I cannot say enough amazing things about this flower company and their incredible team! From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my wedding day. They provided detailed directions, emailed all the important information ahead of time, and were always extremely quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. They stayed on top of every shipment and tracking update, which made the process so much less stressful.
The day before my wedding, we ran into a huge bump in the road when one of our flower boxes was delayed and didn’t arrive. As soon as they realized there was an issue, they immediately reached out with solutions and alternative options. My absolute lifesaver throughout everything was Liz! She worked tirelessly all day, emailing back and forth with me, reassuring me, and doing everything possible to fix the situation. She even contacted a local florist and arranged for replacement flowers to be overnighted to us.
I have honestly never experienced customer service this incredible in my life. Liz went above and beyond in every possible way, and the amount of care, love, and support she showed during such a stressful moment meant the world to me. She truly deserves a raise immediately! She completely took away my stress and made me feel confident that everything would work out — and it did!
Not only did the replacement flowers arrive on time, but they were absolutely beautiful. All of the flowers opened up so perfectly and became so full and lively. They turned out even prettier than I imagined, and I was honestly shocked by how gorgeous everything looked on the big day.
Thank you so much for helping make our wedding so special. I will forever recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful flowers band truly exceptional customer service! -

Amazing and so much fun!
If you are considering DIY wedding flowers, Flower Moxie is AMAZING. They made what felt overwhelming actually feel exciting and manageable.
The educational content, recipes, guides, and planning tools are incredibly detailed and easy to follow, and the flowers themselves arrived fresh, healthy, and absolutely stunning. Our wedding florals turned out more beautiful than I ever imagined.
I especially want to shout out Hanna, who helped me through video calls and customized recipe guides. She was SO fun to talk to, incredibly encouraging, creative, and genuinely excited about helping bring my vision to life. She made me feel confident every step of the way.
DIY flowers are definitely work, but Flower Moxie gives you all the tools and support to actually succeed and create something that feels elevated and professional.

Perfect for picky brides on a budget…
I love a good DIY but with all of the other things that I had to deal with while planning a wedding, completely diy-ing my florals was just not gonna happen. BUT when I found Flower Moxie I realized I could have complete control over my florals AND save money too, while not having to stress about sourcing everything myself. I ended up getting a pre-made package of bouquets and customizing them myself with some additional flowers when they came in. Delivery was perfect and right on time and their floral care guides are amazing. They have so many options so you can truly get exactly what you want. I highly recommend them to picky brides like me who want to have customized flowers on a budget. -

Flower Moxie does it all and came through so hard for me on our wedding day last February!! I chose the option to speak to a florist beforehand (best $35 you’ll spend) and plan out my budget, color scheme, recommended flowers and arrangement recipes to use after purchase. I was blown away at the ease in which I realized I could do my own wedding flowers. They have an amazing catalogue of free diy videos online to help you out and their customer service and response time is amazing. A special flower I had ordered didn’t arrive when it should have and ALEXA (a queen and personal her of mine) from FM was in touch with me via phone and email and got them expedited a day before my wedding. I was so impressed! 10/10 experience.
Will be recommending Flower Moxie to everyone and using them for the rest of my days 🙌🏼🙌🏼 -

I had such a great experience with Flower Moxie! At first I was considering the DIY route with them but then I realized I'd be too stressed and busy with everyone flying in/getting to the hotel for the wedding, so I went with the pre-maid route instead. I'm glad I did! I did the Sweet Wildflower bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaid bouquets, and 2 center piece bouquets with 2 vases. I spent under $500 which was INCREDIBLE when 3 florists near me were quoting $1500-$2000 for the same items. My husband cut the flowers to the appropriate sizing and tied them with ribbon the morning before the ceremony and they looked amazing! If a man can do it, everyone can definitely handle this. The flowers also looked so gorgeous! I got them Tuesday and the wedding was Friday, they looked so good for the big day! So glad I went with Flower Moxie, I will recommend them to everyone that wants to save money but still get a beautiful set of flowers. Thank you FM! -

Fantastic DIY Wedding Results

Suzanne Sent on 10/14/2025Amazing Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers with Flower Moxie!
I knew I had some crafty skills and didn't want to use a florist for my daughter's wedding. Someone had told me about online flower vendors and my research led me to Flower Moxie.
While my budget wasn't super tight, I also didn't want to pay more than necessary. I scheduled a phone call with them and they were extremely helpful to get me started. They were also extremely responsive with texts and emails. The website offers links to a number of tutorials which were great.
I then placed an order for the flowers. I ordered 3 mixed boxes and some extra roses and greenery. I decided to order the wearables and bouquets pre-made, although I ended up making a few more anyway!
When the flowers arrived, I followed the videos and they turned out lovely. One box was a day late, but it didn't matter in the end.
I ordered the vases and other supplies online.
While the process was super easy, I did have four things that were unexpected:
1. The website had an FAQ that no refrigeration was needed, but then I found out that I would need to refrigerate the wearables which was a bit of a hardship because you have to use a warmer fridge setting. I see that now the FAQ has been changed to reflect this information. TIP: Use a wine fridge as they are usually set higher anyway!
2. The corsages were smaller than expected and at first I mistook them for the bouts but actually they looked just fine when worn.
3. There are no pins included with the wearables, so order some to have on hand.
4. There was only a tiny piece of ribbon on the bouquets, so order some to have on hand to rewrap them.
Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Flower Moxie for your online flowers. You can opt how much to do yourself vs. having things premade like bouquets and wearables. The bridal bouquet started white but I was able to add a little color with flowers from the mixed box.
I felt the pricing was very fair and they were so helpful! -

I was very nervous to do my own flowers, but if you have any creativity in you- you’re good! Flowers arrived bundled as described- Watch the unboxing video and follow all the directions- don’t skip anything. Flowers opened up so beautifully- I couldn’t have been happier. I went full DIY - which was risky. Everything turned out better than I expected and everyone commented on how gorgeous the flowers were. Only bummer was that I had a destination wedding and couldn’t bring more than my bouquet home. -

