The best there is

I wish I could given more than 5 stars! I had met Shaun about 10 years ago at a previous job when they were still going by "Festive Atmospheres," was curious about what the business was, and looked them up. Their website was beautiful and I am so happy that I saved it for when I got married! Frankie was a pleasure to talk to--when we sat down at my initial consult, his drawings matched my favorite Pinterest bouquet (without showing pictures)! He understood my vision and brought it to life and then some. I will admit that Festive was the most expensive of the florists that we met with, but they are WORTH EVERY PENNY! (When asked by another florist who we ultimately went with, they said "I can compete in price, but Frankie is the absolute best there is. He is a true master.") We felt like the team was very respectful of our budget and we got way more than what we paid for. I noticed on our wedding day that additional centerpieces had been placed on the bar, additional candles were around the room, and (my personal favorite) I had 5 peonies in my bouquet instead of the 3 I had paid for! My bouquet was so big that I could barely hold it in both hands! Both on our wedding day and looking through pictures , we get endless compliments on our flowers. I am so happy that I asked Frankie for his drawings when he was done with them and that I had my bouquet preserved so that I can admire Festive's beautiful work for years to come!

Dreams to Reality!!!

Festive will literally turn your dreams into reality. From the first meeting, I knew they were the crew for me. Frankie caught my vision right away, and even guessed my style of dress correctly. His talent and passion for design, color, and exceeding one's expectations was clear from the first meeting. Everyone at Festive appreciates that they are working on one of the most important days in your lives, and no detail is overlooked. They not only handle the floral design, they also work with other vendors to rent pretty much anything extra you may want or need. They were my easy button. I had no stress on my wedding day, and when I came down to walk down the aisle, I felt like a Queen. My vision was alive that day, and everything was perfect. The process was fun as well, I looked forward to our meetings, and grew more and more excited after each one. The guys are super punctual, and return correspondence quickly. Also, they are mindful if you are within a budget, and will suggest what to take out, add or replace to stay within that budget. They are simply the best in the industry to work with, and I'm so thankful they were given to my husband and I as a recommendation. Thank you Festive Crew!!!

Floral Wedding Review

My son was married on Saturday, July 27, 2019 and I had the pleasure of being the wedding coordinator. I researched several florists and chose Festive Couture Floral. It was the best decision we made. We worked closely with Frankie, Mark and Shaun. They are an amazing, talented and creative team. Their team of florists, transformed the ballroom into the most beautiful, romantic setting. We received compliments all evening and guests are still texting and calling me and telling me how beautiful the ballroom looked with the floral arrangements. It was truly magical. Mark was so easy to coordinate with, Shaun always had everything in order as changes were made and Frankie provided his creative ideas. Everything was organized every step of the way. It was flawless. We highly recommend Festive Couture Floral and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

Festive Couture over delivered once again.

Frankie and the FC team once again hit it out of the park for my daughter's wedding. I've had the pleasure to work with them on numerous occasions, including 4 weddings and I would not think of going anywhere else. Their vision, professionalism and execution is flawless. I literally cried when seeing the reception florals for the first time as they were so beautiful. Frankie is an artist and his creations are second to none. Thank you Frankie, Mark and Shaun for creating the wedding day of my daughter's dreams.

Trying to secure the services of a good floral designer that shares your vision for a special day is not an easy task. We poured over the local listings and websites and read as many reviews as we could find. From the first contact with Festive Floral until the day of the wedding we knew the research paid off.
Our venue, the St Louis Art Museum, was not the usual and presented challenges.
Frankie, Mark, and Shaun rose to the challenge. My daughter lives and works out of state and came in once to consult with the Festive team. She explained her vision, likes and dislikes. Frankie and Mark understood immediately proposed ideas and came up with a plan quickly. That was our single meeting! We emailed a few additions and last minute unfounded concerns by the nervous bride. Everytime they responded quickly, helped with great logistical guidance, and reassured. The result was over the top gorgeous. Frankie and Mark presented us with a setting that mirrored a lavish secret garden, and warmed the otherwise aloof feeling of a museum beyond our wildest dreams. Our guests were amazed.
We were truly impressed by their creativity, passion, warmth and professionalism. Without any reservation I would highly recommend Festive Floral.

