Highly recommended!
We hired a string trio from FAE to play at our wedding reception. We cannot say enough about the quality and professionalism of this group. The trio was incredibly talented and we received many compliments from our guests about the beautiful music. The musicians fit in perfectly at our black tie event and helped to create the perfect ambiance. In addition to an extensive classical repertoire they also knew many contemporary songs and were happy to learn new songs that we requested. I would highly recommend FAE and would absolutely use them again! -

Professional and Accommodating

Fine Arts Ensemble provides beautiful ceremony atmosphere
The Cello/violin duo we hired for our wedding did an absolutely beautiful job with our ceremony music. They were very easy to work with, even moving our wedding date from April to September, due to the pandemic. They played both classical wedding songs, and pop culture songs as well, and performed with seamless transitions! They were very easy to keep communication with, and professional throughout the event, I highly recommend the Fine Arts Ensemble! -

So easy to work with!
We booked FAE for our wedding ceremony. Due to COVID, we had to reschedule 3 times. Dimitri and his team were so easy to work with. About a month before the wedding, I spoke with Dimitri to discuss the ceremony music. FAE's performance during the ceremony was fabulous. We've gotten a ton of compliments on the ceremony music from our immediate family who was present at our wedding, as well as from our friends and family who tuned into the livestream. Thank you so much for helping us make our ceremony unforgettable -

We booked FAE for our wedding ceremony. In the lead up to the event Dimitri was super helpful with great communication in order to make sure we were happy with all of the details prior to the day itself. On the day, FAE's performance was great, the songs were performed beautifully! Thank you for adding more memories to the day!

Elegant Violinist
Fine Arts Ensemble's violinist was exactly what we were going for. Elegant. The violinist played beautifully and made my wedding moment exactly what I had envisioned since day once. Truly appreciative of their talent. -

Wonderful!
The music was beautiful and the musicians were so patient when we had church-access issues on the day.
Dimitri is hilarious via email; he's so organized and clearly has a tried-and-true schedule for getting his details together. I tried to do our T-1month a week early and was told kindly to wait until it was actually time, ha.
They were both happy to provide recommendations and had no problem when we deviated in favor of others from their extensive song list! -

Well the wedding is over and it was a beautiful night.
The scheduling agent was a pleasure to work with, very professional. The musicians he sent to play at our wedding were wonderful! We had an unexpected glitch of not being allowed in the church until another group completely ended and people left. The two musicians had think on their feet and set up quickly. Once in place, the music was perfectly beautiful.

My husband and I booked Fine Arts Ensemble for our wedding reception and we couldn't have been happier. They were absolutely amazing! Their song selections pleased all of our guests and had my husband and I smiling from ear to ear!! We are still getting calls from people telling us how they were the best ensemble they have ever heard at a wedding reception. The manager Dimitri , throughout the whole process of planning, was very professional and great to work with. We are so glad we chose Fine Arts Ensemble and we HIGHLY recommend them! Fine Arts Ensemble played for my daughter's wedding ceremony last weekend. (violin and cello) The musicians were excellent and the music was just beautiful! Dimitri made song suggestions which were perfect, and happily accommodated last minute requests. It made a wonderful ceremony even more special. They were easy to work with and very responsive. Contacted Fine Arts Ensemble receiving an immediate response from the director Dimitri Vychko. Explained the process and directed us to their website with all selections. Additional selections requested including pop tunes, not a problem! The setting was under the Audubon Oaks at the golf club. The musicians arrived and all was seamless and professional. This was an amazing, professional performance by the Fine Arts Ensemble! The violinist played all songs requested at the appropriate times and her Amazing Grace brought some to tears!
At a few parts of the ceremony
she had to deal with a wind factor but she stayed calm, graceful and professional!
Our guests enjoyed her beautiful playing at the cocktail hour!! My only regret is that because of pictures etc. we were unable to thank her personally!
Thank you so much for adding elegance and grace to the ceremony and reception! I would recommend the Fine Arts Ensemble to all!!! -

Fine Arts Ensemble exceeded my expectations serving as the ceremony musicians for my April 22nd wedding. I researched, and reached out to over ten different vendors before I hired Fine Arts Ensemble. I would highly recommend the fine arts ensemble for your wedding. Dimitri responded to our emails and text very quickly and was very helpful in making recommendations to my daughter for what to play during her ceremony . The musicians arrived early and we're set up and playing as the guest arrived. The music was exquisitely beautiful. The Ave Maria brought tears to my eyes!! -

Dimitri and his team are accomplished musicians who are accommodating about making sure the sound you're envisioning is what you hear when your guests are arriving and/or you're walking down the aisle. Dimitri and Irina were fantastic from beginning to end and made my ceremony music the least stressful part of my wedding planning. Dimitri always responded to my emails promptly and was very accommodating with our music selections. Since we were planning our wedding long distance, we had only visited our venue once--luckily Dimitri was very familiar with the venue and was able to make instrumentation and cuing suggestions. In the end, we decided to keep things simple and go with instrumental piano music, with the exception of the "Ave Maria". We chose a few traditional pieces from their extensive prepared list of music. They provided piano accompaniment to my uncle while he sang the "Ave Maria". They were even willing to learn 2 pieces which were not on their list: "Invincible" by Muse for the processional and "Somebody to Love" by Queen for the recessional. Both pieces were performed perfectly by Irina, and "Somebody to Love" had guests singing along as we processed out of the church as husband and wife! It was all so well done and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Fine Arts Ensemble and are forever grateful for the beautiful, memorable ceremony music that they provided for us! -