Couldn't have asked for better!
I purchased 150 stems through flower moxie to create our own table centers. I knew it was risky buying online but I did see several good reviews on reddit and I really really wanted anemones so I bit the bullet.
I adjusted my orders a couple of times to change my color selections, the customer service was always quick to respond and let me change without issue.
I was a bit nervous about the flowers arriving on wednesday for our saturday event, but all flowers delivered on time and I made sure I had several vases filled so I could unpack and hydrate quickly since I was doing it on my own. Make sure you have plenty of buckets and vases to give the flowers space!
Let me tell you I was so so so pleased with the flowers, they were stunning, even in their sleepy state, the Rancuculus, anemones and the coral garden roses, all stunning. Of the 150 stems, I had 3 snapped stems but I could still put them in bud vases. I was able to use every flower for the day and by saturday they all still looked amazing.
I could not have been happier with my experience with Flower Moxie! -

Great for a DYI bride and for staying on a budget!
Flower Moxie was amazing to use! So much more affordable than a traditional flower shop but also had more options than a typical wholesaler. When my order arrived, I realized I was missing a a few types of flowers from my order. I reached out and Alexa at flower moxie quickly helped resolve. They overnighted the rest of my flowers to a new location since we had already left town for the wedding. She also gave me options like a refund so that we’d be able to purchase from a local shop if we chose not to overnight them. Overall, so happy with the experience and flowers turned out beautifully! -

Alexa is a star!!
I am new to the floristry lifestyle and was hired by my cousin to do her wedding! Being a little skeptical of where to order the flowers a good friend recommended flower moxie as she ordered her wedding flowers from them. The entire process I was a nervous wreck but all of the staff I dealt with gave me the positive encouragement I desperately needed. There is no shortage of training videos to supply you with the knowledge you need before the big day. I also met with a specialist Hanna. She made sure I was ordering the appropriate quantities of everything and got any last minute questions answered. She did nothing but boost my confidence and reassure everything would go smoothly. When the time came for flowers to be delivered I ran into some minor issues with a few flowers missing. No fault of flower moxies as it was the flower farm’s mistake. Panic set in. I emailed flower moxie as quickly as possible since the wedding was out of state and I was supposed to be transporting them three hours away the following morning to prepare for the big day. When I say somebody stepped up that is an understatement! A lovely lady named Alexa emailed me back within five minutes! After receiving my photos of the shipment she didn’t question anything. Alexa got to work contacting the farm and within an hour she had the rest of my order on its way to my house. I received the flowers early the next morning with her guarantee they would be there with enough time to meet my deadline. She then gave me her personal number to continuously answer any small questions I had throughout the design process. Friday the morning before the wedding I received another text from her just checking in to make sure I was doing okay. She kept my head on straight and did it with the best sense of humor and positivity that I could have asked for. She went above and beyond for me and gave me the peace of mind that I needed to give my cousin her dream flower arrangements. I’m so incredibly grateful for someone who truly cares about her career and the importance of customer satisfaction. She is a true asset to the flower moxie team!!🌻💛 -

I first used Flower Moxie for my own wedding in August 2022 and had almost no experience with flowers except in gardening. I subsequently have used Moxie for two more weddings that I have done flowers for, which I think says a lot. Here is why I unequivocally recommend Flower Moxie:
- Their business model is designed to, and actually succeeds in, providing you with quality florals you can actually work with to achieve a beautiful event, at typically less than half the starting price it would require to hire a professional florist. For instance, my wedding had 8 people in the wedding party, a 10 foot arch covered in flowers, 12 centerpieces and 5 cocktail tables and the florals came out to around 2500. The lowest quote I got in my large metro area was 4500 for a florist, and this would not have included a large ceremony piece like the arch.
- The product and sourcing is superior, and the guarantees they provide (via refunding or replacing when necessary) gave me piece of mind, especially for the weddings that were not my own where I wanted to be absolutely sure that I could come through with a quality product for such an important day in my friends’ lives. In contrast, my local wholesaler that sells to the public - while excellent and occasionally carrying a wider variety- is not able to make the same commitment, in part because I am not a professional florist. The flowers from Moxie are just good quality. While some loss is always expected, I have experienced very little, even with the more delicate blooms. I think this is also in part because of the next item below.
- Their customer service and education are excellent. Their prep and processing instructions, planning guides and tutorials demonstrate real floral design expertise but are still achievable for a DIYer with reasonable planning skills. The customer service is near instantaneous and provides seamless support. I always received a prompt, polite, helpful and encouraging response and Moxie has kept this promise consistently. I’ve been particularly impressed with Alexa, as in my most recent wedding I went with a bulk order instead of a pre set package and was working with some luxury blooms for the first time. Even though I have more DIY experience now, I still got overwhelmed and was so grateful for her expert advice. Out of 60 Cloni ranunculus stems that I ordered, I was only unable to use three, and this was for an entirely outdoor wedding in a heat dome in June 2025. This helped stretch my friend - the bride’s! budget further and reduced my stress significantly.
- this company is different. They understand the stress you are under and respect your budget, time and sanity. Planning a wedding can be incredibly stressful and time consuming, not to mention emotional. Flower Moxie made DIYing the flowers not only manageable, but actually enjoyable and some of my most cherished memories from my own wedding and others’ weddings. I acquired what I hope will be a lifelong interest in flowers and am even considering becoming a professional florist. I love the ethos, brand and product of this company and would strongly recommend using Flower Moxie for your own wedding. I plan to be a customer for life. -

Absolutely amazing
I was a little skeptical at first just because I hadn’t used them, but they blew me away! The QUALITY is amazing!!! If you have any issues with the flowers they are just an email away and they had more flowers coming my way within hours! Luis was EXTREMELY helpful with all my questions and always responded within 30 mi minutes even though it was 7pm! The blue delphinium and greenery were some of the best I’ve ever seen!!! I can’t recommend them enough!!! -

We used Flower Moxie for our wedding flowers and had the BEST experience! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, fresh, vibrant, and arrived right on time. The process was so smooth and easy thanks to our amazing rep, Sara. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and quick to respond to every question I had. Her support made the whole DIY flower experience stress free and fun.
When our flowers arrived, it was so much fun unboxing them, and I was really happy to see that there was almost no loss at all! They were all very healthy and in great condition. The prep was super easy because of all flower Moxie's helpful instructions and tutorials, and building bouquets was a blast. We had more than enough beautiful flowers to make all of our bouquets and bouteniers, and plenty left for the cake!
All of the colors we had looked so perfect together, my favorites were the burgundy carnations and peach cremones 🥰

I had a fantastic experience with Flower Moxie! Their floral packages made planning for my wedding so much easier—everything was beautifully organized and easy to understand, even for someone with no floral experience. The flowers arrived fresh and vibrant, exactly as pictured, and the instructions were incredibly clear and helpful.

