The food at Floral Terrace was an absolute delight. The accommodations at Floral Terrace were nothing short of spectacular. It was the most amazing day! The venue is beautiful, the accommodations are simply perfect, the food was delicious and the best part is the service! They treat you amazing! All my guest loved everything, I received so many compliments about the venue and the food, they couldn’t stop talking about it. Everything was beyond perfect.
Big thanks to Mauricio and his team for making this possible. Mauricio was wonderful from beginning to the end, he made sure we had a perfect day and he made our dreams become a reality.!

The venue is beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff was amazing. Literally not one complaint. Everything was perfect!

It was a beautiful place and the people who were helping us the night of was amazing. Tino was our Maitre D for the night and it was amazing to have him. Advice to me for the next Bride, ask questions, ask questions, ask questions. Be sure to take notes on what they tell you so you can remember. Other than that, we would recommend this place to anyone who’s getting married. Pierre & Nancy.

Okay this is seriously the best venue anyone can have a wedding at period. My family has not stop talking about how amazing the food was at this place! They also can’t believe how beautiful every floor in the venue was and how we were the only wedding there. Not to mention that this was the wedding three days into the spring season and they gave me winter pricing without a problem. Not that their spring pricing would’ve been a problem either because this venue really isn’t expensive at all. For everything you get plus all of the people standing by ready to help you they really know how to make your money worth it. Frank and Leila are absolutely phenomenal and so is all of the other staff there.

My fiance & I found Floral Terrace online and couldn't wait to see the space. From the 1st time we went to have a consultation we knew THIS was the place we would say 'I Do' and party! They work with you to give you the day you want for the budget you can afford. They work with you to ensue you are happy. We can not wait for 12/2019!

Beautiful venue! Staff is AMAZING!

Everything was beautiful from the beginning to the end! When I first went to view the venue, I thought I would have to use my entire life savings just for a plate. I was Wrong! The prices are reasonable, and they work with you. My wedding day went on without a SINGLE THING GOING WRONG. There was an entire team dedicated just to making sure I was comfortable! The ceremony room is beautifully decorated and didn’t need anything extra. The food at the cocktail hour shocked everyone. All of my guests raved about how much food there was, and how great it tasted. The reception ballroom is amazing! The chandelier makes for beautiful pictures! The dinner was also tasty! My guest are still talking about my wedding, how great the venue and food were! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE

My husband and I cant say enough amazing things about this venue. It was the first place we looked at and that day we booked it. My brother had gotten married at their sister venue the sand castle and we knew the kind of hospitality we would be receiving but we wanted a different look for out wedding. Floral Terrace was the way to go. They were very accompany and anything we needed or wanted we had. They really made this fairytale wedding come true. We had the time of our lives at out wedding. people always ask you when the day is over if you could change anything about it what would it be.... our answer is nothing we wouldn't even dream of redoing our wedding over because we know it would not go as well as it did. Not one hiccup happened that day. They made our day more magical then we could ever had Imagined.

When I was looking for a venue I went to 22 different places. Floral Terrace being one of them. No other place compared to Floral Terrace. Paul was the ABSOLUTE best in making that special day happen for me. Dana put up with all my CRAP and I truly cant thank you both enough. The food was AMAZING! The room was SPECTACULAR! The service from EVERYONE was just GREAT! I am so happy Floral Terrace was my choice and I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you so much for making my day a memorable and special day.

We got married on May 14, 2016, and Floral Terrace was the BEST choice we made! From beginning to end, they were helpful and courteous. On the day, their staff helped make everything just the way we wanted. The reception was absolutely PERFECT, not a thing that I would change! The food is amazing, the ambiance was spectacular, and they truly care about making it an amazing event. They only serve one event at a time, so they focused all of their attention and care on us, which did not go unnoticed. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say! We love Floral Terrace, and would recommend it to any and all couples! Thank you Floral Terrace for an amazingly perfect wedding!

Paul has been very helpful in answering all my questions! Floral Terrace is very flexible and willing to help you make it the event of your dreams! Plus the main ball room is unbeatable!

