and other vendors so everything felt effortless. Highly recommend!

Wedding Day Services

9/27/25 bride here. We first reached out to Jeremy with FM Productions because we saw that he not only offered DJ/MC services, but live musicians, as well. We loved the idea of live music for our ceremony/cocktail hour and a DJ for reception- and you couldn’t beat the price for both services! After our initial consultation with Jeremy, we were sold. As mentioned in other reviews, he never tried to upsell us on any other products or services, which is so uncommon these days. We opted to go with a live pianist (keyboard) Stephanie for our ceremony, classical guitarist Alex for our cocktail hour and we were provided two DJ’s Joe and Will for our reception.

Communication was fantastic throughout the process, which is so appreciated when you’re a stressed out bride going in a million different directions. We were told that our DJ’s would reach out about 3 weeks before the wedding to go through all the details; while we weren’t able to connect until a week before the wedding, Joe covered everything you could think of in our 1 hour phone call. At one point, he asked if there was an outdoor power source for our ceremony, which, there wasn’t and we had totally overlooked that detail. Joe reassured us that he would connect with the venue directly and that FM productions frequently provides their own backup portable power source, which they did for our wedding day. It was so helpful knowing that it wasn’t something we needed to stress over in the week leading up to our big day.

Stephanie also connected with us directly via email several weeks before the wedding to ensure she had all the correct information for the ceremony music. We sent over some specific instrumental versions for the songs we wanted, one of which she wasn’t able to pull sheet music for, so she had to create her own close version of the song. This song was incredibly important to me as I was walking down the aisle to it, and the rendition she played was such a close replication that it blew me away. It was everything we had hoped it would be.

Although we were taking pictures during our cocktail hour and weren’t able to be present, we received several compliments for Alex’s guitar playing. Having live music was such a personal touch for us as my husband also plays the guitar. It meant so much for us to be able to incorporate it into our day!

Will and Joe were absolutely a crowd favorite during the reception. So many of our guests complimented the music selection. My husband and I aren’t much of dancers, but frequently found ourselves on the dance floor. We even had our 90 year old grandmother dancing! During the course of the night, Joe (who was also our MC for the night) checked in with us on several occasions to make sure everything was going as planned and to ask if we needed anything from him. If we were in the middle of a conversation, he patiently waited until we were finished, allowing us to be fully present in that moment with our guests. It was such a simple but gracious gesture that meant a lot to us. At one point, a guest requested a song on our do not play list, so Joe sought us out to ask if we wanted to allow the song or keep it on our do not play (we honored it)!

We are so happy with our decision to use FM Productions for our wedding day. Thank you Jeremy and team for being a part of it!

Perfect every step of the way!

When I first reached out to Jeremy, I knew I was dealing with a professional. He was quick to respond and had an answer to every question. We were assigned Qwan and Will as our MC and DJ and they were amazing! All my last minute requests (even up to the day of the wedding!) were addressed accordingly. Our groomsmen wanted to change their intro song during cocktail hour and it turned out great! My husband said absolutely no line dances and that request was honored. I know this because one of my friends told me she requested a line dance and was told by the DJ that line dances weren't allowed. I definitely would recommend FM Productions for your wedding!

The PERFECT soundtrack to our wedding

We learned about FM Productions via a friend’s wedding - they used them as a vendor and we thought their music was fantastic so we reached out to them when it came time to book our own wedding DJ! Jeremy was incredibly kind, professional, quick to respond to our emails, and made us feel so at ease - I knew we’d be in great hands after our initial phone call.

Our DJ Joe just knocked it out of the park. We had a somewhat untraditional, freeform wedding reception, and he was so flexible and accommodating with a few last minute changes we had during the event (for example, an unexpected toast a family member wanted to give - he was right there with a microphone). He accommodated all our music suggestions, requests, checked in regarding volume (a concern of ours as we wanted to be sensitive to some of our older guests). He played a huge variety of genres, which was important to us so our guests of all ages felt seen and got up on the dance floor! He was also very flexible in terms of schedule, and stayed an hour and a half past our initial end time after checking in to see if we wanted to keep the party going (we did!!). We got so many compliments from our guests. My favorite moment was when we spoke to him a few days before our wedding and he asked if we had any our wedding colors so he could plan his outfit accordingly - I mean, what a class act!

Couldn’t recommend FM Productions more emphatically, they absolutely made our day - and night, dancing under the stars to Biggie Smalls - completely unforgettable.

Great Music All Night

We had an absolutely amazing experience with our DJ, Joe! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we envisioned. During our preparation call, he took the time to understand our style, preferences, and overall vibe—and it truly showed in the final execution.

One of the most meaningful gestures was his willingness to translate key announcements into Italian for our family and friends from abroad. That extra touch made the evening feel so personal and inclusive, and it meant a lot to us and our guests.

The music was spot on all night—perfectly curated, with seamless transitions and a great energy that kept the dance floor full. Our guests had an incredible time, and we’ve had so many people tell us how fun and lively the party was.

We’re so grateful for the care, professionalism, and talent our DJ brought to the day. Highly recommend FM Productions!

Perfect!!!

