An absolute floral genius!
I cannot say enough good things about working with Kaitlyn for my wedding day. I knew I wanted my wedding to feel springtime and whimsical, yet I didn't have an unlimited floral budget. I knew I loved her work and trusted her to make my vision come to life, and I was BLOWN away by her work! From my perfect bridal bouquet, to table centerpieces that were each unique with their own vibe, to ceiling greenery, Kaitlyn took every detail of my vision and executed it to perfection. She is communicative, understanding, flexible, and an absolute savant at what she does. I cannot recommend her enough! Book Kaitlyn now! -

We had such a lovely experience working with Kaitlyn on our florals for our wedding. She was so kind and delivered everything we imagined and more for our wedding. Her work is absolutely stunning and she was so quick to work with me when making last minute changes in colors and adding additional florals. I would recommend her a million times over for any bride!

We cannot recommend Florence Florals enough! Kaitlyn was so easy to work with. We didn't know exactly what we had wanted our florals to look like, but she did a fabulous job taking our loose descriptions and few inspiration photos and turning them into beautiful arrangements. On the day of our wedding, all delivery, set up, and take down was done on time and as we had discussed. We are so glad that we chose Florence Florals! -

Kaitlyn was a pleasure to work with! She was so responsive and created a beautiful vision board based on our brief conversation. It was perfect and truly brought our vision to life! She made suggestions on how to reuse the meadow and aisle arrangements best and save us money. We did dainty bud vases instead of large centerpieces and she provided the bud vases! We loved the vision so much that we made the wildflowers a true theme for our wedding. She was a pleasure to work with! It was such a relief not having to worry about the flowers the day of - we knew she had everything handled. Highly recommend! -

Did not meet expectations
I was so excited to work with Kaitlyn and have my dream wedding florals come to life. However, the day of my wedding (October 21st, 2023) my bridal bouquet along with my bridesmaid bouquet were already beginning to wilt after a few short hours of their arrival.
Below are photos of my floral arrangements for my ceremony space. The florals were delivered with brown greenery and were not what I had originally paid for.
Kaitlyn also forgot my groomsmen boutonnières and when addressing the situation to Kaitlyn, she told both my mother and myself that she would not refund us the cost of nine boutonnieres.
I wanted to so badly preserve my florals as a special memorabilia for my wedding day. Unfortunately I was unable to do so and my florals had to be thrown away.
