Flower Explosion - Highly Recommended!

The flowers arrived exactly when expected. The bunches were well packaged and not a bad stem among them. I purchased the New Love Baby's Breath and would highly recommend it. They are very sturdy stems, whiter flowers, and slightly larger flowers than other varieties. I was very pleased with not only the flowers, but the customer service was excellent.

ordered all of my wedding flowers with them and I couldn't be happier. I knew exactly the color palette I wanted but wasn't very sure about the type of flowers, so I gave them a call and Maria helped me throughout the entire process: from the bouquet design, to the centerpieces, to the aisle decoration. We spent a few days going over the details both on the phone and by email and I don't have enough words to say how wonderful Maria and Camila were. They are great professionals and lovely people to talk to, I felt really comfortable with them and that helped relief some of the wedding planning stress for me. As a bride, you need all the help that you can get!
I ended up going for garden roses, ranunculus, spray roses, silver dollar eucalyptus, and Dusty Miller. Everything arrived on the day I requested and the quality was wonderful. After a couple of days in water, all the blooms were open and ready for the wedding. They looked gorgeous!!
I got so many compliments from my family and friends! I will definitely recommend Flower Explosion to anyone who needs flowers. Amazing product and wonderful customer service!

Several years ago, when I first began my wedding planning business, I happened to stumble upon Flower Explosion's website. I was looking for an online vendor who would ship rose petals to Hawaii for free. So many online flower sites boasted free shipping, but when it came time to place the order they kept on taking on a huge shipping fee. Flower Explosion on the other hand was true to their advertising! On top of that, the rose petals I ordered arrived in great shape.
Since that first order, I have places at least 15 large orders with them over the years. I absolutely love working with Camila and Ava. They are both very helpful. Camila in particular is amazing with making suggestions based off my color and style requests. I absolutely love how much she has helped me learn about all the amazing varieties of roses. I can't recommend them enough!

I did all baby's breath for my wedding and was very impressed by the quality of flowers I was sent. They of course came dried out but once they had some water they opened up so beautifully! I got a total of 36 bunches and I probably could have gotten 24 and been totally fine but I felt it was better to be safe than sorry. I had a total of 20 mason jars full of baby's breath, 5 bouquets, 7 boutonnieres, and stems in our backdrop with a lot leftover. I would highly recommend Flower Explosion to anyone for any occasion. Amazing prices for absolutely beautiful flowers!

The first thing I must say about these flowers is wow! I don't think I have ever seen flowers this beautiful! I usually buy flowers from my local florist and have stayed away from online flower ordering in the past in fear that the flowers wouldn't last as long. However, this company takes online flower ordering to a whole new level! You do not need to worry about your flowers showing up dead when you use this company! They ship your flowers directly from the farm via FedEx International Priority! I knew instantly that these flowers were truly fresh when the protective wrapping inside the box was still moist! The FedEx tracking also assured me that the flowers would arrive in great condition because I followed the shipment ever since they left Quito, Ecuador. The flowers are looking great and I would definitely order from this company in the future! I don't know how trustworthy some of the other flower ordering companies are. But, I can assure you that this company takes their flower quality seriously! I'm not sure how flowers from such a long distance can be in this good of condition. However, this company just earned my trust. If you are debating on whether or not to use this company, I promise you will not regret buying from this online website if you choose to use them! This company is fantastic, I had a small request to make and I did so with the help of Andrea from customer support. Not only did she give me feedback when I asked for it, but she also settled my request promptly, and with great ease! I came to this website to purchase black roses, purchased them, and I couldn't be more satisfied. If I ever have the need to purchase black roses again, I will do so here without a doubt. Andrea is a wonderful employee in this company and I hope that all future customers get to experience the customer support I received.

I ordered 24 bunches of Gypso baby's breath for my wedding centerpieces and everything turned out great! I ordered the flower delivery for 3 days before the wedding, so they were delivered on a Thursday and the wedding was on Saturday. I followed all the directions, put them into water immediately and they bloomed beautifully. They held up all the way through the wedding and just looked fantastic. I had enough for about 20 bird cage center pieces and a little left over to garnish the cake table. These were the best value I found anywhere. It was worth it for me!

I placed my order for the flower for my wedding bouquet. I could not believe how beautiful the roses were. They arrived on time ( 2 days before the wedding). To order on line and receive what you ask for is always a risk, here it was not. Thank you flower explosion for the beautiful roses.