Jeremy the owner who was so incredibly responsive, in a timely manner
And our DJs, Joe and Quan were incredible. They were so thorough in our prep call, made sure they introduced themselves when I got to the venue. I told them to follow the vibe to get the party started and keep it going, and they were the PARTY! It felt like they were friends jamming along with us and not just DJs. Wedding 9-7-24

We had a last minute DJ cancellation and reached out to FM Productions. Jeremy was great, responded right away with information and had a DJ available. The entire process was easy, with clear communication and step by step instructions. Kevin was our DJ for the wedding and he did a great job! We provided a list of "must plays" as well as some general thoughts on the music genres we wanted played for cocktail hour and dinner. Kevin was spot on with all the music choices. We had more and more people join the dance floor as the night went on, including guests that typically don't dance. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend Kevin, Jeremy, and FM Productions!

Above and beyond!

Jeremy, Will, Cayes, and the rest of FM Productions was fantastic! Cayes was an incredible MC and really went above and beyond for us. We had a video quest book set up and he went around to each table reminding everyone to go record. Will was a fantastic DJ and really helped keep the party going! Amazing team!

We hired FM production for our wedding this past month and they did a fabulous job. We had DJ Dana, MC Cody, John at the photobooth and Derek on the guitar. Jeremy was so easy to work with from start to finish, we couldn’t ask for a better team for the day of our wedding. With weather uncertainties they set up for both and indoor and outdoor ceremony and went along with all our requests no questions asked. They kept the dance floor packed and our guest couldn’t have had a better time. Thank you again for making our wedding day stress free.

Super Responsive, Helpful, and Took Care of Everything!

Jeremy & his assistant Joe were amazing! He bared with all my last-minute song changes, played everything I requested, offered ideas for transitions, introductions, etc., and was truly a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He did all the cuts and clips of the songs we used during the day himself, and they were perfect. Jeremy would even send me check-ins when were 6 months+ out, which was great for peace of mind. As a wedding gift, he brought up lighting, which I had no idea we needed, but it made such a difference!! Joe went the extra mile and got a bunch of photos and videos he sent me the next day, which was awesome to see as we were still waiting on edits from the photographer. Highly recommend this pair!!

Honestly I couldn't ask for anything more! Both Jason and Kate were on top of everything and kept the whole night flowing smoothly. I was nervous about the flow of things since the layout of the venue is a little strange but they knew exactly what to do. People were on the dance floor all night long and later commented how great our DJs were. it was a magical night, thanks again!!

Highly Recommend!

Had a last minute snafu with our DJ for our wedding and luckily FM Productions had availability for our special day to fill in. Jeremy, the owner, was understanding and allowed us to get our deposit back from our original DJ first before requesting payment. Jason and Cayes were amazing on the day of. Jason joined everyone on the dance floor and kept the party going. As stressful as losing our first DJ was, I'm so happy these guys were there to make the day go smoothly and ensure everyone had fun!

Harleen and Jason did an AMAZING JOB! Guests had such a great time at the wedding and the dance floor was a lot of fun. Above and beyond service!

Wow!! Absolutely incredible start to finish. We spoke with Jeremy and booked him pretty much instantly after hearing how personable and professional he is. We booked the silver package and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. Prompt and organized communication, really seasoned and professional advice to help navigate our day, and people who really truly cared about us. Joe was our main DJ and called us ahead of time to make sure he understood what we were looking for. He went out of his way and above and beyond to make sure the bride and groom were happy and taken care of all night. He found songs in my husbands native language and made sure everyone who needed to be there was there. He reviewed family videos that made me uneasy and reassured me on the day. He made sure everyone’s names were pronounced correctly, kept everyone dancing, and really emphasized the special songs and events. We were a bit untraditional but Joe took it all in stride and really made our night.
If you’re looking for dedicated, experienced, professional, and really fun DJs look no further, I would recommend them to absolutely everyone !

The best Dj ever

Fusion wedding vibes were immaculate

Hire FM Productions if they have your date available!! I hired them based on good reviews alone and had the best experience at our wedding in New Haven. Jeremy, the owner, was responsive from start to finish and patiently broke down how everything would work right at the onset of our planning. Joe and Chris, the DJ-Emcee team who worked our wedding, were extremely kind and accommodating. We had an Indian fusion wedding and they played the mix of Hindi and western songs we requested, after setting expectations together the week prior. They checked in with us a few times throughout the event to keep it running smoothly, and generally brought a relaxed energy to the day that’s invaluable when your nerves are all over the place! Plus a lot of us stayed dancing through the end of the night, which was what we hoped for.

Professional, Attentive, Great Experience

FM Productions was the best! They were attentive, informative, and did an amazing job to make sure everything went smoothly for our wedding. Our mc, Cody, played all the songs and genres we asked for, and steered clear of what we didn't want. Great Experience with FM Productions!

We worked with Jeremy and Cody from FM productions to DJ our smaller, 60 person wedding. We had a fantastic experience with them! Jeremy was very responsive in all his communications leading up to the event and made it a really easy, clear process for us. We were assigned Cody as our DJ and she was fantastic! She brought so much fun energy and was truly excited to share our special day- she even signed our guest book! She had a lot of attention to detail and took into account our preferences. I didn’t expect we would have a lot of dancing at our event, but Cody had everyone on the dance floor by the end! Thank you Jeremy and Cody for making our day so special. These guys brought down the house

These guys were on point! They took requests for Ryan Cabrera because he’s my favorite and if they felt the crowd wasn’t feeling a certain type of music they knew how to navigate back to fun!! They were very precise with their timing and helped the bride and groom stay on track through the night. They also stayed an extra hour after we asked for more music because it went by way too fast. And they played me and my grooms song again as our last song and had us dance again together to conclude the night. Amazing amazing amazing. Would hire again for the best experience.

