Marieanne is a rare gem in this industry - Her talent and professionalism will put all your wedding concerns and stresses at ease! I booked her for my October 2024 wedding, myself and the 8 women in the wedding party could not have been happier with her work!
As advertised, Marieanne has a special talent in applying a 'natural' makeup look. When I booked my bridal trial with her a few weeks out from my wedding day, I remember leaving her studio feeling beautiful and empowered. She talked through every application of product, sharing techniques along the way and pausing for feedback on color palettes / product selection. Even taking the time to teach me some tips for perfecting the delicate cat eye I had been struggling to do on myself for years!
Marieanne was warm, welcoming and met my sass with just enough back, I thought I might ruin her hard work with my laughter tears by the end of the trial session!
The awareness / knowledge of her field and attention to detail she has is also unmatched. As a bride in the midst of wedding planning chaos, you may find yourself shying away from taking the time to complete yet another form...but I PROMISE you that it is THIS thoroughness to create tailored plans for you and your wedding party that sets Marieanne apart from her Industry peers!
Questions like, "what products do you use" or "how would you describe your makeup preferences" are typical and expected. What was not expected was the thoughtfulness that went into understanding skin history, wedding party relationships and stimulus preferences (loud / quiet room) to ensure each client felt comfortable, safe and beautiful. Not only did this give my wedding party and I a far more personal one-on-one cosmetic experience, but it aided in everyone feeling their absolute best, (physically, mentally and emotionally) to carry out the perfect wedding day!
PHOTO NOTES: All in all , the final makeup looks were flawless (as advertised). Much of the bridal party, including myself, went with airbrush foundation and it did not cake, run or come off, despite hours on a sweaty dance floor and being hoisted into the air!
I cannot recommend Marieanne of Flawless Cosmetic Design enough for your wedding day or other special events! She is truly one of the best out there and feel honored to have had her be part of my special day!

Marieanne was amazing to work with. I can’t praise her work and energy enough. She was extremely professional, and made me feel at ease. She is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and airbrush techniques. She doesn’t make you look cakey AT ALL. I really wanted a very subtle and natural look and she nailed it for me, my mother, MIL and all my bridesmaids. It rained the day of my August wedding in Vermont, but you wouldn’t know it by looking at our makeup, which stayed put throughout the outdoor ceremony in the rain and into the wee hours of the morning. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a very talented, organized, and personable makeup artist with a lot of expertise. She even helped me find a new hairstylist that came highly recommended by her, after a mishap with the original hairstylist I hired. After seeing Marieanne’s work, I trusted her opinion to help me find someone, and boy did she pull through. The hairstylist she recommended was just as talented and amazing to be around as her. Marieanne is THE makeup artist to go to for your wedding makeup. I honestly don’t think I’d trust anyone but her to do the job, and I’d hire her again in a heartbeat.

I reserved Marieanne’s makeup artistry services for my August 2022 wedding over a year in advance and never looked back! From start to finish, Marieanne is very thorough – a detailed pre-trial questionnaire with photos followed by her careful eye during the trial leaves you confident that you will look the best version of yourself on your wedding day. I personally have concerns about my skin, but as a certified aesthetician, Marieanne was gentle and thoughtful in her suggestions and chose products that worked well for my skin. During the day of my rehearsal dinner & wedding, I was grateful to not have to spend a moment worrying about how my makeup was going to turn out, because I knew Marieanne would make me look beautiful! And she did indeed – both myself and my family members who got their makeup done were so pleased. Wonderful Experience!
From start to finish, Marieanne was great to work with and made me feel (and look) gorgeous on my wedding day. We had a preview first, which was a very pleasant experience. Marieanne is a true professional who is very talented with makeup. I wanted a natural look with eyes that would "pop" and she did this for me and made it seem effortless. I never once had to worry about my makeup coming off during the course of a very long day! She was equally as good with my bridal party who all felt very pampered during their time in the chair. She made my 5 year old niece feel beautiful and even gave her a special bag with a mirror (which had my niece's name on it!) and clear lip gloss. It was so sweet and thoughtful and my niece was thrilled. She was so fantastic to work with and we appreciated her services so much! Highly recommend!

