I wouldn't have changed a thing about working with Burt and Finger Snappin and would hire him a million times over. Give him a little guidance on taste and let him be the great professional dj that he is! The process was so smooth and the services were spectacular. We still continue to hear compliments on the dj!

I decided to add a DJ last minute to our small outdoor wedding and I am so glad I did. Burt was so great at helping me choose the songs and worked with me as I got the songs to him very last minute. He made the ceremony and dinner go smoothly and hassle free for us.

We chose FingerSnappin’ Entertainment for our DJ and transportation and cannot thank Burt enough for his services! We had a limo, a trolley and a bus as most of our guests were from out of town and he kept everything on schedule with courteous and knowledgeable drivers. His DJ service was bar none and we received many compliments on the music and entertainment! We had a few special requests which were taken care of without issue and Burt made sure that everything was accurate and that all guests were having fun. I would rate him higher than a 5 if I could!!!

My husband and I chose FingerSnappin' Entertainment and Transportation for our wedding in December. Burt was a pleasure to work with!! He is professional and I felt assured that everything was under control (crucial for the bride!). The limo bus was so comfortable and fun, and the driver was friendly! Burt kept the dance floor alive and fun throughout the night. We were beyond pleased with our decision and would absolutely choose him again!

Burt was great to work with since the beginning. He was flexible with our schedule and pricing for the trolley was great! Most of our guest came from out of town and country, so we needed reliable transportation from the hotel to the venue. We were delighted to find such an amazing looking trolley! Our guests love it and it was a very fun addition to our wedding.
This trolley looks great in pictures too!
If you are looking for the best transportation in Charleston, make sure you give them a call!

We had our DJ, officiant, photobooth, and getaway car through them. We had Burt as our DJ and he was amazing!! Everyone was dancing and so sad when the night ended. He had guests laughing and talking about how he was the best dj they have ever seen. We also got our officiant through FingerSnappin', and she was awesome! We met in person once before the wedding, and sent several emails in between putting together the ceremony. I was slightly worried about not having a rehearsal with her, but everything went perfect! The photobooth was the best! We won the photobooth for free at the Southern Bridal show!! We even got a scrapbook of the guests photos with notes from the guests! We had an English taxi for our getaway car and it was so cute! It was a great way to end our fairytale wedding night! Our families have been saying that it was the best wedding they have been to, and I fully heartedly believe it was because of FingerSnappin Entertainment! Definitely go with them for your wedding, and if possible, request Burt as your DJ!!

FingerSnappin' Entertainment is amazing!!!! Burt really brought the fun to our day! The music was perfect, from fun 'Rat Pack' style music during the meal, to awesome dance music the whole night through, I could not imagine our day going any better. He was a fabulous MC who kept the party going and made sure my husband and I didn't miss a moment!

Burt was fantastic during the planning phase helping us decide on what styles of music to play when, figuring out the songs we wanted for our dances, entrances, etc, and really helping us navigate deciding the fine details of the music and announcements of our day. He has amazing, fun ideas for how to make your day unique and reflect your personality and style.

We had the best time with our photo booth, and our guests absolutely loved it! They had a great selection of props, set up in the perfect location, and had a wonderful attendant to help guests add a copy of their photo booth pictures to our guest book.

His pricing is beyond fair, and he more than delivers. He's great about replying to emails lightning fast. And a lot of fun to work with.

Go with Burt and FingerSnappin' Entertainment, they will not let you down!!!

We rented a trolley from FingerSnappin' Entertainment for my wedding and we absolutely LOVED it! Not only did the entire bridal party have a blast riding together but the driver was very accommodating and super sweet! Finger Snapping Entertainment did such a great job at our wedding. I was in communication with Burt for a year and he was always helpful and responsive. It wasn't until we sat down a few weeks out from the wedding that I knew the true reason why every other review I read about Burt was true. He was AMAZING!!! He answered all of our questions and concerns and gave us so many great ideas for song choices and even very unique garter and bouquet toss ideas. He showed up hours before the wedding to setup and make sure everything was in order and even when it started to rain he moved quick to make changes and even helped us out with moving chairs and linens. I didn't even have to worry at all about anything. He offered great advice as well that really helped us on our big day. I must say as the bride I never once left the dance floor. He played just the right music to keep everyone dancing and having fun! As far as the photo booth goes it was the best money we ever spent!! Our guests were in that thing all night and the best part is the photobook we got to keep to treasure all the funny, sweet and naughty memories! Lol!! I would recommend Burt and Finger Snapping Entertainment to my family, friends and anyone in between. One last thing.... The price was extremely affordable!! Thanks again Burt for making our special day just that more special!

