  I had Marty do my flowers for my wedding on 03/03 and they were perfect!
  
  From the very start she was easy to work with and listened to what I had in mind for my big day. The day of my wedding the flowers were so beautiful and exactly what I had pictured!

  Flowers by Marty is the best! I highly recommend her services, she is very professional as well honest and caring. She treated my event as though it were her wedding. Marty went above and beyond what I was expecting! Truly words cannot express my gratitude for making my wedding so beautiful and memorable. Thank you Marty!

  We were extremely happy wit the service provided by Flower Designs by Marty. The flowers she provided were beautifuly presented and she worked harder than we could have asked to give us the best possible service and product. I would recommend Marty to all of my closest frends and family.

  On the day of my wedding, the service and flowers provided by Marty were very unprofessional. My ceremony was at 1pm and she showed up at 1:02 to hand out flowers to the participants. My groomsmen did not have flowers for the ceremony. My flower girl did not have either of the two pomanders that we ordered; instead, she was given a white basket with fake petals. My grandma never got her flower. My bouquet was soaked and was awkward to hold during the ceremony for fear that there would be a wet area on my dress. My flowers were loaded with green and white when what I requested was just shades of pink.
  The reception was just as bad. The vases were not cylindrical. They had marbly rocks in them, which I did not ask for. The flowers again were loaded with green when I asked for them to have whites and pinks. I asked for pink petals on all the tables and there were none. The list goes on and on. After our wedding I spoke with Marty to request a refund. She agreed on the refund amount. Two days later she sent me an email with an adjusted amount. Before the wedding, she seemed very professional and "with-it." There were no indicators that things would turn out this way. Please think twice before hiring her.

  Flower Designs by Marty is deeply sorry for the challenges our mistakes created for Pamela and did apologize to the bride and her family and immediately followed up with her after the wedding. We did provide a full refund of her wedding party flowers and also picked up all the centerpiece vases at no charge from the reception center and waived charges for missing items. We stand by the quality of our flowers and for this particular wedding the use of some greens especially in the centerpiece designs. Her budget did not allow for the large arrangements she wanted without the greens which was explained to her from the beginning.
  More importantly we have made changes in how we organize and manage wedding preparation and delivery so that this will never happen again. This includes new forms for brides to confirm their delivery and set up needs as well as addresses. We have also hired professional assistants to help during our wedding season so we are better able to handle larger events, delivery and set up.
  While we can not go back and undo what has been done we can all learn and go forward - we are confident in our continued improvements and changes as we strive for excellence.