A truly incredible talent
Where to begin? Marieanne is an incredibly talented and professional makeup artist. Before I got engaged, I had been a bridesmaid in 12 weddings and had a very specific vision for how I wanted my makeup to look on my wedding day. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find someone in Vermont who would be able to deliver what I was looking for. After researching extensively, Marieanne was the first vendor I reached out to after I booked my venue. She was highly reviewed, and after an introductory call I knew right away that she was going to be great.
Like so many others, we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19. Marieanne was so supportive and comforting during such a stressful time. Although we hadn’t met in person yet at that point, it was clear that she was such a warm person. I was very concerned about COVID-19, but Marieanne made me feel so comfortable as she had extensive safety measures for the trial and day-of.
When I had my trial Marianne was so thorough and worked with me to put together my wedding day vision. A few months later on my wedding day, I had a change of heart about my lip color. Marieanne was able to spontaneously choose the perfect alternative and adjust my wedding day look perfectly. I couldn’t have been happier. I’m someone who loves a dramatic look with my makeup, but most of my bridesmaids preferred a much more natural look. Marieanne helped everyone feel so beautiful that day.
I truly could not be happier with the service that Marieanne provided on my wedding day and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone planning a wedding in Vermont.

Marieanne from our very first phone call stood out from the rest. Her genuine questions and quest to get to know me and my future husband blew me away. Her attention to details put my nerves to ease. I knew whatever I wanted or threw at her, she could handle. She was so responsive and made sure no detail was missed. Now to the makeup..flawless. Absolutely above and beyond my wildest dreams. Marienne is amazing, this was my second time working with her (I was a bridesmaid in another wedding she did a few years back). She has perfected the natural bridal look and is also great about giving you advice/direction based on your facial structure to make you feel like your most confident self. She is also very calming - I relished the hour I spent in her makeup chair on my wedding day ! This was my second time working with her.

Marieanne was the makeup artist for my sister's wedding at the end of October in Stratton, VT. She did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job! I have been in 10 weddings, and have never been so happy with how my makeup has looked. As a certified aesthetician, her understanding of skin types is unmatched. She uses products based on your individual skin type - rather than a one-size-fits-all approach - and she even gave me product recommendations to support a better skin care routine in my daily life. She really enhanced everyone's natural beauty, yet all the girls still looked like themselves. She was also so kind and super personable - I enjoyed the conversation as much as the makeup. Marieanne said "I want you to look like you - but red-carpet you." And she delivered! I would give her 100 stars if I could!! The BEST makeup artist I have ever worked with!!! Worth every penny.
I had a fantastic experience working with Marieanne for my wedding at the end of October! She was extremely professional, organized and thorough and was a joy to work with. From my initial inquiry she was quick to respond and answer all of my questions and truly made an effort to understand my style, level of comfort with makeup, and vision for the day. I cannot recommend Flawless Cosmetic Design enough!
I was originally on the fence about hiring a makeup artist for our wedding because I never really feel myself with a full face of makeup. I am SO glad that I ultimately decided working with Marieanne. Marieanne knew my concerns going into this process and was thoughtful and patient while we collaborated to achieve the perfect wedding look that made me feel comfortable and beautiful. It also photographed perfectly!
In addition to providing my perfect wedding day makeup, Marieanne did a great job on my bridesmaids' and mother's makeup. She was so easy to work with and had such a calming presence that was welcomed during our busy morning. Everyone looked and felt beautiful, and we all appreciated our quiet time in Marieanne's makeup chair.
Working with Marieanne was one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning! I would absolutely refer my closest friends and family to Flawless Cosmetic Design.

