Brigid and her team were nothing short of amazing! Though their primary job was to provide the venue, they went above and beyond to ensure our wedding went as smoothly as possible.
In the days leading up to the event, Brigid was consistently checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating regarding our payment deadlines. On the wedding day, she was incredibly flexible, allowing us to set up early and start the bridal party’s makeup on-site. Brigid and her husband and team were constantly available to help set up the venue exactly how we wanted it. They immediately replaced a few table linens that appeared to have water stains, brought out one of their horses for our wedding photos, and even had her father jump in as a photographer when our main professional suffered from a mild case of heat exhaustion! At the end of the evening, they helped tear down all the decorations and consolidate everything for easy loading and transport.
This venue is a true hidden gem, offering incredible value, beauty, and service that far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it!

This was absolutely the most beautiful venue for my son’s graduation party. Brigid was fantastic- very responsive and so easy to work with. She had everything we needed- linens, tables and chairs…. It could not have been any easier. I highly recommend Five Fillies.

“Dream Come True” as my daughter stated
This venue was perfect for my daughter’s graduation party. She had a vision of what she wanted and this was everything and more! They were very helpful and professional, we could not have asked for a better experience. The hosting family is awesome and accommodating. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. We had attended a wedding here a few years prior and it was amazing as well!!! We are so happy we chose Five Fillies, our guests are still commenting how much they enjoyed it.

Picture perfect sunset
Fantastic venue. Multiple spots to accommodate all your needs regardless of what the weather conditions are like. We loved the rustic look and all of our guests were very impressed with the place. We thank you for the quickness of the staff to set up our event with all the changes that accrued due to the weather. Our only issue would be the early clean up which kinda made some our guests feel as though our wedding was coming to an end when we actually had plenty of time left to have fun.

When we were looking for a venue for our wedding day I came across Five fillies and reached out to them to check the place out. I was so blown away by how beautiful it was when we toured it. I knew immediately it would be the place I’d choose. Brigid and her husband accommodated to all of our requests. She made me feel at ease as a bride and helped us capture the memories with ideas for photographs! While researching venues she was the only one I found that wasn’t outrageously priced and she even made it easier with a payment plan. If I could choose this venue again and again I would!

Amazing experience at Five Fillies Farm
Where do I even start! We had our wedding at Five Fillies in August, and it was one of the most beautiful days! Brigid and Tony were more than accommodating. For our set up and rehearsal the Friday before the wedding, we had asked if we could move the time to later in the evening to accommodate some of our bridal party coming in from out of town. They were more than willing to work with us on the time and allowed us to make the change in time. During set up they were both around to field any questions we had and to help as much as we needed. They also already had a good portion of the barn set up for us. We did not need to set up any tables, linens, or silverware, which made the night much quicker for us. The day of the wedding they were both there with additional help to make sure our day went smoothly. They were there to help with parking vehicles and vendors so that all my groom and I and our families had to do was enjoy the day and get married! When our night came to an end I looked around and realized that they had slowly been cleaning up and packing our decorations up without me even noticing! Everything they did made it easier for us and I really appreciated it. It truly was a perfect day and I couldn't have asked for a better venue.

Where do my husband and I begin!
Five Fillies Farm made our dream wedding a reality! The venue owners (Brigid and Tony Tebaldi) were extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. Brigid was right beside me providing moral support and fixing my extremely long veil for the beautiful pictures of me walking down the aisle. Even better! When my bridesmaids were unable to assist, Brigid helped me take off my heels right after the ceremony. Which I greatly appreciated! Without the centerpieces and decorations, the venue still looks absolutely beautiful. What I loved the most about this location is being allowed to decorate the ceremony and reception yourself. I’m a very artsy person who enjoys decorating with their own creations. The centerpieces I created were bird cages filled with Ling’s Moments floral arrangements. However, one of my character defects is being a perfectionist. Halfway through decorating, I started to get overwhelmed and fearful my vision was not going to be accomplished. Brigid noticed my distress and provided options, ideas, and feedback. Which was extremely helpful and calming for an overthinking bride like myself. I can’t say Brigid and Tony will be there the whole time because they have three children and horses that need assistance. Although, from our experience at Five Fillies Farm, Tony and Brigid seemed to appear at the right time to help and answer questions. More importantly, the bathrooms are clean, AIR CONDITIONED, and decorated so adorably that you forget you are using a mobile restroom contraption outside the reception. We’ve been invited to a few weddings that took place at overly priced venues who did not care about the cleanliness of their restrooms. An uncommon/unspoken comment for a venue review but matters for locations that host weddings from May to October like Five Fillies Farm.
Thanks Brigid, Tony, and tuxedo printed barn cat who wanted to be a groomsman during the rehearsal for making our wedding day unforgettable! Tristan and I plan to brag about how perfect our wedding day was at Five Fillies Farm forever.

