I have nothing but good things to say about Fiona images. I was a little nervous because everything was done online, but the photographer Isi and the team who retouched the photos far exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend their services. Isi was prompt and we got our photos back within 2 weeks

I was stressing out about finding a photographer for my wedding, but when I found Fiona Image I was so happy. All the photographers I looked at had packages starting at 3,000 - 5,000 which was way more than we could afford. So Fiona's price of 995.00 for 8 hours, and unlimited photos, and 100% copyright was all I needed. The payment process was pretty easy, you pay a deposit then you can make up your own payment schedule until the final payment deadline, that helped us manager all the other expenses.

We chose Ivan from SF to be our photographer, and he did a great job, and he captured some really great shots. I will definitely recommend Fiona Image to any person looking for a wedding photographer.

Fiona Image was so incredibly easy to work with. We chose the High Five package, which was perfect for us, and offered more than we ever thought we could get for the price! We were able to work with a wonderfully talented photographer, Ryan Brandoff, who took fantastic pictures and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire afternoon. He truly was fantastic; without Fiona Image we never would have had access to someone so talented. Our photos came back quickly, within 2 weeks, which we did not expect! Overall, we have had a wonderful experience and we definitely recommend working with Fiona Image.

We had a great experience with Fiona Image as our wedding photographer. Kate and Ivan created beautiful pictures, and really understood our vision for how we wanted the pictures to look. Marco was very prompt with communications, and I would highly recommend Fiona for pictures!

I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for photography services to book Fiona Images! Since my first interaction with the company to after the wedding, they were 100% responsive, professional and helpful. I cancelled the services of another photography company and booked Fiona losing my deposit, boy am I glad that I made that decision! My pictures came our beautiful, clean, professional and my photographer and videographers were an absolute pleasure to work with! Marco and Kathy at Fiona are also very nice and helpful! You won't be disappointed. Highly recommend them!

My experience with Fiona Image was awesome! We planned our wedding in less than 4 months and it turned out to be a total blast! Kathy and Marco from the office were always there to answer my questions and any doubts. As they are not the traditional type of photography company, because everything is on line, people may have doubts and may think they won't do a great job, but I have to say that they are THE BEST!!! We had the Ultimate Package :2 photographers and a videographer.The photographers we had (Amy and John) did a wonderful job, always there ready to catch the moment. Amy was very sweet, understanding and she helped me a lot to maintain myself calm and relaxed.John was super nice, available and also made us laugh all the time.Jeff, the videographer was awesome, available and always there to videorecord our beautiful moments. He told us he was honored to videorecord our special day!Thank you again Fiona image for the great team and service you provided. I highly recommend them, because they are professional, great people, do wonderful job and they make you feel like a Star on your wedding day!

Marco gave great, speedy customer service and Kate F. was a great photographer. We got the posed shots we wanted and fantastic candid shots as well, and photos were available to us very quickly! And you can't beat the price. We are very happy customers!

We booked their Signature package - our photographers were really awesome on the day of. They all had two cameras and were very friendly to our guests and friends. Very happy with my decision going with Fiona Image!

Mandi, my maid of honor, and I had spent months trying to find a photographer whose style clicks with our photo preference. The process had been very frustrating and tedious - we made several appointments with different photographers. They are all at different locations scattered around NY. It was impossible to go to those appointments in one day. I was a financial analyst with a 9-5 day job, so my time was very limited. Then a friend of mine told me about Fiona, I spent a few days looking through their photographers and their portfolios and booked my package within just two days! Their pricing is super nice. The package I bought was the Ultimate package that has two photographers and one videographer. On the day of, the crew performed very professionally and what the company delivered was beyond my expectation. My daughter and I watched the video highlight reel for three times in a row, and my daughter still wanted to watch again! The whole planing process was just very easy and smooth - their customer service team really think on our toes. They provided us with great photo planing advice. They helped us choosing photographers who have different styles.

I canceled my booking with another photographer after I saw this company. The photographer I booked charged me $1500 for 8 hours. For the same package same coverage, Fiona Image only charges $995. I ended up booking the Signature package that comes with 2 photographers for a full 8 hours coverage.