Best company if you want to do your own flowers!
This is my second experience with Flower Moxie, and it was just as good if not better than the first time around. I did the flowers for my friends’ kids’ weddings and used Flower Moxie as our primary source, especially for the more unusual flowers. We used another source for some of the filler flowers that was very inexpensive (starts with a C and ends with an o…) and the flowers were inexpensive and plentiful, but not as exciting as the ones available here, the quality was not the same, but the biggest difference is the customer service.
We had a few issues with the flowers (I think it would be surprising not to, based on how many and what kind we ordered), and Alexa, Luis, and Mariale were AMAZING with their immediate and helpful support. They rushed out replacements that were perfect, and worked with us to make sure we were 100% happy with everything. Huge shout out to their team - it is very stressful in the days leading up to the big event, and they took a big weight off.
If you are unsure about what to get, I highly recommend going with their packages based on color — their recommendations for flowers and amounts are spot on. The videos showing you how to build everything are incredibly helpful and delightfully snarky.

Would highly recommend Flower Moxie! Mother of the bride who can’t keep her houseplants alive decided to take a risk with DIY bridal and bridesmaid bouquets. Could not have been happier. Flowers arrived right on time. I contacted Flower Moxie right away with a question on timing for unboxing. Alexa immediately responded and became our personal flower consultant for the next 4 days. She was professional and encouraging and FUN! I felt much more confident that we could create beautiful bouquets with her assistance. I alerted her that just three of my stems arrived broken. Flower Moxie immediately posted a refund to my account so that I could replace those stems if I felt it necessary at a local store. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. The bridesmaids and bride created their own bouquets the morning of the venue during hair and makeup. Was really fun for all of them and they were absolutely stunning! Don’t be afraid of DIY. Flower Moxie completely exceeded my expectations in every way! I ordered their pastels package for my wedding and was blown away by how stunning the flowers were. The blooms were fresh, vibrant, and even more beautiful than I imagined—truly some of the healthiest flowers I’ve ever seen.
I was initially curious (and a little nervous) about how the process would work, since I’d never used a service like this before. But from the very beginning, Maria and the Flower Moxie team were incredibly kind, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond. Maria walked me through every step with warmth and thoughtfulness, and made everything feel so easy and stress-free. They really knocked it out of the park.
The flowers added so much magic to our day. I used them for our welcome sign, cake, bud vases, and to transform a faux white-and-green arch and floral meadow by adding real, colorful blooms—and the final result was breathtaking. So many guests complimented how beautiful everything looked.

If you are wanting to DIY your own flowers, DO IT!! My wedding florals cost $1038 (1300 counting materials used) for 6 bouquets, 14 boutonnieres, 7 corsages, 105 bud vases, a welcome sign, and a ceremony flower arrangement. (We still had extras)! This included roses, ranunculus, snapdragons, eucalyptus, and the list goes on!
I did pay for the 75 one-on-one session. After this session they sent me an already filled cart of flowers and an 8 page document filled with recipes, supplies, tutorials, etc.
I got all of my flowers shipped in on the Wednesday prior to the wedding, I had no damaged flowers. I was missing a flower, within 20 minutes of contacting them - Alexa already had a new shipment coming in the next morning, it was at my front door within 24 hours!
To anyone on the fence about DIY, I HIGHLY recommend to do it! I have never attempted to touch florals but with flower moxie, it’s so easy to learn! -

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I was stressed about doing this myself as I am not creative at all. But your videos gave me the confidence needed. And your videos were spot on. I followed the instructions, didn’t panic when they came in smushed together for shipping…and watched them open up beautifully over the 24 hours as I cut and watered. It was actually a very calming task. Even the Walmart trash cans was such a helpful tip. Again, I have zero decorating or creativity background and my daughter told me at the end of her big day that several people asked her if I was a decorator/designer because it was so beautiful…all from your eucalyptus leaves and a few simple flowers! My first experience with Flower Moxie was my daughter’s destination wedding in Aspen, CO. We live in California so you can imagine timing and logistics were important. Our flower delivery was great. Had to replace some stems that suffered in transport and Flower Moxie delivered fresh replacements overnight. Their design help was also top notch . The designer brought my daughter’s vision board to life!
One year later, we used Flower Moxie for her baby shower!! The flower delivery date was during a winter storm across the country. The flowers were a day late and looked a little sad. Fresh beautiful replacements arrived the next day. Can’t say enough about their customer service and their beautiful blooms. -

My fiance (at the time) and I were trying to find ways to save money for our wedding, and when I came across Flower Moxie, I knew that this was the company I wanted to work with. Not only were their packages absolutely beautiful, but I felt very connected to the writing and marketing that is clearly geared to millennials. The process was so easy and I was so excited when finally buying everything! I knew the packages had more than I wanted and not enough of what I needed, so I used the extremely helpful recipes to buy exactly what we needed. We used the greenery only package as our guide, which I thought was absolutely gorgeous. Some of my family and friends were skeptical about using greenery only, but I’m glad I stuck with my plan because they turned out perfect! I received a notification that part of my order was on it’s way on Tuesday evening. I never got a notification saying the other half was coming, but it did arrive with the full order - phew! We did encounter a substitution (baby eucalyptus was substituted for silver dollar euc), and were missing the tree fern (we did receive a refund for the tree fern). I was a bit nervous about that, so after processing everything (which I did alone - it worked out fine!) I went to a local florist to ask if they had any tree fern. They convinced me that I didn’t need it and wouldn’t even notice. So the next day, my now wife and I started making our bridal bouquets first. It was so easy (I had practiced once over the summer, but my wife hadn’t). Both of ours came out gorgeous and we were so happy we stuck with the greenery only - it was perfect for our winter wedding in Vermont. The rest of the day went by very easily - we made 7 centerpieces, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, and a bunch of bouts and corsages (and two flower crowns which were last minute ideas!). We had SOOO much extra at the end. We all loved the flower academy, which I also purchased, which made the day feel like it was a test that we had studied very well for and already knew we would get an A. We had to travel with the florals (about 3 hours) and have them in a hotel room overnight, and were worried about them, but they traveled perfectly well. Thank you so much Flower Moxie! We loved everything about the process and would recommend them in a heartbeat! -

