  Wedding Coordinator

  Nichole was great! She was in contact with all of our vendors and helped get everything set up day of. We unfortunately had rain and had to switch to “plan b”- she nailed it! Perfect!

  Nichole was so great! Having her allowed me to relax and actually get to enjoy my wedding day. She thought of everything so I didn’t have to sweat the small stuff and was always super responsive if I needed anything leading up to the day of!

  Hire Nichole For Your Wedding!!

  Nichole did the day-of coordination for my wedding on 12.17.22. She did an absolute amazing job! She went above and beyond every step of the way. I decided to incorporate a lot of DIY elements into my wedding, and Nichole executed on setting them all up perfectly. She made sure to get in contact with all vendors 2 weeks before the wedding, so that they were no longer contacting me and would go directly through her(which eased my stress!). She made a very useful wedding timeline so that way me and my husband, family, and the entire wedding party knew where we all needed to be and when. Since we were getting married on a historic property, there were a lot of rules/restrictions (no red wine in Villa, no hanging stuff on walls, no flames, etc.) and Nichole made sure that we (and guests) were following them all throughout the night to save us from any unnecessary fines from the venue. Nichole far exceeded all my expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding/event!

  Nichole was an amazing coordinator for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding at the end of September 2023. From our first call with her she was incredibly professional and always responsive to emails/texts. Nichole is thoughtful and easy to work with and truly listened to our vision. Everything went smoothly at both events and we have Nichole to thank for that! She took over communication will of our vendors which was super helpful as our wedding date closer.