Burt was our DJ and he was absolutely amazing! These guys well exceeded our expectations and they were very affordable. Burt had the crowd dancing the entire night and he even had our families getting down. I would highly recommend Burt. Burt and his team were an incredible asset to our wedding day!! They were so professional and helpful in our planning since day one. Our DJ was phenomenal! He kept the crowd on the dance floor all night playing songs from all genres and decades to appeal to everyone at our wedding who ranged from 21-75! The Photo Booth was a hit! Fingersnappin' provided a wide variety of awesome props that our guests really enjoyed! We also utilized the trolley services to transport our wedding party to and from the ceremony as well as to the waterfront pier for pictures. The driver was so friendly and accommodating for our large wedding party! We are so glad we decided to use Fingersnappin' Entertainment!! Do yourselves a favor and book these guys! You won't be disappointed.

Hiring Burt was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. I was an out-of-town bride and he was the first vendor I hired. Later, when I was back in town, I met with him a week before the wedding and we went through everything from start to finish--it was such a thorough meeting, I felt totally alleviated of any stress I might have had before. We all know, a DJ can make or break your wedding. I felt so confident in Burt after our meeting and just couldn't wait for our wedding day. We also had his photo booth services for our wedding, which our guests loved! On top of that, we got uplighting and a personalized light display with our names, and light show for when the crowd started dancing. The uplights were a LIFESAVER, since our main lighting vendor was a no show. Yes, it was hard for me to believe, too, since lighting was one of the most important things to me in creating the ambiance I envisioned. Without Burt, I would have been completely letdown, but because of him, I could relax on the day of our wedding. He was just so professional and he got the crowd to laugh, dance, and he did an amazing job of introducing our wedding party and ourselves. Also, my husband and I were on the fence of whether or not to do a bouquet and garter toss and after meeting with Burt, there was a genius idea that got EVERYONE on the floor to try to catch those things! It was a big hit and one of the most memorable aspects of the evening. I highly recommend Burt to those looking for a fun, professional Master of Ceremonies/DJ, that knows how to read a crowd, make sure guests are having fun, and lead the evening without being overbearing. Absolutely wonderful and so fun to work with! He is worth every penny--and it's true, your guests won't remember a lot of details of your wedding after, but they WILL remember the entertainment, so it's worth it to get the best!

Burt did a wonderful job at my niece's wedding at the beach clubhouse at Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort last August. It poured down but it really didn't matter because Burt took charge and created a whole lot of fun for the the newlyweds and their guests. He is a consummate entertainer and really knows how to get the party started and keep it going until the very end. Full of innovative suggestions, he added so much to the festivities. The photo booth was a Huge hit and the ready to go photo album was great. Burt's assistant was very efficient and kept those pictures coming. Old and young alike were on the dance floor all evening and a highlight was the closing song, when everyone formed a circle and sang "Take Me Home Country Roads". All in all, a very heartfelt and joyous celebration of family and friends coming together to see the start of a brand new family. I recommend this company highly.

If you think you need the most expensive DJ to have a great party, you couldn't be more wrong. They have incredible prices and did an amazing job for our wedding. The music was great and even had the groom's grandfather up and dancing. We opted for the DJ and the photobooth, and you absolutely will not find another company offering these services for a better price. The photobooth came with a ton of extras-- double prints, unlimited prints, magnetic holders for the guests, a photo guest book, and digital copies of all the pictures. Burt and Charlie were the best!

We had Nick as our wedding DJ and had an absolute blast at our reception. Nick was very professional and kept the crowd (young and old) dancing all night long! Burt provided DJ and videography services for me! I had seen him in action at a friend's wedding a few years back and decided then he was a great DJ! My expectations were exceeded for my wedding. He met with us about a month before the ceremony to review song choices and reception timeline. He played everything we did and didn't want played and even searched for a special cover song to play for us. Video services were made available to us as well. The video was excellent and is probably the best money spent on the entire wedding!! DO yourself a favor and check them out!!

