I cannot recommend the Flawless team enough. They are so caring - truly making sure everyone is happy. And very flexible, from me needing to reschedule my trial to making some last-minute changes and indecision. Having sweet, caring hair and makeup artists truly sets the tone for a beautiful day, and I felt beautiful thanks to their incredible skill and work! As did my bridesmaids and mothers - everyone brought up how sweet and amazing they were. I was worried about having an off day with very dry skin and dry lips but I shouldn't have as they solved it, as they solve everything! -

Working with Brittney and her team was nothing but a positive experience from start to finish for my fall wedding held in Asheville, NC. I knew I wanted to hire Flawless as my H&M vendor from the very first day I spoke to Brittney on the phone.
My assigned stylist was Haley. She nailed the hairstyle I was looking for and really blew it out of the park! I rarely wear makeup on a day to day or do much with my hair and wear it up almost daily. My emphasis to Brittney was an overall natural look and she truly accomplished this on my wedding day for my makeup. My hubby couldn't believe his eyes on how my H&M turned out!
This was my first time getting airbrushed makeup and I loved it. All of my bridal party LOVED their hair and makeup!!! If you want H&M that will be FLAWLESS than you absolutely need to hire FLAWLESS!!! THANK YOU AGAIN! :) -

It’s already in their name - my experience with Flawless was truly flawless! I absolutely loved how my hair and makeup turned out. I did a trial beforehand, and they listened to all of my feedback and executed it perfectly on the big day.
I even threw a last-minute curveball and decided to change my hairstyle the morning of the wedding… and they rolled with it effortlessly. The result was beautiful, and exactly what I didn’t know I needed.
I’m so thankful for this talented and kind team. I’ve had my hair and makeup done for other weddings before, but I can honestly say I felt the most confident and beautiful on my own wedding day - thanks entirely to them. I did my trial with them for my engagement photos and that confirmed that I was 100% going to use them for my wedding day. Not only was my makeup flawless, but the team was such a joy to spend time with. The communication, responsiveness and attention to detail was unmatched from day 1 of meeting to my wedding day. They made me feel so beautiful and took instruction very well because I’m a very picky person. My mom, mother in law and bridesmaids also looked absolutely stunning. I got married at The Farm at Old Edwards and loved having Flawless as a part of it. Brittney and Haley did my hair and makeup (bride) and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were calm, professional, and so easy to work with. My hair and makeup were exactly what I had envisioned and held up perfectly all day (through my tears, the rain and dancing the night away).

Going with Brittney and her team was a no brainer. Brittney has a powerhouse group of stylists who nailed hair and make up for my bridal party, mom and myself. Kelsey NAILED my dream hair. I find myself looking at photos and videos of it often. My husband continues to rave about my hair and how much he loved how it felt exactly me. Eveline CRUSHED it on my make up. It was locked in all day, even with me bursting into tears OFTEN. big crier over here and my make up looked unbothered by my tears. Kelsey at Flawless did a phenomenal job on my wedding day makeup, my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-laws makeup! She was efficient and had everyone finished on time! I spent a lot of time researching hair and makeup artistry with the hope of finding the best quality work for the best price. I immediately knew that I had found the right salon when I came across Flawless: Asheville Airbrush Makeup Artistry! Before we ever met, the team at Flawless showed great communication and customer service. They came off as friendly and excited to work together. I admittedly had lots of questions and they were always happy to give me further information or accommodate any of my requests. I highly recommend spending the extra money to do a bridal trial! I had a lot of fun with my hair and makeup artists, they were both quick and efficient, and we were able to nail down a solid plan for my wedding day look. On my wedding day, I felt absolutely beautiful. My hair and makeup stayed in place all day and night. I felt that it looked like me when I looked in the mirror and it was everything that I had hoped for in my wedding day look! The Flawless Team also did the hair and makeup for almost all of my bridal party, as well as mothers of the bride and groom. Every single person was ecstatic with their look and felt that the cost was very reasonable. Amazing Talent & Experience
The whole Flawless team did a wonderful job for our wedding! I had 9 girls that were getting makeup done and it was done quickly and everyone loved their makeup! They were amazing!! I booked from out of state and they were easy to schedule and work with. They asked questions as we went and made sure my hair and makeup were exactly what I wanted. Since there were only two of us they let us come to their salon and it was perfect for us. I highly recommend them to do both hair and makeup for your event. I booked Amber from Flawless as our wedding makeup artist for me, my 3 bridesmaids, MOG, and MOB. All our makeup looked so beautiful. I had a few changes to my makeup after our consultation and she was very kind and open about it and incorporated them into the day of bridal makeup so I was very happy with how it turned out. I wanted a natural look with a little bit of shimmer and that's exactly what I got!Flawless's reply:

