Floral Wonders did such an amazing job bringing the vision of our wedding to fruition. Caitlin was to create an elevated proposal based on our discussions of color schemes and decor which resulted in such an elegant event! Caitlin was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The day of the wedding, the team was very flexible and prepared to pivot when weather did not permit for the ceremony to take place outdoors.. They allowed for last minute photos with our photographers before they expeditiously repurposed the flowers inside our contingency location. without compromising quality. My bouquet also lasted 2 weeks after the wedding!! We would definitely recommend this company to anyone inquiring regardless of how big or small the event! -

I did compare artificial flowers with real flowers. The cost comparison was not that much different but the quality of real flowers over artificial flowers elevated my wedding.

Caitlin at Floral Wonders is the BEST 🤍
We hired Floral Wonders for our wedding and Caitlin was our Event Director. She is the absolute best to work with and made my dream floral design come true! She did so much more than just help with florals, from giving us recommendations to reaching out to other people for us. She is very responsive from emails, to phone calls, to video chats! Our guests were amazed by the florals at our wedding! We donated our floral welcome stand to them and hope you can use it at your wedding too!
If you are looking for someone who is not only incredibly talented but also passionate and genuinely cares about making your day special, I cannot recommend Caitlin at Floral Wonders enough. Truly a dream to work with 🤍

Caitlin and her team from Floral Wonders were amazing! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and truly made our venue look stunning. Caitlin went above and beyond—she even came back without being asked to replace the groomsmen’s boutonnieres because she felt they didn’t look fresh enough, right before the ceremony. She also repurposed our ceremony flowers and candles for the dinner space, both spaces turned out stunning. The flowers turned out even better than I could have imagined, and we are so grateful for how accommodating and thoughtful Caitlin and her team were. -

Working with Caitlin was fabulous! We met last summer via a zoom call due to hectic travel schedules, to discuss options, designs, and costs. We talked for over an hour and she shared numerous inspirational photos as we discussed the vision for our celebration. She was spot on! She was responsive to our ideas and so positive in her delivery of additional ideas and thoughts. I never felt rushed throughout the call. By the end of the week, I had a thorough quote with all of the details outlined along with many photos of the ideas we had discussed. Over the course of the next several months, Caitlin responded promptly to all of my emails and quickly made the changes or answered my multitude of questions, while providing me with timely updated contract information. Our final meeting, about 3 months prior to the wedding, left me with such confidence in our design choices and our choice of floral designers. They were organized and thoughtful in providing us a timeline for dropping off materials and I knew that they were going to do a great job. However, walking up the aisle and into the tent on the day of the wedding, I was blown away by their design and attention to detail. It was beyond our wildest dreams! The arrangements were not only stunning, but they created a vibe of cool sophistication and I never had to lift a finger. They handled it all! I highly recommend Caitlin and her team at Floral Wonders to design, create, and be a part of any celebration. They were timely, friendly, responsive, and professional from beginning to end. We were very nervous to start choosing florists for our wedding as we were trying to keep to a tight budget. We met with a few and then found Floral Wonders; Caitlin was so responsive to ideas to DIY or re-use items and gave great recommendations on ways to cut back on cost but still have a beautiful wedding. They built us a mood board that matched our vision exactly, and our venue looked stunning without breaking the bank. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a florist for any event. -

I am SO glad we chose Floral Wonders for our wedding at the Morton Arboretum. I worked primarily with Eva, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire planning process. She NAILED our vision and also worked with our other decor vendors to make sure everything was cohesive! I cried seeing my bouquet because it was better than I even imagined. We were so pleased with our flowers from Floral Wonders! The process was seamless starting from our first phone conversation to our meeting in person to the wedding day. When we met in person, Caitlin had a sample of what our centerpiece would look like on the tables which then helped us finalize the design of the bridal bouquet and head table centerpiece. Caitlin was great with our making some changes just a few weeks before the wedding as the groom changed his mind a few times! Today is Day 3 post wedding, and the bride's bouquet and a centerpiece I snagged are still fresh! Save yourself some time interviewing floral vendors - just call Floral Wonders! -

