Fine Cuisine catered our wedding at The Vault 1891, and they exceeded every expectation. Chef Wahid and Joe were professional, attentive, and incredibly organized from start to finish.
The presentation was beautiful, the timing of each course was handled seamlessly, and they kept everything running smoothly throughout the evening. As a bride, I never had to worry about a single detail.
The food was outstanding. Our guests especially loved the crab dip and the meatballs, and we received compliments all night.
They also handled the full cleanup at the end of the event, which made the entire experience stress free. We are so grateful and highly recommend Fine Cuisine for any wedding or special event! -

Andie Sent on 09/26/2018Fine Cuisine catering was a joy to work with. From the first moment we arrived at our tasting we were treated like royalty. The staff was personable and happy to help us. We opted to have four appetizers for our cocktail hour, and 3 proteins, 2 starches, a salad, and 2 vegetables for our reception in a buffet style. Guests raved about how delicious the food was. The buffet was efficient and organized. Guests got their food quickly and were able to get seconds if they wanted. Fine Cuisine also provided my husband and I a plated meal at our reception which was so thoughtful. Fine Cuisine provided an open line of communication throughout the entire planning process. They were wonderful! -

Britnie Sent on 08/18/2018The food was so good. After being so nervous for a couple of days the food at cocktail hour was so delicious especially since the nerves had left. Main course was delicious and everyone loved how it tasted. -
Jenn Sent on 04/17/2018Fine Cuisine Catering was phenomenal to work with. Mary Beth was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. The company made any and all requests we had happen, including a Brie wedding cake, and chicken and waffle skewers. Guests complimented for days how delicious the food was, and how great of a variety they provided. Most people think of wedding food as bland and cold, but this food was Seasoned to perfection and HOT! The mashed potato bar was a huge success and the crab dip and crab balls were the best Baltimore locals had ever had. The 8 foot cheese display was so fully decorated, not like a typical wedding cheese plate you would find before dinner, and the serving staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to provide special dishes for guests with allergies, and our young children guests.

Dara Sent on 11/23/2014Fine Cuisine catering offered unlimited tastings, each costing $100 that would go toward the final cost. There was food was very good, although one guest reported getting one good piece of chicken and one tough one. Fine cuisine's cost for catering/food is extremely reasonable, however the charges for silverware, linens, etc and coffee/tea were quite overpriced. Fine Cuisine's staff were great and overall we were pleased. They do not offer any dessert options. -

Anna Sent on 10/29/2017We went with the BBQ buffet option. The food was incredible and the portions were generous. My guests were very happy with the food as were we! What stops me from giving this vendor a perfect score however is that we were not allowed to take the food home and I saw a LOT left over. The caterer was very firm about no take home boxes and I had no other option because this was Linganore Winery's in-house caterer. So I think we paid for a lot of extra food that either the employees took home or they threw out. All in all the food was great but I was a little disappointed about that. -

First, let me state that we were required by our venue to employ this caterer. Given the choice, we may have selected a different company. However...
The food was good - get the crab dip!
Their service was good - someone came to our table multiple times to check if we needed anything.
The cost was high, we thought, for a buffet.
Overall, it was good but expensive. If your venue is Linganore, this is the company you'll be using (as of Aug 2019).