I can not say enough about Festive Couture and the beautiful event they created for our daughters wedding in July of 2017. From our first meeting to the end of the wonderful night, they did an amazing job with our flowers, the Ritz Ballroom, the bouquets and the church. There is no end to their creative ability and vision . Shaun,Mark and Frankie were so professional and passionate about all aspects of their business. I highly recommend their services to everyone who is looking for a highly stylized classic style for their wedding.

Stunning. i am a master gardener and Frankie can find flower that i don't even know about. he managed to get salmon peonies in February. fushia orchid strands. Frankie is the most creative designer in st. louis

Pictures, nor words even begin to capture the magnificance of the artistry created for our daughters wedding. From the initial consultation, we were spellbound as Frankie and Mark asked questions, then drafted a sketch capturing the vision our bride and her wedding planner had in mind. We anticipated excellence, and we're thrilled beyond belief. From the bridal bouquet, the venue table arrangements, and the over the top Oreo cookie tree, elegance and perfection were illustrated in every detail. The entire Festive Team is incredibly talented and a joy to work with. We are honored to have experienced their magnificence!

The Festive team did an OUTSTANDING job with our wedding. They created everything I imagined and more. The floral arrangements, chuppah, candles, bouquets, boutonnieres and more, enhanced the already beautiful location and made it, in my opinion, an event to remember. It was absolutely breathtaking. These guys are the best, no doubt about it. Frankie is an amazing artist. His work is absolutely gorgeous. Mark is absolutely perfect as well. He made the entire process seamless. And Shawn kept us up to date on every change made to our contract throughout the entire 9 months of planning. I met with many florists who also had beautiful work but none of them compared to Festive Couture. From the very first meeting these guys went out of their way to make both mine and my moms wishes come true. They even ordered new centerpieces that I really wanted! My wedding was stunning, the most beautiful party ever, thanks to these guys.

Frankie and his team were so easy to work with in the weeks leading up to the wedding and we didn't have any issues at any point, including the day of the wedding. I trusted Frankie to make my flowers look amazing and he definitely followed through! I wasn't too particular with the details, but knew the color scheme that I wanted. Frankie worked with the scheme I described and used his creativeness to come up with something exactly how I pictured. He was also conscious of our budget and how to make the room look great within these limits. The flowers turned out beautiful and made the reception venue look awesome! We had tons of compliments them and were even able to take the centerpieces home. I would definitely recommend Festive Atmospheres to anyone for their upcoming wedding, especially if flowers are one of the things that are most important to you!

Frankie was wonderful to work with and really went above and beyond to make our wedding flowers absolutely stunning! Festive Atmospheres was a dream to work with! I am not much of a flower person, so I did not really have much input about what I wanted for the reception or the bouquets. I basically just let Frankie and his creative vision to lead the way. And boy am I glad I did! Our flowers were fantastic!! The bouquets were a perfect mix of elegant and modern, exactly what I wanted. And our reception…it was simply amazing. The flowers were a stand out at the reception! They were creative, fun, and beautiful. I had several guests ask who I used for my flowers because they were that wonderful! I would highly recommend Festive Atmospheres to anyone planning a wedding. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose them!!

Frankie did such an amazing job bringing my ideas to life. He is so creative and knowledgeable! I could not have dreamed of better flowers, center pieces and decorations for my wedding day. Everyone complimented the beautiful arch of flowers he designed. Frankie was able to help me choose the appropriate flowers and was honest when I would pick above my budget. Frankie was so incredibly wonderful to work with and truly brought every idea to life. He is the ultimate artist, perfecting every idea we had and turning it into a wedding I thought was only possible in my dreams! Every single detail was flawlessly executed from the fabulous bouquet, the breathtaking centerpieces, the gorgeous chuppah,to the candles lighting the room. Frankie was wonderful helping us decide flowers. He came up with creative and very beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres.

We were a little late getting flowers checked off our list and Festive Atmospheres helped us out in a pinch! I would absolutely recommend to other brides in STL! He creates gorgeous works of art that photograph so well!