Excellent customer service, had my back when our flower order was lost in transit. As mother of the bride, it was a last minute hiccup that was not needed. We had a small order of flowers, albeit important one as they were to be part of hanging arrangements. Andrea stayed on top of it until they were delivered. One can get beautiful flowers with so many other vendors, but combine that with great pricing, and perhaps most importantly, AMAZING customer service, and you've got a winner. Highly recommend.

It was super easy to order the flowers once I made up my
Mind. I went with the half black and half red roses. They are absolutely stunning. Everyone complimented them on my wedding day. Everything went without a single hitch, delivery on time, flowers actually much, much better than described, instructions on conditioning easily understood and accomplished and results; well they were absolutely sublime. We ordered about 60 bunches of baby's breathe and opted for bigger flower and ones that smelled -- bit more expensive (hardly worth mentioning) but worth it. As they sat in conditioned water after initial trim, we could see them 'grow' -- awesome. When placed, they were put in vases with no water and silk flowers--used as fill in, but they took the total look right over the top! Lasted out of water after conditioning over two days. Pulled them and put them back into conditioned water with a quick trim and their still going strong (9 days later!!!). We also ordered a box of sunflowers. They were really tall (30") and each bloom was netted to protect. Again, after conditioning, they were beyond perfect! If you're looking for FRESH flowers, the quality and looks could not have been better than with Flower Explosion, We are absolutely and totally satisfied, and will be back for sure. THESE FOLKS ARE THE BEST AND PROVIDE BETTER THAN THEY DESCRIBE. Pam Forkey

This flower wholesaler offers free shipping, which makes its pricing much more competitive compared to other vendors, especially when you are placing smaller orders. The quality is just as good if not better than other vendors I've used and I was particularly impressed with their customer service -- they called a few days after my event to make sure I was pleased with the flowers I received!

I ordered flowers from Flower Explosion for my sister’s wedding last month. I was a little anxious about ordering flowers online because I had never done it before. I was looking for centerpieces for tables, rose petals for the isle and flower girl, bridesmaid bouquets, and baby's breath (my sister's favorite). I was pretty clueless going in, but I spoke with Camila who helped me select the right kind of flowers and amount of flowers given the number of guests. Camila and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! When I initially placed my order, I made a mistake but Camila called me anyway to double check. She went above and beyond in finding my mistake and fixing it for me. The prices were the best I could find anywhere near me especially for the amount of flowers I needed. The flowers were so beautiful and lasted about a week after the wedding. I am so happy with my experience, my sister loved the flowers and they really did add so much to her special day! I will be repurchasing from this site and recommending it to all my friends in the area.

I usually get flowers for events from a different vendor but I decided to give Flower Explosion a shot. All in all, I'd recommend this place for anyone who's seeking a reliable company in terms of customer service and quality of their products. Customer service was outstanding and Camila was especially friendly and knowledgeable. I was shocked that the prices were similar to that of my "usual" vendor. The flowers arrived Thursday morning before my event on Saturday and were well packaged -- They were in beautiful shape and I'd say the photos don't do the flowers that arrived enough justice. They were all absolutely stunning and fresh. I ordered 200 roses of different colors and I was really impressed with the size blooms. It's my pleasure doing business with this company. It was refreshing to talk to helpful and friendly customer service and I'd highly recommend this company for professionals, events, or anyone who wants reasonable pricing on high quality flowers. I am super happy with the experience! After chatting with Andrea (very nice and helpful all the way through!) I was given her direct line so I could follow up with anything I might need. She advised me in the beginning to have them delivered on Thursday before my Saturday event which worked out perfectly. She even called me the day they arrived to make sure they arrived okay! Completely impressed with the entire operation. The flowers were beautiful and by far the best prices I found anywhere else. Five stars! No question.

Highly recommend! This company has amazing custom service and high quality flowers. I was worried about the flowers arriving on time after a little hiccup with Fedex and they went above and beyond to assure me that I would have my flowers - and I did! Just amazing customer service, which is so hard to find these days.

We ordered double white Lisianthus and New Love Babies Breath. Both were stunning. I can honestly say these were the most beautiful Lisianthus I've ever worked with. In addition, they held up beautifully for days after the ceremony. The flowers were delivered on time and the packaging was excellent. I was very please with the service form Flower Explosion, the only thing I was not aware of is that someone has to be at the house to sign for the flowers. Which was the only hiccup, other than that the flowers were very pretty and looked very nice. I followed just what the lady told me to do with the flowers changing the water everyday and kept them inside in the cool house. I received them on Thursday for our wedding on Saturday night and they look beautiful.