Their turnaround is really fast - I got my online gallery in just three days after my wedding. Then they send me a link to download all of my photos ( more than 1400 shots!) in less than two weeks. The photographer I booked originally had 1 month photo turnaround. All of my friends are impressive with the images! My photographers Sam and Kate were very professional. They all carried two cameras at the same time.

We hired Fiona Image to photograph our wedding in Santa Cruz on December 5. What they delivered was beyond our expectation! They told us that on average their photographers shoot 60-80 images per hour - for our 8 hour package, we would get 480 to 640 images. However, we were delivered over 800 shots! I really love those black and white photos that they edited. My friend enlarged a couple of those b&w prints on a 13x19 prints and they just look AMAZING!

Anyway, the quality I get from Fiona Image was unparalleled. Their pricing is more than reasonable. One of my girlfriends is getting married soon, and she is likely going with Fiona!

Marco Lew was able to coordinate scheduling and logistics with us in a clear and concise manner throughout the months leading up to our outdoor garden wedding - we chose Elizabeth for our wedding photographer and couldn't have been more thrilled with the results - the photos on our photo online gallery are so beautiful and captures the mood and memories of that beautiful day so well! The quality is really great and our DVD with Hi res photos arrived just as we returned from our honeymoon three weeks later - I loved the prompt and attentive service throughout.

After careful screening different photographers and prices, I know that Fiona image has the best packages that anybody can offer.

I have just received my engagement photos and their turned out amazing! Sam (SF) was an excellent photographer. He captures moments that I never even knew it happened during the shoot. He was very likable and friendly.

So far, I am impress with the service and quality. My representative Marco, is beyond exceptional! Talk about fast service and excellent communication. They really take the stress away from a bride! Kudos Marco!

I can't wait how will my wedding pictures turn out!

So far i have only had my engagement pictures taken and i am super happy with my pictures. My photographer was awesome. She came well prepared and ready with ideas, she listened to what we wanted as well and made us feel comfortable. She was even patient with my 2 year old daughter who cried the entire time. I am looking forward to seeing what my wedding pics look like.

Our photographer Joe was absolutely fantastic! The company as a whole was a pleasure to work with and they were very accommodating! They answered all my emails in a timely fashion and were very helpful with any requests or questions. I would recommend them to anyone! I was living in California when I booked my photographer and my wedding was in Delray Beach, FL. The company was so helpful planning this across the country they made everything so stress free!!

I’ve had the opportunity to be part of the wedding party at a few different weddings and I would ALWAYS watch how the photographer posed the bride and groom as well as everyone else and how creative they were. When it came time to book my own photographer, I was very picky. I reviewed quite a few portfolios on my own before contacting Fiona Image. With that said, I’m so glad I called them! It was such a tedious process going through portfolios on my own, but they made it easy by getting an idea of what I was looking for and then showing me portfolios that were more related to what I wanted. I felt like I had my own personal assistant! Long story short, my photos were great, the process was easy, and everyone was asking me where I found my photographer. LOVE Fiona Image!

Our photographer is great!!!! He was the photographer at my friends wedding and we were completely impressed. Couldn’t have asked for a better photographer! He captured those intimate moments as well as the more candid photos. Our whole wedding party loved him! Great quality at a great price.

Fiona Image worked within our budget and still gave us quality photos. So glad we used them for our photos! My photographer did a great job on my photo shoots. She was patient and listened to me when I was describing what I wanted. I feel that the photos really show my style.

I was a little nervous not paying an arm and a leg for a photographer, since the say "you get what you pay for". The photographer I originally picked was not able to keep the commitment, but Kathy was very helpful in helping me choose a replacement. Felipe was great and got some good shots. I only wish he would have directed us a little more and got more shots of us with different parts of the family, not just the whole group.

Beautiful photos, quick responses to our questions, showed up 30 minutes before the set time, and gave us her undivided attention. Our experience was wonderful! Best vendor I selected for our wedding by far. I would definitely use Fiona Image again for familiy shoot in the future!

