Choosing Fernando Productions and specifically Ryan for our wedding was the best decision we made. The music was the thing we cared about the most at our reception because we wanted an epic dance party that would keep everyone dancing all night. Ryan absolutely accomplished that for us. We gave him our vibes (millennial nostalgia) and an inspo playlist and he went above and beyond to deliver on it for us. He also kept everything moving smoothly throughout the night and it felt truly seamless. I had so many people tell me it was the most fun wedding they had ever been to and that our DJ was incredible. A wonderful wedding!
DJ Fernando Productions brought the atmosphere to my wedding! Max was our DJ, he was extremely professional with every interaction. My sister also used another DJ of the production team, for her wedding, and loved it.
Max, alongside my coordinators, made sure our day went smoothly as planned! He Dj both my ceremony and reception, kept the pace of the day day flowing. All my guests had nothing but great things to say, they didn’t want the party to end!
Definitely happy we went with the Photo Booth, additional up lighting/party lights and the satellite speaker to keep the party flowing throughout the whole space.

Reuben is the GOAT
My spouse and I agree that DJ Reuben was hands down the best DJ of any wedding we've been to... by a lot!
We reached out to Fernando (Fernando Productions) to book our wedding DJ, and he introduced us to Reuben. Reuben was great to work with leading up to our wedding but really shined at the reception. He was dancing with us from behind the table while managing the set list - this man clearly loves his job. Multiple guests complimented his set to us throughout the night and specifically asked us how we found him. He kept the energy up and our dance floor packed through the very last song of the night, all while accommodating our handful of song requests. The blending from song to song was seriously well done, his song choices were perfect for our style, and he was able to adjust his speaker volume at our request.
Reuben is a real professional and we want to be invited to his next set!

DJ Max is absolutely incredible!! He met with us a few times before our wedding to ensure we were on the same page with all the details, timeline, music cues, etc. Max did both our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception and was phenomenal!! He helped make our day run so smoothly from pace of the ceremony, to pace of releasing tables for dinner, and keeping our dance floor packed all night long! We absolutely loved how well Max could mix, read the room, and keep the energy high all night long!! Max was incredible to work with & we would recommend him to every single couple!!

Fernando productions is THE DJ company of all DJs! Shortly after my husband and I got engaged, we made sure to lock in DJ Jared for our wedding, and it was a top tier decision. We had the best night of our lives and then some. Jared was electric as always (we had seen him at other weddings and were blown away, so we knew we had to have him) & I literally never saw an empty spot on the dance floor the whole night. We had the best experience working with Fernando Productions and DJ Mike for our wedding! Prior to the wedding, we met with Mike twice to chat through what we wanted the vibe to be during the reception, and to make sure that we ran through the timeline to keep things on track on the big day. We instantly felt that we had made the right choice, and Mike exceeded all expectations that we had! Mike went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was perfect and with his experience and positive energy, it was better than we could’ve ever imagined. We wanted to keep things flowing throughout the night and the dance floor to be packed until the end, and Mike constantly checked in and read the room to keep the energy up. He was attentive, able to pivot as needed, and really listened to what kind of event we wanted and did everything he could to make that happen. They had a web portal which was easy to use to keep track of important songs, timelines, and a list of songs to avoid playing. Jared perfectly played the role of hype man and ensured everything went smoothly. His had his finger on the pulse of the party and knew just what to do to keep it running. The DJ Fernando company was outstanding to work with! Well worth the investment. Fernando provided SO much information from the start, which I loved. He was completely transparent, clear, and responsive. And our DJ Kaiden was amazing! From the initial meeting to the month-out planning session to the actual wedding, he was so easy to work with and clearly knew what he was doing. He got our song vibe (only made it better- it really is an art DJ-ing a wedding and getting people on the dance floor, which Kaiden did!). Several guests commented on how good our DJ was. We’d definitely book again. We also booked our PhotoBooth through DJ Fernando and were very impressed. We LOVE the personalized book we get to keep with all the photostrips and notes from guests, and our attendant stayed way later than he had to!

