    Flowers by LeRoy were the best florist! They built a boquet based on a photo from Pinterest and it was fabulous! They had excellent and expert suggestions for everything we hadn't already decided! Everyone's flowers looked incredible! They are extremely easy to work with!

    Flowers by LeRoy were incredible for our wedding! My parents and sister also used them for their weddings. It was very special having them doing our wedding as well. I can be very picky about decorative details but they exceeded all of my expectations. I had a vision of what I wanted and shared ideas with them, but they also came to the table with creative recommendations of how to take what I wanted and make them even more beautiful and unique. I had a lot of complicated requests and they executed them all to perfection. I thought they were very easy to work with throughout the entire process and were always available for any questions I had. They also anticipated a lot of needs I didn't even think of. I also thought their prices were very reasonable. I know a lot of people whose flowers were a lot more expensive and not nearly as beautifully executed. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for beautiful, unique flowers for their wedding.

    The flowers were beautiful and just what we wanted! But we were short a flower stem and a boutonniere, but otherwise everything else was spot on!

    The flowers were beautiful. They were everything I wanted them to be. The problem is that we decided about a week or so before the wedding to have them delivered instead of pick them up. Well, apparently they forgot... We kept waiting for them to show up and they never did. Thank goodness the wedding coordinator at the venue called them to remind them. They forgot they were supposed to deliver the flowers and were waiting for us to pick them up.

    Well, they sent someone out to deliver the flowers, which was great. They didn't charge us the $10 delivery fee due to the lapse on their end of things. I didn't meet with the delivery person but was told that whoever it was was not very friendly and almost rude. That disturbed me because it offended a number of people in my wedding party. The person was not overtly rude other than not communicating and then just walking off.

    I have to say though, the flowers were gorgeous and lasted a REALLY long time. I had extremely courteous service prior to the wedding also. I would have had no complaints other than the delivery issue. I would still recommend this florist, I would just double and triple check to make sure that they remember to deliver.

    My wife and I had our wedding back in June, I had went into the shop about a week or two before to pay the flowers off and I was told that it had already been paid for in full. I was concerned about the matter and asked again if they were sure, they said yes and insisted everything was in order and paid in full, I asked my wife if she paid for it and just forgot but she said she wasn't sure. I then asked them if the file said anything about whom or how the account was paid in full, all they told me was that it was paid with a Visa. I then reluctantly accept it and begin to leave the store and then turned around and asked AGAIN if they were sure, because my luck they made a mistake and would catch it right before the wedding and would not provide the services rendered. They again checked their system with me standing there and informed everything was paid for. Ok then, just another thing to mark off the list before the wedding...

    Wedding comes and my wife's family picks up the flowers, nothing is said of the "Paid Balance" and everting goes off without a hitch.

    Fast forward 3-4 months and I get a call about how we never paid for our flowers!!! after getting very impatient and a long convo with the flower shop they admit they made a mistake but months later I AM STILL RESPONSIBLE....FOR THEIR MISTAKE....I run a business my self and when I make a mistake regarding prices or services rendered I own up and eat the profit loss, I know because I've done it before, I'll quote a couple at $2500 for a wedding when thats actually last year's price, and then I realize I misquoted them and realize my rate changed and now I'm left with the choice of saying weeks later that I was wrong and tell them hey you need to pay me $1500 more because of a mistake I made, thats not going to happen, I'm going to charge them what I quoted them and eat my loss...I don't know about other people and how they run their business but I like to pride myself on a higher set of values.
