Easy to work with

They provided beautiful flowers with clear and communicative instructions in the planning process. I was able to ask about pricing for everything and take away aspects I couldn't afford with ease.

Amazing Flowers and Decorations!

My husband and I ordered our wedding flowers and rented our decorations from the Flower Mill, and everything was so stunning. I came in with Pinterest inspiration photos, and they were able to replicate everything I wanted exactly. Stacey was so wonderful to work with, and she knew exactly how to make my vision a reality. I would 100% recommend the Flower Mill for their florals and decorations.

Highly recommend!

I couldn't have been more happy with the Flower Mill on our wedding day! They did all flowers for wedding party and we rented almost everything from them for decorations at the reception. Stacy is amazing to work with, she knows her stuff and is super helpful, professional and easy to work with. Our flowers looked absolutely amazing and I was able to make a quick change the day before without any issue. Highly recommend them for weddings!

Absolutely loved my flowers!

From the beginning at my first consultation, my mom and I were very impressed with The Flower Mill! During our consultation, they were able to grab all the flowers we were considering for the bouquets, and made them right in front of us. This sealed the deal because we loved what we saw in the flower options, as well as some of the vase rentals we wanted to do as well. The Flower Mill delivered all of our flowers for us to both our venue and the ceremony, as well as picked up all rentals afterwards, allowing us not to have to worry about delivery and pick-up! I still can't get over how beautiful all my bouquets, vases, and centerpieces turned out! I definitely recommend The Flower Mill!

Stacy and the Flower Mill team did an incredible job creating the floral arrangements for our wedding. Everything was on time and set up just the way we had planned. We just used The Flower Mill for our wedding and I've got to say all the arrangements turned out beautifully <3 Stacy is so helpful and willing to work with you to figure out exactly what you're looking for. I knew nothing about flowers and what was in season for our wedding or what would look good together when I walked in the door. I also have a tough schedule working out of town but Stacy was willing to work with me in the store and put flowers together for me while I sat there to make sure my vision came to life. They were beautiful and everything I wanted. Thank you for everything!!

The Flower Mill was an absolutely perfect fit for our wedding! Stacy helped us through all the flowers and our centerpieces. We rented some centerpieces from them, they were super flexible about picking up and dropping off the rentals. They dropped the flowers off at the church for us, and made the whole process easy on us! Every staff member we worked with was helpful, kind and professional. The flowers we ordered made our wedding complete, Flower Mill does AMAZING work.

Stacy was an absolute gem to work with and made the entire process of choosing flowers so much easier than I could have hoped. She took the very few ideas that I had and managed to create a look for the flowers that I never could have envisioned myself. She was always quick to get back to me when I had questions, and when I wanted to change the vases for the centerpieces a month before the wedding, she just said, “no problem.” On the wedding day, she and the staff delivered the flowers earlier than expected and set up all of the centerpieces, including the candles. Stacy is a true professional, and I would highly recommend the Flower Mill for any event!

Stacie and the staff at the Flower Mill honestly did an amazingly beautiful job on our flower arrangements for our wedding, we could not have been any more impressed! The first time I had seen our venue set up on our big day, I was truly speechless with the goregous job they had done. Stacie truly listens and knows exactly how to put together beautiful pieces to make those finishing touches just stand out like they should. I highly recommend the Flower Mill not only for an everyday floral arrangement but also for your wedding! I know I will be making sure my "future bride" friends know that this is the place to go to get their flowers done.

Stacy was great to work with. I gave her my ideas (courtesy of Pinterest) and she brought them to reality. She added suggestions for more affordable flowers that looked very similar and kept it in the budget we were hoping for. The flowers looked gorgeous and lasted for two and a half weeks past our wedding-which proves her flowers are high quality.

When we first started budgeting for our wedding I knew that for me having beautiful, fresh flowers was one of the most important parts of the decor. I couldn't be more happy with our choice to have the Flower Mill provide this for us and I had so much fun working with Stacy to put it all together! I had an idea of what colors I wanted to have but really let Stacy use her expertise and creativity to make it happen and she did an AMAZING job! I showed her some ideas I had for the ceremony backdrop and made it better than I could have asked for! Stacy was prompt in answering questions through emails and over the phone and we couldn't have been more pleased with how everything turned out!!