We booked DJ Max through Fernando Productions for our Wedding. Fernando was extremely responsive and helpful with all the questions we sent his way. We had the absolute best experience with Fernando Productions and DJ Nick for our wedding on June 14th! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The booking and payment process was straightforward and easy, and Fernando himself was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive as we made our decisions. He truly made us feel taken care of and confident in our choice.
DJ Nick was phenomenal! He took the time to understand the vibe we wanted and executed it perfectly. We gave him some recommendations, mostly the vibe we wanted and a few songs on our do not play list. Mostly we wanted to provide a feel but allow him to follow the crowd and energy! He did just that!! Nick blended effortlessly while also reading the room like a pro.
Despite an unexpected catastrophe of losing power at our venue as someone hit a transformer nearby, Nick maintained professionalism and pivoted! He had a portable speaker and our guests were flexible. As soon as the power returned, he regained the dance floor! This hiccup was not on our bingo card for the night, and we'd never expect a DJ to prepare and plan for something so unexpected, but DJ Nick was flexible and brought the energy!
Nick was professional, punctual, friendly, and so fun to work with. He made transitions smooth, nailed every announcement, and kept the night flowing flawlessly. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to help us celebrate such a special day. We cannot recommend Ryan, our wedding DJ enough! From the start, I handed him a rather ambitious (okay, massive) list of 150 of our favorite songs—each with deep personal meaning or dance floor potential. But in the end, I realized that what really mattered was the vibe, the flow, the magic of the moment—and wow, did he deliver.
One of the main reasons we chose Ryan was his mixing ability, and he did not disappoint. His transitions were flawless, his energy infectious, and he instinctively knew exactly what to play and when. Worth the money
DJ Jared was the most attentive vendor we had all night (even more so than our coordinator). He was getting us drinks, offered to clear our plates, and even ran over to offer club soda when he saw me spill something on my dress. The music and vibe were exactly what we were looking for. He played all the songs that I wanted and was able to keep people on the dance floor even with the small wedding we had. He also kept the reception running smoothly from one event to another without any dull moments in between. Fernando Productions was great to work with and very responsive. I have to admit that I was hesitant to spend a lot of money on a DJ but it was definitely worth the money. It's obvious why Fernando Productions has such a great reputation.

Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding
We can’t say enough good things about DJ Ryan. He absolutely crushed it at our wedding. From the start, he was super professional and clearly well-prepared for our big day. Before the wedding, we had a meeting to go over our expectations, talk through playlists, and share the vibe we were going for. It really felt like he took the time to understand us as a couple and make sure the night reflected that.
On the day of, everything went so smoothly. DJ Ryan was incredibly flexible, changing songs and taking requests throughout the night without missing a beat. The dance floor was never empty, which is exactly what we were hoping for. We truly appreciated how patient and hardworking he was the entire night.
We’re so happy we went with DJ Fernando Productions for our wedding. It was seriously one of the best choices we made.

DJ Mike and Fernando Productions were amazing from the start of the process communicating all the way thru the end of our wedding reception! DJ Mike is a master at mixing songs on the spot and he kept the dance floor filled with guests all night which is exactly what we wanted. We received so many compliments about how fun the reception was and we know that DJ Mike played a MASSIVE part in this! He also was perfectly on cue with the fireless sparklers setting them off exactly when we wanted them to add that extra special touch. The Best DJ Kansas City has to offer!
Are you looking for the BEST DJ? Well, you just found him! Fernando Productions was used for mine and my sisters weddings and there is no better choice. When booking our weddings- after finding the wedding date, DJ Fernando is the FIRST call to see his availability. Fernando first DJ’d my sisters wedding in 2017, he then took the show on the road in 2019 to St Louis, and just two weeks ago he DJ’d my wedding day. Fernando is more than just a DJ, he is so attentive to detail and makes sure the day runs smoothly. Prior to the wedding day, he sends the bride and groom a website to place all their favorite songs, here you can also specify any special songs, or let him know certain songs are to be played once the grandmas go home! A month out from the wedding, we met with him to go through all the details, he asks every question, how to introduce each family member, are you doing a bouquet toss, what is your first dance… and if you need to make changes day of? No worries! Fernando has you covered! I wasn’t sure what song to have my wedding party enter the ceremony to, Fernando asked if I trusted him to pick the right song, I said OF COURSE! And the ceremony kicked off beautifully. My fiancé and I wanted to make sure the dance floor was packed all night, and Fernando made sure of that! We had so many compliments throughout the night on how amazing our DJ was, and we couldn’t agree more! Fernando makes the last dance of the night special by having everyone form a circle around the bride and groom for one last special moment! Then to top off the night he offers a private last dance just for the couple to share one last special moment before leaving the venue. We also opted for the Mirror Photo Booth and Guest photo book- this was the best decision, the day after our wedding we were able to immediately reminisce on the day with pictures of all our friends and family! Fernando Productions is truly one of the easiest and best decisions we made for our wedding day- he is simply THE BEST!