I choose Flower Moxie for my wedding flowers about a month out from my wedding. I ended up having a surprise wedding ( our guests were invited to a engagement party). After several quotes from other florists way out of my budget, I came across Flower Moxie on TikTok. My experience was amazing, I worked with Carolyn from their design team. She helped me build my vision better than I could have imagined. Mind you I was working on a short clock so not much room for error or changing my mind. The extensive tutorials and library that Flower Moxie has made it so easy for me to execute. I did do a trial run a week before my wedding which I highly recommend.
I had a slight hiccup with a delay with one package of flowers. Alexa immediately stepped in and helped overnight me the flowers I needed. She was very thorough and followed up with me during the whole process. I did not expect such a high level of customer service.

Alright, Flower Moxie, let’s talk. I just pulled off my third child’s wedding, and thanks to you, I still have my sanity and didn’t have to wrestle with breaking tulips in a parking lot like some sad floral gladiator.
For my youngest daughter’s wedding, I went with the Custom Floral Design and leveled up to the “Full Monty” service. And let me tell you—WORTH IT. This wasn’t just flowers. This was a full-blown, stress-reducing, Pinterest-dream-come-true experience. The flowers? Gorgeous. Fresh, vibrant, and not a sad petal in sight. I had plenty of blooms (which, if you’ve ever done event flowers, you know is basically the holy grail), and the arrangements looked like they were straight out of a magazine.
But the real MVPs? Cristen and Alexa. Cristen, my design advisor, practically read my mind when it came to the vibe we wanted. And Alexa? That woman deserves a medal. Not only did she give me next-level text support, she even helped me choose which shoes to wear with my Mother of the Bride dress. I mean, who does that? Alexa does. Flower Moxie doesn’t just give you flowers—they give you a team.
Now, a little backstory: For my oldest daughter’s wedding, I used one of Flower Moxie’s packages and added some Farmers Market flair from the PNW, Portland area. It was fabulous—flowers everywhere, I felt like Martha Stewart minus the insider trading. But for my son’s wedding? Oh, sweet summer child. I thought I could DIY it with flowers from a local farm for their April wedding in Seattle. Spoiler alert: I ended up on a wild goose chase, hitting every grocery store to supplement the mountain of tulips they gave me. Tulips are pretty, and these were not your average tulips, they were exotic, but they’re divas. They do not want to be the main act, or rather the solo act, in wedding arrangements.
Lesson learned. When my youngest daughter got married, I ran back to Flower Moxie like they were the last life raft on the Titanic. The Custom Design package with the Full Monty was a dream— low stress, all beauty, and flowers that didn’t give me an existential crisis.

Less than a week before my daughter’s wedding, I realized I had forgotten to order the urns and centerpiece vases. Flowers? Yes. Things to hold them? No. Luis responded to my frantic email an hour before their official business hours. He checked the warehouse to see if they had the items I wanted, if they could get them to me in time, created an invoice for me, and in less than an hour, my problem was solved.
I purchased “The Full Monty,” and it was so worth it! My consultant, Jess, was amazing. In our first meeting, we talked budget, what flowers would fit our budget, and the inspo photos. The shopping cart she built out and the recipes relieved ablot of my anxiety about what and how much to buy. Our second call (which we squeezed in the day the flowers arrived😬) was so helpful. She answered my specific questions about products and arrangements, and how to transport the flowers in the cold.
The flowers: oh my goodness, they were beautiful! The white roses were stunning, and the hydrangeas were HUGE! Everything was gorgeous. These are truly florist-grade flowers. Because my daughter made a change after we’d order the flowers, we had to run out and buy some more from the grocery store chain where I usually go for flowers (the one where the cashiers ring bells—IYKYK). They were very nice, and worked fine, but there was no comparison when they were side-by-side.
They were packed so well, we didn’t lose a single flower — even the Queen Anne’s lace—in shipping. The only damage was two small brown spots on a hydrangea where it had been against the box in the bitter cold. I just snipped those out and all was good. I received everything I ordered, in perfect condition, and when they said they would arrive.
The estimate we’d gotten from a florist was $1000 just for two urns and a centerpiece. We were able to make those, plus bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and most of the vases for the tables at a little more than half the cost of the florist’s estimate.
If you are wondering if it’s safe to order bedding flowers online, yes. At least if you use Flower Moxie!

I cannot say enough about flower moxie and our helper. Sue. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Got here in time exactly when they said they or supposed to. Sue called that day to check and make sure we got all the flowers and that we were happy with them. She even sent me some videos to take care of the Flowers that we had ordered. I would definitely use them again. I want to add that our wedding was 3 days after Christmas and the flowers were sent and were beautiful even during this busy and hectic time.

Service, quality, and then some!
I have used Flower Moxie as a learning tool only up to this point. The company offers many tutorials which have come in helpful to me as a small home based wedding flower designer. However, for a recent wedding, I ordered flowers for them for a quietly beautiful Christmas affair. The bride wanted burgundy and ivory with hints of evergreen among other greens. Flower Moxie offered stunning options, and better yet, small mixed boxes of accent flowers in smaller quantities. I am always hesitant when ordering from a new company. ORdER FROM FLOWER MOXIE. Alexa, a super chill person, was my personal flower contact with the Company. She guided me through the process, enthusiastically offering both advice and support. And the flowers!!! Well, they were magnificent! The burgundy roses and red heart roses were showstoppers. The mixed box added just the perfect accents to elevate the design above the ordinary. Service and a quality product are the hallmarks of this company. You will not be disappointed. -