Nick and Nicole from FingerSnappin' were absolutely wonderful to work with. Nicole always answered all of my questions, and I had many, in a timely manner. She was always willing to help and be so accommodating. Nick understand my vision during our first meeting. He was able to record our Entrance Mash Up to a T! Everyone loved it! He included every little detail that I had asked of him without hesitation! He too was very good at communicating! He responded right away and always in a positive manner. Nick had people on the dance floor from the first dance to the last. The night flew by. Not only did he take care of music, but he also seen me frazzled at times and offered to help with other items too! The photobooth was an added bonus. The guests LOVED it and couldnt get enough. My husband and I loved looking through our album afterwards at everyone's poses and props!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a GREAT time with GREAT people!

There is a reason Burt has an outstanding reputation because he is truly one of the best out there! From the beginning, Fingersnap Entertainment was so helpful in planning our destination wedding at Old Wide Awake Plantation. Living out of state, ninety-five percent of our communication was done by email and they never missed a beat helping in anyway they could. The day of the wedding he wanted to meet with me before to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted(from the awesome pamphlet they created)! He was engaging, exciting and interacted with the guests throughout the entire night, keeping the party going!. He even helped my dad straighten his tie before we left for the ceremony! Burt is an amazing gentlemen and DJ and we would recommended Fingersnap to anyone looking for a dependable, amazing DJ! We can't thank them enough and wish them many more years of success!

Burt Lawson makes a party! I met Burt at a Bridal Show and knew that minute I wanted to book him. Finger Snappin' Entertainment is the whole package. We rented a photobooth that was a HUGE hit and a great way to do a guestbook and favors! Burt also has a wonderful videographer that worked seamlessly with my Photographer.
But Burt, he is the heart and soul of this company. He found the perfect arrangements of the Beatles songs I requested for the ceremony, and made sure everything was the right pace. As for the party, Burt loves to have a great time! He worked wonderfully with our Wedding Planner, Lauren to make sure the timing was right for everything. He has a huge variety of songs and knows how to get people dancing! Everyone had a great time and Burt even came out and danced with us! I loved every minute of it.

They provided me with a very detailed contract to list down exactly what songs I wanted & when, along with additonal songs I liked. I met with Burt a few weeks prior to discuss the final details. He provided me with additional suggestions that helped with the flow and also communicated those details with my wedding planner. The songs were great! We used Burt for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding on November 23, 2013. We took advantage of Burt as the DJ, the photo booth and videography services. All were very professional. Our guests enjoyed the photo booth and Burt was the best DJ getting everyone up to dance, and even dancing with the guests. What fun! He even wore red and black to coordinate with the wedding color scheme without being asked. He also did the music for the outdoor ceremony which flowed beautifully. You can't go wrong with Fingersnappin and dealing with Burt for all your entertainment needs.

I used FingerSnappin Entertainment for my transportation of my guests and my bridal party to and from my wedding. I desired two trollies for my transportation and Nicole and Burt gave me such a great deal! They were very flexible, honest and a pleasure to work with! There are alot of other transportation companies in Charleston to choose from, but in terms of trollies, I found them to be very expensive and inflexible with the hours I wanted to hire them for. The trollies from FingerSnappin Entertainment were beautiful, clean and just what I was looking for! I highly recommend this company to take care of your transportation needs on your wedding day! Working with Burt and Nicole Lawson was a pleasure from the beginning. As we were planning our wedding from afar, we had to rely on email. Nicole was responsive and patient as we put together the right package for our wedding reception.

Burt did an amazing job! He met with us in person and over the phone several times to make sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. He was very reasonably priced, especially for the Charleston area! He made sure to play all the songs we requested and that others requested. He also made sure to change the song if people weren't dancing! Great DJ!! The photobooth that was included was really a hit!!

Finger Snappin’ Entertainment was amazing!

Finger Snappin’ Entertainment was highly recommended by our venue, and we chose them because of the number of services they have to offer & great pricing.
Burt gave us great information to help us plan our wedding ceremony & reception music/timeline of events. He answered all of our questions and gave us ideas and opinions with his professional view and knowledge, which we greatly appreciated.
We had a strict schedule to adhere to & Burt kept us flowing terrifically the entire night.
Burt played the music we wanted, when we wanted, & played requests based on what we had talked about in our planning meeting.
He worked great with all of our other vendors.
Burt kept us dancing the entire night!
We’d definitely book another event with Finger Snappin’ Entertainment!

Burt was great! I changed my mind a few times about a few things and he and his wife were very quick to respond to all my questions and accommodate all my requests.