Natural and Long-Lasting Makeup
My venue referred me to Marieanne as the best makeup artist in the area and she definitely did not disappoint! She responded to me as soon as I reached out and we had a phone call where we discussed some logistics and what I was looking for. I did my makeup trial with her a year in advance and didn't want to change a thing! She is incredibly knowledgeable about makeup and skincare, and will make you look and feel like yourself. My bridesmaids and mom/MIL loved her too. And best part - my makeup lasted all night, despite lots of humidity and some rain too!

Professional Artist Who Will not Disappoint on Your Big Day!
Marieanne is a true professional! I cannot recommend her enough if you are looking for a skilled artist for your upcoming wedding. She came highly recommended to me and I quickly learned why.
I was looking for a natural/classic look on my wedding day and I felt that Marieanne listened to and captured what I wanted, even though it was sometimes difficult for me to explain (not a make-up savant!). She has a gallery of "looks" for the brides to use for inspiration which was helpful as well. She had a simple form to fill out before a trial run. This trial was especially appreciated as not only do you get to see and discuss how you'll look on the big day but she is also a wonderful, easy-to-talk to person which made me more comfortable for the wedding day. She was extremely kind to my friends and family, particularly my sister who was my maid of honor.
On the big day, Marieanne keeps to a schedule. I never felt rushed or panicky about being ready in time or being ready too early. Very happy with my choice.

Make-up is something I know less than nothing about. And it isn't just me! Out of my wedding party, only my maid-of-honor wears make-up regularly, and that is just mascara. For my wedding, I knew I needed a professional, because none of us knew what we were doing.

If you work with Marieanne, you’ll love the way you’ll look on your wedding day, and so will your bridesmaids! Marieanne is meticulous, and very dedicated to her craft--a true artist and professional. Whether you are a person who wears very little, some, or a lot of makeup, Marieanne will leave you glowing. I felt beautiful, natural, and myself. You’ll look at your photos and understand what all of your guests meant when they told you that you were the most beautiful bride. She is wonderful--very responsive, stays organized & on schedule, and has a calming presence that will put any nervous brides at ease.
Like most of her brides, I was from out of town. I had scheduled my hair and makeup trials in VT on the same day. When a bad storm left my hair stylist’s salon without power, Marieanne invited my hair stylist to join us in her home studio. It was the perfect fix, because otherwise I wouldn’t have had another opportunity to schedule a hair trial before our wedding. This was above & beyond, and I was so grateful for her flexibility. 5 stars for this lovely woman and the gorgeous work she does.

Flawless Makeup and Customer Service
Marieanne did my makeup for both my engagement photos and my wedding, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! Marieanne is a sweet, thoughtful, personal, organized and professional makeup artist. I’ve talked to my other friends who hired makeup artists for their weddings, and based on what I’ve heard, Marieanne goes above and beyond what a traditional makeup artists does. She responded to every question and concern that my bridal party and I had before my wedding day, so that the getting-ready process moved as smoothly and timely as possible. She was also incredibly meticulous about hygiene and cleanliness, which was SUPER important to me. Seriously Flawless
I cannot say enough nice things about Marieanne. She is a dream to work with. She is extremely professional and so easy to work with. We talked for nearly an hour during our first phone call, not just about her services about also about our lives. Her desire to really get to know each one of her clients is what makes her so special. She did an amazing job at building a relationship with me during the planning process so that by the time the big day rolled around greeting her felt like greeting an old friend. Her desire to really get to know her clients is what I believe makes her so special.
Marieanne has a calming presence and helped me center myself during the big day. She is also just an amazingly talented makeup artist. I loved my wedding look. I looked the best I have ever looked, but I still looked like myself. Also, my makeup held up for 12+ hours, which included 4 hours of nonstop dancing and even light rain during the after party (which was outside). When I went to take my makeup off well after 2am I was amazed at how little it had changed throughout everything.
Throughout the process, Marieanne gave thorough information and was incredibly responsive. She is also very accommodating. When I wanted to switch to airbrush makeup two weeks before the wedding she agreed and was flexible when that meant having to switch up the makeup the order.
You will not regret hiring Marieanne for your wedding day. She is the best of the best and will not only make you look stunning but will help you feel your best as well.