There aren't enough great things to say about this venue and the people who work here. Not only are the people you work with more than helpful but the venue itself is absolutely STUNNING. Just walking into the venue your jaw drops, but it continues to amaze you with the indoor ceremony area surrounded by a garden, the cocktail hour having more than enough seating for all your guests to be able to sit down instead of standing for an hour, and then the grand finale, the reception hall -- MAGICAL with the uplighting, chandelier, paintings, and relief. You really need to see this place in person to feel its real beauty! On top of it being beautiful, the service was immaculate. My guests started raving about the quality of service only hours into the reception and still are til this day. We also can't say enough about the quality and taste of the food. Delicious and loved by everybody! My guests even took home seconds and doggy bags. I also think I drove Paul, a manager, nuts during the entire planning process leading up to my wedding, but he managed to answer every single one of my billions of questions and/or requests with a smile on his face and keep me happy. They were so flexible and accommodating. I highly HIGHLY recommend having your wedding or any occasion here for the matter! You will not be disappointed!

I had my wedding here in June it was amazing. Service was amazing, food was delicious. Frank was wonderful he made sure everything was as we want for our special day. So happy I had my special day here a day I will never forget.

Words cannot begin to describe how pleased my wife and I were with the display put on by the Floral Terrace for our wedding. The food was phenomenal, the display was spectacular, and the service was stellar. Frank, the manager, walked my wife and I through everything...and we considered him more of a family member.... due to the vested interest he took in assuring our special day would be fantastic...and it was. Our guests are still raving about how EPIC our event was. All in all....the best venue for a wedding you can choose. I recommend them beyond reproach, and promise you that your dream day will indeed be JUST THAT...a dream day.

Floral Terrace is the only place to have a wedding! It is a truly magical place and the best part (aside from the food that was brought down from heaven) is that your wedding is the only wedding there that day! Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful. Again the food is outstanding and the new ballroom floor is breathtaking!

We had the most wonderful experience at The Floral Terrace thanks to Paul and Frank (arriba cali colombia!!!). You cannot possibly beat what you get for your money. The food was more than plentiful and great (guests still talking about the cocktail hour food was the best, they took pictures with the pig...) service was outstanding and they were a pleasure to deal with from the day we booked until we left the night of our wedding. Everything they promise they delivered like empanadas, aguardiente cake and more.... The bridal attendant Iris was always there making sure my wife was OK (thank you!!!). George had us check every room before guests entered it and rearranged anything we didn't like or wanted different (which we didn't have to because everything was perfect). Our guests are telling us it was the best wedding they ever went to. I HIGHLY recommend them as a vendor! But the more important thing I want to thank you all flora terrace staff specially Frank and Paul you guys are the best...Paola and I (John) are very happy we had the best time thanks to you.

I am so excited about my reception being held at the Floral Terrace! The food Tasting was above and BEYOND amazing!
We had both sides of parents and siblings come for the tasting! we were stuffed even before the entrees came! (That's hard to do to an off the boat Italian family!) We were in awe of the perfection, taste and amount of food we are promised for my wedding. The Room is impeccable. Frank the Sales Manager was so honest, friendly, easy going, on point! and Flexible. This venue is giving me everything I want and More for a perfect price!

We had a wonderful experience at the venue. We had a chance to see the rooms beforehand and everything was just as planned. The staff was courteous and professional and offered us all that we asked for. The place is very nice and all our guests were enjoying themselves taking pictures and taking in the surroundings. Floral Terrace is an incredibly beautiful venue that was once a 1920’s Loew’s theatre. Many of the original features remain, including the vaulted ceiling in the banquet room, on the level that was previously the balcony of the theatre. You can even still see where the projection booth was. The charm of the cherubs that still grace the proscenium just add to the fairy tale feeling in Floral Terrace. But what really makes this beautiful location stand out is the extremely high standard of customer service that the staff provides. The staff at Floral Terrace was not only professional and efficient, but warm and welcoming. Starting with the day we signed the contract, the banquet staff made themselves readily available for my questions, concerns and requests. Our banquet manager was the kind and friendly Paul, but even when he wasn’t in the office, Jade or Dana took great care of me. On our wedding day, the entire staff treated us like royalty. Our Maitre D’, George, bridal attendants Iris and Luis and the whole Floral Terrace staff made me feel as if ensuring my comfort and happiness was their number one mission in life. The fact that Floral Terrace only hosts one event at a time really makes a big difference. I didn’t have to worry about the staff disappearing to take care of another couple. For those few hours, my husband and I were truly their primary concern. Iris and Luis even made sure we ate, which many couples don’t have a chance to do at their weddings. Believe me, no one left there hungry. Our friends and family members are still talking about what a great time they had, remarking that the food was delicious and abundant, and the staff courteous and efficient. The entire day was so lovely that now I am thinking about what other event I could have at Floral Terrace.

