Feragne Villa took all the stress and worry out of it for my husband and I.
As soon as we got in contact with Rita she let us know what was really important and we finally got to relax and it became fun trying different color options and choosing from all the different foods. When we arrived wedding day everything was ready to go and just so beautiful! it was the night i have always wanted! -

Amazing experience
All around great experience with this venue. We had a beautiful reception with amazing dinner and desert that fit in our budget! I Would definitely recommend this Venue! -

Beautiful wedding venue for our special day!
After reviewing many different option we decided to go with Feragne Villa!
What a beautiful ceremony and reception!
Rita and staff were very helpful and accommodating in every way to make our day perfect and stress free!
The venue is clean and spacious with many places for great photos!
The food was so delicious!
The music was great!
Beautiful patio!
Thank you so much for a night that will be with me for the rest of my life! -

My experience with feragne villa is one that I will remember and cherish forever! From the beginning when my husband and I discovered this venue, we fell in love with it and the people who work there. Particularly Rita and Leo who made us feel so comfortable and helped us with everything we would ask of them. Our original wedding date was April 23rd, 2020 but because of COVID-19, we postponed it to August 6th, 2020. We were hopeful to continue with the original plans we had but once again, covid changed our plans completely but we didn't want it to stop us from getting married! So we opted for a "drive-in" wedding reception and let me tell you, as unconventional as it may sound, it was beyond what my husband and I could've ever imagined! When we told Rita about our new plans, it literally was within a week before the wedding date that we changed everything and she was 100% supportive with our decision that was so sudden. She and her team made it possible for our day to be as perfect as it was! Our guests for one loved the food which we got catered from the venue itself and everyone had nothing but wonderful things to say about how cared for they felt with the attention Rita and her team gave them. Our day wouldn't have been as special as it was if it wasn't for her! We are so pleased with the end result and are very thankful to have chosen feragne villa to be our wedding venue. Even if it wasn't a typical wedding, I wouldn't change a single thing. It was perfect! P.s. we had Leo take our engagement photos and wedding photos and he is very talented! If you are recently engaged or are still looking for a photographer, Leo is your guy! And if you're still looking for a venue to get married at, take feragne into consideration! You won't be disappointed. -

I really loved working with Rita and Leo. It was a great experience and the venue and food was good. We have been getting so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how wonderful we looked. -

The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and would recommend for any small wedding, the decor is very nice, as well as the table and chairs and linens. We had our wedding August 15th 2019, and was catered by the venue, the food was very good, but my only complaint was that the staff left all the guests dirty plates on the tables and didn’t clean them up, so our guests had to work around stacks of dirty plates. The bridal room was very dirty, our feet were so dirty we had to wash them before putting shoes on, the bottom of my white gown was almost black with dirt before I even walked out, please hire your own photographer, mine was rarely seen and acted disinterested most of the time, and was always in a hurry, making me very nervous.
My overall experience was good on the day of, the price is right for what you get. -

They told us 10 hours before the time that we had to be there after WE CALL THEM that they had to change our venue space to a different place that was nicer. I went to the place to see it since our wedding is in the morning and it's a Golden Chick fast food location that was turned in to a curry restaurant, that they wanted us to get married in. Everyone already flew in so we can't cancel or change it. No refunds, no discounts, and really work with us at all. Rita is a scam artist at her best. -

We recently planned a 10 year vow renewal (actually ceremony since we never had a wedding). We live in VA, but planned to do our wedding in TX as that is where my husband is from. We were in contact with Leo at first as he was the one that answered the phone when I called for more information. He was very upfront and said that people do not tend to like working with Rita (his partner) and that he is easier to deal with. Well now I see why. We decided to go with this venue (even though we didn't get to actually view the venue) because they had a lot to offer for such a great price. Again, now I see why they are priced so low. The reviews I read about this place were great and the pictures even made it appear to be amazing and everything I wanted. Well, we took a family vacation to Texas and made our way to Dallas to sit with the venue and go over all the details and taste the food. Our wedding planner had set up all of our consults while we were in town. So the first night we are in Dallas we were scheduled to meet with Rita to do food tasting. Well we showed up only to have no food to taste and she said that was never communicated to her that it was supposed to be that day. She never accepted responsibility for her fault and miscommunication with our planner. My planner was very apologetic and said she could show me all the emails and texts showing that this meeting was planned. So as we sat down to go over more of the details she kept going off track and telling us how her partner just lit himself on fire and she doesn't feel sorry for him because now she had to work alone! That is an awful statement!!!! So, we pretty much accomplished nothing during this hour long meeting where she kept blaming my planner for not being ready. Also, when we showed up that day she had her little Chihuahua running around the venue... not ok. My matron of honor asked Rita if she could accommodate use the next day to do food tasting and she was like we will have to see because I don't know if the caterer will be available. She came around with this and we were able to taste the food the next day. However, we showed up tried the food which was pretty good, but then she was rushing us to finish and leave. Her comment was well the caterer made me lunch too and I want to eat... That is so unprofessional as I am paying her and she should want to make me happy. We also asked to see the grooms suite and she told us we were not able to because her dogs were in there. I am sorry but this is part of my package I should be allowed to see this. After all this we decided to stay with her instead of canceling our contract, but considered doing our ceremony elsewhere as this venue definitely wasn't ideal for both a ceremony and reception. The only thing that divided a room was a sliding partitioned wall that they open while your guests on seated at their tables after the ceremony... our guests would see a lot of logistical preparation that I feel should be set up already. Additionally, what drove our decision to cancel our contract with this venue is our wedding planner asked Rita a view questions via text and she told our planner she was too busy to talk! This is absolutely absurd as she is trying to plan out wedding and keep us happy!!! We have attempted to contact Rita and Leo on several occasions to discuss our concerns and they will not return our text messages, phone calls, or emails. Ultimately our ceremony is in November and we believe she should provide us with some type of refund, but she will not return our calls to discuss this. Their security deposit of $1200 is absolutely insane and I didn't realize that until I started looking at other venues and they ask for a deposit of $300. I think this is a rip off and they ask for so much because people cancel and they don't get a lot of business because of their poor customer service and their dirty building. The bridal suite room door looked like someone put their hands in mud and rubbed it all over the door. when you first walk in it doesn't smell clean at all. The silverware did not look like it had been cleaned in a few months (it really needed to be polished) and oh let me tell you how the plates cost $1 (really fine china apparently) and how Rita spent $10 throwing plates at her partner and it made her feel great! She also has a bed in the backroom so she can sleep.... I am so unhappy about this and I have definitely taken a huge loss with our security deposit. But at the end of the day, if they are already messed up this early in the contract I do not have faith that everything will go as planned or that something won't go wrong game day and I do not feel like I would have the wedding that is as perfect as I dreamed. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this venue to anyone; NO FRIENDS, NO FAMILY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY NO STRANGER. If you want a wedding that you do not need to stress about I would say spend a couple extra hundred dollars and go to the Hidden Pines Hurst right down the street from here who will treat you as a person unlike this place which has to stoop as low as not returning your phone calls!!!! Please I am warning you do not waste your money and be scammed the way we were! -