A Vermont treasure!
As so many brides and mothers-of-brides and bridesmaids and women have all written before me, Marieanne is an absolute treasure. She is wonderfully talented, kind, organized, and professional.
I first met Marieanne when I went to do a trial at her home for my June wedding. She asked me to come to that trial prepared with makeup looks that I liked and then, at the trial, walked through each of them with me to discuss what I liked about them. I am relatively inexperienced and uninformed when it comes to makeup and beauty, able to identify things that I like when I see them, but not really able to pinpoint or articulate what it is I like about them -- what a self-proclaimed nightmare for a makeup artist! Yet, Marieanne was able to talk me through each of the images, and the differences between them, and narrow in on my preferences and personal style -- even when I couldn't do so myself.
Between the trial and the wedding, Marieanne was communicative, responsive, and downright helpful - even in areas that had nothing to do with her responsibilities. She made the whole process less stressful, and I was and am still so grateful.
My experience with Marieanne on my wedding day was just as wonderful. She was professional -- arriving on time, well-prepared, and organized (with individual brush sets to be used on each person for whom she would be doing make-up)! She was a calming presence and a true delight to be around -- plus her subtle Irish accent is just delightful! And, finally, the makeup -- it was flawless! My family, friends, and I all opted to do the airbrush makeup and Marieanne made it look so natural and so glowing! We all felt like ourselves -- but just the most stunning versions of ourselves! Our wedding day was nearly 100 degrees -- a Vermont record! -- and makeup could have been a disaster. But Marieanne did an incredible job with makeup that was special, long-lasting, and left me feeling as beautiful at 2:00am as I did when Marieanne first finished my makeup in the early afternoon. I cannot recommend her enough!

Marieanne completely deserves every single one of these 5-star reviews. I *loved* my makeup on my wedding day--it was natural, accentuated my best features, and it felt so comfortable on my skin. I felt like the best version of myself.
When you bring Marieanne onto your team, you're doing more than just signing up for flawless makeup. 1) You get organization: she was quick to create a wedding day timeline, which all other vendors then followed from. Because of her, everything ran perfectly on time. 2) You get pampered: She creates a special space that is separate from hair and where the rest of the girls are just hanging out--in her space, it's serene. There's soft music playing. There's a big light that makes you feel like a movie star. That mattered more than I thought it would on the wedding day, and being in her sanctuary helped calm my nerves. 3) And, most importantly, you get peace of mind. Leading up to my wedding, I didn't have any anxiety over how my makeup would turn out. I knew from my Preview that Marieanne would get it just right--she took careful notes and is exacting in her detail.
Marieanne herself is a special soul--warm, bubbling, and wise, and with a cute Irish accent to boot. She's the kind of lady you want to be best friends with! Sitting in her chair getting my makeup done was honestly one of the best parts of the wedding day.
When I started wedding planning, I wasn't even sure if wedding makeup was something that was worth budgeting for. But I am so, so, so glad that I had Marieanne on my team. Beautiful makeup is empowering, and is worth every penny. We New England brides are lucky to have someone as talented as Marieanne!

Marieanne will be doing makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother + mother in law in October. I just met with her this past weekend for my makeup trial and she was absolutely amazing.
She spent so much time getting to know me and also to go over the makeup style that I wanted. She explained everything that she did. The end product was INCREDIBLE. I have had my makeup done many times as a bridesmaid and for other photoshoots and I have NEVER had my make up done as perfectly as Marieanne did it. My skin looked flawless and I looked natural and exactly how I envisioned for the big day.
The best part is that Marieanne doesn't just focus on makeup - she focuses on good skincare, which is so important to building a great foundation under the makeup. She gave great tips and suggestions for products to use.
I absolutely cannot wait for her to do my makeup on my wedding day and am 100% confident she'll make me look my absolute best!

