  Excellent Wedding Catering!

  We recently had the pleasure of working with First Class Catering Service for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with their outstanding services. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations and made our special day truly unforgettable.
  
  First and foremost, their team was incredibly easy to work with. They were attentive, responsive, and highly communicative throughout the entire planning process. They understood our vision and helped us bring it to life, alleviating much of the stress that comes with organizing a wedding. Their professionalism and dedication to their craft truly stood out.
  
  One aspect that we particularly appreciated was their willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did they flawlessly execute the catering and bartending services, but they also assisted us in coordinating with our other vendors. This level of support was invaluable, especially considering that we were handling most of the pre-event coordination ourselves. Their expertise and guidance helped everything run smoothly, and we felt reassured knowing that they had our backs.

  Extremely professional and outstanding food!

  Can't say enough good things about Michael and First-Class Catering. They know what they are doing and are extremely professional. A succesful event is truly important to them so they will go out of their way to make that happen even if it means coordinating with other vendors to make sure things are taken care of even outside of catering. Good people, and GREAT food. Highly recommend.

  Amazing Food with Amazing Service

  I had my wedding early September and was struggling to find a caterer with covid-19 going on. However once I got in contact with first class catering, it was all smooth sailing from there! Michael would be in constant communication with me, and help me every step of the way! We ordered Mexican food for our wedding and I was nervous due to my parents being Mexican. They are very particular about the food being done right. I cannot tell you how AMAZING the food turned out! Our friends always talk about the food when we bring up the wedding. The servers were so nice by bringing us our food first and making sure we were getting to try everything. One woman was even helping me with my wedding dress. I couldn't imagine having better service! Thanks First Class Catering!

  Very Attentive to detail and Food is amazing!

  As a wedding planner the vendors we work with is key to making a couples special day worry free. This company does just that. From their responsiveness to returning calls, arrival on time. Display of food, servers hard work and very good quality food I highly recommend them if you are seeking a catering company.

  Michael was so very helpful & we are glad we hired 1st Class Catering for our wedding! Professional, knowledgeable & receptive, Michael discussed with us where and how we would need 1st Class for our special day. He addressed our needs and made adjustments to accommodate special requests with food.
  
  He was pleasant to work with & made himself available via email, phone and even in person when we needed. He was patient in discussing the menu & made suggestions to what would work best.
  
  He made it so that on the wedding day, everything went smooth! The staff that worked the event were all pleasant & always had smiles on their faces!
  
  We have no complaints about 1st Class Catering. He even contacted us after the wedding and to see how we were doing!! You cant go wrong with choosing them & they received a well deserved "A" from us!

  Michael and his team catered the wedding for my new husband and I. Michael and his team made our special day even more special by working closely with us on our menu and helping us stay within budget and providing an amazing dining experience to our guests. My guests loved & Enjoyed the meal!
  From appetizers to the main course. Everything was absolutely amazing. They were absolutely professional, the food was delicious. I am not going to lie: as the bride I was running around crazy and took a bite out of my Salmon slider and ran to do more pictures with guests! I came back later and took another bite, and I know all brides can attest eating your meal this way at your wedding. Each bite was just as good as the last!
  The brisket was like butter, we didn't even need a knife to cut the brisket just amazing. My husband and I did not have to worry about the food or desserts or anything as Michael knew exactly what to do and how to complete the dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Michael's team to anyone looking for #firstclasscateringservice

  FirstClass Catering provided a wonderful Mexican feast for a party I hosted for 50 people. MIchael was very prompt in getting back with me when I first requested a quote from him and had wonderful suggestions for the meal he planned to prepare. He also provided a contact for table and chair rentals which was helpful. The food arrived fully prepared by two delightful ladies who set up, served, and cleaned up upon the end of the event. Everyone raved about the food, of which there was more than enough! I have already given his name to one of my guests for a party they are planning, and many more of my guests took his card for future use I am sure.

  I highly recommend FirstClassCateringService. They catered my daughter's wedding and they were wonderful. I had never planned an event like this before and Michael was so helpful. The company stayed on budget. The staff was wonderful. The food was great.

  Definitely go for it!!
  Michael catered a White Night event for our club, and he was so easy to work with and willing to do anything to help us.
  Everyone thought the food was great. He was on time for delivery and there again early in the morning for pick up. Thank you Michael for making our event a great success!

  From pre-event site visit to cleanup following our event, these folks were professional, easy to work with and respectful of our home and guests. Both the food and the service were excellent.