Most importantly, our reception was a huge party and the dance floor was full all night long! In my opinion, that is the measure of a good DJ. Burt was also a great MC for our reception and there was no cheese factor.

I would highly recommend him!

What can I say about Burt? He is an amazing DJ! He played awesome music (my mom was soooo happy that he started off our dinner music with Etta James and hasn't stopped raving about it) all night long. He was flexible when my husband decided that he didn't want to do our dance and let us change songs (this change occurred about two hours before the reception). His music selection was perfect!!! He provided a TV stand so that our guests could enjoy watching the video from our destination wedding. So many people loved and appreciated that! He was also very prompt in responding to all of my emails and honestly, all in all, a really nice guy to work with!

Fingersnappin' and Burt were great to work with! We hired him for DJ and photobooth services.

The music he played was great and everything was timed perfectly. Our guests had a great night and so did we. He has a great personality and is very organized. Both are things that were important to me while planning.

The photo booth was AMAZING! We are so glad we had this and so happy it was Fingersnappin' that provided it. We loved having all the photos on a flash drive right after the wedding and our guests raved about it and still do!

Awesome party photobooth. The guests love it, and they get to take home a photosleeve of their pictures to be used as a refrigerator magnet. A big hit! Great for party favors :)

I love this guy!! He not only did music for my beach wedding ceremony and reception, but he also provided a photobooth for the reception. He had a keen sense of what would keep the party going and even had my dad that NEVER dances on the dance floor!!

Everyone loved having the photobooth at the wedding! Burt was great to work with, he gave us a discount for our Monday wedding. And unlike other photobooth companies that charge extra for the album and digital copies all of that was included in their price which was an added bonus!

Burt was AWESOME!!! He knew exactly what we wanted to be played and worked with us on getting the right entrance music for our bridal party. The uplighting we got from him for our reception made the room look great and went perfect with our peacock theme. FingerSnappin' Entertainment is definitely a great choice for any of your DJ needs! Their prices are affordable and well worth it! Burt was so much fun, he got out on the dance floor and joined in with us, which I loved!! He definitely helped make our big day memorable!

I used them as my DJ and Photobooth. Starting out with DJ. I had no idea what I wanted for music. My taste in music is eclectic to say the least. I love everything. I left it all in the hands of Burt. He was outstanding, phenomenal, wonderful and every other adjective you can think of. So flexible! My ceremony music fell through on the day of my wedding and he was able to get the music only 45 MINUTES BEFORE THE CEREMONY and executed everything flawlessly! Wonderful personality and very funny! Now for the PHOTOBOOTH. Best wedding decision I made (except for choice of groom!) I would recommend Burt's photobooth service for any bride. They bring all of their own props and, trust me, it will break even the grumpiest guest out of their funk!!! Not only that but what a money saver!!! It also serves as a guest book and wedding favors. They print a copy of the picture for you and the guest. The copy for you goes directly into the book and the guest gets to write a message beside it. The guest gets their copy in an plastic magnetic sleeve to take home. I still have a few on my fridge!!! The quality was top notch. I got the book that night along with a flash drive with all of the pictures on it. I really cannot say enough about this wonderful company. If I ever have another event they will be the first call I make. If you want to be confident in your decision go with Fingersnappin Entertainment. Trust me, you will not regret it!!!

FingerSnappin' Entertainment MADE our reception! One of the best deciison i made while planning my wedding was using Burt Lawson as my DJ. He was energetic, completely prepared, and had a way of getting EVERYONE to get on the dance floor. One of my biggest fears was that my dance floor would be empty, but i didnt even have to think twice about it. All of our guests commented on how fun the DJ was. Also, Burt was so professional and on top of everything. My day of coordinator got sick and had to leave, so Burt handled coordinating the whole last half of the reception. Flawless! LOVE THESE GUYS!

Burt was AMAZING! He was fun and responsive and played just about everything I wanted to hear. On top of his great DJing and MCing FingerSnappin' provided beautiful up-lighting at a very affordable price! And I cannot say enough amazing things about the photobooth! What a crowd pleaser!!!! The photobooth was fun and came with amazing props that even my Nana and Grandpa dressed up in boas and pimp hats. Burt with FingerSnappin' Ent was not only professional and friendly he really catered to the crowd. He got them out on the dance floor and when they weren't dancing they were tapping their toes to his jams. I would definitely recommend him for any event big or small!