The owner worked with us so well and was easy to reach when needed. Our floral arrangements looked better than imagined and I'm so happy I chose to work with them! Highly recommend them for anyone's upcoming wedding!!

The Flower Mill is absolutely wonderful to work with. We only met a few times, but they took my ideas and suggestions to a whole new level! The bouquets and centerpieces they created for me were incredible and better than I could have ever imagined! Stacy Schapp and her team at The Flower Mill provided us with the most beautiful winter wedding florals, including all bouquets and wedding ceremony flowers and centerpieces for our reception. I cannot speak highly enough of her services. She works hard to give you what you've been dreaming of while still being mindful of your budget. She also offers gorgeous rentals (vases, votives, etc.) in addition to providing floral design services to ensure a coordinated tablescape for your reception and an overall cohesive look for your big day. Stacy is the best! I seen her display and samples at a wedding showcase 9 months before my wedding and fell in love with her end product. She had a sit-down meeting with us before the wedding and showed us sizes/samples/pictures/etc of what we wanted and how she would display it. We met with several other vendors, but the Flower Mill was the best pricing and the best delivery! I told Stacy to surprise me on my bouquet and just gave her a budget...needless to say I was beyond ecstatic and she matched my personality/style perfectly! I would use her again for any event we have in the future!

We worked with Stacy for our flowers for our wedding, and she was so easy to work with, and had great ideas. She even would give us ideas on how to save money and have things still look great! When I showed up to my wedding space, I was floored by how beautiful the flowers were! They did such an amazing job, and above and beyond what I had imagined. I had so much fun picking out flowers for my wedding! My now husband basically forced me to go to Flower Mill because he had always gotten flowers for me there and always said how awesome all the ladies were. And I am so happy I listened to him!

Stacy was super helpful in the process, and I loved bouncing ideas off of each other regarding the flowers and the church decorations. She was able to help me pick out not only something that I loved, but something that was within my budget!

On my wedding day, after pictures, my dad tripped while carrying the flowers and ended up breaking off some of the flowers on my bridal bouquet. (My dad was okay though. :) He had some of my bridesmaids quick run it over to The Flower Mill to get fixed before the ceremony, and the ladies were so nice and replaced the damaged flowers free of charge!

I highly recommend Flower Mill! They were great!

Stacy and the Flower Mill were extremely flexible in working with us, as we live out of state and I was not able to attend design meetings. I sent pictures, lists of flowers I liked, and a color scheme, and she did the rest! We gave her our budget, and she stuck to it while creating the most beautiful and unique centerpieces, bouquets, and arrangements using her incredible eye for design. I was so excited to see the venue on our big day, and everything was just as I had hoped it would look! Stacy and her team fulfilled my vision for the day and really took the stress out of the process. Everything looked like it belonged in a magazine, and I can't wait to see the pictures!

Stacy at the Flower Mill is one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. She is so incredibly creative and made my wedding a dream come true. The flowers at my wedding were breath taking and I couldn't be happier with them. Stacy was great at incorporating my unique style into each and every arrangement. She was always a joy to meet with and was willing to answer any question I had. My favorite pieces were a large barrel filled with overflowing flowers and my wedding bouquet. They are something I will never forget about my wedding day. Stacy will find the perfect flower that fits your style and also matches each and every shade of color you have in mind. The Flower Mill is the BEST place to go to for all your wedding decorating needs! We got married last night and the flower mill created and delivered all of our décor and center pieces. All of our guest were taking photos of our center pieces and commenting on how beautiful decorated our reception was! My bouquet was just PERFECT and so were my bridesmaids! Stacy was so wonderful to work with, and listened to my ideas and showed me what she could do. She matched our wedding colors perfect, and our day couldn't have been more perfect! We loved all of the real flowers and enjoyed the stress free feeling of knowing the Flower Mill was there to make our day perfect! Thank you to all the wonderful ladies at the Flower Mill!

