  Wonderful fresh food, great to work with!

  We hired Fleur De Lis to cater our daughters wedding. All our communications were handled professionally, with a personal touch regarding food recommendations and pricing. Set up and execution was prompt with fresh food for all our selections. Everything tasted wonderful and the staff was friendly. They are also certified green which is another great reason to hire them. If you want great food with personalized service and environmentally conscious practices, this is your caterer!

  Best ever!

  They came prepared and ready to serve the BEST Brunch wedding ever!! Menu items I selected were cooked to perfection. Catfish was super crispy!! Only thing I wish they had was ketchup, tarter sauce and hot sauce available. I wish I could have tasted the apps at cocktail hour but from what the guests have stated, it was all on point!! This will be my caterer for all things going forward!!

  I loved Adina and Chara. They made my reception so easy for me. I told them things that I liked and Adina pulled them together and created a beautiful reception. They took care of all the rentals (chairs tables, linens, stem ware, dishes, etc) as well as the flowers and decorations for the reception site.
  
  The catering was phenomenal! Everyone loved the food and wanted more. It looked and tasted fantastic!

  Adina and her team put together a spectacular evening. Guests continue to rave about everything--the venue, the incredible food, decor that was perfect for the location, smooth transitions and timing throughout the evening and overall amazing time had by all.
  
  Adina also suggested the musician and photographer and both were outstanding!
  
  Overall, I'm sad it's over because it was so much fun with little stress! What more can you ask for in a wedding!

  Adina and her staff did a great job pulling my wedding together! I was very skeptical at first but at the end of the day, the event was faboulous. The venue turned out gorgeous and the little details that Adina and her staff put in made the wedding. From the mason jar cups to modern stemware everything was very "celebrity" party like. The food was fantastic. I actually ate my food and loved it! In fact, the food was better then what I remembered during food tasting. All in all Adina made the day easy and memorable. WE received so many compliments about our wedding and this would have not been possible without Fleur de lis Events. Adina will work with your budget but in terms of pricing; it's probably was not the cheapest. It was a great wedding, at a great setting! Thanks Adina~