I am a skeptical person when reading reviews and choosing venders, but we decided to use Finger Snappin' Entertainment for our wedding this past weekend. WOW was Burt amazing! We had a 1920s theme to our wedding & Burt really had a lot of work to do to get ready for the wedding. During our meetings before the wedding he was calming and friendly and very willing to work with us. He took all of concerns into consideration and tied all of our 'wants' into the wedding. We used him for both the ceremony and reception. The ceremony music was exactly what we wanted & was perfectly timed! We left the reception music up to him and he did an amazing job! We received multiple complements about how people were loving the music that was being played! We also used the up-lighting that Burt had available and it just lit up the ballroom beautifully! We would definitely recommend Burt/Finger Snappin' Entertainment to anyone needing a DJ.

FingerSnappin' Entertainment DJed our wedding and they did an amazing job!! They were very flexible with our schedule as far as meeting with us and for our actual wedding. They were very detail oriented and made sure to note everything we wanted and the type of music we wanted played at the wedding. During the reception the with all the craziness going on the DJ kept everything going smoothly and kept things on schedule for us. They made sure everyone was up dancing and having a good time. The DJ even came out and danced with us!! He had his microphone letting us sing along with our favorite songs and made things perfect for our day!! Music was the most important thing to me, and I wanted everyone on the dance floor the entire time. Burt was amazing. He had everyone on the dance floor the entire time and catered to all ages. One moment that stands out, is he knew that I did not have my father attending the wedding and therefore there was no father daughter dance. My brother asked him to play a song for us, and he immediately knew from talking to me, that I would be uncomfortable if I was caught off guard. So he and my wedding planner were able to come together and with me, have the dance played but with burt inviting all guests on the dance floor at the same time. HIGHLY recommend him.

We used FingerSnappin Entertainment for our April 2016 wedding at Magnolia Plantation. We originally booked the company for transportation options for our guests, but ended up calling on them for a reception DJ as well. We had been set to use a friend who is a professional DJ, but he had a last minute emergency that prevented him from playing our wedding. With two months to go to our wedding, we contacted Burt at FingerSnappin, and he came through for us. Burt was professional and responsive. He agreed to meet with my (now) husband and I on a short trip to Charleston (we live out of state) and allow us to ask any questions and go over the plan for our reception. He showed up on time with a fun set up and lots of ideas to make our reception fun. The reception was a lot of fun for everyone, so much so that most of our guests stayed until the end even though our reception ran late. Burt worked with us to make our night the way we liked, and his suggestions were on point. He worked well with our other vendors and made sure the timing of everything ran smoothly. We had a wonderful time and we owe Burt a lot for helping make our day perfect.
We also used this company for transportation, hiring their trolley to transport our guests from a North Charleston hotel to Magnolia Plantation and back, and hiring one of the antique cars for our own getaway car. Both vehicles arrived on time and were fully functional throughout. They created a beautiful picture to round out our vision for our day.

We had an amazing wedding and one of the main reasons why it went so well was because of the services provided by Finger Snappin' Entertainment. Burt Lawson, and his wife Nicole, were unbelievably helpful. Everyone loved the music and thought that Burt was an awesome DJ. He stuck with our timeline and kept the wedding moving according to our plan; he is a true professional.

We also rented a photo booth from them and it was a huge hit! It kept the kids and adults entertained, the photo booth attendant was a very nice young man; he was so gracious with the kids, and let everyone have a great time. FingerSnappin' Entertainment provided both the ceremony music and the DJ services during the reception for our June 2012 wedding. When we first started looking for a DJ, we wanted someone with whom we could make a personal connection instead of being assigned a random DJ through a service. When we first met with Burt, we knew he was our guy. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided us with an excellent, detailed form to give him an idea of what we had planned for our wedding and what we wanted.... and he absolutely delivered! He met all our cues, played all the ceremony songs we'd selected, and created a great transition between the ceremony and reception for all our guests. During our reception, we never expected to have as many people out on the dance floor as we did -- from the oldest to the youngest!

We were so glad to have had Burt as part of our special day, and, in our opinion, there is no better DJ for the value in the Charleston area!

We absolutely LOVED having Burt from FingerSnappin' Entertainment as our DJ. He was super nice, very professional, flexible about our reception hours, and our dance floor was packed the entire evening. We just about had to kick people out at the end of the night! Burt was never cheesy or annoying like so many DJs we've seen. He had just the right amount of interaction with our wedding guests. The only reason we gave a 4.5 for quality of service instead of 5 was that we'd talked about doing a few things in our last meeting that for whatever reason didn't happen (nothing that important, but in hindsight we should've been more clear about the final contract). Overall, we were thrilled with Burt's work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who's looking for a great DJ!