I worked with Caitlin at floral wonders along with Eva the owner, Jamie (team lead) and her team. Caitlin was the reason I chose floral wonders, she was patient and kind, she walked me through different design options, worked with me when I was unsure the direction I wanted to go, and was very solution and detail oriented. I was also able to bring in my own budvases and votives which Caitlin was very flexible and worked with me on! Caitlin made this a fun process and I always looked forward to our meetings and phone calls. I would highly recommend using floral wonders for your event. They provide a white glove set up service that took the stress of having the venue ready off of us as well. Everything looked amazing! Floral Wonders did an amazing job for our wedding! I don’t know anything about flowers but I sent inspo pics of floral pillars and they absolutely nailed it. They were gorgeous and exactly how I had pictured them. They deconstructed the pillars after the ceremony for loose florals on the reception tables, which also turned out exactly as I had imagined. The boutonnières and corsages were perfect and the bridal party bouquets were beautiful. I loved my bridal bouquet - I’m in the process of preserving it into a resin table so I can keep it forever. Everyone I spoke to leading up to the wedding plus the staff onsite on the day of were so nice and professional - I am so happy we went with Floral Wonders for our wedding day! -

As a bride, I took booking my vendors very seriously. I met with many florists before deciding to book with Floral Wonders. Caitlin, the owner, is beyond incredible. She answered my many questions, made a mock up bouquet for me to approve, and listened to every detail and idea I had to ensure it could be brought to life on my wedding day. Her and her amazing team absolutely transformed my ceremony and reception spaces. From our bouquets and decor, to our table centerpieces, and our head table, the flowers were absolutely stunning. Her ability to use flowers from the ceremony, and swap them over for the reception was perfection. My flowers were more beautiful than I imagined. Caitlin and her team are truly the best of the best, and I can’t recommend them enough.

Dream Florist
I wasn't a bride who knew everything she wanted for her wedding and had dreamed of the day for years, but there was one thing I did dream of and it was Floral Wonders being my florist. I had followed them for years on Instagram and the only thing I ever saved for my future wedding before I even met my husband was a screen shot of a bouquet they did. When I got engaged they were one of first 2 vendors I called and booked right away. Caitlin at Floral Wonders was amazing to work with. I felt like I was working with a friend. I am not one who is great with design and style and she really helped in that department going above and beyond the call of duty. I had no idea what I wanted for colors and design other than dark purple and the picture of the bouquet I had. She was able to help me decide on colors based on that and also helped me with picking colors of other details of the wedding. She was great with staying in my budget while also making my dream happen. The flowers were to die for and unique. The style the designers have at floral wonders is so different and luxurious. The day of my wedding the girls were SO great. As I walked around the venue before the big moment I saw that they had taken extra petals and greenery and decorated things I or they never even mentioned or thought of. It made me so happy. My bouquet was huge and gorgeous and everything was perfect. Hands down will review them with nothing but high praise. Thank you guys! -

Fab, Fun, and Reassuring
Caitlin at floral wonders was professional, creative, and made it clear she was as excited about our florals as we were. As a Hotel Baker bride I also really appreciated having s florist who knew their way around and was familiar with what items the hotel already had on hand to provide. Especially as we transitioned to a new coordinator late in the planning process it was nice to have Caitlin as a constant to lean on. I had a unique idea for my ceremony arch and was looking for someone who was excited about the vision and ready to execute it. My floral arch was everything I dreamed it would be and I am working on drying my bouquet to preserve it as it was so beautiful. The teeny tiny magnet boutonnière she made for our ring bearer was also especially cute. I would definitely recommend Floral Wonders! -

Amazing service with quick responses!
Right from the beginning Caitlin was very responsive and always professional. We communicated through email frequently and I always received quick responses from her. As she is the expert, I let her chose the flowers for my bridal bouquet, and it turned out even better than I could have imagined. You could just see the amount of thought she put into it to not only make it unique but make it fit our theme perfectly. We received top notch service throughout the wedding planning process and the wedding day itself. Catlin was super friendly, kind, and thoughtful. I would highly recommend Floral Wonders! -