I would highly recommend Festive Atmospheres to everyone! I expressed my ideas to Frankie and he truly delivered...and then some. I did not enter my event room until just before my wedding and I must say the flowers took my breath away. Every guest I spoke to raved about how beautiful the arrangements were. Other than my husband and my guests the flowers were my favorite detail of my big day. Frankie, I truly want to thank you for your incredible talent and attention to detail!

Frankie was wonderful to work with! I was able to describe the feeling and the vibe of the wedding and with that he created absolutely gorgeous flowers. The first meeting he drew a variety of flower ideas for bouquets, and posies, to table centerpieces, to the ceremony flowers. It was a great way for us to visualize the results. His creations were stunning! We had compliments on them all evening...and we still get people who comment on how gorgeous the flowers were at our wedding. Bottom line -- he created fabulous, beautiful flowers and was a joy to work with!

We interviewed five florists and found that Frankie was the most open, creative and wanted to make the picture that we had in our minds come to life. He would draw examples of bouquets and we could modify them as we liked.
Frankie is a florist that you can trust even if you can't visualize the picture that he is describing. An example is that we had three foot moss covered "S"'s made to hang on the Church doors and then to be transfered to the reception.
Frankie said that he would incororate orange roses, copper wire and beads on the "S". I wasn't sure, but he said to trust him and he was right! The result was fabulous! He is also very detailed, meticulous and easy to work with, not to mention fun! Frankie's experience shows with his suggestions. We felt his prices were extremely fair for the quality of the product that he delivers. Our guests marveled over the floral decorations. As you know, wedding planning can be stressful and we did not have to worry in the florist department at all. Frankie gets five stars and I would gladly utilize his services in a New York minute again!

Festive Atmospheres and the owner, Frankie Peltierre provided the most beautiful floral arrangements and vases which many of the guests had ever seen! Many comments were bandied about the room that night, the next day, and many days after. I never have stopped hearing about the fragrance, the colors and the variety of flowers used. I know for a fact that at least three people at our wedding have called Frankie for their daughters' weddings during the next several months after ours. This was just from their own observations. And I myself had found him through an article I had read in one of the papers in which he commented that he loved "Champagne and plum French tulips." I never have seen any of those, but the thought of such a thing dazzled me. I love this man's talent.

Frankie was AWESOME! The flowers were amazing -- from the boutennieres, to the bouquets, to the centerpieces, everything was perfect. I was kind of a pest and bugged him weekly with new thoughts, ideas, requests and he happily met and exceeded my expectations each time. I would HIGHLY recommend him. Frankie went above and beyond for us. We truley could not have been happier with our flowers for the ceremony and reception. When I arrived at the church and saw my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets I was amazed at how beautiful they were. When we saw our centerpieces at our reception we were in complete awe. They were stunning. We had so many compliments and the flowers really gave our wedding and reception that something extra that was exactly what we wanted. The price is a little more expensive than we wanted to spend, however it was worth every penny and I am so glad we didn't go to just the average florist. I know we would not have been as pleased.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Frankie and Festive Atmospheres! Frankie is so creative with flowers it is amazing how easily he was able to create my dream center peices for the wedding. He was able to bring my ideas to life and do so at a great price. The flower arrangements were one of a kind and I would recommend Festive Atmospheres to anyone! They were absolutely AMAZING to work with. The consultation was amazing and I knew they were the perfect match for me. They helped me get all of my ideas into one focus and it was beautiful!!!! We could not have been more pleased with Frankie's work. Our centerpieces and chuppah far exceeded what we envisioned. They were beyond beautiful. We received so many compliments and several friends chose to work with Frankie after seeing our wedding. He really made a pretty room spectacular.

Wedding nod to Easter

My daughter's spring wedding the day before Easter was made spectacular by the flowers and decor from Festive Couture. Not the best value in town but there is no other florist that can deliver such a WOW factor. Worth every dime! OUTSTANDING!

EXCELLENT FLORIST!! The whole team was amazing and the flowers exceeded my expectations! Frankie is a genius when is comes to flower creations! Mark is a true profressional. He is courteous and has excellent customer service.

Frankie was highly recommended by the Coronado Ballroom which is where my wedding was held. Frankie's creativity and passion for flowers gives him n amazing talent that will show in his work. My flowers were extravagant, unique and breath taking. If you choose this company, your flowers will not be forgotten by your guests.