Burt was a terrific DJ. His music appealed to all ages, which means that everyone danced and had fun. The sound equipment that was provided allowed everyone to hear both the ceremony and speeches--and this wedding was completely outside. We used Burt for my wedding as the DJ and rented their photo booth. Burt and the photobooth attendant were very professional. Our guests LOVED the photo booth and Burt was the best DJ and even danced with us! He also did the music for the outdoor ceremony which flowed beautifully. The only complaint I had was it took them a while to e-mail or call back. Other than that, we didn't have any issues. You can't go wrong with Fingersnappin.

I used their trolley to take guests from the ceremony to the reception. Overall, the company was professional, friendly, and responsive. They were the best price I could find too! The driver arrived early, which was great. My only complaints are that the trolley is a bit run-down. It needs a new coat of white paint--- and it would have been nice if it could have provided music. But overall, I was happy with my choice :)

Burt and his wife Nicole are great to work with. The DJ did play a few songs on my do not play list were played which I found a little frustrating. There were some technical issues and I think that must have thrown him off his game a bit. However I must note the technical issues were not his fault at all. The rental company supplied us with a bad extension cord. They also did my ceremony music which was perfect. Everyone had a blast. The photo booth was a hit.

I had an amazing experience with Burt & Team for our wedding. We contracted a trolley to do a few loops for some of our elderly guests and wedding party from church to reception location. He was already booked, but seeing as we only needed it for 2 hours max, he gave us a discounted rate and fit us in. The driver was professional and there were no issues that I know of! Thanks again for giving our wedding the extra je ne sais quoi!

I used FingerSnappin's trolley and photo booth during my wedding. They were professional, prompt, and just lower the market rate. The trolley was absolutely beautiful and my wedding guests commended my wife and I on how much they enjoyed the low-country ride. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely hire Fingersnappin for their services. You won't go wrong with these guys.

Our package included the DJ, photobooth, and officiant, along with lighting etc. I have broken out my review based on those categories:
DJ - Nick was amazing! He did such a great job and we got a lot of compliments on our music choices. He kept it upbeat and was very professional.
Photobooth - The photobooth was a huge hit and also doubled as our guestbook. At the end, you also get a USB drive of everyone's photos. Highly recommend!
Officiant - This brought the score down for Responsiveness and Value. Our officiant Christy Loftin - who is contracted out - was a no-show for both the rehearsal and reception without any communication involving why and to give us a heads up that someone else would be officiating. We did not find out until another officiant showed up at the rehearsal and informed us. While the new officiant was nice, it was clear during the ceremony that he absolutely did zero homework as he said the EXACT same thing as the reader. When you get married, part of what you pay is for a higher level of service. This unfortunately did not happen and I would recommend that FingerSnappin go with another officiant.

Burt was awesome. Aside from playing a song that my husband didn't want to be played (Baby Got Back)! Haha. Everything was great. We were wishing for more oldies but everyone was dancing and having a great tie so that's really all that matters! He got out there and was showing everyone how to dance too so if you want a DJ who just sits behind his little table, go for someone else. He's totally involved, but not too involved that it's annoying.

The photobooth was a huge hit. The photo album they provided was great quality with a space to put a picture or your name in a window on the front cover. The photo printouts were great, just wish that they would of let people know that only 100 plastic sleeves were available. Some guests received several sleeves while other guests did not because we met the 100 quota. Also, I thought the book was not visible. Because not everyone including myself knew to place their photo and comment in the book. Need to think about including a step stool for little ones because they did not prefer all guests to use a chair.

Burt was an maxing DJ and helped make our wedding perfect! The videographer was awesome and I couldn't have asked for a better day with them there. I will say however their customer service needs a little work. At times I felt I was the one working for their approval and working to be convenient to them when it should have been the other way around. At times I felt they were rude and tried to put blame on me for small problems when they should be trying to make the customer happy and do everything they can to make sure I have a pleasant experience instead I was worried about what I was saying and worried they were frustrated with me. I would recommend them but be careful with customer service areas.

Burt is conscientious and personable. He was happy to take our wanted list of music and use it. When there was a song we didn't have available in our own collection, he was determined to fine it and down load it so we could have a full catalog for our special day. He was on time and was a good "master of ceremonies" for our reception. We thought what he charged was entirely reasonable.