Great quality and service

FM Productions did a great job setting up audio for our wedding ceremony and reception. The speakers and mics were high quality and clear. Our interaction with them before the wedding was great and day of they were very friendly.

Wedding Monica and Matt

We could not be happier with FM Productions! We got married on December 18, 2021. Jeremy and his team were always quick to respond to any questions we had during our wedding planning. Everybody loved the music choices and were up dancing! We also had a saxophone player at our reception. Jeremy and his team were in contact with our saxophone player and made sure to share playlists so they worked together seamlessly. Jeremy as the MC called us before the wedding to go over pronunciations and an outline of the event. As things changed throughout the reception Jeremy quickly improvised to ensure things were kept on track. Again, we are so happy with our choice of FM Productions and would highly recommend them!

Fun and professional

We really enjoyed working with Jeremy, and our DJs Rich and Jason! We talked before the wedding to discuss pronunciations and the type of music that we wanted to play, and they completely nailed the vibe we were going for. They were also really fun and happy to accommodate changes during our reception, like when we decided not to do a bouquet toss. When our best man asked to do a drunken performance of Let It Go, they made sure that I was okay with it and then completely enjoyed the moment. One of my favorite memories from the night was when they played We Are Family as the last song, and all of our friends and family joined together into a big circle. Thank you to FM Productions for helping to make our wedding a night we won't forget.

Photo booth

We used FM Productions for our photo booth. Jeremy took over the photo booth from Keith Alan Productions. They did a good job and the guest had fun in the booth. We really like the album they gave us of all the print outs!

Absolutely amazing!

Don’t second guess for booking with this company. Joey was amazing! I was nervous that my guests wouldn’t be on the dance floor and I was wrong. Joey had the dance floor going and everyone loved the songs. He was also personable and catered very much to the bride & groom. We also had the guitarist for our ceremony which was beautiful. Thanks FM productions!

Great music and a great time!

We found the FM Production Team on WeddingWire and after reading up on their offers realized it was the perfect fit. Leading up to the wedding we had a great conversation with Jeremy and felt like we were in good hands. On the day of the wedding we had to transition everything inside and the team was very accommodating as everything went off without a hitch. For the Ceremony we did a solo guitarist which was beautiful and we got a bunch of compliments for afterword's! As for the reception the music was great and the lights/experience was wonderful! Overall it was a great experience, my only feedback i would provide would be for the DJ to transition music a little faster. It could be just a personal preference but I'm always a fan of not playing songs through. Otherwise was an awesome experience and would definitely recommend!

Simply Awesome

About a year ago now when covid was still a big deal my friends original wedding plans were canceled. Her father was very ill so we had to make a executive decision and did a micro wedding in my back yard. With no affordable DJ in site that was willing to help in such a short amount of time we were about to use a cell phone on shuffle with a small speaker. I some how stumbled upon these guys and I would not have traded it for anything! Jamie was so amazing and accommodating during the event and Jeremey was straight forward and gave me all the information I needed in a timely manner. Jamie was even being able to set up outside while it was raining and hustled without one complaint. We were handed some crazy cards but I think we were able to pull it off! Thanks to these guys the wedding went better than I could of asked for, so much that now it's my turn to get married and I hired them again for my own wedding and I can't wait!

Impromptu wedding

Jeremy’s availability, professionalism, follow-through, and presentation was astounding.
When Jeremy arrived to the wedding, he was efficient in setting his equipment up and was able to navigate everything without asking us for help. Everyone had an absolute blast, and we can’t thank Jeremy enough for bringing the wedding to life!

Great Experience

FM Productions did a fantastic job at our wedding. They arrived n time, set up everything perfectly as we had instructed and everything went perfectly. The guests loved the music choices and told us how much they liked the songs. We also had a classical guitarist who came with our package who did an amazing job. Would highly recommend to use, great product and value.

Awesome DJ!

Jeremy and Jamie were both awesome! I would highly recommend them. They were super organized and really helped the flow of the reception. The music selection was exactly what we wanted. It’s definitely an uncertain time, but they got people up and dancing. We had a great time and are so happy we chose them as our DJ company.

Pleasure to work with

Jeremy was helpful in arranging a package for our initial wedding plan, which we had to later size down due to COVID. They were very flexible with our plans and provided professional service. The guitarist who played live at our wedding learned the songs we wanted him to play and it sounded beautiful - our guests loved it. Highly recommend

We were first in contact with Jeremy who helped us through everything and even gave us opinions on many different questions we had throughout the process. Joe was our DJ for the night and we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way! He checked in with us throughout the night (without checking in too much) and made the dance floor a place everyone wanted to be! Not only were our closest friends out there but I’ve heard multiple stories about my grandmother moving to the music as well. We will forever recommend Joe, Jeremy, and FM Productions to anyone who asks!

Amazing energy

The staff at FM Productions went above and beyond our expectations! Can't speak highly enough about the professionalism!