My wedding reception was October 12, 2013 (late with the review). I had an amazing experience. The food was amazing, they catered to my every request since I had vegetarian eaters at my wedding. They set up everything beautifully. My bridal attendants were beyond great and helpful, not only to me & my husband but my entire bridal party and family. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Floral Terrace for their wedding. It's a gorgeous place and the consultants were very helpful as well.

We got married on November 28, 2014 (Black Friday). EVERYONE said it was the BEST WEDDING THEY HAVE EVER ATTENDED! We sure agree with them!! They did a phenomenal job and we have nothing but praises on the service, the staff and above all, THE FOOD!!! The food was delicious, the service was impeccable and the venue was pristine. We are so thrilled to have spent our special day at such a magnificent venue and we look forward to celebrating many more happy days at Floral Terrace!!

I had my wedding July 30,2011 and it was a remarkable experience. Paul, the Manager was wonderful, polite and organized. All i had to do was show up and everything was taken care of. The staff were all nice and polite and the best part is the Food. Everyone of my guest talked about the food "Excellent Venue" Everything spent was worth it and i would definitely recommend to anyone. I am going to use this hall for all my future engagements!! I would like to say it is an honor to have my wedding at Floral Terrace and i am grateful for the service provided! Paul you are the best!

This place is the best! I had my wedding here and I live in NC. They were very flexible with us. I didn't want to be bothered with decorations, centerpieces, etc. They took care of all of that for us. It was awesome! It was a stress free day and the staff was great! they catered to our every need from getting dressed, until we left the place. the reception hall is beautiful and it was a stress free wonderful wedding day. I would recommend them to anyone.

A BIG THANK YOU goes to Paul and his team for the wonderful job they did! All of our guests keep calling us even 1 month after the wedding and keep telling us how great the venue was. Food was fantastic!!!!!!! Our guests were loaded with it, most impressive was the variety at cocktail hour. The dinner menu was also great as it gave the guests a variety of 5 or 6 courses, whereas other places would offer you only 3. The cake was yummy and all in all we had a great experience with this place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!!!

I had my big 250 reception here. And I can't say enough about this place. How pleased we are with the service since we met with Frank the first time a year before the wedding all the way to the day of. He really cares to make you happy, you can negotiate with him he will work things out for you to make you happy. The day of I was very impressed how everything was basically perfect as I imagined and even better. My guests were so amazed by everything all the details and the food quality and quantity. the personal service for me and my now hubby was great. they assign certain person for me to help me with whatever i need or ask for. Can't thank you enough for making my day as perfect as I ever wanted.

What a beautiful venue! Just got married there 3-3-13... Nothing but perfection, class, elegance, amazing food n service! I absolutely love this place and the people there! ESP. Frank and Paul! This place is the absolute best out there! I miss my wedding day everyday due to how unremarkably perfect it was- all b/c of the hard work love n attention Floral Terrace gave my husband and I. I still think about my day every chance I get... Frank I'm going to miss you! My husband absolutely loves the chats we all had about our big day. This review is long over due, but better late than ever. I had my reception at the Floral Terrace in October of 2011 and all I can say about them is that they are amazing and go above and beyond! My wedding guests are still raving about the attention to detail and the delicious food that Floral Terrace provided. They are truly a hidden gem in Floral Park. Frank the manager is a wonderful person and really cares about the customers.

Thank you for making my special day on 11/4/12 even more special. A special thanks to Marvin, Kelsey and George for being with me and my bridal party every step of the way. You guys were truly amazing. People are still talking about how the food was amazing and how everything was well organized. A million times thank you The food was amazing and in abundance. We loved our wedding at the Floral Terrace! Many guests said it was the best wedding they've been to.