Stacy at the Flower Mill was great to work with! She remained conscious of our budget and gave suggestions on things we could do to save money on the flowers. I showed her pictures of flower arrangements that I liked and talked to her about our wedding, and she came up with great ideas. The bouquets and centerpieces turned out better than I imagined, and everything was beautiful. I also really appreciated that they delivered everything and picked up the vases afterwards, which was one less thing to worry about.

My flowers were AMAZING for my wedding!!! The staff was so helpful in guiding me to the right options. I had an idea of what I wanted and they helped me make it come to life.
The flowers were delivered on time to both the church and the reception hall. I had many complements on the flowers and the flowers I carried are still alive and looked great.

The lady's at the Flower Mill are Amazing! They took my vision and made it my dream come true. All of the flowers turned out exactly how I had imagined them! I called them the day of the wedding to change some minor things and they made it beautiful. I was constantly changing my order but they didn't mind they did what I wanted and made it perfect. They even gave me their own personal opinions! I loved them! I will definetly go back for all my floral needs!

Stacy at the Flower Mill was so great! Our flowers for the wedding turned out so beautifully! I was a bit picky, at first, with flower choices, but once we sat down (for the first time) with Stacy, we realized the full potential of how amazing the flowers could be! And, last minute, she also did some fabulous center pieces for our rehearsl dinner at a very, very low cost! Stacy is a very cost-effective vendor and will get you some amazing arrangements at a great price. There is no over-charging or hidden fees...she goes over every dollar on her estimates and gives you several options.

Her creativity is very valuable to a bride and groom on their wedding day. Her popularity is on the rise and she has already expanded her business! I have no doubt that she will ultimately be the florist with the top reputation for floral arrangements in the Sioux Falls area!

Flower Mill was great to work within a budget and yet get a beautiful arrangement of flowers. We had them do our reception centerpieces and they were unique and fun. It was great that they could set up the arrangements and pick up the rental vases after the reception. We will happy with our choice of the Flower Mill.

We ordered candelabras from the Flower Mill. They were beautiful and made the church look great.

When we didn't know how to decorate them, someone at the Flower Mill suggested floral arrangements that we could make ourselves to use. She didn't push the sale of their own floral arrangements which was nice. My mom ended up making them, brought them into the florist and she helped her perfect them. AWESOME!

The candelabras were cheap despite their beauty.

The owner even dropped off some of the candelabras because they couldn't have them ready right away because of another rental.

Beautiful flowers! I am so happy and everyone commented on my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets. I had a strict budget though and was surprised that I could still get such a beautiful arrangement for a lower price than anywhere else. She helped me pick types of flowers, colors of flowers, number of flowers to have in bouquets and also the size of my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets so that it would fit my budget. She was amazing to work with!!!

No matter your unusual wedding color, let the great girls at The Flower Mill show you what they can do! Stacy worked personally with me to accommodate my royal blue wedding colors. While I was limited in my options, they created a stunning bridal bouquet of deep blue spider daisies, white roses, white daisies and gorgeous indigo orchids. Also, the girls made a simple but striking alter arrangement and beautiful corsages using some of the same kinds of blooms. They even included a complimentary toss bouquet of the most beautiful, fragrant white roses I've ever seen! Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition, staying fresh for the whole day. I still was getting compliments on my bridal flowers as we left the hotel the next morning.