I am a floral designer, and I used Flower Exposion's products for the first time to design for an out-of-state wedding. My sales rep, Johnny G., in particular, was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. The flowers arrived fresh and on time, and the peonies I ordered were beautiful. Johnny communicated with me throughout the whole process, and followed up thoroughly even after delivery to make sure that I received the flowers properly, and that I was satisfied with the product. Wonderful beautiful flowers! When the flowers arrived I needed them to open quickly due to the fact that I had them delivered the day prior to my wedding and the gentleman in which I spoke with was very kind and have wonderful advice to force the rose buds to open quickly!

We ordered 1 & 3 rose bouquets with Flower Explosion for a fundraising event at our foundation.
Fedex delivered the flowers on Friday on time and as soon as we got them we put the flowers in water. I was surprised that the boxes were still cold when they arrived. This is the second time we use this company for our events and so far so good. We decided to give it a shot with them because the prices were convenient, and were very please to see that the quality of the flowers and the service was excellent. The bouquets were absolutely gorgeous and fresh!

The flowers were GORGEOUS! I think, besides maybe my dress (ha ha) they were the most beautiful thing in my wedding. I highly recommend the purple and blue lollipop roses to any bride using those colors (and I heard they are in this season!). We had some issues with the delivery and the flowers were wilted when we got them (we brought them back to life with ice water), but I realize that is the fault of the delivery personel and not your company. A great value for the price we paid.

I was a little nervous about ordering flowers from an online vendor but thought I would give it a shot. We ordered 80 stems of the regular blue hydrangeas at a great price. The flowers arrived on schedule and we're beautiful. We also received a follow up call within an hour of delivery to make sure we got the shipment and we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend using flower explosion for a great deal on beautiful flowers!

I ordered all my flowers for my wedding from Flower Explosion. Everything arrived early morning on the selected delivery day and looked GREAT! It was wonderful not having to stress about whether they'd arrive on time and how they would look. I even got a phone call following up to make sure everything arrived. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!

Flower explosion had by far the best price for peonies and good reviews. I ordered 120 mixed color and 60 festiva maxima white. I ordered for a Thursday delivery for a Saturday wedding. They arrived on time from Holland and were well packed with all buds in perfect condition. I cut them and placed them in solution in five gallon buckets. The mixed colors opened gradually and we're very hardy. The festiva maxima opened as soon as they hit the water and we're very fragile and had a very short life. They were gorgeous but lost all the petals prior to the wedding. I don't recommend that anyone order the festiva. It was a waste of $269 for me. The mixed colors were two shades of pink, white and red. They were so beautiful and so hardy. We forget and left them in a hot fort myers car the night of the wedding. They sat in dry buckets until 1:00 the next day and many of them survived those extreme conditions. I made several arrangements the next day with them and they lasted two more days. Many of the reds did not fully open which is a shame because they were stunning with yellow centers but I used the buds for boutineers and the centerpieces and they were so pretty even in the bud state. My experience was not perfect but I would definitely use this company again knowing what I know now and I hope I get an opportunity to do so.

Originally had some issues with the estimated delivery time and breakdown in communication (couldn't leave message by phone because mailbox was full). However after a post made on FB, the business called to resolve the issue. The flowers were delivered today via FedEx, and even as I was away from home and missed the shipment, Flowers Explosion offered to have delivery made again today and dropped off. Can't ask for more. My original rating is updated to reflect the good customer service I received since the original incident.

The petals were beautiful, and 3500 petals was a lot more than we could have imagined. It was enough for my flower girl to throw, line the aisles with petals to toss, decorate our cake table, and distribute everywhere in our hotel....much to the dismay of the maids..lol

Flowerexplosion.com had the cheapest lavender rose petals (they were actually more on the pink side) than I could find on line to send to Hawaii. They were easy to work with, answered all questions I had and were very helpful. Unfortunately, some of the full stem roses I had purchased arrived a little on the wilted side. They were still useable, but the edges of the petals were slightly sad looking and curled from the wilting. I guess thats what happens when you ship to hawaii =(

i purchased these flowers for a wedding, they were so beautiful! they opened up after a trim and a drink of fresh water, and that fresh flower smell filled the house. my only complaint, there were quite a few broken and only about half had the little net thing for protection. overall iam very pleased with my order. they arrived the day i requested them and cost much less than most florist would charge for a wedding. i would definitely buy from you again !

