Rose did the florals for our wedding and they were stunning! I knew from our first phone call that she was the perfect choice for us. She was so understanding of our vision and sent me the names of flowers to make sure we were in exact alignment. She made a beautiful arrangement for our chuppah (ceremony arch), barrel arrangements for the aisles, centerpieces, and bouquets. Amazing value for the services she delivered. Thank you Rose!! Was just absolutely obsessed with my wedding bouquet and all the flowers. They were even better than I imagined! As a Wedding Planner, I work with a lot of Florist's. Flowers by Rose is definitely now on my recommendation list. Rose and I worked together recently on the Stevens/Ens Wedding at Cross Keys Vineyard, Mt. Crawford VA.
Rose hit the nail on the head with the flowers. They were exactly what the bride had in mind. The flowers were fresh and endured the warm weather.

Flowers By Rose recently arranged flowers for my July wedding. The bouquets and arrangements were absolutely incredible! Rose was friendly and easy to work with (even working long distance). She took my color scheme and flower ideas and made magic with them. It was all at an affordable price point, too. I would 100% recommend Flowers By Rose to anyone planning a wedding! -

Great experience working with Flowers by Rose for our October wedding!
We had a wonderful experience working with Flowers By Rose for our wedding day flowers. Rose was very helpful throughout the entire planning process, providing suggestions based on our vision and budget, including ways that we could reuse certain flowers from our ceremony in our reception. While we do not live in the Central Virginia area, we were able to sort out all of the details with Rose easily over email and telephone, as well as one very helpful in-person visit to their shop. On the day-of, Flowers By Rose showed up on time and worked their magic, quickly transforming our ceremony and reception venue into a colorful fall paradise according to our vision. We were very happy and blown away by the beautiful flowers from this company! The delicate details in the bouquets and reception centerpieces were perfect for our summer vineyard wedding! They executed the soft pastel aesthetic I was going for. I even left the different colors of my bridesmaids’ dresses to incorporate the different shades and colors into the bouquets and Rose did it beautifully. Thank you know much! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for florals in the Harrisonburg area!

Blooming with Beauty!
Rose and Gloria did an amazing job walking me through the process of flower selection based on my vision and budget. They gave me multiple different options along the way and I always felt heard. All of the flower arrangements flowed perfectly together and she was even able to decorate my family church's cross with the utmost care. They also were able to create a special boutonniere for my father in honor of my grandmother who had passed the prior year. I couldn't have gotten luckier than to have her for my wedding! I would book with them again in a heartbeat! -

AMAZING! i wish my wedding flowers could've lasted forever
Flowers By Rose made our wedding day even more beautiful and magical than I ever thought possible. I showed Rose many images from magazines & Pinterest in the months leading up to our wedding day, and she and Gloria made sure my bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets were exactly what I envisioned. They were large, colorful, and gorgeous! Rose even let me and my bridesmaids keep the vases the bouquets came in so that we could keep the flowers alive as we all drove home the day after the wedding. Several of my bridesmaids kept commenting how beautiful the flowers were! Our reception area and ceremony was also stunning and Flowers By Rose paid attention to every detail. Rose had the idea to include potted mums in our ceremony decor, and it helped make our ceremony space even more stunning! Rose & Gloria are so friendly and talented and were such a pleasure to work with. Additionally, their flower services are fairly affordable/moderately priced, and were worth every single penny we spent! -

Rose knows her flowers!! She is extremely knowledgeable and helped bring my dreams to life. She had all of the freshest flowers for my arrangements and knew exactly how to make it all functional and gorgeous. I then had a joint meeting over the phone with Rose and my mother. She was so great at explaining things and suggested things we did not even think of! She even offered to meet at my reception site to do a walk through and design the arrangements.
On the day of the wedding all of the flowers were exactly what I wanted. They were delivered on time and looked stunning. I wish I had planned ahead to preserve my bouquet because it was gorgeous. -

The reception and the ceremony flowers were out of sight, we used orchids, lillies, and roses and hydrangeas. The flowers never wilted and held up great. I think for what we got the flowers were well priced. -

Ann Sent on 08/30/2011If flowers are a of great importance to you, then this place is worth spending a little more money for exactly what you want. I had a lot of issues picking flowers for my August wedding...specifically arrangements that both my mother and I were happy with. Rose did a wonderful job with not only showing us all different varieties we could use, but also with making sure that every floral aspect was tied in with each other. She had so many creative ideas that really helped our centerpieces. Some arrangements I knew exactly what I wanted, and Rose was able to do what I requested, and other arrangments I just let Rose take care of...I did not have to micromanage every detail, and it took so much stress off of me! She was quick to respond to questions/concerns, and this is a great business to deal with.