Stacy is the owner of the Flower Mill and is awesome at what she does!! My mom and I went in for a consultation for the wedding flowers and did not know that we needed an appointment to meet with Stacy, but since she was not in the lady at the front was very nice and let us go back into the wedding section and look through the books to get some ideas. When we were able to meet with Stacy she was very nice and worked with us to find out what I wanted and made it fit within our budget. Stacy did not try to upsell us at all even when we said we were going to do our own centerpieces she was interested about what ideas we had, but never tried to sell us on using her for the centerpieces. I brought pictures of what I had in mind for bouquets and other arraignments and Stacey spent over an hour with us detailing out what flowers would be needed and giving us a quote. She put no pressure on us to book with her and never gathered information from us that many vendors use to call back in a couple days to try and convince you to book with them. I felt comfortable with Stacy, the shop and some of her work I had seen on the Flower Mill’s Facebook page so I called back and booked her. The ladies on the phones are really nice and helpful so it was easy to reserve rental vases and rocks over the phone because they were knowledgeable about the rental items and what they had in stock. The Flower Mill has a lot of rental items if you are looking to do things yourself and don’t want to buy it all. About a month before my wedding I emailed Stacy regarding finalizing the flowers for the wedding and when she didn’t respond I decided to just have my mom go in to finalize it since I was out of state. Stacey is really busy during wedding season so it seemed like seeing her in person was usually the easiest. We were able to make changes to the flower order up to a few weeks before the wedding and Stacy was really flexible and helpful in getting me what I wanted, she was even able to incorporate my rosary on the bouquet stem which looked beautiful! I absolutely loved the flowers, the bouquets turned out beautiful and were just the right colors and the large flower arraignment on the head table at the reception received tons of compliments on how gorgeous it was! Overall Stacy was great to work with, is very creative, doesn’t push her ideas on you or try to upsell. The flowers for my wedding were gorgeous and I was so happy I went with Stacy and the Flower Mill!

Stacy was great to work with! All of our flowers were labled when we received them, she called me to make sure that the flowers that had come in would work for the right color...I was a little disappointed by the size of my bouquet, but everything else was great!

Magnificent Arrangements

This company knows a thing or two or 200 hundred things about flowers! They have the utmost professionalism and timeliness whether it's before the wedding or the day of. Not only were their bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières gorgeous, they lasted for over a week afterwards, dried effortlessly and are now proudly displayed on my living room shelf. I received compliment after compliment on my floral choice and am so glad I could say I chose Flower Mill of Sioux Falls!

We loved our wedding flowers from the Flower Mill! They were all silk for our winter wedding and they looked so real! Lots of comments about how wonderful they were. Stacey knew exactly what I wanted even though I didn't and definitely delivered. I will say there was some disorganization on their end as far as bookwork and communication goes, but it all worked out.

After meeting with several florists, it was a quick decision to use Flower Mill for our wedding. Stacy was pleasant and easy to work with. After showing her some pictures and getting her professional opinion, she was able to create a beautiful bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, wrist corsages, and boutonnieres at an affordable price. When we decided to create our own reception centerpieces, Flower Mill had a variety of affordable glassware we were able to rent. A couple weeks before the wedding, I was having difficulty getting ahold of anyone – no response to my email or voicemail. But this was quickly addressed and corrected so we could finalize the last details. The flowers were delivered to the church in a timely manner and looked absolutely beautiful. Overall, I’m very happy with the services Flower Mill provided, and I definitely would recommend them to all.

The Flower Mill did such a great job for my day. They did my centerpieces and my flowers. I told Stacy the flowers and colors I was interested in for my bouquet and it turned out SO much more beautiful than I even hoped for! I received so many compliments! I also called them the week of asking if I could be first to set up due to pictures and they responded with a yes and that helped so much!

Stacy did a wonderful job. She did a great job with all the arrangements. My only complaint is that I asked for blue irises, and our flowers ended up more purple than blue. This wasn't a big deal, but I wish she would have told me that ahead of time.

My bouquet was very beautiful! The flowers for the girls and guys were great too! The only thing that I was confused about were the moms/grandmas coursages. I thought a cousage was one that goes around the wrist?? My moms/grandmas received the same thing the guys wore. I paid more for them...Overall, they were beautiful flowers!

I loved working with Stacy! She was great to work with and was up for anything! She had a ton of ideas and was super helpful! The charge to set up and come back to take the flowers to the reception was totally worth it! They did a great job and I loved my bouquet! A couple of the flowers the day of broke off, like my mom's for example. We called The Flower Mill and they came out right away to fix it! Super responsive!

The ladies at the Flower Mill are great! One of the main colors for my wedding was gold. My mom and I had searched high and low for any gold décor. They were willing to order gold candelabras and bowls for our centerpieces and let us rent them. There was no way we were going to be able to afford to buy 20 candelabras. They did an amazing job arranging and crafting the centerpieces and wreaths. Also when we couldn't get enough footage in ribbon at the last minute to do the pews at the church and head table at the reception they were able to work with one of their distributors to get us ribbon at wholesale price. They did an amazing job and I will definitely go back for any future floral needs.