Marieanne did a wonderful job at my wedding. She is an artist and absolute professional. She did my makeup as well as my 5 bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and mother of the groom. Everyone felt at ease in Marieanne’s chair and was thrilled with their makeup. Their makeup was polished but natural looking.
Marieanne had such a calming affect on the day, and it was so lovely to have her there with us. She was great at keeping us on schedule but also willing to go with the flow. I really appreciated how she maintained a peaceful, quiet area around her makeup station and checked in with me to make sure I was feeling relaxed and had what I needed.
Marieanne is super organized, responsive and detail-oriented. I never had to chase her for answers in the planning process. During my preview, Marieanne was very patient as we step-by-step built a look for my wedding day. She listened and made sure that I was comfortable with what I was seeing. Weeks before the wedding, she reached out to the bridal party to introduce herself, offer skin care tips, and ask if anyone had any skin concerns.
Marieanne’s makeup services are pricey but the cost was on par with other high-end makeup artists in VT. The cost was well worth it as it ensured that everyone felt and looked great and that the day was stress-free. I can’t recommend Marieanne highly enough!

She did my makeup for my wedding and I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out! I had a trial prior to my wedding in order to perfect my look, and enjoyed the different options Marieanne brought forth for having my makeup look classy and natural. She was so patient with all of my questions and she wanted to ensure I got the perfect look for my wedding day. On my wedding day, I felt so pretty all day long and the makeup photographed beautifully as well. In addition, it held up throughout the entire day and into the night. Marieanne is a pleasure to work with and then some! My Husband and I are from Bermuda and we had a destination wedding in Vermont. I went to Vermont for a weekend in January to plan my October wedding. I contacted Marieanne 2 days before heading there, very short notice, to find out if she could do a trial run, and thankfully she could! Marieanne responded timely to my emails and requests and she was a delight in person. We talked, we laughed and we got to know each other she made the process so enjoyable. She even taught me how to do makeup and emailed me all the product information after the trial. I hired her instantly as I was nervous she would book up quickly.
Planning a wedding from a distance is not always easy. Vendors I had met and booked had let me down, Marianne was there to help pick up the pieces. She went over and beyond to recommend bakeries, photographers, florists that she could vouch for. I hired Eleventh Hour bakery for our cake and Bethany and Dan as our photographers, thanks to Marieanne. Awesome recommendations.
On the day of the wedding we were running behind schedule for a few different reasons and Marieanne was flexible and offered to stay for additional time, not without a fee however. I didn't mind though, I was just glad that she could stay and my makeup would be complete, it was flawless. The quality of her work was consistent on all of my girls. She even gave the flower girls some eye shadow and lip gloss which they adored!
I would recommend Marieanne's services to ANYBODY. I am mixed and have a skin tone that changes with the seasons. I am always worried that makeup artists will struggle to match my skin as I have had some terrible experiences in the past. Marieanne is absolutely incredible at her job, I had compliments from every single one of my guests. She gave me a little pot of the lipstick so I could reapply but I wish she would've given me more because I didn't find it lasted long and I LOVED the colour she had chosen.

You will not regret hiring Marieanne!!!!! My husband and I live in Boston and both originally from Vermont. I was really wanted someone with experience and would really be able to help me with the look I wanted. Marieanne delivers! She is highly experienced and professional. She did airbrush makeup for my maid of honor, matron of honor, mothers, and myself along with makeup for my other 5 bridesmaids. She did an outstanding job. EVERYONE was very happy with their makeup. She was so sweet, professional and on time with everyone. This is definitely a decision you won't regret!