Due to COVID, we had to change up our plans and they made it painless since they were so flexible with our plans (Changing of date, venue and times all about 3 weeks before the new date) . They did anything we asked for and rolled with the punches. We used them to DJ our relaxed wedding and for amplification for our Ceremony. Both were smooth and flawless. I recommend Jason Turek with FM Productions for all your DJ needs! He has the right voice for MCing and introducing the Bridal Party.

Amazing time

I called Jeremy with so little tone left before my wedding and he came through in a pinch. There was constant communication and he put everything together flawlessly. I sent him what we were wanting and he ran with it, in the best possible way. We had so much fun, even with the rain that showed up he never missed a beat. If we do any more events or I know someone who is I will definitely recommend them!

Awesome Wedding Experience!

FM Productions did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. Joe was our DJ/MC and he kept the dance floor moving the whole night, and checked in with us multiple times throughout the night to make sure we were doing everything we wanted. Jeremy and Jess were absolutely amazing

We met with Jeremy about a year before our wedding and he was always extremely professional. He made sure the pressure was off and that we were confident he had us taken care of. Leading up to the wedding, he made sure he had all of our must plays and tried to feel out the crowd that would be there so he would be prepared. On the wedding day, him and Jess did an amazing job between entertaining arrangements during the cocktail hour (such as Harry Potter, the Avengers Theme, and Concerning Hobbits which we requested and the family and friends all absolutely loved), did a great job MCing from start to finish, and had everyone dancing from the moment the wedding started until it ended; no one wanted to leave they were having so much fun! I would definitely recommend both Jess and Jeremy, both were great and made our special day so much memorable, they even got the most shy members of the family up to dance! The Dance Floor Was Never Empty!

We are so happy we chose FM Productions for our music at our wedding! We did not use them for our ceremony music as my brother-in-law played cello, so this review is solely based around our experience at our reception. Jeremy was our primary contact throughout the planning process and he was very responsive and professional. Joey was our DJ/MC for the event and he was great to work with! We got to speak over the phone the week before the wedding to confirm all of our music choices, the timeline of events, and all of the other important details. In addition to the typical music decisions (first dance, father daughter dance, etc.), we were also able to provide a Must Play and Do Not Play list which was obviously fun to create. I was so impressed that Joey seeked me out on the dance floor when he got some music requests from our guests that he wasn't sure about and wanted to double check with me on. He did such a great job paying attention to the energy of the crowd, making music choices that perfectly meshed with our personalities and the whole vibe of our wedding. I swear I'm not exaggerating when I say the dance floor wasn't empty the entire night. We loved that we were able to choose the package that best suited us, and that we could add in fun things like uplighting to add some flare to the event. We got so many compliments on the music and we are so glad that Joey was there to keep the party alive!

Very attentive and entertaining!

We had the pleasure of working with Jamie and Luis for our morning wedding. All of their equipment was set up early and our ceremony took place without any problems. During our reception, the music they played was great and fit our taste very well. We also had a few kids out on the dance floor who loved being able to make requests. Jamie found me throughout the reception and was very attentive in making sure the music being played was good and if there was anything else they could do. Thank you guys very much!!

Jeremy and Jamie (our DJ) were fantastic for our wedding a few weeks ago! Jeremy really helped answer all my questions during the planning process. Jamie was super accommodating, and made everything easy. He was able to go with the flow throughout the night as we made slight adjustments to the schedule. The music flow was great. He kept everyone out on the dance floor for the whole night. Many family members that I do not consider 'dancers' were dancing all night! After he played what should have been the last song, the dance floor was still overflowing and the crowd actually started chanting 'one more song'. Can't thank Jeremy and Jamie enough for a fantastic event!!!

Jeremy was extremely pleasant and professional to work with from day 1. We began our search for a DJ in a very short window from our wedding date and we were stressing about it. Jeremy responded to our web contact within 24 hours. Jeremy remained committed and responsive to our needs. He was flexible and covered our ceremonial and cocktail hour music when our initial choice for a live musician fell through 2 weeks out. He gave us a fair rate and fulfilled our music choices and expectations for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeremy and his crew at FM Productions to anyone planning a special event! In fact, I have! After my wedding I had one friend and both my sisters use them for their own weddings. Everyone left my wedding telling me that they had so much fun and that they loved that the dance floor was always packed-the ENTIRE night- because our DJ was phenomenal! The price is beyond awesome and reasonable and they even traveled to New Hampshire for us!

I could not have asked for a better Dj!!!! I spoke with Jeremy on several occasions before the event and he was more than accommodating with every wish!!! Jamie was our DJ for the event. He was amazing!!! My son who is sixteen said he was the "hype" man and kept the party going. He had everyone up dancing and followed through with all of the traditional must do's. I would recommend this company for any party and I will certainly be calling for any future events for us and our whole family. They were the best in Dj services as well as price. Just amazing :)

We had Jeremy at FM Productions DJ and MC our wedding reception. We were just looking for a basic package, and FM had the best prices we could find. Jeremy was very flexible, and we were able to pay for our services by the half hour. Jeremy also acted as the MC, introducing the parents and the bridal party, and handing off the wireless microphones to everyone who needed to make speeches.

We had a minor mix-up, where we accidentally sent Jeremy an older version of our run-of-show with slightly different times and order of events. He consulted with us to make sure that everything was happening how we wanted and helped to make everything run smoothly.

