    Leslie was AMAZING to work with. The best investment I made in all of my wedding planning. I hired her as my day of coordinator and she truly made sure the day was perfect! She was super helpful leading up to the wedding and took over everything the day of - I didn't have to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong I never even knew about it! Even though I only hired her for day of she was a great resource for any questions I had leading up to the event and had great suggestions for vendors she's worked with before in the area. She also had a great crew for hire for clean-up after the event - again everything was perfect and she was super great to work with!

    Leslie Banke and Shanna Ramos made my wedding perfect! I couldn't have asked for anyone better! They were fantastic!!

    Flourish is amazing! Our wedding was picture perfect, everything I had dreamed of and wouldn't have been without them! She was so organized and has many great ideas. Everything went so smoothly for rehearsal and on the wedding day! I highly recommended them to any bride to be!

    Our wedding coordinator was awesome! We decided we needed one less than a month before the wedding and she jumped in and took care of everything right away! She was constantly checking in with how we were doing and where she was at with her planning. These people are very quick with their services and made our day stress free. I don't think anything would have turned out so smoothly without them. They definitely made it a "10" wedding!!

    My experience with Flourish could not have been better. Leslie is one of my good friends and it was very reassuring for me to have someone I know and who knows me well coordinate our wedding. She remained very professional and was well organized throughout the entire Planning process. I am so thankful for Leslie and know that our wedding and reception would not have gone as smoothly or been as beautiful without her!

    We can not say enough good things about our coordinator Leslie Banke. We purchased the smallest package offered by Flourish Events & Design (basically day-of help) but ended up paying extra after our wedding because we were SO impressed with the help she and her assistant provided. Leslie met with us in person twice before our wedding to make sure she had all our details down. We had a handful of unusual things about our wedding and we were asking that a lot of it be kept secret from our bridal party & guests. Leslie did amazing at keeping all our secrets and left us feeling very confident that she would help make everything run smoothly.

    She attended our rehearsal and then on the day of the wedding she and her assistant showed up ready to go. They jumped right in to decorating the room and made it look fantastic. I had spent over a year preparing decorations for the wedding and had an image in my mind of what it should look like. I was nervous to turn this set-up over to someone else but they ended up making the room look even better than I'd imagined it.

    They forced me to go relax and start getting ready at the right time. They checked in multiple times throughout the day to ensure everything was good and nothing was needed (including refilling my drink). They worked with all our vendors to make sure everyone knew what was going on and when. After our ceremony they met my husband and I with plates and ushered us through our chatty crowd to ensure we got dinner. They passed out all our vendor payments so we didn't need to worry about any of that. They were readily available for any dress adjustments needed throughout the night, crowd control issues, etc. They also stayed and helped clean up the venue afterwards.

    I honestly don't know how two people managed to be everywhere at once but they did. I never found myself looking around wondering in a panic "where are the coordinators". They were worth every penny plus some!

    Our wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more due to the great service of Leslie and Flourish Communications and Events. The day of the wedding she showed up at the hotel with a smile, reassurance and excitement that everything would be perfect. I gave her a hand scratch list of a few important items, tried to help her know my hopes on a few things, and five minutes later she left and I was like, "well, whatever will be will be." And, it was...AMAZING! It was as if Leslie had crawled into my brain and seen my vision. Not only did she totally take care of all the decorations at the reception--the tables were perfect, decor exceptional, the small touches exactly where I wanted them--but she also had the staging room set. We walked into the room to get ready and there was my wedding dress, perfectly hung with shoes, jewelry and flowers setting it off. Champagne was chilled and she was there to greet me with one more reassuring smile.

    If Leslie was ever stressed or overwhelmed, she never once let us see it. In fact, anytime I apologized if I was being too direct or bossy, she smiled and said, "you are fine. Everything is perfect." And it was. Our day was perfect. There is no doubt in my or my husband's mind that Leslie and Flourish Communication & Events made our day stress free because we could trust her to take care of everything. Best money spent. Ever.

    Took my deposit and then disappeared

    I hired Leslie about a year ago as my day of coordinator. Met with her several times to go over wedding details and gave her my deposit. Asked her to do the package that involves help for the 2 months leading up to the wedding so I could have help with my day of timelime.
    Several months before my wedding she disappeared off the face of the earth and hasn't responded to any form of communication. It is now 22 days until my wedding and she hasnt responded to text, calls, email or messenger. I have gotten zero deposit refunded. Pretty frustrating.