While the quality of her work already sets her apart from other vendors in the area, she also made everyone in my wedding party feel so special, confident and relaxed leading up to the event. When I had my trial appointment (about a year before my wedding) I was struggling with acne and I was so relieved to know that even if my skin was not doing well I could still look great. When I left the trial appointment Marieanne recommended a few skin care professionals that I could work with to help improve my skin. It was totally transformational - I never would have believed my skin could look so good. Marieanne was flexible in meeting the needs of my smaller wedding party and our unconventional Monday Wedding date. I am already looking for any excuse to get my make-up done by Marieanne again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional make-up services.

I couldn't be happier with my choice to work with Marianne on my wedding day. During our first consultation, she spent time talking to me about my skincare routine and how I could improve it leading up to the wedding to ensure my skin was in great shape. Thanks to that conversation, it was, and this was a critically important step that she recognized that other vendors I had researched did not! Next, Marieanne was extremely organized, detail oriented, and made sure that I didn't have to worry about taking care of anything. For example, instead of having to create a schedule, she created the schedule and I just had to drop names in the time slots. Although this may seem like a little task, it would have been very time consuming and overwhelming when you have 1,000 other things happening. Leading up to the wedding, she emailed reminders about skin care, completing necessary info she needed, payments, etc well in advance so that I wasn't stressed with tasks only a few weeks before my wedding. On the big day, she was there on time and ready to go without reminders from me and without asking any questions during a very busy and emotionally overwhelming day. On top of being an excellent vendor from the business perspective, I was absolutely, positively in love with my makeup. It was literally perfect. I felt the most beautiful I've ever felt in my whole life, while still feeling natural and like myself! Finally, I still describe one of my favorite moments of my morning as being the hour I spent with Marieanne in the chair doing my makeup. There's something very calming about the atmosphere she creates and she was able to relax my nervous energy. When I looked in the mirror after she was done, I literally couldn't hold back the tears! It was perfect! If you're looking for a professional that you can trust and you want to create the perfect look that suits you on your wedding day, I couldn't make a stronger recommendation than Marieanne!

Marieanne is truly fantastic! To start, she is an incredibly talented makeup artist. I had the great fortune to have her do my makeup for both my wedding as well as the rehearsal dinner / welcome party the night before. She was able to create two very distinct looks for each occasion - both stunning in their own ways and perfect for the separate occasions. My bridesmaids also looked so beautiful thanks to Marieanne. My maid of honor even reached out to her afterwards to get the exact products that Marieanne used since she was so happy with the look.
Beyond her talent, there are so many additional reasons to choose Marieanne. What stood out most for me in the planning process was her incredible attention to detail and organization. In fact, I was able to base the day's schedule off of an hour-by-hour timeline that Marieanne sent to me proactively - which proved to be very helpful given all of the other details pulling away my attention at the time. Most importantly, however, Marieanne is simply a wonderful person. Her kind and calming spirit really allowed me to take a break (one of very few) from all of the craziness of the day and appreciate the moment. For that I will be forever grateful!

Marieanne is a true artist and one of the most genuine people I've ever met. She did makeup for myself and my 8 bridesmaids and we all looked and felt absolutely beautiful! It was a diverse group with fair skinned, olived-skinned and black/brown women and she was able to color match each one of us perfectly (and this was even before Rihanna's Fenty line ;)). She kept all of us on schedule and more importantly kept me, the bride, calm the entire morning. I had to reschedule my trail appointment a couple times and Marieanne was more than accommodating and flexible. I highly recommend doing a trail at her lovely studio. Not only will want her to do your makeup for your big day but you'll also want to get a glass of wine with her and listen to her life stories and advice. Hiring Marieanne was only of the best decisions I made throughout my wedding planning.

Marieanne is such a treasure! I knew the moment we met when I was getting my makeup done as a bridesmaid at a friends wedding that I someday would have her do my makeup at my wedding. It was so important, that she was the first vendor I booked! She is a true artist, so incredibly talented, and has the kindest Irish soul. There were two moments on the wedding day in which I had complete clarity and felt such presence and they were sitting in the makeup chair conversing with Marieanne while singing along to Whitney Houston with pure excitement for the events to follow and the second was sitting next to my brand new husband hand in hand on the altar looking out at all of our favorite people seated in their pews. My entire bridal party was thrilled with their makeup. It goes without saying, but I would highly recommend Marieanne for your wedding makeup needs:)!