Highly Recommend this Stunning Venue
We chose Five Fillies Farm for our Oct 3, 2020 wedding. We were living in Las Vegas, but planning a Pennsylvania wedding. Planning out of state could have been much more stressful, but working with Five Fillies, put us so much more at ease. I cannot praise Brigid enough for her dedication and kindness through the entire process. She communicated exceptionally well with us. We were so worried we would not be able to have our wedding safely or even not at all. Brigid constantly kept us updated as the COVID regulations changed. She helped us plan such an amazing day. We had so many of our guests tell us how safe they felt at the barn. There was plenty of hand sanitizer and space for all of our guests. We appreciated the fact we were able to set up the day before our wedding and have our rehearsal there too. Five Fillies set up our tables and chairs exactly as we asked. The farm is absolutely breathtaking! Our photographer was able to capture some of the most brilliant pictures. We absolutely loved everything about Five Fillies Farm. We were very fortunate to have our wedding there and would definitely recommend it!

Perfect venue for a perfect day
Brigid and Tony made the wedding planning process so easy. They had a list of all potential vendors they preferred to work with, each vendor we met very pleasant to us. Brigid and Tony were very attentive and accommodating leading up to our wedding for any detail or question we had. They were both there onsite with extra hired hands the day of, and made sure everything went off without a hitch with all the vendors. The barn and property were a perfect beautiful setting to get married and have a reception. We cannot thank them enough.

Brigid and Tony are amazing! Since the beginning, Brigid answered all questions so quickly. She helped make the wedding vision come true. Tables and chairs and some decor is available. TONS OF WOOD SLABS. The barn and the land is absolutely beautiful. There is also a suite for bridal party to get ready in. On the day of, she made sure everything went smoothly and all the vendors arrived when they needed to. AND they helped tear down. My husband and I are so glad they were apart of our day! If you’re looking for a DIY place or bring in your own vendors, this is the place!

The venue is an authentic 100 year old working farm filled with character, animals, gorgeous views, and charm you won’t find elsewhere. We had the most amazing experience for our fall wedding. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We married near the horse barn on the property, used their bride/groom suites available, used decor pieces available, and so much more that those who reserve a date there will get to enjoy!! The smooth flow of our wedding was all thanks to the amazing and sweet owners of the venue! Our wedding guests are still continuously telling us how beautiful the property was and how well our wedding went. The price point for the venue is close the other similar rustic farm venues, however Five Fillies has more included in their price. The owners of the property are trustworthy and very understanding with everything. They were flexible with time frames we had and really easy to talk with in person, email, or over the phone. They always made sure we had everything we needed and even helped setup and take down our wedding! We highly recommend Five Fillies Farm to everyone looking for an incredibly memorable experience!

our wedding was absolutely PERFECT! it felt like an absolute dream! five fillies is such an absolutely beautiful venue! brigid is AMAZING! she’s super fast to respond and really works hard to make sure your day is as perfect as you ever dreamed! did i mention the venue is beautiful? if i has to redo my wedding over i wouldn’t change a thing i’d pick this venue again and again and again!

Flawless Day and Wonderful Experience
If you are looking for a smooth going perfect day, Five Fillies Farm has you covered. I cannot thank the owners and the staff for being so helpful up to the big day and on the day of. My husband and I had a wonderful and perfect day. Only complaint was it went by too fast on us. Thank you Five Fillies Farm for a worry-free day but most importantly thank you for making September 14th, 2019 the best day of my life.

Five fillies was more than I could have ever asked for. Brigid and the staff are absolutely amazing. From the first time I reached out to her until the day before when I had a million questions she quickly responded and had answers and suggestions for me. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, I'm a little bias because I grew up right down the road but it made it that much more special to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a barn wedding. My day was absolutely perfect and it was in large part thanks to them.

Charming and beautiful
Five Fillies is such a unique and beautiful venue that filled all of our expectations for what we wanted our wedding to be. Our guests were so impressed and we continue to receive compliments about our wedding here. Brigid and Tony and everyone affiliated with the farm were incredible to work with and so accommodating. They assisted with any requests we had, even down to Brigid sewing a button back on my dress and fixing a small rip in my dress after the ceremony to rearranging some decorations and some of the set up last minute due to weather conditions. We truly could not have been happier with the outcome and would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!!