We had DJ Jared and he did amazing!! From the start of our planning meetings we knew his personality would be a great fit - plenty of energy and agreed our "do-not playlist" was songs he wouldn't even play anyways! Haha! He was professional and organized - we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Jared did a great job MC'ing the night. Don't underestimate the importance of this. Your guests need someone leading the energy of the night. I've seen other weddings go south just because the guests weren't being led by the MC as they should be. Where do I even begin?! Hiring Fernando for our wedding was hands down the best decision we made. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and above all, SO much fun. He made every step of the planning process smooth, exciting, and stress-free. We felt completely confident going into our wedding day knowing he had everything handled.
Fernando took care of everything—audio, lighting, the photo booth, and of course, the music—and he exceeded all of our expectations in every single area.

Amazing communication and flexibility!
We had DJ Ryan for our wedding and he was nothing short of amazing! Through the meetings we had months in advance to the week of our wedding, all of our wants/needs were met with no questions asked. We had originally planned for our wedding ceremony to be outside, but it poured on our wedding day. This moved the ceremony into our reception hall, speeding up the process and getting ahead of our schedule. Ryan met us in the house on our venue property after the ceremony to get an idea of how we wanted the flow of things to go from there. We decided to cut the cocktail hour short and get the party started early. Ryan did it seamlessly. We also had a pretty wide request for music. We love 90s alternative, red dirt, and 90s/2000s party music. Ryan absolutely nailed incorporating all of this into our reception without awkward transitions. We wouldn’t have changed a single thing about our entire day!

DJ Nick was the perfect choice for our wedding! Fernando Productions was so easy to work with, very responsive and professional. They were able to work within our budget and provide ceremony music for a small additional charge as well! We couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our reception! From the very first consultation, Josh was professional, approachable, and genuinely excited about our big day. He took the time to get to know us, our story and hopes for the evening.
On the day of the reception, Josh arrived promptly, set up quickly, and was ready to go well before the reception started and we had a tight timelines of 2 hours to set up. He mixed in all of our special requests and even worked with my husband to surprise me with singing our favorite song to me accompanied by one of our best friends on guitar.
What really stood out was Josh's attention to detail. He made sure everything flowed smoothly, from the introductions to the special dances. His professionalism and enthusiasm made our reception unforgettable.

We got married on October 5, 2024. Fernando was absolutely INCREDIBLE on our wedding day!! To this day, we are still receiving SO many compliments on how amazing our DJ (Fernando) was. Excellent DJ company with professional and hand-picked DJs for your type of event
We booked DJ Ryan with Fernando Productions for our wedding reception at Union Station and we are soooo glad we did! Ryan met with us two times throughout our wedding planning process to ensure he understood the type of aesthetic and music we wanted for our reception. We were a bit nervous about picking the right DJ for our wedding, considering Union Station is a big venue and we needed someone who could handle that size of a venue and crowd. But DJ Ryan killed it. He came early to set up and make sure everyone could hear the music/speeches from all over the venue space. He perfectly executed the music we wanted for cocktail hour, dinner, and post-dinner. Any most of all, his MC-ing was amazing, which was super important to us when looking for a DJ. He got the crowd pumped up when he needed to, announced all the different events going on at the right times, and kept everything nice and classy by not trying to be too showy/funny. Our dance floor was completely packed from the moment it opened to the last song of the night. Our experience with Fernando productions literally could not have been better. 5/5 stars!

Packed Dance Floor!
One thing my Husband and I immediately agreed upon when we began wedding planning, we wanted to have a party! We knew we needed to find a DJ that would read the room and keep the party going! Our first initial meeting with DJ Ryan, we knew he understood the assignment! We had our meetinging with him about a week out, and we talked again about what our perfect night was going to look like, and Ryan delivered! Our dance floor was packed from the get go, and people didn't leave! We have had so many people tell us how much fun they had at our wedding these last couple of weeks! Both of us come from large families and have never seen a dance floor packed all night like ours was!! 10/10 would highly recommend DJ Ryan and the crew at Fernando Productions!!