Picking a hair and makeup team as a bride can be one of the more stressful parts of wedding planning but Flawless made it the complete opposite! As a girl who has been a bridesmaid several times and has not always been pleased with professional hair and makeup I was BLOWN AWAY with the final product. The trial was perfect and Kelsey and Madison listened to everything i had to say. They came to our hotel for getting ready day of and were so chill and relaxed throughout. I was in LOVE with my final look and it honestly lasted until midnight without a single touchup needed so I truly looked flawless in every photo. All of my bridesmaids said how it was the best makeup they've every had and everyone was obsessed with their hair. Even my mom and MIL loved their final looks! 10/10 recommend!Flawless's reply:

Haley from Flawless is such a talented hair stylist!! Haley gave me a classic Hollywood wave hairdo and I have never felt more beautiful! It stayed perfectly done throughout the entire ceremony and reception, and that was with a lot of hair-crushing hugs and jumping up and down on the dance floor! She also did the entire bridal party and mother-of-the-bride hair styles and everyone in the party looked like they could be the one getting married–that’s how good of a job she did on everyone’s hair!! Everyone looked so gorgeous and felt so pretty thanks to Haley’s talents and hard work. I cannot recommend hiring Haley for your wedding day hair services enough!! Flawless was amazing on our wedding day! The owner, Brittney was available and responsive for help and questions leading up to the big day. On the day of, Haley, Bri and Tina were on time and so accommodating for everyone in our party (grandmothers and flower girls included!). They were so amazing at keeping everything stress free and on time! It was such a wonderful experience working with this whole team, they were all professional but also so sweet and truly cared that everyone loved their looks. Everyone's hair and makeup came out beautifully. I had a destination wedding and was unable to do a trial run and I am very picky. Tina and Haley with the flawless team exceeded my expectations! They both did such a fabulous job and I even risked for full glam, and Hollywood curls for the first time. My mother who is 60 was extremely pleased with her hair and makeup as well as my sister and my teenage daughter who changed her mind mid service on hair style. Tina and Haley was so sweet and made sure she was equally as happy as me, her mom!