Great for us!
I recently did the flowers for my daughter’s wedding and wanted to share our experience with Flower Moxie and DIY flowers. The flowers were fantastically fresh and the results were beautiful, in spite of us being amateurs. We found Flower Moxie staff to be responsive and helpful, so it was a great experience. However, it may not be for everyone. Some things worth considering for your plans.
1. Everything Amy says on videos (free tutorials, YouTube, Floral Academy) is true. Unboxing and hydration are critical, and those videos on preparation are key to success of the whole project. Watch the videos for everything you need, pay attention, get your helpers to watch. The instructions are clear, the advice and cautions are spot-on. Watch them more than once.
2. Substitutions really happen. Be ready to roll with this. We had 3 substitution issues - about a week before, when the farm was shipping, and one unexpected when our shipment arrived. Alexa and Luis were absolutely great with helping us get available flowers that would fit into the color scheme of the package, and especially with speedy replacement when the wrong roses were shipped. As a result of substitutions, the color scheme shifted, but we made it work.
3. Logistics are a lot. If you don’t have a lot of local helpers, scale back your ambitions. The KISS principle might be your friend! We had everyone attending coming from out of town, and I drew on local friends not involved to help with delivering to the venue. I made a ton of bouquets and bouts for a large wedding party, but fortunately we only had clustered bud vases on the tables, and the garden ceremony meant no arch or urns, so the arranging part was simpler. Consider your event size and who can help and be realistic - when that event timeline kicks in it will go quickly so delegating will be valuable.
4. Package versus bulk flowers: we started with a package and added extra flowers. We were happy with our mix, even after substitutions, but if I were to do it again I would reach out when first selecting the package about likelihood that all the package items would be available in the wedding month. Then maybe consider just ordering bulk flowers that would give the vibe inspired by a package you like, which might increase predictability. (The unavailable items were more from the package than from the extras we chose.)
5. Some flowers are divas. We had a lot of anemones - drop dead gorgeous but finicky, and tricky to use in the bouquets. Ditto for ranunculus. Watch the videos and be ready for them. They are worth the extra effort, but if you know you’re going to be stretched thin, think about how many divas you want to use! There are some flower-specific shorts on YouTube and you might look for specific flowers you like so you can balance the finicky ones with the workhorses.
In all, I loved doing the flowers and Flower Moxie worked out great for us - I would definitely do it again. Guests thought the flowers were fabulous - they were truly unique because we put them together. If you’re flexible and if you have the bandwidth for DIY, yours can be unique to you, also. Doing your own flowers for your wedding can be a scary experience if you’ve never worked with florals before, but Flower Moxie makes it so easy with their tutorials and details instructions on flower care and piece/bouquet building tutorials. Their flowers are so beautiful and at a much better value than any other vendor I could find. I personally didn’t want to FedEx my flowers so we picked them up at one of the nursery’s near me. It was an hour away but it was such an easy process. We picked up the flowers on Thursday for a Sunday wedding, and I had my bridal party and family friends help me construct the bouquets and decorations on Saturday morning. Boujee on a Budget!
Long story short, I’m to boujee for my own good. I wanted a super full, elegant look and was quoted tens of thousands. Flower moxie hooked me up!! Best flowers for our wedding.
My daughter’s wedding was last Friday and it was absolutely perfect. We ordered flowers a few weeks before the wedding and got our first box no problem. The second box with the rest of the order was coming from a different location and UPS made a mistake with our address. If made me so nervous and I thought we are not going to have time to put flowers together but luis stepped in and resolved this situation very professionally. Greatly impressed!
As mother of the bride, I must say that Flower Moxie was amazing to work with. Prior to working with them, I had zero experience with flower arranging. I watched the pertinent videos several times in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and when those luscious boxes started arriving I felt completely at ease with the flowers. There were a few hang ups with delivery, that Flower Moxie immediately made good. It couldn’t have been easier to work with them. Immediate replies to all emails and super-speedy resolution. We made the bouquets, bouts and corsages on Friday, and I astounded myself by pulling off the most gorgeous arrangements for the church on wedding morning. After a brief moment of panic when I first arrived, thinking it had been a terrible mistake to wait til then, I quickly decided that spending the morning of my daughter’s wedding arranging flowers, just alone with our Lord in church was the BEST thing I could have done.

10/10 Would recommend Flower Moxie to anyone. They were the ONLY choice for our wedding, as they were one of the only online flower distributors willing to ship to Puerto Rico, and had a gorgeous selection and competitive prices. Great for DIY bouquets
I am a big plant/flower lover, however, I just couldn't fathom the idea of spending thousands of dollars on floral arrangements and bouquets that would all just end up dying and/or in the trash. Big picture, Flower Moxie made it possible for me to have the wedding florals of my dreams. If you're a budget-conscious bride who is willing to put in a bit of effort and creativity, Flower Moxie is the perfect choice. Their outstanding customer service, extensive resources, and top-notch wholesale flowers make it a DIY bride's dream come true. Florists and flowers can feel so marked up, and can become a very large line-item on the budget. We skimped on several aspects of our wedding, but having control over cost, vision and really being able to get a massive bang-for-buck ratio of flowers allowed us to allocate money elsewhere and made our wedding feel way less “budget” than it actually was, which was so awesome.
To dive more into my wedding flower story, I had initially latched onto the idea of doing silk florals. However, after seeing the same packages over and over again, and feeling that said packages weren’t all that close to what I had actually wanted, I began flirting with the idea of DIY florals. This about 10 months before my wedding. I think what helped me get fully on board was playing with some grocery store flowers. At baseline, I am creative but also am scientific/type A, so the math and planning of flowers mixed with the artistry really meshed with my strengths.
After committing to the idea, I curated my vision and worked for several weeks to put together a floral mood board, mixing some “premium” florals stretched out by budget blooms. Flower Moxie’s incredibly detail-rich site was critical in this regard. In retrospect, I absolutely should have opted for Flower Moxies DIY consultation services. I ended up LOVING my look, but second guessed myself as a non-expert in the field, antd it was just very time consuming. I placed my order for flowers about 4 months before my wedding. I also made the decision to order some extra-special blooms (Butterfly Ranunculus) from another vendor.
In the meantime, I did a lot of homework. I curated playlists of their easy-to-follow Flower Moxie tutorials and vision guidance for my helpers. For the pieces I made, I watched my favorite videos over and over again. It felt like Flower Moxie was a religion and Amy from Flower Moxie became my flower Jesus!
Three weeks before my wedding, I began contacting Flower Moxie with a few questions here and there about adding to the order. I was blown away by their responsiveness. Their team was always just an email or a phone call away, ready to answer my questions and provide guidance every step of the way. I got married two days before Mother’s Day, apparently VERY high volume weekend for flowers. Even then, Flower Moxie reps made the effort to check in via phone call about how the blooms were doing.
In the end, I was able to put together a bridal bouquets, large centerpieces, and two altarpieces that looked like my photographer thought crafted by a professional florist. My helpers didn’t do their homework (ugh) but ended up doing pretty darn well for on-the-fly! Overall, Flower Moxie's website and the YouTube channel is a treasure trove of resources, from flower recipes to step-by-step videos, ensuring that even novices can achieve stunning results.
In summary, Flower Moxie is such an amazing option for DIY brides. The affordability of Flower Moxie's flowers allowed me to allocate my wedding budget more efficiently. What I most importantly learned from Flower Moxie was how to balance choosing some premium blooms and unique floral varieties, while balancing them with budget options. The freshness and quality of the flowers were exceptional, and they arrived right on time, ensuring that my arrangements looked SO perfect on my big day!!