The photos DO NOT disappoint. All of the shots are great! Our photographer was wonderful. She was personable, professional, and on time. The wedding day is already stressful but our photographer made taking photos a breeze. In fact it was one of the best photo shoots I’ve ever been a part of… And thankfully it was at my wedding. Will definitely recommend them!

You want the best, and only the best, photographer for your wedding day. I’m very picky and was going on 3 months of searching for the perfect one. When I came across Fiona Image, I was so happy. We decided to use Fiona Image based on a recommendation from a friend. While I did find the service helpful, we did have a few issues with the photographer we chose. The photos themselves came out good, but I expected to get a little more shooting time/more photos. Overall everything was good but I will be a little more specific on the amount of photos I expect when using another photographer. I'll definitely recommend their service to my girlfriends, some of them are getting married soon!

Fiona Image has an amazing service. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They helped us with booking and working with our wedding photographer back in April. Every dealing with them was not only fun and stress free, but also extremely professional. Photos that have similar quality and style would cost at least a thousand dollar more than what Fiona could offer us. GREAT VALUE!

If you are on a tight budget for you wedding photos but still want a quality photographer, I definitely recommend looking into Fiona Image. I was able to find a great photographer at a price that we could work with. You will be so happy with service. Plus the photographers they work with have solid portfolios and experience.

Great company. Our photographer Kate (SF) was amazing and the pictures turned out wonderfully. Communication between Fiona/Kate/myself was difficult at times, but in the end it all came together perfectly.

+ Great price. Fast turnaround for high-res photos.
- The photographer who was "available" for my date became unavailable after I paid the deposit (I had to select a different photographer). They also became less responsive after I paid the deposit.

Photographer (Ben) = 5 stars.
Once the photographer Ben (SF) contacted me directly, things went much smoother. He was responsive and answered my questions. During the event, he was able to direct us on where to stand and how to pose to get the best shot. The photos turned out great!

Our experience with Fiona Image was mostly good, with some room for improvement. Our photographers (Isi and Sergio) and videographer (Sam) were all great to work with, super friendly, and their output was top notch. The artists contracted by Fiona Image really are fantastic. The service is a great value, too; you get print-ready digital copies of all of your images (and video, if you bought it), and you get to do whatever you like with them. There's no minimum or maximum amount of prints to deal with, and no overpriced albums.

The only issue that we had with Fiona Image was communicating with our representative. We went through a seven-month stretch with no response from our contact, so we had no way to know if our emails were being received or acted upon. Further, because the artists are individually contracted, you have to deal with their life events, as well. One of the two photographers that we selected was no longer available when our wedding came up, so we had a substitute assigned to us. This information wasn't communicated to us until two weeks before the event.

In the end, we're very happy with the final product, and Fiona Image even provides retouching services well after the event, if desired. We eventually got a new contact in the company, and Marco made every effort to compensate us for any inconvenience or poor experience, including complimentary hours of time with our videographer and an Amazon gift card, and further communications were much snappier. We are still in communication, in fact, and I know that Fiona Image doesn't take our experience lightly.

This company was very responsive with all email communication before the wedding and very flexible when we had to make changes the day before. The photographers were really nice and on time, we had Amy and Kate. They were prepared with their information about us and what kind of pictures we wanted taken that day. They made it a point to talk to us and to talk to our bridal parties getting to know us a bit. They worked really well together the few hours they were together. And the pictures turned out great, especially the candid ones that both took. The videographer, Kien, on the other hand was another story. He was late, didn't really communicate with us, when he showed up to my room, the door was open for lighting, and he just walked in and started setting up. He spent a total of 15 minutes with my side of the bridal party then left without saying a word. At the reception he was directing us outside and didn't know our names, he just called us 'you' and when it wasn't the right person he would say 'no other you'. He was also very inflexible when working the photographer, the photographer would try to talk to him about a shot and he wouldn't listen and got in the way. We loved the photographers work and their professionalism. And Marco, who helped with all the online communication was there to answer any and all of my question as quickly as possible! I would definitely recommend. I would just maybe look into a separate videographer. The company outsources to nearby videographers so they are not a part of their actual company.