Wonderful!
Caitlin and the team at floral wonders were truly a dream to work with on our wedding day! They made things so easy for us and we did not have to worry about a single thing on our big day. They took the inspiration photos and thoughts that we gave them and understood exactly what we wanted. They made things so much less stressful and helped make our big day perfect! They set everything up on the day of and even moved so many of the decorations from our ceremony to the reception area in order for us to repurpose the beautiful flowers. The team at Floral Wonders met with us and got a detailed list of our floral needs and inspiration in order to compose an accurate quote for us. We got a quote from another local florist and they immediately quoted us a much higher price before even knowing in depth what we wanted. I would 100% recommend them to any couple getting married! -

Amazing, supportive florists
I worked with Caitlin at Floral Wonders for my wedding and she was incredibly supportive, communicative, and helpful. I was COVID bride and my wedding was postponed from 2020 to 2021 and Floral Wonders was very accommodating for the date change. I have some floral knowledge (nowhere on par with the professionals) so I went in to our meetings with a more specific idea of what I wanted and they were able to exceed my expectations! I really wanted to use protea flowers where possible, but with the pandemic, supplies in general were low but they were still able to get me some and my bouquet looked amazing. I also had a half flower crown that sat on top of my braids and they were able to create what I imagined. I sent along inspiration photos, which I think was helpful to the floral team. I think I seriously sent Caitlin 200+ emails with questions and she always was friendly and responded quickly. They also were able to include a last minute addition of corsages and boutonnieres! I whole heartedly recommend Floral Wonders for your wedding! -

When I began planning my wedding I knew florals were going to be a high priority my photographer recommended Floral Wonders as one of the vendors she has worked with. I began contacting different florists and was so impressed by Caitlin who responded within the same day! She was warm, passionate and happy to answers all my questions! I can honestly say this was not the same experience with other florists I tried to connect with. When my mom and I went to our first meeting with Caitlin she immediately understood my vision and was excited about everything! It made me feel so special and made me even more excited about my wedding. Caitlin is a well of knowledge and guidance! It is so evident that the entire Floral Wonders team cares deeply for their clients. Every person at the shop is warm and kind and happy to welcome you. I also had a vision of a lighting installation and Caitlin took charge and worked with the lighting company, venue and my coordinator to make my vision a reality. Florals can add up quickly but Caitlin was very honest about cost and if we added anything she would update the contract right away. I really appreciated the transparency all through email! I just love this team and Caitlin is the fairy godmother of florals. Hire this team, you will not regret it!!! -

Caitlin from Floral Wonders was the first, and only florist I met with to select as our vendor for our wedding day as she made me feel confident in my decision of the types of flowers I wanted in a non-traditional season. She was extremely responsive, SO sweet, and made the process of selecting flowers a breeze. I was blown away over all the small details they added as we walked into our reception that truly put the finishing touches at our venue! On top of the venue floral's, my bridesmaids and my floral arrangement was breathtakingly beautiful...so much so that I wish my flowers could live forever! Listened to our needs and delivered!
My now-husband and I loved working with Floral Wonders! We were nervous at first about the cost because we were trying to stick to a pretty tight budget, but it was worth every penny! I came in with a few ideas for a fall wedding and Caitlin took those and elevated them more than I could have imagined. Floral Wonders even provided a sample centerpiece ahead of the big day which we had not been offered at other florists. As someone who focuses on the tiny details, this was wonderful being able to see what our centerpiece would look like ahead of the big day. We had tons of compliments on the floral arrangements and the head table was absolutely stunning with flowers, leaves and candles. Caitlin was very responsive and easy to work with. The team delivered the flowers on time, helped with pinning boutonnieres, and did a great job of decorating both the church and the reception space. They had it all covered and we didn't need to worry about anything on the big day!

Everything we dreamed of and more
Floral Wonders took our dreams and brought them life! I knew the flowers would be wonderful after meeting with Caitlin, but when we saw them on our wedding day, they were more beautiful than we could have imagined!