Anyone considering DIY wedding flowers, just go ahead and use Flower Moxie! I wasted a lot of time researching other vendors, but none of them offered the same quality of service and flowers for the price. I recommend paying extra for the Full Monty package. I wanted to customize the flowers and quantity, and the designer I worked with was so patient and helpful! As for tips: (1) Watch ALL the videos, (2) Share the top 3-4 most helpful videos to anyone helping you a few days before the prep, (3) Coordinate vehicles for the day of the wedding. It really does help to have SUVs or cars with folded down seats, (4) Invest in good tools (e.g., shears, crowning glory, floral tape, MANY dollar store buckets), (5) Designate someone to hydrate, freshen up the flowers on the day of the wedding. As the bride, I regret having to cut time with my bridesmaids to check on the flowers, (6) Be prepared to buy extra greenery, filler flowers (especially during hotter months or if you know you want a fuller bouquet look), (7) Cut the bouquet stems short on the day of the wedding. The DIY route IS hard work, but the memories you'll have with your family and friends preparing and arranging the flowers is something that you'll remember and cherish forever! -

If you want lots of flowers on a budget, look no further! It's not easy to DIY wedding flowers, but Flower Moxie staff and information they have will make sure you have a plan and are ready to execute it when the day comes. We decided to get the "Full Monty" package which comes with extra support from their staff and it was well worth it. Cristen, our designer, was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was absolutely instrumental in helping us prepare for the event. It was definitely a lot of work, but we and our families had a lot of fun putting the arrangements together. If you're going to DIY, Flower Moxie seems like the best way to do that. We never would have gotten it all done on our own. -

Flower Moxie has super supportive customer service and provided every step I needed to be successful in arranging my flowers (with help from family and friends!) It was initially intimidating receiving all the flowers, especially since I had to make some last minute swaps in the floral based on availability, but everything came together beautifully! I ordered a medium size floral package with an additional order of bulk pennycress greenery as well as bulk pom daisies and it was the perfect amount of flowers for a large arch arrangement, a large decorative arrangement, 6 medium size table arrangements, 30 bud vases, 4 boutonnieres and 2 corsages, a flower wreath for my dog, my bridal bouquet, a bridesmaid bouquet and cake flowers. I supplemented with about $50 worth of greenery and flowers from Trader Joe's to adjust the color palette after the swaps at pickup, but overall spent under $1k on all materials and florals instead of the $3k I was quoted for less arrangements from a florist! -

Seriously the best flower vendor! I made a mistake with the dates and they worked with me and were able to move around things on their end to accommodate for my mistake. Able to make my daughter's wedding flower
From ordering to picking up this company truly cares about their customers. Flowers arrived healthy and beautiful. I can't say enough about their professionalism along with truly heartfelt customer service. Within 20 minutes of me picking up flowers I had a phone call making sure I had all I needed and condition of flowers. I tell all the new engaged friends of my daughter about this company . My daughter decided to DIY her wedding flowers using Flower Moxie. It was a great experience. You do need to commit some time to it. I took off work on Wed.-Sat for her Sat. wedding. We picked the flowers up from a wholesaler on Wed. and we prepped the flowers when we got them home. Thurs. we did all the bouquets and centerpieces. Friday I made an arrangement for a cross we were having behind the couple at the ceremony and I made all the boutonnières and corsages. The only snag was that our air conditioner went out on Thursday and it was getting too warm. I ran them to the cooler basement and put ice cubes in the water. They all lasted for days after the wedding except for the boutonnières. Some of my greenery looked brown but when I called Flower Moxie they said I could pick some more up at the wholesaler. I was freaking out because I thought they were all dying due to the heat but a rep from Flower Moxie called me and calmed me down. My daughter and I had so much fun making them together. We had a lot of extra flowers and greenery so our caterer used them all over for more decoration. It looked like we spent a ton of money on flowers but we didn't. -

Breathtaking results!
Would use them 100 times again. I picked up my order at a partnering wholesale supplier near me rather than shipping. We enjoyed making all the bouquets, centerpieces, table runners, entry table urn, boutonnières, and corsages! They all turned out so beautifully! We followed all the instructions Flower Moxie provided and it worked out exactly as they said it would. Trust their process! It works! Saved me well over one to two thousand dollars -

I was a little nervous about doing my own flowers but I’m sooo glad I did! It was so much fun, Flower Moxie made it so easy, and the flowers turned out looking exactly how I had imagined for less than 1/2 the price! My husband and I got married in an outdoor venue which was beautiful and didn’t need a lot of decorations. Plus we didn’t have a bridal party so I just needed my bouquet and bud vases for the reception tables. Flower moxie had the best variety of flowers to chose from out of any “do your own flowers” place I could find. They also had videos and tips on anything and everything you could possibly think of and their customer service was great. The flowers arrived fresh and GORGEOUS! I’ve been telling all my engaged friends about this service and lowkey hoping one of them will do the same thing so I can help them with it! Haha -

Wonderful service. Beautiful flowers
I would like to say PERFECT. The flowers were absolutely beautiful For my daughters bridal shower. They arrived on time, and of course I prepped them. when I opened them I was a bit skeptical due to the shipping process of looking so closed at first. I received them 2 days before event.
By the next day they were opening perfectly.
I even received a call from Sue at flower moxie asking how everything was. Which I thought was great. We even had extra greenery for the shower sign. I would highly recommend. Will use again for future events, needing flowers. Will also recommend to friends. Thank you Flower Moxie. -