Jeremy always responded to our emails within a day, and also made himself available to talk over the phone to discuss our wedding. We suggested some songs and genres, but gave him some flexibility and were very happy with the music. We would recommend Jeremy and FM Productions to anyone getting married in CT/RI, especially if you're looking for something more reasonably priced.

Hiring Jeremy Myers at FM Productions LLC was hands-down the best decision I could have made for my wedding day. It was an easy choice given how affordable they made it and how friendly and personable Jeremy was when we met, but the day of the wedding they blew all of my expectations out of the water. Not only was Jeremy well-spoken, classy, and completely professional (my biggest nightmare was a cheesy, stage-stealing showboat of an MC), he also kept the day running smoothly. I was shocked by how quickly the reception went by, but he kept us on track for the entrance, first dances, toasts, cake cutting, and the send off by expertly finding me wherever I was and reminding me of what was coming up. He even reminded me to eat my meal and drink enough water, which I would have thought would be annoying but was actually extremely helpful. On top of that he was completely flexible - some of my songs were unorthodox, and my mother-in-law opted out of the mother-son dance, but he never batted an eye. I got compliments from both elderly, conservative folks and from the twenty-something crowd on the music, and everyone danced until their feet hurt. I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience and I absolutely recommend this service to anyone looking to throw the best wedding their friends and family have ever attended.

We went to a wedding last year with FM ad their DJ service and knew right away we wanted to use them for our wedding! Jeremy was great to work with, very accommodating with any changes throughout your planning process and was helpful with suggestions for ceremony & cocktail hour options as well. Jamie & Joe were the DJ and MC at our wedding and were amazing! We sent a playlist for both cocktail hour and the reception - in addition they played songs they knew would get everyone on the dance floor. The dance floor was packed the entire reception and everyone was really bummed when the night was over...we could have danced through the night with their music! Derek played the guitar for the JP ceremony...he was the perfect touch and we got complements that it made the ceremony complete and brought tears to people's eyes as they could recognize the songs he played while we walked down the aisle (which we requested & he was willing to learn if he did not already know). We would highly recommend this group if you want a smooth planning process, erect ceremony and attentive amazing DJ's!!

These guys are GREAT. I been to several events were the music has so loud that you could not even talk to person next to you. Our DJ "Jamie" was a professional, he keep the music at a comfortable level. Numerous friends made comments on this fact.

The DJ (Jason) went above and beyond at our wedding. He played every song we requested and did every detail we asked for perfectly. He was very professional and on time. He even helped us cut our cake because we were unsure on what to do. I highly recommend FM Productions LLC!

I highly recommend FM Productions to anyone needing DJ services for a special event. Jeremey, the owner of the business, was an utmost professional from beginning to end. He was timely and responsive with all phone and email inquiries. And on top of the excellent customer service, FM productions clearly offered the most competitive pricing. But the best part of working with Jeremey was the event itself. He's an awesome DJ! My husband and I are of different ethnic origins. We were married overseas and decided to have a post wedding newlywed reception celebration in CT. I was unsure of how the different cultures from my side and my husbands side would come together. Jeremey was both a great MC and a great DJ. He was very friendly and easy to work with. And when it came to the music, he really knew what he was doing! My husband and I were truly impressed by his ability to play a mix of both Indian dance music as well as the American 80's & 90's music we requested and make it sound cohesive. Even with such a diverse crowd, everyone seemed to be coming together and having a great time. We thank Jeremey for providing a wonderful, professional, worry free experience at our special event. His services definitely played an important role in making our event a success.

Unreal! Its actually hard to put into words on how AWESOME Jamie of FM Productions was at our wedding!! But ill try. Ive known Jamie for almost ten years, and we consider each other family. The fact that he was willing to drive out to Lancaster PA to DJ our wedding from Conn. should already tell you how awesome he is, as a person, and also as business man. Going into everything, I knew Jamie was going to do an awesome job. But after it was all said and done, and even during the wedding itself, he blew our mind! Its really hard to put in words how great of a job he did. Throughout our wedding, and for days afterward, we had soo many compliments on how great of a job he did/was doing. He really knows how to read the audience, and to keep the atmosphere alive. Whether it as catering to our younger guests (ages 3-9) or keeping it classy for our older guests (80+) and for everyone else in between, he was on point. Having trouble picking songs for wedding events or cant decide which song to pick? Jamie is there to help guide the way. His confidence and knowledge really helps put you at ease when having to make those decisions. I/we really feel that Jamie helped make our wedding day that much more special for us and our guests. I would recommend him for any event that requires music. He's respectful, professional, and overall just an awesome person who really knows how to make sure everyone is having a great time. We are floored by how fantastic FM Productions was to work with as our music entertainment for our wedding!!! They are awesome! Derek did a fabulous job playing guitar for our ceremony and cocktail hour. Jamie and Jeremy were wonderful too!! They are really great at going with the flow and made our reception so much fun (they handled the pressure of our 13 year old cousin catching the bouquet and our 9 year old nephew catching the garter! Need I say more?!). We are so happy with the way things went and highly recommend FM Productions to all! They are GREAT!