Hire fernando!!! He was our sangeet DJ which means he had a HUGE job. From the preparation to the execution he is 10/10 in all areas. Professional and knowledgeable and so fun and cool. We had more than a handful of performances throughout the night and even some last minute changes and Fernando kept our night running smoothly. The dance party was the perfect mix of Bollywood and hip-hop to keep everyone entertained. Our guests had the time of their lives. Thank you for an unforgettable evening!

Great wedding DJ
Jared with Fernando Productions was an excellent DJ. He was very professional and showed a true passion for his job during our initial discussion. I felt very confident hiring him. Jared did the sound for our ceremony in the chapel and he smoothly ran the dinner reception. He played one great song after another during the evening and kept everyone on the dance floor. Best DJ in KC
DJ Fernando himself did our wedding, and was exceptional from start to finish. From working with us on the songs we wanted (and didn't) to walking through every step of the ceremony and executing to perfection, we could not have been happier with his performance. He was able to time our processional song perfectly, and was even ready to go with a mic for an unplanned moment where a family member gave a speech. Maybe the best part, he knows how to read a room and play the right songs for the moment, keeps things rolling, and will even pre-plan a signal with the bride/groom if they want a song skipped etc., and he is also very gracious with guests over-requesting songs that may not be the right fit for what the couple wants. He was so good that even some wedding crashers were asking for his business card on their way out the door. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Best DJ Ever!
We worked with Jared with Fernando Productions for our wedding and had the absolute best experience with him and the entire team. Their communication was great, always quick responses and extremely professional. Jared was amazinggggg I can not stress this enough. The #1 most complimented aspect of our wedding was our DJ. He absolutely killed it. We were blown away truly. We also used them for uplighting and highly recommend that as well!

We had a very pleasant experience with Fernando and his team. Communication was always clear. We don't have any complaints! Guarantee it’s a party!
DJ Spencer MADE our wedding reception a nonstop, high energy party. Not only did we get a dj who actually dj’d, really mixing and transitioning tracks (even song requests were blended into his mix flawlessly holy sh** it was unreal) we got a real party host. Spencer was practically another wedding coordinator. From pumping up the crowd for the bridal party re-entry and toasts to the flawless music transitions between events, to the personal touches decorating the DJ booth, we got so much more than we expected. Not to mention the unbelievable mix of music that kept our dance floor full from START TO FINISH. Truly, not a single lull.
If there’s a better DJ in the industry, they’ve got to be made of gold, because we couldn’t find a downside to booking DJ Spencer if you paid us. 10/10, 5 stars, 4 thumbs up. We had a BLAST

Our Daughters Wedding
Jared with Fernando Productions is PHENOMENAL!!!!! He’s energetic, reliable, experienced, flexible, accommodating and one of the key reasons why our daughter’s wedding was so fun and magical! He was so great about managing the flow of the evening and everyone was so engaged and had such an awesome time!! We had so much positive feedback from our guests about what a great time they had. We hired Jared with Fernando Productions for the music at our daughters, wedding ceremony and the reception … And the photo booth was a huge hit!!!!! We interviewed multiple DJ vendors, knowing this was a really important part of the wedding. After speaking with multiple people, he was clearly the stand out. He gave us so much confidence and helped relieve so much stress that we had in the final weeks of the wedding with so many things to do. we were also fortunate that our friends hired Jared For a wedding, a couple months prior to our daughters that we attended. He was equally fantastic at their wedding! We cannot say enough, good things about how he made this day so special for us! When it is our younger daughters turn in a couple of years, we will definitely hire Jared again. If you’re looking for the best DJ in the business and someone that will make sure your guests have a memorable time, we highly recommend Jared at Fernando productions! The best vendor ever
We cannot say enough wonderful things about DJ Fernando! From start to finish, he played music that catered to everyone in the room, creating a vibrant atmosphere that got everyone dancing. His ability to read the crowd and play the perfect mix of songs was exceptional.