I love this company, the flowers were one of my favorite parts of my wedding. I can now brag about how I got to create my own bouquet and centerpieces. My girls also got to create their own bouquet which was a great bonding activity. It was very daunting at first when everything arrive but once me and my team dived into creating the centerpieces everything came together perfectly. I had a few small roses that looked pitiful and reached out to the company. I received a quick reply back indicating what to do - the outer petals are for protection and can be removed without affecting the look. Make sure to get more than enough buckets to not crowd your flowers! -

Above and Beyond
Through a series of unfortunate personal events and repeatedly being brushed off by florists in our area, I got very very behind on ordering flowers for our wedding. I discovered Flower Moxie through an instagram reel a little over 2 weeks before the wedding and went to place the order, only to discover that the soonest they had on their form was the day before the wedding. I reached out to them to see if there was any world in which they could do 2 days earlier - and let me tell you, they got my whole order set and ready with a local wholesaler with 12 hours. I was stunned. They were so kind to expedite (for a small fee) and the wholesaler they hooked me up with (Kennicott Flowers) was also so kind, communicative, and helpful.
The DIY guides online were fantastic - my flowers looked exactly as I’d hoped. I couldn’t stop bragging about them.
Truly, such a great service and even though I had a hassle of a situation, they made everything so easy! -

11/10 Would Use Again
I used Flower Moxie for our wedding florals and cannot recommend them enough.
I started the process with them in August 2022 for our December 2022 wedding. There was a consultation with a florist, Cristen, who looked at my Pinterest and asked me a lot of questions to help understand my vision, budget, and what specific elements of my inspo photos I liked. She walked me through the flowers on the website that we’d use or rule out. A couple weeks later, she sent me a full “recipe” of all the flowers with a vision board image, as well as affordable suggestions of where to get supplies and what I would need. They definitely don’t push using their supplies exclusively. I decided to make some changes, specifically adding lighter colored roses, and she made some gorgeous suggestions that I was so thrilled with. I placed my order at the end of September.
The Thursday before my Sunday wedding, we picked up the flowers from the airport and prep them, which was actually staggeringly easy. On Saturday, all my bridesmaids came over for a “build your own bouquet” party, which turned out to be ridiculously fun and not difficult at all! The videos and tips on the Flower Moxie website make it foolproof, especially since I liked a wilder look. We stuck everything in vases and trimmed and wrapped them on the day of the wedding. It was so, so easy and fun!
The quality and customer service were 10/10, too. I had some proteas damaged in transit, and they gave me tips on how to remove leaves to fix the look. Otherwise, the flowers were perfect, super high quality, and looked GORGEOUS. I literally just got rid of the last of them, that’s how hard and long-lasting they were.
The price was super reasonable for the quantity/quality received. -

Beautiful florals!
We would recommend Flower Moxie for your wedding florals! We ordered the following florals and greenery: white stock, white mini carnations, white veronica, white lisianthus, white ranunculus, white snapdragon, white dendrobium orchid, cream hypericum berries, privet berries, blue tweedia, blue thistle, light blue delphinium, gunny euc, port orford cedar, silver dollar euc, and curly willow. The light blue delphinium did not open well, and the blooms that did instantly shedded with the slightly movement, so I would not recommend purchasing this flower. But overall, the flower quality was good and all of our bouquets, centerpieces, and the fireplace mantel arrangement turned out beautifully. The best part of Flower Moxie is their resources. They have tons of informational free tutorials on youtube, and supply detailed checklists on what quantities to order, timelines for building, etc. -

We had an amazing time doing our flowers through Flower Moxie. Our bouquets came out wonderfully, and everyone was so impressed when they learned we did our own flowers. The Flower Moxie team was wonderful to communicate with throughout the whole process and their tutorials were extremely helpful.
Here are some things that helped Flower Moxie really work for our wedding:
1. We only needed a bridal bouquet, 5 bridesmaids bouquets, and 5 boutonnières. So it was not an overwhelming amount of work for us.
2. I took time off before the wedding to work on last minute details and recruited help from my family to assist with flower arrangements.
3. We tried to go for a bit more of an organic and natural look with the flowers instead of trying to make everything look perfect.
4. I watched TONS of videos from Flower Moxie and other florists, started following more florists on Instagram, and made a practice boutique before I committed to DIY flowers. It helped me feel confident with our decision to use Flower Moxie.
While we loved Flower Moxie and would definitely recommend them, but since they are a DIY service they might not be for everyone. If your florals are THE most important part of your day or you want huge installations that require tons of work and set up you may stress yourself out trying to DIY everything. But if you just want some pretty flowers to carry down the aisle and enjoy learning new skills like floral arrangement Flower Moxie is definitely for you. (Photography: Olivia Yuen) -

I used Flower Moxie for my August 2022 wedding, and it was such a good experience! We went with the custom option, so we did a call with a floral designer and then they built a cart for us with all the florals we'd need and wrote out recipes for our different floral components, like bouquets, bouts, bud vases, etc. We loved talking with her and going through my Pinterest board together over the phone, and the floral designs she came up with for us were so perfect! When we had questions throughout the wedding planning process for Flower Moxie, they were answered so quickly and kindly. We went with the option to ship to a Fed Ex pickup site, and when I saw that the site had size restrictions on packages, I emailed Flower Moxie in a panic. They literally CALLED the Fed Ex site where we'd be picking up and clarified that we'd be all set. Some of the best, above and beyond customer service I've ever received. The flowers we got were beautiful and great quality. The video instructions on processing them and on building bouquets and boutonnieres were so comprehensive and helpful. It's certainly a lot of time and work to DIY your florals, I won't sugarcoat that. BUT Flower Moxie really makes it as easy as it could be and is really supportive and helpful. I think the value is 100% worth any time or energy it takes to do DIY florals. I'm in a higher cost of living area, and when I started getting floral quotes I had total sticker shock. For the average quoted cost of JUST my bridal bouquet, I got ALL of my flowers from Flower Moxie. Not only did I save $$$, I had fun doing my own flowers and got to tell everyone who complimented them that I did them myself! If you're a hands on, DIY type of bride, I 10000000% recommend going with Flower Moxie. What an awesome experience from beginning to end! -