Update 5/6/14 - I tried to separately rate Derek for our ceremony musician, but Wedding Wire will not allow me to since it's the same company. So that being said, Derek was fabulous! He played a special song for our ceremony for us and put a modern spin on everything which is what we were looking for. He was very polite and easy to talk to as well! Thank you for doing such an awesome job!

Jeremy was recommended to me from a friend on facebook. He took the time to email me back with a professional opinion regarding anything related to music. One of the best aspects that Jeremy provided us with his willingness to play mixed music. Since my husband and his family have different cultural music than I do, we wanted to make sure ALL of our guests enjoyed the music and dancing. Jeremy did the best job ever in mixing up the songs from spanish bachata and reggeaton to disco to current club music then back to merengue and salsa. It was just great to see all of our guests up out of their seats and enjoying the great song choices Jeremy had chosen. He clearly understood what my husband and I were looking for. He brought energy, fun and professionalism to our event. He clearly cares about his clients needs/wants. Jeremy did a great job and we feel blessed to have had him at our wedding!! YOU NEED TO BOOK THIS GUY!! :)

Jeremy is amazing! All I wanted was our guests to never be sitting.....well Jeremy completed that task :)
We danced all night....he played the list I gave him plus whatever else he thought would keep us on our feet and everyone had such a wonderful time.

I feel like yes the venue, the florist, the photographer, videographer etc....they're all extremely important...but the DJ is what can make or break the party. FM Productions knows how to satisfy all guests playing a range of music for everyone to enjoy. Amazing job done!

After searching online for a DJ, I was getting a little annoyed that most companies don't post their rates online. FM Productions had theirs posted, and right away, I was drawn in. The rates were very reasonable, especially considering they brought two DJs. Our photos after the ceremony took longer than expected, so our original schedule for the dances, toasts, etc. was off. The DJs were flexible about this, and they kept checking in with me to let me know what was coming up next - time went by SO fast that night that if they didn't do this, we wouldn't have had time to cut the cake or anything! We had a Halloween theme for our wedding and requested spooky music for the cocktail hour/dinner, and they did a great job picking this out. They were also willing to wear masquerade masks to fit our theme, read our ridiculous song dedications (including one to my MILF of honor), and run a last-minute photo slideshow. Many of my friends warned me that with a 7PM-12AM reception, the guests would start leaving early. The dance floor was still packed at 12! Highly recommended.

Jeremy was amazing! He had all my quirky songs that I requested and took the extra time to get to know all of our odd last names hahaha He was such a great DJ and I had lots of requests for his information after our wedding. We didn't have the usual party wedding and Jeremy went out of his way to make sure that our dream of a romantic wedding was fulfilled!

The DJ was great at my recent wedding. He knew what would get everyone dancing including kids, teens, young adults, middle agers and up! They helped us run the ceremony smoothly which every bride appreciates. Unfortunately they didn't play many of the songs we had requested, but we didn't care because everyone was up dancing the whole night anyway. Also, a great value.

FM Productions was great. Our DJ was Jeremy and he was very professional and flexible. His team was able to find all the songs we needed and some were not the easiest to find. We had arrange to have one of our guest do our annoucements, well that day he was unable to make it to the wedding, but Jeremy was able to learn my entire bridal in about 15 minutes.

Overall it was a great experience working with FM Productions. We look forward to using them in the future and would reccommend them to our friends

Fun and Professional! Jeremy was very professional from the start. He helped us with details that we didn't have time for and organization is key when you are about to be introduced for the first time. We had people tell us they loved the music selection. Jeremy and his team were excellent! He played almost all of our "Must Plays" on our playlist. My husband and I are country music fans and Jeremy brought that into the mix as well. FM Productions was recommended to me by a friend of mine that loves music. He said that they were the best and I should definately call them. Thank goodness I took his advice! I called just for pricing and some details and I was immediately put on the line with Jeremy one of the owners. I explained what we were looking and not only was Jeremy nice, he was accomodating, flexible and completely confident that he was right for our wedding! I booked FM Productions on the spot! Jeremy and Jaime kept in touch with me for the months leading up to the wedding and they were always helpful and reassuring. I would email them and ask their opinions, suggestions and for ideas. They always came through for me! I even emailed them the day before my wedding to request one more song! The day of my wedding Jaime and Jeremy called me to tell me that they had received my last frantic email and that everything was set and ready to go! I was so thankful to have the knowledge that DJ's were prepared and ready for a great night! That night when I came out of my bridal suite ready for my big walk I looked over and saw Jaime and Jeremy all set up and professional looking. They stayed in contact with me all night; keeping me in the loop when events were being cued and taking requests from our guests. They kept not only our friends on the dancer floor, but our middle aged family as well as family that is 70 and above! The day after the wedding I received many calls from friends and family congratulating our marriage, but also complimenting FM Productions. Since our wedding in June, FM Productions has been hired by my sister in law for a party she threw in July and I have just recommended them again to a member of our caterers staff that loved them at our wedding! I truly recommend FM Productions for a wedding or party of any kind. They are professional, flexible, friendly and above all amazing djs!

Jeremy is the best! My husband found FM Productions online (probably gigmasters) and thought they sounded like a great deal. We met with Jeremy in person over the holidays and we knew he was the guy for the job. He was very easygoing but very responsive to our emails and questions. He played exactly the right music, got all the introductions right, and helped move things along very well throughout the reception. He even called me the day before to ask how to pronounce everyone's name for intros. He was great to work with and I highly recommend FM Productions!