She goes beyond the expectations of the contract by first sending questionnaires to all so that she can individualize the appointment. Then she gives makeup and skin care advice before and on the day of the session. Even though I do not wear a lot of eye makeup, I trusted her application of it and she was right! The photos of everyone were beautiful!

I absolutely loved working with Marieanne. My preview was one of the best parts of the whole wedding planning process. I think back to it with the fondest of memories! Marieanne's studio is extremely welcoming and I felt instantly at home and comfortable with Marieanne. During the preview, we started with the most natural makeup and from there would add -- a bit more eyeshadow, more lip but before with each additional 'step', Marieanne would check and see how I liked it before proceeding. Not only would she listen to what I was saying, I felt comfortable openly offering my opinions. I left her studio feeling absolutely beautiful and completely confident that the wedding would be spectacular. Not only does Marieanne do exceptional work, she is highly organized and truly cares about her brides. We had a check in call the week before my wedding and she also looped in with the hairstylist to ensure everyone was on the same page.
Marieanne also worked on my bridesmaids and mother and not only did everyone come out looking absolutely beautiful, we finished early on the wedding day! I loved everything about working with Marieanne and would recommend her with the highest confidence. I sincerely hope I have the chance to work with her again!

Marieanne could not have been more of a life saver on the day of my wedding. She is an artist and a makeup genius. I walked down the aisle into a major hurricane (our wedding was held at the garden overlook at Hildene in Manchester, VT), and my makeup never lost its brilliance or perfection, though the rain poured down and entirely soaked my wedding dress no less than 3 times! My cousin is an esthetician and she was amazed by the quality of work, which is a real testament to Marieanne's skill set. All of my bridesmaids as well as both MOBs were lucky enough to have makeup by Marieanne as well. My father-in-law commented that he never saw his wife more beautiful or happy on my wedding day as the day that they were married.
Beyond the quality of the artistry, Marieanne is kind and thoughtful. She presents with a calm, intelligent demeanor and is simply a lovely person. On the day when anything could go wrong (and it will), Marieanne is the person you want by your side as you get ready for perhaps the biggest moment of your life. I'm very particular about my makeup (meaning I don't like very much at all, not the other way around), and really do not have a strong knowledge base in this area. Marieanne was patient, personable, and professional. She took the time to educate me and made what could have otherwise been a stressful part of my wedding easy and flawless. I am so glad I chose Marieanne to do my makeup for my wedding day. She was so kind and knowledgeable and made me feel so relaxed. Marieanne did the makeup for all of my bridesmaids as well as my mom. As someone who does not wear a lot of makeup or know anything about makeup, I was definitely intimidated to start the process of looking for and hiring makeup services for my wedding. Marieanne was professional from start to finish and it was very clear that she is not only knowledgeable and passionate about cosmetics, but about skin care in general. She was straight-forward, and offered recommendations on how to address some of my dermatitis issues, and who to seek out for help. I never felt like Marieanne was judging me or my skin, and I felt she genuinely wanted to help improve it beyond my wedding day.
Marieanne was well-prepared on the days of my preview and wedding. I can't think of a single thing that she could have done better! She is a professional through and through, and is so talented. I was happy with the look she came up with during my preview and she executed it perfectly the day of my wedding. My makeup (I opted for traditional) lasted all day--from my first look photos, through the ceremony, until the end of the night. My Maid of Honor, who has had her makeup done professionally more often than myself, told me that she was surprised at how well the makeup stood the test of time throughout the day, and was the best makeup she's had done in terms of longevity.
I would highly recommend Marieanne and Flawless Cosmetic Design. She was lovely to work with, she's thorough, and is really an expert at what she does.