I used Flower Moxie for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding florals. I cannot say enough good things about the flowers, supplies and support received. I primarily worked with Maria and she made sure that I had everything I needed. I recommend watching the video tutorials that FM provides as they are super fun and informative. Kudos to Amy and team for this great approach! The flowers arrived 3 days prior to the wedding...follow the recommended flower prep which maximizes the blooms and makes the arranging way easier. The flowers achieved maximum bloom by the wedding day and were gorgeous...received tons of complements on our organic/rustic designs. For approximately $700, I designed my own combo and we made a huge bridal bouquet, 4 large bridesmaid bouquets, 1 med throwing bouquet, 2 med arrangements for head table, 10 boutonnieres, 4 wrist corsages and 5 hair combs...with backup flowers to spare. What a savings from using a florist! I would definitely use Flower Moxie again and highly recommend them! -

I had initially heard of Flower Moxie through a friend who had used them for her wedding last fall and her fall-themed flowers were beautiful but she had told me how much work it had been for her and her bridesmaids the night before. I planned ahead, told my bridesmaids that we were each going to be making our own bouquets the morning of the wedding, told my mom who had experience with floral arrangements that I would need her help, and asked a few bridesmaids to help with getting the flowers in water 2 days before the wedding. However, due to unforeseen circumstances in the form of a hurricane, our flower delivery date was going to be delayed. I got a call from Flower Moxie telling me that they were going to ship early, they wanted to confirm the correct address, and because we were having a destination wedding and were not going to arrive until the day after the flower delivery, I changed the address to my house, 4.5hrs away. Immediately after I made that decision, my now husband suggested that we just ship it to the Fedex pick up site near our venue instead so that we do not have to transport all of the flowers to the venue from our house. After numerous emails and phone calls, which the girls at Flower Moxie were incredibly helpful and sweet with, the flowers still ended up arriving to my house 30 minutes before we left for our wedding venue and we had to rearrange our cars to make room for the big box of flowers. While there was no way for them to know, I appreciated the effort that went into ensuring we received our flowers and our arrangements turned out beautifully, with each of my bridesmaids getting to make their own bouquets. The videos on their YouTube playlist are super helpful and I had no trouble with the flowers at all, giving them time to bloom and it took us about 1.5hrs the morning of to make all of our bouquets, which we also doubled as centerpieces, and the boutonnières and corsages. -

Flower Moxie made it SO easy for us to DIY our flowers which saved us tons of money! We did the whole bridal party (5 bouquets and 5 boutonnieres), plus filled bud vases for table centerpieces, and made 5 mini bouquets for moms all for under $1000. The bouquet recipes, the how-to videos and written guides, and the custom floral design we did all made this completely doable. It actually turned into a really fun activity to bring our families together. Highly recommend! -

After our florists fell through for our wedding, we decided to go the DIY route for our wedding florals. We are so glad that we ended up using FlowerMoxie! The flowers came out beautifully and we got so many compliments on them throughout the night. Everyone was surprised to hear that they were DIY! FlowerMoxie was wonderful throughout the entire process. I had a consultation with a FlowerMoxie florist who came up with an individualized wedding package consisting of enough greenery for 14 round tables, 1 long head table, 1 bridal bouquet, 11 bridesmaid bouquets, 2 wrist corsages, 3 boutonnieres, a large side piece for the ceremony arch, and several large flower arrangements for the reception. I love DIY and I find doing floral arrangements very therapeutic. Everything turned out better than what I expected and looked so professional. The florals arrived three days before the wedding and they bloomed perfectly on the wedding day. If you're looking to DIY and save money I would highly recommend Flower Moxie. Also, the team is amazing! I spoke with Sue, Jess and Maria and they were all a pleasure to work with!

Gorgeous flowers and a great way to save money
I purchased LOTS of flowers for my wedding through Flower Moxie and highly recommend them. I paid for enough flowers/greenery for bouquets, bouteneirs, centerpieces, bud vases and an arch decoration and it came out to the same amount as it would've costed me to have a florist make me only 5 bouquets!
DIY is difficult but with their really detailed videos and instructions and with the help of my bridal party, everything turned out beautiful. There was only one issue where one of the boxes was delivered very damaged and wet but it was taken care of without any stress, very quickly.
I got the canyon rose package and added lots of greenery and some dried flowers to give it a more boho look and I got the exact look I always dreamed of. So happy with it! -

You won’t regret it
Holy cow, seriously. The amount you’ll save for absolutely stunning arrangements is so worth the effort. We are not DIY-savvy in the least but we took a chance and went with the air cargo delivery. Pickup was super easy. We had a 3 hour drive home from the airport because of insane traffic BUT the flowers made it. They hydrated beautifully and the next day we got to work. We had a small 50 person outdoor wedding and most helpers didn’t arrive until the day before the wedding so that Thursday it was just my FH and I busting out our bud vase centerpieces. Then, I set aside my bouquet and my matron of honor’s in their own vases. That Friday, we put together our 7 boutonnières and had plentyyyyy leftover for aisle chair arrangements and miscellaneous garlands and vase arrangements to fill out the space. I was almost worried that we had too many flowers! Everyone said how lovely our Golden Hour package was and as scary as it may have seemed at the start, we quickly hit our stride and felt super comfortable working with the flowers and foliage. If you take the time to watch and read the provided tutorials and purchase the supply kit and at least an extra pair of shears, I promise you, it’s fool proof and you will not be disappointed. -

Best decision ever!
I knew I wanted to DIY my flowers from the start, they were extremely important to me, and after doing a LOT of research flower moxie seemed like the best choice. They literally hold your hand through the whole process and their videos are hilarious and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this more to anyone. I picked my orders up from a fed ex drop off location after someone had suggested that to me rather than having it shipped to my house because of the time they would be shipped. Which I thought was great attention to detail. As a bride who planned her whole wedding by herself, I thought I was going to be so stressed doing my own flowers, and that was the last thing I was. It was so nice to just take time by myself to process them, it was just the alone time I needed. Then I gathered my mom, mother in law, grandmother and some of my bridesmaids, and we went to town and they were beautiful. They lasted forever, we started putting them together Thursday for a Saturday wedding and they were beautiful. Easy to work with and overall made my floral dreams come true.. I 100% recommend flower moxie to anyone wanting to DIY your florals! -
