Thanks to Jason, our wedding day flowed smoothly and flawlessly and was more than I could have dreamed. If there was a mistake or crisis, we sure didn’t know, see or feel it. The venue covers all bases and contingency plans. We are overjoyed with the service of all the staff and gracious residents that shared their piece of heaven and everything was absolutely beautiful. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Flag Ranch on June 12, 2021 and everything was wonderful! We looked at a lot of venues, and we fell in love with the mountain views from the ceremony site and the clubhouse. The clubhouse has impressive wood beams, fireplace, and windows. There’s a porch that wraps around the whole backside of the clubhouse and there’s also pavilion. We used those areas for yard games like corn hole during the cocktail hour and reception. The dining room is super spacious with vaulted ceilings. We were initially going to have 150 people, but due to COVID we dropped it down to 50, which actually seemed like the perfect amount to me for the space. We weren’t all crammed in. The ceremony is down on the driving range, but if needed to we would have moved everything under the pavilion in inclement weather. There is no shade down at the ceremony site, but even on an 80+ degree day at 4:30, it wasn’t unbearable. Working with the Flag Ranch event staff was super easy. They are very laid back. They were basically open to doing whatever we wanted; they’re very accommodating. They have their own chef, so you do have to use their catering, but the food was phenomenal! We were nervous about having to sign for the venue without having tasted the food, so they let us come in for dinner one night, even though it’s normally open only to their members. Everyone in the community was very welcoming and understanding. They were patient when we were out on the golf course for photos and everyone wished us the best. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Flagstaff wedding to check Flag Ranch out!

We found the most beautiful place in Flagstaff to get married! It had a perfect view of the Peaks, had beautiful rustic interior that needed almost no decorating, and was far enough from the freeway to have absolutely no traffic noise but was still less than 10 minutes away from the main Flagstaff area (only 5 minutes from our hotel). It also had very nice locker rooms downstairs that were great for our last minute preparations before the ceremony. The events coordinator was so helpful throughout the whole process and was always willing to let us come in to see the building and promply answered our emails and phone calls.

The food also turned out delicious! All of our guests told us how much they enjoyed their meal. The kitchen manager was also very helpful in assisting us with choosing our meal. He was very receptive to what we wanted and anything we needed to change due to allergies.

The price for the location was a little high, especially because we got married during "wedding season," but in the end, we felt it was worth every penny!

This is an incredible venue. All of the staff are wonderful to work with. The food is delicious!

The Venue was amazingly beautiful and the service and flexiblity was great as well. The bartenders did a fantastic job keeping up with our group and the food was great! Yvonne the wedding planner was really helpful throughout the whole process!
