Amazing 10/10 recommend!!
For our wedding this past year, we were looking around for florists that would make our wedding visions come to life. We happened to move to Long Island City at the start of 2024, on the same block as Floresta and were recommended to speak to Carlo regarding our wedding from our friends who were having Floresta at their wedding as well. We couldn't be more thankful for this connection, perfect timing and how our vision in fact came to life. For myself as the bride and wanting to have every detail figured out, Carlo and his staff made the process so seamless where we didn't have to worry about a thing leading up to our wedding and on the day of. The recommendations for our venue were perfect, the bouquets, boutonnieres, and even our dog's floral collar and leash (!!!) came out 1000x better than we could've ever thought of and planned for. The table arrangements absolutely gorgeous yet simple and classy, with candles all around, 3 beautiful arrangements for the gazebo where we had our ceremony, and decor throughout the reception ball room. We had full trust in Floresta and it was nothing short of an amazing result.
We are so grateful and would recommend them over and over again! -

On our wedding day, the floral arrangements were breathtaking. The bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony decorations were all meticulously designed and arranged, showcasing a perfect blend of colors, textures, and styles. Each piece was a work of art, and our guests were constantly commenting on how gorgeous the flowers were.
One of the standout features was the personalized touches Floresta incorporated. The bridal bouquet was a particular highlight, beautifully crafted and perfectly matching my gown and overall aesthetic.
We love the Floresta team like they are our friends - Thomas, Caesar, Carolina, Ivan, everyone. They arrived early to set up and ensured everything was perfect - when we got to the venue and saw all their smiling faces, both my now husband and I said how our nerves faded.
The quality of the flowers was exceptional. They were fresh, vibrant, and lasted throughout the entire day and night without wilting.
Working with Floresta was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They were responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day special.

Florista in LIC Queens is an absolute gem in the world of floristry! I can't express enough how incredible Carlos and his team are. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. They took my vision and elevated it beyond my wildest dreams.

Carlo and the whole staff at Floresta were excellent. We connected with Carlo for our wedding, and he took the time to hear our ideas and provide his professional input when we needed help. He definitely helped take our event to the next level without breaking the bank. Elyse, who handled the admin was very helpful and patient as well. I could not be more pleased with how our flower arrangements came out! I am obsessed with how gorgeous the flowers were and how they made everything come together beautifully! Carlo at Floresta and the entire team are just a dream to work with. Responsive, professional, extremely reliable are few of the words I could use to describe them. I am not only a vendor that workes with them all the time, but was also their client as they provided florals for my NUC wedding. Working with them I know there is nothing I should worry about. Incredible florist!
Floresta brought our wedding vision to life! Our bridal party and reception floral arrangements were perfect. I had general idea of what I wanted and Carlo knew exactly want to do. All of his suggestions for the type of flowers were so on point. I was looking for a romantic look and that's exactly what I got.
His entire staff was helpful and answered all of the questions that we had. The process from start to finish was everything we could have asked for from a vendor. Ana, the manager, was so helpful and helped us feel at ease. They were flexible when we had last minute changes and worked our budget. Would definitely recommend and hire them again for future events. -

From start to finish, we were beyond impressed on how smooth everything came together. Ana is so easy to talk to and quick to respond to any questions we had. Carlo has such a creative mind, he knew exactly what I wanted, both options he came up with we're what I was imagining for my wedding day. Carlo is professional but also personable, he cares about the comfort and vision of the bride and groom, that he will make it work no matter what. He has such a big heart, you can't help but smile around him. But his and the Floresta team's work speaks for itself. Beyond beatiful flower arrangements and the way the candles shined made such a romantic atmosphere. They also worked with my cake vendor.

We loved working with Floresta on our wedding. Carlo was so genuine and interested in our non traditional wedding ideas, and was able to pinpoint exactly what we wanted for our flowers before we asked him for anything. He came up with the most creative ideas for the reception flowers and lights. They created a gorgeous wedding vow backdrop which was turned into a photo wall for our guests after the ceremony. Carlo and the Floresta team were extremely thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! -

Floresta was a dream to work with and really helped our vision come to life. The entire wedding party raved about the flowers and even our venue coordinator said the arrangements were the best he has ever seen. They were so responsive, detail-oriented and easy to work with. They came up with unique flower ideas (black artichokes in my bouquet) and made sure everything fit within our budget. Definitely book with them!! -

Kristine Sent on 06/15/2015Everyone at Floresta was amazing and extremely helpful! I didn't have a clue what kind of flowers I wanted, but Carlo was patient and helped talk me through it all. He even created three full centerpieces so we could have an accurate idea of what they would look like. Floresta created beautiful centerpieces which were succulents in a large fishbowl. We ended up taking the centerpieces home and putting them on our windowsill. It was great to be able to keep the beautiful flowers. My bouquet was extraordinary too! Even my wedding coordinator commented on how beautiful the bouquets were and on the complexity of the colors. -

Faith Sent on 09/26/2012I am so happy I chose Floresta to do my flowers on my wedding day. Carlo has so much heart for what he does, it was a pleasure to work with him. He listened to my vision for the flowers and took the time to put together options in his shop and show me what they would like like. He didn't rush the process and really wanted to create exactly what I wanted. I changed my mind on my bouquets and he was more than happy to revise the contract and provide me alternatives at different prices, knowing my budget. I was really set on getting peonies for my bouquets and being that the wedding was in late august, they are not easily available for a reasonable price and he worked his magic and got them for me for a great price. He could have easily went with the alternative option he had given me but wanted to give me exactly what I wanted. His staff at the shop Monica & Lina who I also worked with through the process were super sweet & professional. They were also really flexible when it came to the possibility of them bringing a chuppah as a backup plan in case of rain (which thankfully was not needed so I was not charged!) On the day of the wedding, everything was set up as we discussed and came out absolutely stunning - exactly as I envisioned it! I was very happy to work with Floresta for my wedding and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Their prices are reasonable but I feel you get much more in the way of service and creativity working with Carlo & his team. -

Unique and Classic floral arrangements
Flo Rest A is my favorite local florist and when I got engaged I knew that I would use them as my florist. Juan Carlo and his team did not disappoint. They balanced beauty, unique creative style with budget.
I met with Juan Carlo for my initial consultation and he spent a lot of time listening to my vision and offering suggestions to help fill in gaps where I was unsure of what I wanted.
Not only did they do an incredible job with the bouquets centerpieces and arch during our ceremony, but they also offer great attention to detail placing small flower arrangements in the bathrooms and smaller tables.
So many of my guests commented on how stunning and classy all of my arrangements were. I highly recommend this florist for unique and memorable floral arrangements for your wedding day! -