My husband and I used FM Productions for our wedding in October.
I found Jeremy through the internet while I was deployed to Iraq. So for the first several months prior to the wedding, all of our contact was through email. Jeremy's responsiveness was awesome. I never had to wait for any emails back.
As soon as we started communicating, Jeremy sent us the forms for introductions and "must have list". He was never pushy about getting the forms back to us.
On the day of the wedding, we had last minute changes with our introductions, as well as choices for processional songs. Jeremy was so accomodating. He had no problem with any of the changes.
The music selection was perfect for our guests. Our wedding guests thought that the music was really lively, and set the perfect atmosphere.
Jeremy was so personable and made the night perfect!
I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a DJ for any event!

I had a really great experience with FM productions for my wedding reception. We also used them for a large outdoor family birthday party a year earlier. Regarding the wedding, Jamie did a great job incorporating all of our favorite songs, including some Latin music to bring together both of our families. People from both sides enjoyed the music and Jamie was always so courteous when asking me questions regarding various moments through the night. He was always very polite and calm, which was so appreciated when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. We had a lovely party, and FM productions was on point with the entertainment. And at a great value I would recommend them to anyone!

We went with FM Productions for our DJ and it was perfect, Jeremy and Jaime had everyone up on the dance floor dancing the night away pretty much our entire wedding. Even our older guests that we thought weren't going to dance broke down some moves as well. The only issue that we had with FM Productions was that they played the wrong song for the mother son dance, we had requested "A Mothers Song" by T. Cater and we got "Best Friend" by Queen. My mother-in-law was very upset but it was the only complaint we had. We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to other people as well.

Great time, very helpful

We used FM for our wedding this year nad they were very easy to work with. My wife and I didnt know much about how the flow of the night was supposed to go and Jeremy took the time to go through all the steps of the night with us so we all had a great time. During the event, Jeremy made sure we were comfortable with all the introductions and dances, coordinated with the photographer and the caterers, and kept the flow of the whole evening together so we could all enjoy. Thanks to Jeremy and FM for making our wedding a really exceptional night.

Great Entertainers

We had DJ's Jason & Will as well as classical guitarist Derek and cannot say anything negative about them. They were on time, set up faster than expected, and kept our party going strong. We had opted for karaoke, and our guests loved it so much that they did not stop requesting songs until it was time to end the party. FM productions has a really upbeat group of folks who clearly love what they do. They absolutely made our night unforgettable.

Mixed review

We worked with Dana and Will for our wedding. I think on the whole the experience was a 7/10. We sent a very detailed schedule complete with when we wanted songs played and they did a great job executing everything that we explicitly laid out (including providing microphones for the ceremonies, setting up and playing our wedding video, playing the intro songs, first dance song, cake cutting song etc. at the right times). We had a few "must plays" on our songs list and a longer list of "do not plays" and they followed these as well. Where the music went a little wrong was where they had discretion in terms of what to play. We told them that the crowd was mostly in our late 20s / early 30s so we'd be happy with the Billboard hits from 2010s to now and they really struggled in this aspect. At one point, they came up to me (the bride) and asked for suggestions on what do to in order to get the crowd to dance. I was really taken aback by this question because (1) they're supposed to be the professionals and we had already told them Billboard hits from the 2010s to now! and (2) I was really just trying to enjoy my wedding day (I just don't think it's a good idea to stress out the bride with this kind of thing). It wasn't a huge deal at the end of the day because we had a magician for entertainment and our crowd is pretty easy but a few guests did mention that the music wasn't up to par. In retrospect we would have just provided the full list of party songs that we wanted.

Sound system had distortion and probably overdriven.

Jamie was an awesome DJ, he played all the songs we requested, at a volume that was perfect. Loud enough to hear the music, not so loud that we couldn't hear ourselves talk or think. He seamlessly moved from different genre's of music and was personable and professional. All in all I would totally recommend hiring Jamie :)

I tried to take a step back from our situation & not just pick out the handful of things that went wrong to rate this experience. If I take into consideration the whole experience I would say that it was average; as there were a few things that didn't go as planned that were important to us. But with any wedding you have to expect some things to go wrong so these were pretty small things that no one else picked up on but I did because I planned it. Sometimes the ball drops & it is stinks when it happens, but I feel that constructive feedback is important in order to improve the next persons experience. I think that maybe the DJ that we were given was not the right fit for us as we were thinking that we were going to have someone that was really experienced & interactive. I read through a lot of the reviews and talked with Jeremy a few times and he assured me that since I was booking so far in advance that I would have him (owner) and Jamie (co-Owner) I really liked Jamie's background & experience so I felt confident that he would do an amazing job! I also liked that they had connections with a bagpiper. A few weeks before the wedding Jeremy and I discussed what kind of music we wanted to have played and the outline of the evening. I sent my list of songs and the do not play list. The Bag Piper, Kerri on the day of the wedding go lost and arrived 5 minutes after the ceremony was supposed to start. It would have been best to have proactive communication from Someone (Kerri or Jeremy) to keep us updated on where he was, so I wouldn't get upset or start to worry. When it came time to the reception, we had our first dance and it was the wrong version. Jay and I kind of laughed together and just went with it. I brought it to Jeremy's attention a few days later when I was on the phone with Jeremy, I did receive an apology for the mix up. Jamie was not our DJ at the wedding, I was kind of disappointed. I recall the DJ that was there standing next to our table and when Jeremy asked him what he needed, he said that he was just wondering if he should be doing something. I thought that to be a little strange and maybe a sign that he may not be very experienced. Overall the reception went good the dance floor was probably 50-60% full most of the night. I had envisioned it would be packed all night though... Maybe it was the genre of music that we requested to be played?? Maybe we should have discussed in greater detail what type of dance music to play 90's and up or just current...I guess I assumed that they would kind of try different songs to see what the crowd responded to... Part of me feels that there was not any crowd interaction from the DJ and It made me wonder if the dance floor would have been full longer if I would have had Jamie DJing. In Jeremy’s email response he indicated that Jamie was a “late scratch” due to things beyond control. I feel that it would have been nice to contact me to give me a heads up and review with me the person that would be DJing. So that it would not have been a surprise to me, I was a little upset about that. Jeremy did apologize and we came to an agreement on what a fair compensation would be. I walked away happy from the situation as I felt that he did take ownership and tried to do things to make the us happy. So i appreciated that. Jeremy has been very professional from beginning to end. He has always been responsive to emails and phone calls. He was accommodating.