Frank is extremely professional. I felt at ease trusting that Frank would manage this wedding to our satisfaction. He exceeded our expectations.
Here is why…
-Service: I guarantee you will never have better service than that at Floral Terrace. We had 3 maitres’ D and 2 bridal attendants. They were immensely attentive. Our head Maitre’ D George is the best! George made sure my husband and I got the chance to eat by bringing us to our table; had he not, we wouldn’t have actually tasted the food that we paid for.

-Bridal Suite: The Bridal Suite was huge w/couches; which is great since our bridal party was the size of an army. When you arrive, there is food on the table and they had a small buffet. There were smaller rooms and a suite for the bride with a chair, a large mirror and a personal bathroom.

-Waiter Staff: They were fast, they had the drinks flowing and were a pleasure! One of my guests said as soon as they finished their drink, their waiter was right there inquiring if they wanted another.

-Food: Thanks to George, we got to enjoy our food…and it was AMAZING. It's not your typical reception food; it was delicious. Everyone commented how delicious it was..down to the potatoes. What’s better? The waiters came around with seconds! George came to our table with a platter of every main dish offered; as the Bride and Groom, you can taste each option offered. At the end of the evening, they pack you a few containers to bring home.

-Viennese Hour: Invest in this, you will not be disappointed; they use an authentic, Italian bakery with delicious desserts.

-Décor: is incredible and unlike no other; there is a dome ceiling in the reception hall, in the middle is a circular, large stage and within the dome ceiling is a painting and a beautiful, crystal chandelier. They are lights against the wall that transition into several colors.

My brother got married here last weekend. The wedding was absolutely perfect!! From the first day they booked the place until 130am sunday morning, they were treated unbelievably. Frank was amazing and did everything in his power to make sure the day was perfect. The ceremony room is beautiful, the bridal suite and grooms suite were also awesome. Everyone keeps calling and saying what a beautiful wedding it was. Every server and bartender had smiles on their faces all night. We left there with 16 trays of food, (cocktail hour food and leftovers), which we have been enjoying since Saturday. The food was delicious, the main courses were portioned big. The offering of seconds really adds a beautiful touch, as does the warm towel service after main course. We couldn't be any happier, I just hope my wedding at The Sandcastle (same owners) is as beautiful!

Floral terrace is an amazing hall! I got married there 2 years ago and people are still talking about it. Its 1 wedding at a time so the whole venue is for you. The food is top notch!! And they serve seconds. We had a big hit when they served the intermezzo in cones kids and guest loved that cause where dancing and have our sorbet! The Filet mignon was to die for, you can slice it with a fork! I will highly recommend this venue, the staff is very kind and they even gave us all the food to take home!!!!

I think the best way to describe Floral Terrace is simply AMAZING. Frank made the whole process easy as can be and made my mother extremely happy, which is not an easy thing to do. Everyone keeps talking about the great time they had.

We had a beautiful wedding at Floral Terrace. All of our guests are still talking about what a great wedding it was. Price was very good, food was delicious and service was great! They only do one wedding/event at a time and will customize everything for you. My husband and I had 2 personal bridal attendants for the wedding day in addition to the Maitre D' who were always there to get us anything we needed, including food and drinks. Our guests said that the waiters were very attentive and they all got their food right away. We had 340 guests and they were very capable in handling such a large wedding. We also used the house DJ, Genesis Events, who were great!

Floral Terrace was absolutely beautiful! We worked with Frank through our wedding planning process, he gave us everything we could ask for AND MORE! Everyone was so friendly and helpful thoughout our day, we are STILL getting compliments on our wedding, especially the food!!! It was such a beautiful day! Everything was perfect!!!

The food was amazing, the quality of service to my guests was amazing, my bridal attendants and matre'd were on point. My guests were raving that our wedding was one of the best, if not the best weddings they have been to!! Loved every second of my reception.

The Floral Terrace is the best!!! Since the day we met Dana and Frank last fall (and then Paul just recently) we have been treated like a member of their family. They worked with us to ensure we received everything we wanted at a reasonable price. They helped us coordinate little details that made our day extra special. They listened to us to make sure they understood our vision because they truly cared. They went above and beyond to help us make sure that everything was perfect.