Beautiful barn venue! I love that there were so many options to choose from to have our ceremony on the property, especially since I changed my mind that day due to rain that we had in the morning. It's also really awesome that I didn't have to decorate to much in the barn, between the lighting and supplies they had it was a stress reliever! Brigid was the best and answered any questions I had promptly!

Where to even begin - When my fiance and I came to visit the farm over a year before our wedding date, we fell in love! Brigid and Tony were so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and flexible. Brigid answered all of my questions and responded so quickly every time I reached out to her. Even when I was sending her emails with tons of questions 8 months out when she was likely busy answering other people's questions and hosting events, she always made me feel like my event was the most important! She helped us every single step of the way, even guiding us to choose the most amazing caterer for our wedding.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful and there are several different locations on the farm where the ceremony can be held, so you can truly make the wedding your own. The bridal suite is absolutely lovely and was the perfect space for my bridesmaids and I to get ready that morning. Everyone I talked to only had positive things to say about the venue.
The day of the wedding, Brigid and Tony were always around, helping us out with whatever we needed and always checking in. I can't express enough just how amazing they are. They even offer an array of decor items and silverware, plates, and linens to choose from. I would recommend this venue 100% - you will not regret it!

Not only is the barn and property gorgeous, but Brigid and her family go above and beyond to make your day perfect. They help with planning, set up, and clean up. Five Fillies was the PERFECT venue for us! From the white wedding barn to the bridal suite, the entire farm is gorgeous and a great place if you're looking for a rustic, outdoor wedding. Many of our guests reached out to us and said that it was the most fun wedding they'd ever been to, and we know it's because of the unique location and excellent help from Brigid! We couldn't have done it without her and her husband Tony - they were exceptional in answering all of our questions and making the wedding day go so smoothly. We got married in the fall and while we lucked out with a warm day, heaters can be set up in the barn in case of cooler weather and the ceremony can be held inside the barn if it rains. There is ample parking for all of the guests, and our bridal party was able to get ready at the farm in the bridal suite and new groom's room. Aside from centerpieces and a memorial, I hardly had to decorate at all because the barn is already so authentic and tastefully decorated with lights and wine barrels for the catering tables and bar. I highly recommend Five Fillies!

We held about a 60 person Bridal Shower in August at Five Fillies Farm and it was perfect!
From the time we arrived to decorate until the the event was complete, Brigid and her family helped with whatever we needed. From decorating to directing parking, the event went off without a hitch.
The barn itself is so gorgeous and the landscaping/entrance is spot on.
I would highly recommended this venue for small to large events. I wish it was open when I got married!!

If we had to do the entire wedding over, we would still pick Five Fillies Farm for our reception. It was the most amazing place and was just so beautiful. Five Fillies Farm was the only reception venue that we looked at when we were planning our wedding. I fell in love with the barn immediately. The barn has so much character that it didn't need a lot which is what we liked about it. It was just so remarkable when you walked into it, you just felt at ease. The day of the wedding, it turned out so beautiful! It was really nice that our guests who were outside of the barn during the reception never felt closed off. It still felt like everyone was all together which was really nice for us because we were able to see that everyone was having a great time. We couldn't have asked for a better venue.
Brigid and her team were so amazing! Brigid was so responsive for any questions that we had. She truly wants your wedding experience to be the best that it can be. What was so nice is that she is with you the day before when you set up so you can iron out any questions or ideas that you may have. She is with you the entire time of your reception and checks in to make sure you are enjoying everything. She was just so great!

A beautiful barn inside and out. Reasonable pricing. Friendly owners and staff that helped bring my vision to life. Easy going process and helpful to rent it for three days. I've down a lot of weddings and events but this was by far the most helpful flexible and nice venue to work with. They were response to every phone call question and when we wanted to stop by and looks at it again... I am a visual person so this was truly helpful! This is a great Family run facility I would recommend it to anybody who was wanting to have their reception/and ceremony in a barn setting. They are super knowledge able and helpful.

My daughter was married at Five Fillies this summer, and it was absolutely fabulous. The venue is gorgeous, as is the rest of the farm. The barn is truly an authentic 100 year old structure, with amazing acoustics and decor. Our guests loved everything about it. It was simply amazing - great people, great venue, great value! Could not recommend more highly.