The musicians who played at my ceremony were phenomenal. Everything was absolutely perfect. I hired a string quartet and a trumpeter. I had high expectations, and they exceeded them. As a vocalist who has been singing at weddings for 13 years, I can say these are some of the most professional and talented musicians in the city. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for musicians for their events. -

The Fine Arts Ensemble Crew were incredible. They were incredibly prompt and helpful when it came time to figure out what songs to choose. On the day of our wedding we were unable to find the extension cords we had brought for the keyboard. Without skipping a beat, they pulled out a battery operated speaker and saved the day! They were on time, professional, and the music was absolutely beautiful. Their renditions of the songs I chose were even better than expected. Months later, I contacted them in hopes of getting the music recorded to listen to for years to come and quickly received a response. I recommend them to anyone looking for wedding musicians. -

Dimitri with Fine Arts Ensemble was so helpful when picking out music selections for the string trio for my Christmas wedding at The Roosevelt Hotel. He even let me incorporate some Christmas hymns that are not typical wedding song that they had to learn. I would definitely recommend them to any bride getting married in the New Orleans area. As a destination wedding, Dimitri made it very easy to plan from afar and I only talked on the phone to him once. We planned everything via email and it was so convenient.

Fine Arts Ensemble was the best choice for my ceremony music needs. My best friend used them and she said that they had a wide range of instruments and musicians. When I contacted them, I told them what I wanted and everything was so easy. I pretty much knew the songs I wanted for my church ceremony and they helped me with more options and was in contact with my cantor. The ceremony music was beautiful and I got a lot of compliments on them afterward. Everyone was so professional and listening to the music was my favorite part during the ceremony, besides, you know, actually getting married. -

I booked Dimitri to play the cello, along with a family friend of mine playing the piano. As a fellow musician and music teacher, good quality ceremony music was VERY important to me. He BLEW me away!!! He learned two songs ("The Luckiest" by Ben Folds, and "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri). It was more beautiful than I ever could have dreamed of. They also played gorgeous, more traditional music for the unity candle and for a half hour before as the guests were arriving. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Very reasonably priced and super easy to work with! Thank you FAE for making our day even more special !!!! -

We had the Cello and Keyboard for our wedding event at the Gallery, and it was perfect. Dimitri was easy to work with, very flexible, prompt, responsive, professional and, best of all, very talented. We used Dimitri from Fine Arts Ensemble for our string quartet for our wedding ceremony. Dimitri was easy to communicate with and was great in following up and nudging me to select songs, when I realized I forgotten to give him the song list by the date he requested. Oophs, totally my fault! Though he handled my mistake like a pro and gave me reminders and was very kind about it. He, obviously, understood that this bride was forgetting things closer to the wedding date. Anyhow, they had an array of song choices. He also gave me a suggested song list to help me in making the decision, which was a huge help. I can't say enough good things about Dimitri and Fine Arts Ensemble. I'm so happy I went with them for my ceremony at Latrobes. -

The Fine Arts Ensemble was an excellent choice for our ceremony and cocktail hour. We hired a cellist and a violinist and the two worked well to create a beautiful ambience for our wedding. They played our requested songs very well and even obliged and learned a song so that my husband could enter to his favorite song. The fee for learning said song was small and they did it flawlessly, with only a week to learn it. We highly recommend the Fine Arts Ensemble. -

Dimitri is the greatest. We had no idea what kind of music to pick and we were in a crunch for time and Dimitri came through for us. He sent over recommended music options and let us adjust accordingly. He also was low on musicians for our wedding date but within an hour got back in touch with us and got us the musicians we wanted. The music was beautiful and the musicians were nicely dressed. Definitely added a great touch :) -

Fine Arts Ensemble was wonderful to work with! Dimitri was very accommodating in helping us organize a ceremony music program that encapsulated our personalities and the feel of our wedding. Their proposal came with a CD of various tracks that showcased their choices of instrument groups and popular music suggestions. It made planning for the ceremony music very easy! From start to finish Dimitri was extremely professional in planning the music for my daughter's wedding. He was very helpful and promptly returned emails and phone calls.
Irina, the pianist and Dimitri's wife, prepared our vocalists very well in a one hour rehearsal at the church before our wedding rehearsal. The additional fee for this was well worth it!
The wedding day music was amazingly beautiful! I felt like I was at a symphony performance! The violin, trumpet, cello, and piano musicians were extremely talented!
I cannot imagine my daughter's wedding ceremony without Fine Arts Ensemble. Beautiful music is such a big part of the enjoyment of the ceremony. I can't wait to receive our wedding video so I can hear the music again!
I would highly recommend Fine Arts Ensemble to anyone planning a special event. I look forward to calling upon them in the future! -