And on the day of our wedding, everything WAS truly perfect. Their staff was extremely friendly and professional. My husband and I felt like royalty! The food was AMAZING, they delivered on everything they promised and they were just as wonderful that night as the day we met them. We feel so lucky to have found this venue.

OMG this place is BEAUTIFUL my guest and I felt like ROYALTY at Floral Terrace there is only one wedding at a time so I was the only Bride in the house LOVE IT! The staff was great the food was great and ENDLESS and also the DJ was off the charts he had my guest up the whole time he played every thing we requested. The only bad thing I can say is that I am sad that the wedding day is over. My husband and I truly loved having our wedding there. With 6 weeks to plan our wedding, We looked at many Halls to get married.. We made our decision to go with Floral Terrace.. Frank Made us feel at ease with everything, and told us there was plenty of time for this wedding to happen.. This was a blessing in disguise.. The price was beyond fair with the amount of time Our wedding was to take place.. The food was Amazing, the Service was even better..Everyone from the doorman to the assistants were outstanding.. The cake is also included in the wedding package which saves you alot of money.. The best of all is their is only 1 event at a time, you don't have to worry about bumping into someone from another event... 4 floors-Great overall experience ,recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to plan your next event.

Frank at the Floral Terrace was amazing, super accomidating and everything was perfect!! The only miss is that after telling them numerous times about our rehearsal, they weren't aware of it and didn't offer assistance. Other than that, the amount of food that they served could have fed a small country and was delicious. Everyone had a really great time and the place looked great! For the money that we spent, it was well worth it!

If your looking for a PLATINUM Wedding with out the platinum cost The Floral Terrace is it! The food was amazing,we had chocolate fondue,sno-cones,cotten candy and everything you could imagine! It was warm,cozy BEAUTIFUL! The staff were amazing we didnt have to worry about anything.Did you ever have someone hunt you down to make sure you got cheese on your pasta? They were all truely amazing.The only complaint we heard was there was to much food! Our guests thought the cocktail hour was dinner!If you are getting married there please invite us we want so bad to experiance it from our guests point of view! My day was absolutely amazing. The place is gorgeous and the staff was impeccable.

Floral Terrace holds only one wedding at a time so it made me, the bride, feel like a princess. The staff was highly trained and very attentive to all our needs. We felt as if we were the center of everyone's attention, the way a wedding should be.

Everyone still raves about the food and service at my weeding. The cocktail hour at Floral Terrace makes Russo' on The Bay look like a welfare case. Two wait staff per table, white glove service, food was exceptional. A+++++

I had my reception at Floral Terrace on April 24,2015. This is such an amazing venue. The service was excellent and the food was great. My guest enjoyed the entire night from the time they entered the door until that last call for alcohol. I would recommend this venue to those looking for a venue. Paul and Frank are best. My husband and I wish we could relive our wedding day all over again.

Floral Terrace was amazing!!! They provided us with a lot more than what we expected. Frank, Paul and the rest of the Floral Terrace family. We thank you for helping us plan our special day. From helping us organize the day, great food, finding vendors, keeping us posted on changes, accepting our changes, etc.

The one thing that sticks out is... Our guest and us had a great time... a little too good, the night of ;-) So good we may have misplaced the top of the cake when we left. When we informed Floral Terrace (Paul) a week after, he replaced it right away. Very touching gesture that we really appreciate.

To be honest, Floral Terrace is a perfect 5. The 4.5 stars for Quality of Service is not a reflection on the staff at all. I am very picky by stating this, but the only knock is they don't have a outdoor space to take pictures, although they do make up for it indoors.

Frank and his staff did a wonderful job for my wedding! Everything looked absolutely beautiful!!!! There was plenty of food and the food was great! Everyone was so nice! We had excellent service! Would highly recommend them to anyone! Love them!!!!! Frank was so easy to work with, he is truly great! Thank you!!!! Joe and I remained extremely happy!