Great prices are what lured me in ut also the great reviews I found for flower explosion. I didn't want to send a fortune but was a bit worried about a bunch of flowers being shipped to me from south america and everything turning out ok. The day of arrival came and the flowers didn't show up (2 days before the wedding) I was in a panic as the tracking number said the flowers would be here AFTER the wedding. The customer service person at FE assured me that the flowers would be there the next morning desite what FedEx told me and sure enough they were and the CEO of FE called us the next day and offered us a free bunch of roses for our next party. Really good customer service! and the ottome line is that the flowers were really beautiful!

Who knew that flowers ordered online could be so beautiful. I ordered tinted roses, carnations and aster flowers to make wedding centerpieces. Everything arrived on time and the wedding guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were. I took off one star due to the fact that I was promised a refund for flower food I ordered but did not receive and unfortunately I have not received the refund as of date.

I used Flower Explosion to order lysimachia for my wedding. They had great service and were very friendly. The correct product came and it came on time (the morning of the date that I had placed the order to arrive on). However, the flowers were extremely frail and fragile even after having processed them correctly. I was worried to use them in my arrangements as I was afraid they would be dead by my wedding (they were ordered for the Wednesday before my Sat wedding). Some of them lasted, some of them didn't. I am not sure this was an issue with the company or an issue with that particular flower???

We ordered a custom package with calla lilies for our fall wedding. It was the least expensive way to get the flowers we wanted. There was an issue because the flowers were supposed to be delivered Oct 10th (two days before wedding), and luckily we called that day for a tracking number! They had it in the system for delivery NOV 10th, despite our email/paperwork saying oct 10th. It took many phone calls to get them to find a solution that would work.

They were able to find a designer with the flowers in stock and we got them the day of the wedding. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what we wanted, but had we not contacted them for a tracking number, we wouldn't have had them for our wedding. While the value is great, i would recommend paying a little extra and going with a local florist!

The flowers arrived on time and were in good condition. However, my order was incorrect (which was very upsetting one day before my wedding). I ordered cushion poms but recieved daisy poms. I called customer service, and Johnny reassurred me that I would be able to get a refund for the incorrect flowers if I sent pictures of the wrong flowers showing the flower explosion label on the box. I followed his instructions and sent the pictures to: . However, I never recieved a response from customer service.

If the order had been correct, or if customer service had responded appropriately, then I would have rated flower explosion with all 5's. It is quite likely that I will order wholesale flowers again in the future. However, I'm not sure that I will use flower explosion again because of this incident.

I had a disappointing experience with FlowerExplosion.com. The roses I ordered arrived in a timely manner; however the roses I received did not match the variety description, color or shape of what was shown on their website. I ordered a variety described and shown as champagne yellow and what I was received was pale pink. In addition, many of the roses were bruised.

I phoned Flower Explosion as soon as I opened the flowers as I assumed a mistake had been made and the wrong variety sent. I sent photos of the packaging and flowers at their request. Their response was that it was "seasonal variation" but the form of the roses I received was quite different to the photo shown, and very different to other photos I found of the variety I believed I had ordered.

Their customer service was perfunctory at best, and I had to chase for even a partial refund. Although their prices are competitive I would not order from them again when comparing customer service and the quality of the flowers received with three other floral vendors I ordered from.

This was a huge mistake! I did not use the flowers because they died by the time they arrived. I was not in charge of any of the set up and so my florist kept this a secret. She did not want me to stress or worry. She had to purchase other flowers and decorate the venue. After my wedding and honeymoon, I was told about all that happened with the flowers. When I contacted Flower Explosion, they told me that a complaint should have been logged within 24hours and they could do nothing to help me recover the loss. Never would I recommend them to anyone!

Beware! Flower Explosion

Beware! This was my first time using Flower Explosion and it will be my last! They shorted my order and sent me the wrong filler and half what I ordered. There were also many damaged stems- I ordered sunflowers and many arrived with the flower heads broken off of the stem. I also ordered 75 stems and they only sent 60! So if you order from them make sure you count your stems! I reached out to customer service and they were snippy and relatively unhelpful. Be aware that if they have to make a filler substitution they may send you random colored flowers rather than substituting greenery for greenery. I’m beside myself- I’m short on flowers and have an ugly bright yellow filler that clashes with the yellow of my sunflowers two days before my event. I’d give negative stars if I could. In my pics you can see the broken heads and the yellow solidago I received vs the Bupleurum I ordered for greenery.