Reply sent July 2019: This was back in 2011. I still remember this wedding. We followed the couples specific requests even after they left for dance area for over an hour. I also remember for a little while after this wedding I thought it was us, but 8 years later this 3 star review remains our lowest score. For anyone reading this, please note we will inform you when we think song requests or visions may not work, but in the end we will follow them no matter the likely results. In the end it is still your day.

Uncaring and embarassing

My wedding was October 2021. I got the silver package, which included a DJ, MC, (cocktail hour) guitarist and a violin and cello duo for the ceremony. The only redeeming musical aspect was the guitarist. I did not personally hear the guitarist but I got nothing but praise for his performance from multiple people. They felt he had a great vibe and played a really good range of songs and played them well. He had a song list of requests from me but I give him all the credit for how he performed.

My DJ and MC combination were fine at best but had a lot of issues as well. I gave them a long list of songs I wanted to hear during the reception and they took that to mean a literal playlist. Their was absolutely no transition between any songs and they played them in the exact order I had on my list. I did not intend for my list to be played in order; it was just a list of requests. Why I would have to be that specific about this, I don't know. And while I'm glad they played all the songs I had asked for, I definitely wanted to hear some kind of musical transition in between them. If I wanted to play certain songs in an order like that I would have gotten an iPod and hooked it in to a sound system myself. The dancing on the floor was non existent at points because people just stopped dancing for 3 seconds after each song. No flow at all.

I also had issue with the entrances we did. I asked them to play the songs at the point where the beat drops or where the chorus comes in, but apparently I needed to be incredibly specific because a least 2 of the songs started to play at parts in the middle of the song. And it was made worse because it took at least 3 seconds for the songs to start after they read the names of my bridal party and family. My venue- like most- doesn't have a long runway for intros so by the time the song started, the person was already on the dance floor, having finalized their entrance. Very awkward.

The worst and biggest reason for this review was really the violinist. I asked my violin and cello duo to play Jesu, Joy Of Man's Desiring for the bridal party and for myself, Mendelsohhn's Wedding March. These are two of the most common wedding processional songs, yet you wouldn't have guessed that from the sounds coming from the violin. The violinist in this duo was jokingly bad. Not one note was played in tune and I was so embarrassed to walk down the aisle to this cacophony that my face was red for most of my photos at the alter. I could concentrate on nothing during my ceremony because I could not stop thinking about how mortifying the violinist was. Both my husband and I play instruments and know the issues you can have with them, yet their was no reason for this disaster. We were indoors, they had time to practice, these are incredibly common songs, and yet
I would've rather walked down the aisle to silence than the bullshit he came up with. It was truly a meme worthy performance and indeed now all I have to do is say "violin" to any of my guests and they know what I'm talking about. They quite literally made my wedding a joke.

Multiple people asked me at the wedding if I noticed them and I even had one person ask me if I was related to them. Which should have been the only reason they were there. To come up to the bride on her wedding day to complain about something at the wedding just isn't done, unless there's a huge problem. And that's what the orchestra duo was. I cannot begin to describe how terrible this portion was and how embarassing it was to walk down the aisle to that screeching.

I had my consultation with my DJ, MC and guitarist 2 days before the wedding and it's clear to me that they're not given enough to time put the music together in a cohesive, flowing way or to find where the chorus is in each song.

I spoke to the owner of the company, Jeremy about my experience and asked him for the portion of the money back that went solely to the violinist and his response was "I'll look in to it". He did not. When I contacted him again for an update he didn't respond at all. I informed him I'd be writing reviews where I could about his company to which he finally did find time to respond to. It seems Jeremy only wants to deal with the fun aspects of owning a business, and not unhappy or unsatisfied customers or taking responsibility for his terrible employees.

So, if you want your bridal entrance to be ruined, to make bridal party entrances to the ends of songs- making them unrecognizable, to stop dead on the dance floor every single time a song stops, to deal with an irresponsible, uncaring and ineffective owner, then FM is for you. If you want a good wedding with a bunch of talented musicians and sound flow of music, go elsewhere.