I am so excited to write this review. We had the most amazing experience at Floral Terrace. Our wedding was a fairy tale. We all go to dozens of weddings, and many of my wedding-experienced guests said this was the best reception they had ever attended. Hardly a day goes by that a guest doesn't tell us how much they enjoyed our wedding and reception.
Although we wanted a wedding that was meaningful to us, the most important thing was that our guests have a great time with drink, food and entertainment . We wanted them to know how much they meant to us. Floral Terrace exceeded our very high expectations and so much more.
We were actually concerned, when we first met with Frank and his staff, that they could deliver everything they promised, it almost seemed too good to be true, especially when we compared it to the ten other LI reception sites we visited while planning.
We did, however, have a very good first impression. We liked that it was one wedding at a time, that they had so many years of experience doing weddings, and, especially, that the hall itself is historic and just beautiful. We booked about 18 months in advance, which is highly advised given the craziness that is Long Island weddings, and not once did we have an issue with communication or contact.
We took our parents to a tasting and were treated to a great sampling of apps and entrees. Frank took time to meet with us, even though he had a wedding going on, and was extremely nice to our folks.
In the end, we had no doubt about it, this was our place.
During the entire planning phase, I must have emailed or called about 30 times. Each time they were nice and helpful. Made recommendations for our DJ and photographers that turned out to be perfect for us. Gave us great suggestions and ideas based on decades of experience.
By the time of the wedding, I had given them page after page of special requests and set-up instructions. I don't think they said "no" to one of my crazy demands!

Floral Terrace did a beautiful job for our wedding. The food was fantastic and people are STILL talking about it. They were attentive, paid close attention to detail, were friendly and very helpful. The Viennese Hour was nothing short of breathtaking. From flan, to cannolis, to bananas foster..and cakes, cookie and pies, oh my! I can't express my gratitude enough, for giving us a beautiful day that didn't put us in debt for the rest of our lives, lol. I will be telling EVERY bride I know, about Floral Terrace. Thanks to Paul, Frank, George and Tina, for being fantastic, from start to finish.

Floral Terrace was a great venue. Dana, Frank and the other employees were amazing to work with. I must say from when I booked with them, everything was great, from beginning to end. They give the utmost customer service. My wedding was Magical, it was everything and more. Floral Terrace was there for me and my husband 100 percent. Haiving a bridal suite and a groomsmen suite for the entire wedding party was one of my reason of picking Floral Terrace. My guest talk about how good the cocktail hour was....sooooo much food and for dinner how they pack your food in-to-go containers. I will definitely refer Floral Terrace to all in comers, you will not be disappointed. You guys are the best hands down. Thank you for your continuous support throughout the planning of my magical wedding.

I visited 15 catering halls in Nassau County till I found "the one"

-Owner (or is he manager) Frank was amazing dealing with preping for the wedding making all our challeges easy
-the food! Everyone keeps raving about how great food was and how was the best food they ever had at a wedding
-well kept and elegant
-private bridal party floor which is a blessing as you can eat without interruptions thanks to this

- affordable. Almost every place was not as well kept or wlegant or as good food for almost twice the price. Trust me floral terrace is bang for your buck!!!!

Cons:
George the bridal attendant was horrible. The petite girl I keep forgetting her ne was way better.
Overall:
Your guest won't see the issues and overall not that bad. Everyone said was best wedding they ever been.

Absolutly wonderful! The day was everything that I could ever imagine. George and his crew made the day seemless. If there were any diasters my husband and I had no idea.

My wife and I originally visited this venue back in 2021 and fell in love with it. We met with a woman named Lisa who resigned before our event. Unfortunately for us, the service was not what we expected afterwards. After our contact resigned, we were in contact with a gentleman by the name of Igor who was typically rude to my wife and additionally tried to make us pay a mandatory $5 pp gratuity and expected it two weeks before the event. I sent an email out about this and it was never brought up again until the event was over where he came to me and asked again for gratuity after doing nothing all night, did not even speak or check in with us throughout the night to see how things were going. If it was not for our DJ and MC, we would’ve been lost. The woman who handled our event after Lisa, was professional, courteous and tried to help us out however she could. Also the cocktail hour was good per our guests but the main dinner was cold and was not the greatest. I’m assuming this was due to Mr Igor overseeing the event and not getting his tips (that he keeps for himself)

This was a beautiful venue. I had my wedding and reception there. Price is kind of high but it is all worth it. The food is not the best. But overall I had a beautiful day.