The garden roses I ordered showed up in pretty sad shape. They arrived when they were supposed to and I unpacked them immediately and followed instructions on care and hydration. They perked up a little but unfortunately several started to fall apart the next day. I was only able to use about a third of them and only then because I had them heavily supported by other blooms. It was very hot and humid on the days they shipped but product from another company I ordered arrived in beautiful condition, so weather should not been the the death sentence for these flowers.

I realized later that I could have bought much better roses at the same price at the local flower store. Part of the package was lost (or they just forgot to put the rest of my flowers in it?). Even though the company responded fast and sent me the rest of the order two days later, there was not enough time for the flowers to start blooming. It has been a week since my wedding and they just starting to open up. they also promised to refund the money for the flower food that I ordered, payed for and never received within two days, but again, seven business days later and no refund. So the company is fast to blame everything on others and slow to make the customer happy. Very disappointed and WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM again.

My first several orders with them were great. However, one of my larger orders of garden roses were delayed several days. At first, no one told me. Then, when I was told it was too late to do much about it. Then, I told them to cancel the order if they weren't going to be delivered until Saturday morning as I would have no use for them then. They said they couldn't as they'd already been shipped (despite that they were still stuck in an airport hanger). When they arrived (as I was leaving to deliver to my bride) they were wilted and dead. They didn't want to refund my money, but thankfully I'd made the purchase through paypal. And they didn't want to fight the paypal claim. If I'd just purchased through a credit card I never would've gotten my money back. I told them if they wanted their flowers that were several days late and dead, they could come back and get them. I'd leave them on the porch. They declined my offer or refund until using paypal's refund system.

Today, nearly two years after having NOTHING to do with them, I started getting multiple emails that I was making orders and my payment had been rejected. I tried to go onto the website and delete my account entirely, and my computer won't even LET ME because it says there's harmful malware on the site. I'm a little worried about my information, but I've emailed and gotten no response. And I can't get into the site because apparently it's full of malware...

To Say I Was Disappointed Would Be an Understatement

To say I was very disappointed with my experience at flower explosion would be an understatement. I ordered pale blush/peach spray roses for my daughter's wedding flowers. These were to be in all the bouquets and centerpieces, so I ordered 230 stems. I received a hot pink color! They say that they have a 100% happiness guarantee, but this is not true in the least...I called them and left a message that day, I emailed them pictures to show what I received, sent them pictures of the shipping label. They said color varies and that I didn't comply with the return policy?! I followed their return instructions and they only refunded 1/3 of my purchase price. If it is wrong, it is wrong and should be 100% refunded. TERRIBLE customer service and business model, it's almost like, "well, I don't have what you ordered, so I'll just send this." Not only did I not get refunded the full amount, but then I had to scramble and go around town looking for replacements--when I didn't have the luxury of time to begin with. Wedding flowers are picked with meticulous care. I would never use this company again.

Very disappointed with this service

I wish I had read the numerous 1 star reviews before purchasing. Customer service is poor, the website ordering process is unclear and had errors, and the worst of all is the shipping of my order is an entire week late. Which means 200 roses will just get thrown out since obviously a week after the event is pointless. Very disappointed with this company. Order with caution and only if you don’t need for an event on a specific date.

I wanted, like so many other people, Cafe Au Lait dahlias at my wedding. We tried to grow our own but most of our blooms weren't quite open when the time came. For those not in the know, Cafe Au Laits are a beautiful variety of dahlia that are very popular in weddings. They vary from sort of a creamy beige to a pale blush in color, and they are one of my favorite flowers. I searched my local flower wholesalers and retailers and my florist friend who did our arrangements had her ear to the ground trying to find some for us, but nobody had any. I began searching online and was overjoyed to find that Flowerexplosion.com would ship me 20 stems of Cafe Au Lait dahlias for $120, arriving on the day of our rehearsal dinner so my florist friend would have time to use them. Unfortunately when they arrived, they were dry, smashed, and NOT CAFE AU LAITS. About three of the blooms were pale enough that they we're kiiiiinda the right color, but most were fuschia/magenta, almost purple! I called the company right away and asked them what was up, and they straight up gaslighted me and told me that the blooms were pink, tried to make me feel crazy for calling them almost purple, and in the end they only offered to refund me for ONE stem that was smashed beyond repair. My florist friend worked her flower witchcraft on the rest and made beautiful bouquets and centerpieces for us in the end. We are three days post wedding now and the bouquets have been decorating our honeymoon hotel room. They are still gorgeous, except for the dahlias that came from flowerexplosion.com, which are already rotting. :(