I want to let you know how much I appreciate all your help in coordinating our Second-line Wedding Parade. I very much appreciate your patience with us, with the continuous changing of time and location, and us having to wait till the last minute to secure the legality portion of the parade.
My husband was very apprehensive about it at first, and we almost cancelled, because he thought Bourbon Street would be too crowed at the time and day we had it scheduled. My husband has been visiting The French Quarter of New Orleans every year for 15 years, so he knows all to well how crowded Bourbon Street can be. But to our surprise, they cleared all of Bourbon Street for us for 9 blocks!! My husband and I, our friends, and family couldn't believe it!! Let alone on a Saturday night, but also on a Holiday weekend!!
The police officers and band members we're on-time, very professional, very nice, as well as very talented. They took the initiative to try and play some songs they thought we may know, so we could sing along. It was amusing because they played a Hank Williams song, I guess because we were wearing cowboy hats and boots. We had a blast walking down Bourbon Street with them. The whole 9 blocks everyone was taking pictures and video of us. The next couple of days we felt like celebrities for the weekend. We had people recognized us from the Wedding Parade and stop to congratulate us on our marriage. This was a very memorable experience we will never forget. We love being able to brag and tell everyone about it. It was well worth every penny!!! We would do it again in a heartbeat and will be happy to recommend your services to others.

The prelude music was lovely as well (Dimitri's selections). And my own selection of Sheep May Safely Graze played during communion/interlude was played beautifully. -

I was incredibly happy with the Fine Arts ensemble from the minute I contacted them after seeing high ratings on the internet. Since I lived out of state it was wonderful to be able to talk to Demetri to make sure everything was ready. Demetri suggested songs that would go well together and was responsive to my questions. The two performs arrived early and were dressed formally and played while guest sat (starting in the rain turning quickly to New Orleans heat). The music was wonderful (although my poor planning led to a record 6 minute ceremony). The price was very reasonable for the quality received. This was my first point of contact for a destination wedding and it set a high bar. I would definitely recommend using Fine Arts Ensemble! -

Hi brides,
we came all the way from Hamburg/Germany to get married in Magic Nola. And our wedding was perfect, not least because of really fantastic and touching music performance by Dimitri and David (violin/cello) . Despite of the fact we couldn't talk to them before and ecerything had to be arranged by mail-, they made all our wishes come true.Their music really touched our hearts and made that special moment unforgetable ! High quality, erfect coherence to ceremony, professional arrangement: We can warmly recommend this ensemble ( as I've just done the day before) . Dimitri is a very talented musician and we were thrilled to have him play our ceremony as part of a string quartet that he organized. His rates are very reasonable and he did a great job of custom arranging a number of our favorite songs.
In addition, he was prompt is responding to our barrage of emails/calls and always gave helpful suggestions. This helped to keep us calm in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding and on the big day itself.
I don't always provide feedback but when I do... it's because the vendor was excellent all around.
You will not be disappointed!

Our ceremony was in the garden which sometimes creates a problem getting people "ready" for the ceremony. The music set the stage for the event and set the mood for our kids' wedding. The musicians took a lot of care to ensure that the couple had the music that they wanted, but gave them direction as to what would be appropriate for the different times of the wedding. I have received numerous compliments on the music selection and beautiful "sound". -

Dimitri and his wife were excellent performers. Since I paid for my wedding myself, I was on a very tight budget which meant that I spent less money for my wedding services. Dimitri treated me like I had paid millions for his service. He was very attentive to all of my needs and talked me through every step of the process. I did not need to chase after him on my wedding night to make sure it was the way I wanted. What bride has time to do that? It may sound crazy, but I even wrote simple lists of what I wanted and the other services I hired still did things their own way. My wedding was the most important night of my life so far. I would recommend anyone to hire Dimitri at Fine Arts Ensemble for any occasion especially if you want to hire someone and have no stress on your special occasion. They will show up and they will do exactly what you want. Also, I was very impressed with Dimitri's knowledge on the many parts of a wedding ceremony where music should be played. -

I found Fine Arts Ensemble on the internet and decided to take a chance with them. I was a bit nervous in the beginning because it was my wedding,i'd only heard their music from the website plus they would have to travel about an hour to get to me. Just so you know, EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL!!!! Just talking to Dimitri and getting everything(esp. the music)together was a breeze. Very professional, worth every penny, very patient, easy to get in contact with and my harpist did an excellent job for the ceremony. It was beautiful and all of my guests loved it. I'm so glad I went with this vendor(FAE) and would highly recommend them to anyone. -

FAE was AMAZING! The ceremony music was absolutely flawless and I'm pretty sure they're responsible for making all the guests cry (in a good way, lol). I chose the piano and cello duet and it sounded wonderful. Book them...you (and your guests) won't be disappointed! -

Fine Arts Ensemble was amazing at my wedding and their music was absolutely beautiful. I did a piano/cello duet and it was breathtaking. Dimitri is extremely timely in responding to any questions you may have via email or phone. He was very flexible in scheduling a time for the rehearsal. The duet showed up on time for the ceremony and were dressed for the occasion and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Fine Arts Ensemble for anyone wanting quality, professional musicians for their wedding. -