Working with Fiona Image was an overall good experience. We were happy with our photographer, but there were some hiccups at the beginning. We had already decided where we wanted our photos shot but the photographer suggested some alternatives. We decided to go with his suggestions, but I wish we would have had some done at our requested location as well. Either way, the photos were still great and we were happy with the service.

Fiona Image was a great cheap option to photograph my wedding on 6/25. They were helpful every step of the way. I would have preferred our photographer Robert take two or three pictures of each organized large group shot because we did get some pics with either my husband or my eyes closed with no second picture. You would think a professional photographer would check that the bride and groom's eyes are open for those pics they actually have control of! But overall, the payment and download were easy.

Poor Execution and Quality of Service

I was unfortunately not satisfied with the Fiona Image team. Before the wedding, communication was sparse and not coordinated. I found I had repeat myself on many occasions and the message wasn’t communicated to my actual photographers. I received 3 unplanned calls from each photographer and none of them were informed of the timeline or plans that was communicated to the team.
Day of, my photographers weren’t very friendly or helpful and they did not review or help to coordinate any of the requested photos (that I was required to submit by Fiona Image). None of them were on the same page and we were never told what photographer to look at and did not receive much photo “styling” which left us with many “Almost” good photos...
We did a first look so tried to get many photos before the wedding but since they weren’t looking off my request list, many photos were missed and I had to go searching for photogs for about 20 minutes of my cocktail hour because they were nowhere to be found and we had more photos take. I thought that they would have had the photo requests and would be guiding us with an order of photos and they never did. I found myself screaming through the room to get people in photos and stressing out over the photos we got and didn’t get and it lended to a bulk of my stress on my wedding day. Which probably showed in my face in photos...

They took photos of my husband and his whole family, without me... that’s really bad. LUCKILY, I realized it after the fact and had to go run around to collect the same people to redo the photos. That moment still doesn’t sit well with me and is very upsetting. Oh and I didn’t get that same photo on my side...

Received the photos, they weren’t in any order and many duplicates were in my albums. Still haven’t had a chance to fully go through the photos because it’s a huge project that I shouldn’t have to do in the first place, sorting and editing should be the job of the photographer.

Oh and there were photos of someone else’s dress in my albums, so that’s a nice added touch....

Overall, I am unhappy with the service of Fiona Image and my contracted photographers. Yes, there are some beautiful photos from the photographers but I am dissatisfied with the end product and quality of service. I would not recommend.

7/14/16 wedding in Santa Cruz.
The two stars are really for the exceptional photographers. The videographer on the other hand...

This is a long overdue review. I kept debating if I wanted to write it or not, but I keep thinking I’d want someone to warn me. I WISH someone would have warned me about the battle we would face in regards to our wedding video.

Lets start with the good: pricing was excellent and quality of photos from the two photographers were impeccable. They were both very friendly and really made our day special. The pictures we received were absolutley beautiful and made the most gorgeous wedding album.

I DO NOT RECCOMEND VIDEOGRAPHY FROM FIONA IMAGE.
Now, our main list was to have video of me and the maids walking down the aisle, the vows, makeup, cake cutting, speeches, and the bouquet toss. Well unfortunatley when we got our footage back, all we got was the vows, the cake cutting and the speeches. Part of the vows I had to cleverly edit because the videographer kept moving the camera around to look at the sky?? Also, we got NO video of any of the bridal party or me walking down the aisle. Isnt that the most important part of the wedding??? Having that footage??

The worst part, I KNEW the videographer got all of the requested footage above, because my brother in law (luckily) took a cell phone video of me walking down the aisle, WITH THE VIDEOGRAPHER IN PLAIN SIGHT FOCUSING THE CAMERA ON ME, MY MOTHER, AND BROTHER WALKING DOWN THE AISLE!

I had to BEG Fiona Image to send me any additional footage that they had gotten FOR MONTHS. I sent countless emails begging them for the missing footage. They never answered. Eventually I broke down and bargained with them by sending one final email, settling on just accepting any footage of the bridal party walking down the aisle. A few days later, they sent a video of my bridal party and myself walking down - FROM THE BACK ONLY. Terrible!! Worst wedding video ever.