Overall, ordering flowers for my wedding from Flowerexplosion.com was a very unpleasant experience, and by far the worst experience I have had as a customer. First, I was never notified by the company that they would be unable to fulfill my order. It wasn't until I called them, 3 days before my wedding to follow-up because I had not received notice of a shipment, that I was told that they did not have the antique garden roses I had ordered in stock. I was then pressured into choosing an alternative flower, ranunculus, which I was reluctant about, and which ended up not working at all with the decor. The ranunculus had a light green tint to them, and were much smaller than the roses, which did not work with my centerpieces.

When this new, sub par order of ranunculus, did arrive the flowers were wilted and discolored. The order did not include the plant food that I had also ordered. I ended up being unable to use the flowers that were sent. In a last minute effort to find a replacement we spent additional funds to order roses from a local florist.

When I called to complain in regards to my order I was told by a representative that a manager was at lunch, and would return my call. I never received a return phone-call. I followed up with an email to the manager, and never received a response. I do not recommend anyone use flowerexplosion.com.

I understand weather causing issues with flowers. I appreciate that they didn't want to send me bad looking flowers because of discoloration. However, being called and told I have to make a decision to completely change the color of the flowers I ordered immediately made me very mad. I was only offered a 10% refund and to change my flower color to white with no time to see if I could work something else out. I never wanted white flowers, that is why I ordered colored ones. I was also blamed for not answering my phone in the morning when I was at work and unable to answer, and there was no voicemail letting me know it was urgent that I call back. I'm very disappointed with the way this was handled. My wedding is in 4 days and the only option to get different flowers now is to spend more money.

I am sad to say that the one website I had the most confidence in buying from was the only one that failed me. I bought flowers from Global rose and from costco in addition to the lillies I bought from Flower explosion. So, thankfully my wedding flowers weren't completely ruined. They arrived extremely beat up. There were dents in the sides of the flowers from where the packaging had been holding them. Several of the flower heads had fallen completely off during shipping. There was no protective outer layer for the Flower explosion lillies. All of the other flowers I purchased from the other two companies had padding to protect the flower heads. I counted 15 completely broken off lily heads before I stopped counting. A lady from their customer service called me and asked if there were any problems. I told her yes and explained what had happened. She said, " Oh that's normal just put them in water and they will perk right up." ( This should have been my first indication that she wasn't listening to me at all.) I told her that wouldn't do much for them since they had completely detached from the stems and were completely brown and dead. Then ! She got it. She said " Okay, yeah that's not right, I will have someone call you back right away from our claims department. " No one ever called. Now for a timeline to show how much worse things got from here. I got married on September 27th. The flowers arrived on the morning of the 24th. Plenty of time to sort things out right? WRONG! I went on their website to chat with someone because I didn't have time to spent time on the phone because my bechellorette party and parents meeting dinner were all happening that weekend. No one was available for chat. So I called. I waited on hold and no one answered. At that point, I decided to wait for them to call me. I didn't have the time to fix things and decided to just use the lillies as green filler. ( I only used about half of them because some of them looked so bad.)

Would not recommend ordering flowers from this website at all. The day my flowers were supposed to arrive they did not. I was never contacted by the company to let me know they would not arrive. Finally after calling FedEx I found out my flowers had been delayed at customs in Florida. The flowers had been shipped from Ecuador. When I called the company I was told there was nothing they could do and that it was not their fault. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told they had left for the day. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I had to contact FedEx to change my delivery location because my wedding was out of town. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

Do not buy from Flower Explosion!!! I ordered a dozen roses and they arrived wilted with barely any life left in them. They were in transit for 4 days with no water vials attached to the ends of each rose! They were shipped from Quito, Ecuador not California. I immediately clipped them and placed in water with flower food upon arrival and waited a day before contacting the company in hopes the water would magically rejuvenate them, I had no such luck. I provided photos with my complaint and received an email back saying the roses looked great and to make sure I clip them and peel back the outer 5 pedals. If I were to peel back all the wilted pedals I would be left with stems. Thanks for nothing flower explosion.
