I can not even tell you how badly I wish I could leave a 5 star review, 100 times or more! Even as the maid of honor, I had no idea what was going on half the time during set up & clean up, but thank goodness Christina knew exactly what to do. She helped with every tiny little detail and I know she was happy to do it. She was the most kind & compassionate person. We are so thankful for her help! The wedding turned out absolutely perfect with no flaws and she was a major part in that. She knew how to handle every curve ball thrown at her. She absolutely hooked my sister up by coming in and saving the day when her previous coordinator ghosted. I wish I could just beg anyone reading this review to book her. She was amazing & you won’t regret it. Cheers to Christina, it was a pleasure meeting you & I truly appreciate everything you did. -

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Christina Jarvis, and I would hire her over and over again....this is not an exaggeration. She was our planner/coordinator, and from the moment she stepped in, she completely took over in the best way possible. I had tried to take on so much myself, and without her, there is no way our day would have been as perfect as it was. We are also a wedding vendor, and after working with her at one event, I knew immediately I wanted and NEEDED her to be a part of my special day. She went so far above and beyond in every possible way and was honestly perfect. From start to finish, she made sure our day was exactly how we envisioned it. If there were any issues along the way, we genuinely have no idea, because she handled everything so calmly and gracefully. She traveled for our wedding and worked tirelessly for 15+ hours, never missing a beat. From coordinating with all of our vendors and ensuring everyone had what they needed, to building out the timeline, decorating, and even helping with cleanup; she truly did it all. I am sure there are a million details she took care of that I don’t even know about…she is a superhero! Every single detail was thoughtfully handled. What meant the most to us was how well she understood what was truly important to us and made those things her top priority. She also handled our family and friends with so much grace and professionalism (which is no small task!) and made everyone feel taken care of. Because of Christina, our entire day felt smooth, stress-free, and so incredibly special. We were actually able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, and that is something we will forever be grateful for. If you are considering hiring her, do it immediately. She is worth every penny and more. 🤍 -

As a first time vendor for an out of town wedding, I was beyond nervous and had no clue where to begin. Christina was with me every step of the way. She reached out in advance to assist with my pre-event needs, and helped me gain clarity that I couldn’t have received otherwise. On the day of the event, she checked in and made sure I was okay. Talking with her gave me the confidence boost I needed to make it through the day. At the time of the event, when I ran out of table space and needed more, she made it happen. No question, no judgement, just a jump to action. I have never felt as secure at an event as I did with her at this wedding. She is amazing at anticipating needs before you even know you might need something. I will recommend her to everyone I know, and booking with her will be the best addition to your special day :)) -

I cannot say enough good things about Christina! She planned and coordinated my wedding in 2020 amidst chaotic times. I actually only had a week to plan my wedding which she was able to pull off seamlessly, with care and smiles the whole way through. I had no concerns of anything going wrong day-of and the day turned out better than I could have imagined with sweet surprises along the way. If you are looking for a coordinator who genuinely wants you to have the most amazing day of your life, who will coordinate with vendors, ensure timelines and and expectations are met, you’ve found your girl! More than coordinator, she is a friend. You would be so lucky to have her present for your special day. I cannot thank her enough, I hold my wedding day so dear to my heart and am so lucky to have found people who could pull things off for me that I would’ve considered impossible. -

Christina was my day of coordinator and made the day one of ease. I was so grateful for the communication and planning along the way that allowed my husband and I to show up relaxed and have a fun time. She handled everything from centerpiece placements, timing, dances, toast timings, etc. She was so personable and able to talk to anyone - which was important to us that the vibe was right. I was grateful she was able to work with our other vendors to ensure the day was exactly what we had in mind. She listened to our vision and executed. If there were any true hiccups behind the scenes we had no idea. (We actually still don't have any idea!) It was a breath of fresh air to have someone come in and listen to our wants AND needs AND that we trusted. Christina truly went above and beyond and we still look back and remember it as the best wedding in the world. THANK YOU, CHRISTINA! -