We were SO excited to have Jared as our wedding DJ and he did not disappoint! He was very responsive to our requests, which were super easy to give through the portal. Best dj in kc!
I cannot say enough good things about Fernando. We met him at the grand opening of our wedding venue and from our first conversation we knew we needed him for our wedding. He provided prompt communication and answered all of our questions in a timely and thorough manner. He let us come in for a session to see his spinning and get an idea of what type of music we wanted played at the wedding to make sure it was a good fit. He also has tons of add ons to make your wedding as special as possible. Now for the actual DJ’ing services. HOLY COW! If you want a DJ that will make your night perfect & you don’t have to worry about a thing, look no further. The ceremony and cocktail hour went so well and there was not one hiccup. He had our officiant lapel-mic’d and also had a hand mic for the person who did a reading and turned it on and off at the proper time. He also nailed all of our precessional songs with no issues. He has a plethora of music options for the cocktail hour and dinner so we didn’t have to do anything like make our own playlist for those moments. We also had to make some last minute changes to our timeline as the night went on and he ran right over to us to see how he could help and kept everything moving smoothly. For the reception - If you want your dance floor going all night long Fernando is the one! We gave him like 10 songs that were our “vibe” and that was all we had to do! He took it from there and the music was a hit! Guests of literally every age were raving about the great mix of genres and songs and how great the music was. That has literally been all of the comments we’ve heard after the wedding - how much fun it was and how no one wanted to leave the dance floor! I could go on and on but believe me if you go with Fernando you will not be disappointed!

Jared has the best energy! He was responsive and willing to meet as many times as needed to make sure everything was perfect for my wedding day. He also blended sound beautifully for a trio during my ceremony and worked with my now husband to surprise me with a Les Misérables flash mob (required multiple mics without a sound check bc it was a surprise). Jared was jumping around adjusting speakers etc to make it the best it could be. If you have an idea or want to do something extra, Jared will go above and beyond to make it happen. He was more expensive than other options I looked at, but he was totally worth it because of the extra things he was able to do...and because his personality and energy elevated my wedding.

DJ Spencer was a hit!
We had our wedding on 06/01/2024 and hired DJ Spencer. Not exaggerating when I say he had everyone dancing! My grandma barely sat all night:) he also did a fantastic job with our ceremony, everything was perfect. His set up was beautiful and I could tell he invests in the best equipment for the job. Everyone with Fernando Productions was easy to communicate with and they all seem like they've been doing this job forever. 10/10 would recommend.

We booked with DJ Jared within Fernando Productions and this was the best decision ever made. From the first time we met him virtually, we could tell DJ Jared would bring the perfect energy to our wedding. He also was so thorough and communicative throughout the process, while remaining flexible as we changed some of our special dance songs the day before the event. Most notable, OUR DANCE FLOOR WAS FULL THE WHOLE EVENING. I seriously didn't expect so many of our guests to stay through the entire event but DJ Jared DID THAT. We recommend him to ANYONE looking for a top-notch DJ who knows how to excellently mix the best dance floor hits with the latest hot songs and everything you might want! 10/10!

DJ Ryan is phenomenal!
Ryan was our DJ at our wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better DJ! It's like he read our minds in terms of choosing the music and getting everyone on the dance floor. Ryan and the team were extremely responsive and we gave Ryan some suggestions for the reception but trusted him to play what he thought would be best based on conversations we had with him, he went above and beyond on exceeding our expectations. We have never seen so many people on the dance floor, no one was sitting down. My husband and I were on the dance floor with all our family and friends the entire night and it's exactly what we wanted. Not only was he amazing at getting the crowd on the dance floor but during dinner in between calling tables to dinner he was coming to our head table and getting not only us but our entire wedding party custom drinks. We couldn't get over how much he went above and beyond. It's been a few weeks now and our family and friends are still talking about how this was the best wedding they had ever been to. One of the big things I wanted was for people to be on the dance floor. When I tell you my expectations were soooo exceeded. He first introduced the wedding party and got everyone so hype that it lasted the entire night. Everyone had such a blast and we got tons of comments on how good our DJ was for weeks after! Fernando Productions is a must book for your wedding! We were so happy to have booked Fernando himself for both our wedding ceremony and reception. Fernando was super responsive and organized during the planning process, and even played us a 15 min set before booking to show us what type of party he could bring to our event. On the day of our wedding, everything ran seamlessly with our sound, uplighting and dance floor. All of our guests mentioned how easy it was to hear us during our ceremony, the music we selected was played with no issues, and the party was INCREDIBLE. Seriously, our guests never left the dance floor. Absolutely one of the highlights of our event - the FP team are rockstars!