Our DJ, Joey, was very good. He was extremely easy to work with at the wedding, and he was very professional. However, leading up to the event was sort of an issue as we paid in full months prior to the wedding, and then did not hear anything from the owner, Burt, for months. We had to reach out to him about 2 weeks before the wedding and touch base. This was disconcerting, but all in all it worked out great. They have good equipment, and they have worked at our venue numerous times. I would recommend them, but you might just have to stay on top of them leading up to the event.

Our experience with Fingersnappin was distinctly average given some of the reviews I read. Burt was indeed excellent throughout the set-up and planning for our event, but he was not our actual DJ. My husband and I had spent a lot of time putting together some specific instructions for our DJ, who we needed to help facilitate the move downstairs to dinner, all of the specialty dances, etc. At the reception, it seemed she had not read any of our instructions beforehand as I needed to point them out to her on the form and explain what we needed done. She did a great job playing music, the dance floor was packed, but if you have any special instructions and Burt is not your DJ, know your instructions might not really be followed.

The DJ for my wedding was off on the timing of when music needed to start for the ceremony which created an awkward few moments for us as we waited. The photobooth we paid for 3 hours not a certain amount of photobooth slips. He ran out of paper well over 30 minutes before my wedding ended and the book he gave me had 38 copies. I would not recommend this company. Burt takes forever to respond to emails if he even responds at all. Disappointed to say the least.

I found out the day of the wedding that the DJ was sick and someone was sent that did not know what he was doing. My cousin had to spend an hour with him before the wedding helping him get the music for the wedding. He could not get the song played for the grandparents to walk in and he could not get our exit song to play. Also, we were informed the day of the wedding that the new DJ was unable to announce us to walk in to the reception and had to get someone that attended to announce us. We got the photo booth as well and that was a hit, however the grooms name was spelled wrong on the bottom. I told Nicole (Burt's wife) she said a test strip was done and someone approved it that was a lie. She was very rude in several emails after the wedding. Our wedding still ended up nice I was just a little frustrated with some things that happened. With all that said in all my conversations with Burt he was very nice and professional.

So my understanding is that my photographer was the same as the bride below me's and that is how i found out *the week before my wedding* that the trolley that we had booked was not really air conditioned, but a makeshift unit. I called Burt multiple times asking to see if we could switch vehicles, and finally we agreed on moving to their Limo Bus, and as an act of sincerity, he would provide us with his best driver. When on the day of the wedding a short party bus was parked in front of our venue(which clearly did not fit 50 people and did not look like the photos of the bus we agreed upon), i just had to go with it. Everyone crammed in, and we made it work. But we shouldn't have had to. To top it all off, our driver got lost several times (our travel radius was within 1 mile) and was clearly not the "best driver i have" since that was a male's name and our driver was female. The bus was air conditioned and we did make it work and had a fun time, but this is the only vendor that i would not recommend. A bride does not need that kind of stress the week and day of her wedding, so i would seek out more reputable transportation vendors in the Charleston area.

Don't book transportation services with this business. Booked transportation for those attending wedding in Charleston on May 21. Trolley did not show up on schedule, continuous services were not provided as contracted, get-away car would not start. Significant breach of contract with Burt unwilling to accept responsibility and unwilling to make this customer happy...just excuses. Beware of paying this guy up front regardless of discount.
Beware of relying on Burt's promises.

Burt was very communicative in the beginning and offered a discount if paid in full. I had sent him a few questions about what was allowed on the trolley with no response, just figured he didn't see it. I had also sent him the times and locations for drop off and pick up, as well as told him over the phone. We had booked a trolley but even after all of that clarification, the driver still had us down for dropoff only. So I had to leave my reception dinner to show her the emails and she was contracted out so she had to call a few people to figure it out. They eventually found our original itinerary and we got a ride home, but on what looked like an airport shuttle bus. I had paid for a trolley. The miscommunication was not my error; it was theirs. Neither vehicle had a way to play music, even though it looked like the first driver had her phone hooked up to do so. Overall pretty dissappointed.

We are in the process of planning for our wedding. The price was excellent and Burt was recommend by a girlfriend that had him at her wedding. The only downside is that I want a specific music list and it's been hard to contact Burt to get a timeline on the list and whatnot. I hope this is not an indication of how things will work on the day of the wedding.