I was 9 months pregnant for my brothers wedding and feeling HUGE and not so pretty. The make up artist was so sweet and literally an artist. She gave me a natural look with tasteful dramatic eyes - I loved the way I looked! And she even made my mom feel like a million dollars - she's really picky and 60 years old. She was very good at the work she performed. She was very in with the upcoming fashion and makeup style. Marieanne was very down to earth and explained the entire process as she worked through it. Having being someone who never has worn make-up I was a little nervous going in and having my complete face put on. But Marieanne made that experience one I will never forget. She would explain the brush she was using and the particular makeup she was using and what the purpose of it was. Having her hold up the mirror to view the finished product was a scene out of a movie, i was left speechless. Marieanne is remarkable at what she does and is definitely someone I would recommend to friends who are in need of a make-up artist.

Marianne was a lifesaver she is an incredible talent at what she does. It was getting down to the wire with finding all the vendors and I could not find anyone who could do natural and flattering makeup. Thank goodness I met Marianne !! I can't say enough what a wonderful job she did and what a fantastic person she is! She even treated my niece to a free pre wedding makeup session it was so amazing
I'm hoping I have a reason to use her again

Coming from a background of hardly ever wearing makeup, the task of finding the right make-up artist for my wedding day was nerve-wracking. From the moment I met Marieanne, I knew I was in good hands. She is very easy to work with and made me feel at ease. Not only did she provide me with helpful makeup advise, she also gave me much needed advise on my overall skin care. On my wedding day I felt like a princess, but never felt like I was even wearing makeup! It also held up for the entire day! I highly recommend Marieanne! Not only did she make myself and my bridal party look absolutely stunning on the day of my wedding, but she took the time to make sure that she was truly getting to know every contour of our faces. Her work complemented our skin tones, our shadows, our intricacies, and our wishes. From our first conversation to our trial run in her absolutely gorgeous makeup studio, to her kindness and professionalism on our wedding day, we were absolutely thrilled with her. I can not say enough about Marieanne. Upon meeting her for my trial she was fun, informative, and unbelievably talented. Leading up to the wedding Marieanne was on top of communicating with myself and my bridal party. The day of the wedding she was right on time and ran everything so efficiently, after being in so many other weddings recently i find this so important. Everyone LOVED their makeup and photographed amazingly! My party included 7 bridesmaids, one junior bridesmaid, mother-in-law, and of course myself the bride. Marieanne was a delight to work with! She did the makeup for my brother's wedding a few weeks ago and everyone from the bride, bridesmaids and mothers all looked fantastic. Marieanne was so calm and sweet throughout the day she never got flustered even when the air conditioning in our room died and it was 100 degrees with humidity. I was the first to get my makeup done that day and from 9AM till the last song was played on the dance floor my makeup looked flawless. Thank you Marieanne!!

MarieAnne did a fabulous job on our make up. She took care of 8 of us on while remaining completely calm and focused and on schedule. I did not look "made up." I think I looked pretty good! and she adjusted as she went along to customize for me. She also did me a huge favor by apply an anti-perspiring product when she did my touch up and realized that my fact was already sweaty.

I used Marieanne to do makeup for my wedding @ the Mountain Top Inn in Chittenden, Vermont. As an Asian bride, I was worried that finding a makeup artist was going to be difficult in Vermont. After speaking to Marieanne on the phone, I was comfortable that she would do a fabulous job. She's a great listener and is extremely knowledgeable about makeup. She's given me more than just a beautiful face on my wedding day. She had very helpful make up tips and recommendations that I've been using even after my wedding. Marieanne also did the makeup of our Korean mothers, and she did an amazing job. I couldn't have asked for better service from Marieanne, she is amazing! My original makeup artist canceled 3 weeks before my wedding, and after calling 30+ people, we found Marieanne. She stepped in, and I was even able to fit in a trial. She really understood my vision and made my bridesmaids who never wear makeup feel really comfortable. I highly recommend Marieaneanne to do your wedding makeup!