I interviewed a couple possible florists for my fall wedding and knew I wanted Stacy from the Flower Mill the minute I met her. I had a bit of a non-traditional vision that nobody else seemed to understand, but after explaining it to Stacy, she walked out of the room and came back two minutes later with an exact sample of what I had been trying to explain to eveyone! I made multiple changes during the planning process, including only a few days before the wedding, and they pulled off brilliantly. My guests were in awe. Worked within our budget and I wasn't really picky, just told them the colors and what type of flowers I wanted. My bouquet was beautiful!!! The only issue was they forgot our flower girls basket and petals so we had to scramble to find some.

Beautiful and Unique Flowers

Stacy worked with all of my requests and sat with us picking out flowers for as long as we needed her. Everything turned out great and I had no problems changing my order several times. Email wasn't as responsive but I always got someone helpful on the phone. We used the vendor for my bouquet, and groomsmen/dad/mom flowers.

The Flower Mill was great! We rented all our table centerpieces from them and got all floral arrangements for the church and the reception from them. It was very convenient to just be able to return everything the day following our long and exciting wedding day.
They were very easy to talk to and were good about sharing ideas when I didn't have specific ideas of my own.
All the rentals were nicely and neatly packed up and ready to go the Thursday before our Saturday wedding so we could start set up that Thursday.
They were very good about answering any questions and all the flower arrangements turned out better than I expected. I was truly IN LOVE with my bridal bouquet.

The flower mill did a great job coming and setting up the church and setting up the reception. She was very flexible with driving 45 minutes to the church. I only met with her two times and she came up with some great ideas for center pieces since I was on sort of a tight budget when it came to the flowers. Just a simple idea went so far and I really enjoyed a lot of her suggestions. You could tell she knew what she was doing! They were professional and fulfilled all of what they agreed to. My flowers turned out beautifully and I couldn't have been happier.

Stacy was great to work with and very flexible to work within a given budget!! Flowers and decor looked beautiful! Wish I would have asked to see a sample centerpiece before the reception, the color was a little off but still looked good. Setup and delivery was on time and they even went out of their way to setup our shells we added to the tables. End product looked great!

Gorgeous Flowers with Creativity

We were very happy with the flowers from the the Flower Mill. Stacey was great to work with. In our initial meeting, she gathered live flowers to give me a sense of what my bouquets would look like with real flowers.

The only snafu was that our mother's corsages' were pins accidentally instead of wristlets, but that was minor. All of the bouquets were phenomenal and lasted a week!

I didn't have the greatest experience with Flower Mill. A few things I'd like brides to be aware of.

-Communication was really an issue with this florist. My emails and notes were lost between the woman who answers the phone and the florist. I had to call multiple times to speak with the florist, and then she told me she never received my email with photos. (they ended up being under a pile of papers on her desk.)

-If you're specific about the type of flowers you want, I'd call the day before to verify they'll be using them. I listed off my favorite flowers and was told I had expensive taste. She said the average bouquet was about $125, I gave a budget of $200. I didn't really have any of the requested flowers (except roses) and a lot of shrubbery.

-When discussing budget, please verify. She ended up making a bouquet the same size as my sisters. They didn't overcharge me. In fact, they under charged me. The $200 budget for my bouquet wasn't used up because of the size and quality of flowers. Again, I'm very specific about what I want. Some may not find this to be an issue.

When I picked up my flowers, I was terrified. I quickly paid and wanted to get out of there. My husband actually laughed before I could even say what I thought of them. My sister went back and worked with the ladies to fix the bouquets. They redid them and created a simple and elegant arrangement. It was very pretty, but it wasn't what I wanted or asked for. They told my sister they created what they saw in my photos, and said I had asked for exactly what was produced. I appreciate the effort they made to rectify a bad situation, but working with them on my wedding day is my biggest regret. I would say their strength is in creating classic style and simple arrangements. If you're looking for bohemian or something that's not so main stream, I'd search elsewhere.