Years from now when we look back at our daughters wedding day, "I know we will say".. "what a great decision we made to have it at Five Fillies Farms in New Wilmington,Pa."
The day we arrived to decorate they were present decorating the outside of the barn and the grounds with fall decorations, Pumpkins and Mums and bails of hay. They helped us with setting up tables and chairs and offering many many suggestions. All the time putting our minds at rest that the Wedding would be beautiful and it was.
The day of the Emily's Wedding the Weather forecast called for rain. We had a tent set up but Brigid and her parents offered many alternative suggestions. We were prepared to move the Wedding inside of the barn if necessary. Luckily the ceremony went off without any weather problems.
The whole night the Five Fillies Staff were on hand and made the whole evening an incredible experience for our friends & family. The charm of the barn, the music,food it was just perfect way to celebrate. They even set up corn hole for our guests to play outside. May guests told us it was the best Wedding they had ever attended.
Going anywhere else but Five Fillies would have been a huge mistake. Not discounting other venues but the expertise that Five Fillies offers is in-measurable. Their care for detail and their warm hospitality made us feel like we were with family. We were not just a number or a one time customer we were special guests.
They made our daughter Emily's wedding day experience a lasting memory we will never forget.
We are so happy we chose Five Fillies Farm.

If you book your event at Five Fillies Farm, you are making a great decision! Everyone at the venue is extremely helpful, responsive and caring! Brigid, your main contact, genuinely cares about whether or not your event goes well and that is not something you find every day. Let alone how gorgeous everything looks! It rained on our wedding day and we had to move the ceremony inside and I think I liked it almost better; it was great to have the peace of mind of a rain backup plan. Everyone loved the venue, thought it was so unique and could not stop gushing about how beautiful it was.

Beautiful location with gorgeous views, especially during sunset. The farm is easy to find and conveniently located near the highway. The owners were very pleasant to work with, and I appreciated that it's a family-owned business so you always get personal, great service. Plus, it's one of the most unique and affordable venues in the area, especially because they offer so much included in the price and provide great recommendations for catering, music, and other vendors. I would definitely recommend Five Fillies for any brides who want an authentic, casual yet elegant and unique wedding venue.

Fantastic, authentic venue. The barn is huge and very rustic, with Amish-made floors. Five Fillies has accommodating, welcoming owners and is entirely family-owned and operated. They provide classy linens, white dishes, high quality flatware, a refrigerator, and even rustic decor like wine barrels, wagon wheel chandeliers, and old Amish doors. There is a lot of flexibility with set-up because of the large hay fields and horse fields surrounding the barn. This is by far the best wedding venue in the area, and is incredibly affordable. They have great contacts with the best local bands, caterers, photographers, rental companies, etc, and are willing to share so much advice. I highly recommend Five Fillies Farm for any event, especially weddings!

The best way to describe Five Fillies is not only is the location beautiful but the staff are beyond helpful. The whole day before they were there helping set up tables and moving things around. When one of our vendors fell through the day before they called up another one for us and made sure everything would be ready for the next day. After the reception was over the staff even helped us pack up all our decorations so we could pick everything up the next day. They have so many little touches that make the barn so perfect for a shabby chic wedding reception!

Beautiful and accomadating helpful

Five Fillies Farm was a great place to have our wedding. Nothing went as planned on our wedding day, at NO fault of Five Fillies (shuttle mishaps, catering breakdown, etc...). Needless to say, I had a complete breakdown and Five Fillies Farm handled my shenanigans beautifully. The venue is beautiful, the people are very easy to work with (even when their clients, i.e., ME, are not!), and even when things don't go as planned, the owners find a way to make things work.
My only complaint is that the barn was extremely warm, to the point that it was uncomfortable to be remain inside. My guests quickly exited the barn after dinner to mingle outside. Luckily, our band was able to move outside easily, otherwise there would have been an empty dance floor and no entertainment. It was a VERY hot day, so there was not much that could be done, but I would keep that in mind when booking. All in all I would definitely recommend Five Fillies Farm to any couple who wants to have the ability and freedom to make their wedding day unique.

This was a beautiful facility! We had our son's graduation party here and Brigid was very helpful and easy to work with. The only thing that was difficult was that they book very quickly, but other than that, I loved it. I would definitely have my next child's party here.

I am so happy we had our wedding at Five Fillies Farm. It was beautiful and unique and perfect. Brigid and Todd helped with details that we overlooked and they were prepared for any question/request that we had for them. Our guests loved the location too.

They were incredible
Tony and Brigid were amazing. They always had quick answers to my questions and helped out with every step of the planning process. They made the venue very available to me and were an amazing help during the cleanup process. I definitely recommend having your wedding/event at Five Fillies Farm.