Haley and Meredith were the sweetest people the day of my wedding and had me looking the best I ever had. My make up was better than I could have ever imagined and I even had some bridesmaid add on make after seeing how good it was!! Haley was great with my extensions and my hair lasted all night. Flawless did such an amazing job!! I thought it was a myth that airbrush foundation would last all day and not sweat off, but boy was I wrong (even with my super sweat prone skin)! Brittney and her team are absolutely incredible. They arrived on time and were ready to work - had everything we could possibly need, and the airbrush-style makeup was complete perfection. Haley did my bridal hair, and it was exactly what I wanted. The curls lasted all night, and she made sure to include a small braid that nobody could see so that my veil would stay put during the ceremony.
My bridesmaids and I all felt so beautiful the entire day. My reception went until midnight and my makeup and hair still looked incredible even in those late-night (not entirely sober) photos, and all of my bridesmaids looked so incredible the entire night too! The BEST for wedding hair and makeup
Brittney and her crew were fantastic for my wedding hair and makeup! I was having to plan a wedding from across the country and had some last minute plan changes that Brittney was great about adjusting to, plus I had a large wedding party and they were able to get everyones hair and makeup done in time for the wedding. I loved the airbrush makeup because it was so light with great coverage and lasted all night. I got so many compliments! I want to start this review by stating that I did quite a bit of research about wedding makeup and hair options for my October 2021 wedding at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville. I even considered bringing teams in from out of state. Hair I cannot do at all, but makeup I am actually pretty skilled. I often find that when I get my makeup professionally done that I am not pleased and often redo it myself. I did know that I wanted airbrush. This was one thing I could not personally do and also one thing that was hard to find among Asheville makeup artists. Most companies I researched did not do airbrush or "strongly recommended" against it and opted for what they considered a more natural look. This made me very nervous and was off putting to me. When I found Flawless I was thrilled. Not only did I like their portfolio and their airbrush capabilities, but I also liked their hair portfolio. To be completely honest, I was not very impressed with my hair and makeup trial. Part of it may have been that the simple chignon I chose was just not flattering on me, but part of it was that the hair stylist convinced me to part my hair down the middle with it which was also deeply unflattering on me in that particular hair style. I also was not impressed by the makeup. The artist spent 3/4 of the booked time on my makeup which was honestly a simple winged eyeliner with a red lip. I had provided countless photos of what I wanted (per their request) and yet I felt that she was completely in the dark for the look I wanted. She didn't even have red lip liner or lip stick that she could find and after 10 minutes of awkward digging around I gave her my own to use. My eyebrows looked not good, either. I left feeling quite defeated. Well. You might be wondering why I have left 5 stars. I emailed them before my wedding with a different hair style choice that I had done at my bridal shower and loved. I also emailed them with my concerns which was very uncomfortable for me to do but I didn't know what to do otherwise. They responded so graciously and completely reassured me and I was so grateful for their kindness and respect and understanding with my concerns. Apparently those artists no longer worked with them. The day of my wedding I was a little apprehensive as they were doing my makeup & hair, my mom's, my mother in law's, and my 8 bridesmaids makeup & hair. I CANNOT EXPRESS how much we all loved the services!! My mother in law has had bad experiences in the past like I had and she was so happy! We all work! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and cannot say enough times how absolutely beyond pleased we were with the work of this team!! They are so skilled, so kind, so communicative, and truly understand what you want and make it work. THANK YOU so much from the bottom of my heart!Flawless's reply:

I had my trial while covid restrictions were still very enforced and they were great about working with me so my mom and sister could watch since they live in another state and hadn’t been that involved with planning due to covid. Shianne and Katie arrived at my Airbnb right on time on my wedding day and efficiently did hair and makeup for 6 of us in a few hours and finished ahead of schedule. We were all so impressed with how everything turned out and most importantly everything stayed in place for the rest of the day. Actually flawless!
Flawless did my and my wedding party's hair and makeup for my wedding, and they did an awesome job! Our hair stylist was Kaitlyn and our makeup artist was Katie, and both of them were friendly, professional, and super talented. They seemed experienced and knowledgable, and listened to what everyone wanted and were able to make it come to life. I never have my hair or makeup done by anyone else, so I was a little nervous, but I really couldn't have been happier with how I looked, and both stylists emphasized that if there was anything I wanted to be changed, they were happy to do it (but there wasn't). I liked the airbrush makeup because it actually looked more natural, even, and great in the pictures without feeling like I was wearing a ton of makeup. I was referred to the Flawless Airbrush Makeup team by a friend who had their makeup and hair done by them before. I had to make new, somewhat last minute plans for my May wedding due to COVID-19 and Brittney was so responsive and worked with me to get me and my mom scheduled for hair and makeup. Day of, she and Haley did an amazing job with my hair and makeup. I don't generally wear a lot of makeup so Brittney kept my makeup at a level that was not too overdone for me and Haley was able to perfectly capture what I was imagining for my hair. I chose Flawless for myself and my 9 bridesmaids for our wedding, and I truly could not have been happier! I did a 180 a few weeks before my wedding and decided to do a completely different hair style than I had the girls do at the trial, and they were so accommodating and assured me they would make my hair look however I wanted it! The make-up looked beautiful, and they were really conscious of making the coverage exactly how we wanted it. After the trial, my husband and I actually went white-water rafting, and my make-up seriously still looked perfect after. I can't say enough good things about Flawless and Britney's team. Flawless Airbrush came to my wedding rescue when I had a bad experience with another company, and then Brittany and Haley truly blew all of my expectations out of the water! They listened to my suggestions and then continued to do 10X better than the pictures me and my bridesmaids showed them. They were so communicative, punctual, and so kind and fun! Not to mention our hair and makeup stayed in place all day and night and still looked perfect at 10:00 P.M.
