Best DJ Ever!

Jonathan did such an awesome job DJing at our wedding!! Our guests had a wonderful time! Everyone was dancing and had a blast!! Highly recommended! The song selection and Sparklers were a hit!! Best DJ Ever

Jonathan is the absolute best! He was the DJ at a wedding for a friend of ours and we knew ever since that day that we would use him for our own. He is very friendly, accommodating and professional. He helped make my wedding perfect. I will always recommend him to anyone in need of a DJ. We still receive compliments on how good the DJ and music was.

Jonathan was our DJ with Feedback Entertainment and was fabulous!! He created awesome energy and gauged the personality of our guests and their preferences perfectly. We had a packed dance floor for most of the night including toddlers, seniors, and everyone in between. My favorite quote of the night belongs to him: "Dinner is over!" as my cousins started to Salsa and the mood switched from dinner and drinks to dance and party!! I'd hire Jonathan for any family occasion again tomorrow. Thanks Jonathan!!

Jonathan is stellar, he was incredibly professional and responsive. He is so soft spoken on the phone and in person, but don't let that fool you, he will rock your party and his MC voice is off the charts. We spent hours picking out songs, and while he only used a handful, I think he used them to get the feel of what we liked. We wanted people to dance start to finish and he delivered 110%. Also we had some complicated requests including two vocal solos and a saxophone solo and he was incredibly accommodating and didn't charge us extra. If you hire the wedding authority in St. Augustine as your planner you will get a discount, which was very helpful!

Jonathan was the best! He had our entire crowd dancing all night! Everyone said how much the loved the music he was playing because it was so diverse. He was so involved in helping us plan the music and the lighting, we had complete confidence in him. Turned out we were right! Best decision!

I have booked this DJ for my November wedding and I am very confident that they will do a great job! I spoke with a DJ on the phone and he seemed very energetic and easy to work with. They have worked a variety of venues, including my own, so he was able to tell me exactly how they set up for my venue and what works best. Every time I have sent an e-mail or called they have immediately gotten back to me. They also have many packages to choose from and they were able to accommodate my budget which was so helpful!

AMAZING!!!!! BOOK THEM NOW! Jonathan is absolutely amazing (he was the one that worked our wedding) but the rest of the staff is awesome as well! So nice! Stayed on top of everything. He also made sure to let our photographers and videographers know what was going on before he began and allowed them to get in position first which was SUPER important! Jonathan kept everything running smooth and stress free and he was so helpful in EVERY aspect! We can't thank them enough!

Jonathan MacCray was the man!
He kept the party going all night and did an amazing job with everything. Jonathan picked a bunch of songs for us for certain points throughout the night and he was spot on! Jonathan was a AWESOME DJ at my 8/8/15 wedding. He kept the guests out of their seats and on the dance floor. My only complaint is the photo booth. The quality of the photos I viewed from my guests after the wedding was POOR. All the photos were dark . I'm 5'2 so I had to tip toe to take a pic. I asked the attendant/assistant to adjust but nothing was done. Many of my guests told me the photo booth attendant wasn't friendly and not helpful. I feel if she would have paid more attention to the photos she could have notified Johnathan about the color quality. The pics were total flop from the ones I viewed so I feel I wasted my money on the photo booth. My guests still had fun but the photos weren't worth keeping. The samples online looks great from other weddings but that's not what my guests got. I wanted my guests to leave with a souvenir. Most of the photos were left on the table. I will highly recommend Feedback for DJ..uplighting...gobos...but I wouldn't recommend the photo booth. My guests are still talking about how much of a great time they had and how good the DJ was.

Jonathan was a great DJ for us! He was easy to work with and had all of the right equipment for our unusual venue with multiple levels. He also provided some of the uplighting for our wedding, including the gobo and some of the uplights. His lighting equipment was fantastic. I would definitely recommend his services!

Johnathan at Feedback Entertainment was so awesome to work with. We met with him after a recommendation from a friend who had been to a wedding he worked, and we booked him right away. The prices were very fair and the quality you get is well worth it. Believe me when I say that your DJ is one of the most important people at your wedding and completely sets the tone for the event. Johnathan was great about communicating with us, providing us with all of our options, and making sure everything was exactly what we wanted. I was changing father/daughter dance songs literally every other day the week leading up to my wedding, and he was so understanding and accommodating. We had a little under 100 guests ranging in age from mid-20s to mid-60s, and Johnathan was great about including a variety of music that we chose ahead of time, and transitioning from cocktail to dinner to party time. He kept our guests hyped up and energetic, and had everyone out on the dance floor! All night, our friends kept telling us how amazing our DJ was and I could not agree more. We also booked a photo booth, which was a huge hit, and he did some uplighting for us as well. We had a great time with Johnathan and would definitely recommend Feedback Entertainment for your wedding DJ and photo booth needs!

DJ Jonathan was absolutely awesome! Most of all he took his time to get to know the couple before the wedding and he was extremely personable knowing what would work for us and our guests. He has a great planning guide and he was very helpful. He had the best equipment to make our event memorable and special, like uplights, advanced tools to build the song list on his site, photo booth and many more, . Basically, whatever you want he has it (and at a very reasonable price!!!). The bride and the groom and I (mother of the bride) checked out a few DJs before choosing our wedding DJ, and none of them came remotely close. He really kept the party going. Highly recommend him for your event!

Jonathan and his company Feedback Entertainment did my daughter's wedding at Casa Marina at Jax Bch on May 17th. It was great! Jonathan completely customized play list to bright and groom requests. He kept everyone on the dance floor. First dance was bachata dance. We also had flash mob dance and by request I played a drum solo to a Wipe Out track. He provided equipment to play several videos during the reception. Lights were very nice too and even black lights for glowing cocktails. His prices are very reasonable. And he is just a nice person to talk and deal with. Thank you Jonathan and the Feedback team for turning this party to a lifetime memory!!

Jonathan MacCray and his team were so awesome to work with! We had the best night of our lives thanks to Feedback Entertainment. They really knew how to get the party started and keep it going. We had so many guests tell us how it was the best wedding they've ever been to and the entertainment was perfect. Songs for all ages were played and everyone had such a blast. For the ceremony they were really accommodating with our music choices - and even downloaded songs that they did not have especially for us to make our wedding day perfect. Our first dance was amazing surrounded by our families and friends with the spotlight on us and surprise fog that came out, making it seem like we were dancing on the clouds. FBE has a really user friendly portal for the bride and groom to pick out songs and make requests prior to the wedding. Every single song we requested was played, along with others suggested by Jonathan. He knew exactly how to manage the crowd and keep everyone partying the night away. I have already recommended Feedback Entertainment to a few friends getting married, and were even asked by our guests for their information. I definitely recommend Jonathan and his team!

I hired Feedback to do the photo booth at my wedding. When I spoke with Jon he was easy going and confident that it made most of my stress go away. He has a way of making you not worry. I enjoyed speaking to him so much that I hired him to do the DJ as well.
Everything went PERFECT! He was great at reading the crowed and playing stuff that kept everyone up and dancing. The photo booth had a nonstop line and was so much fun! If your thinking about the photo booth DO IT! That was the BEST thing I did! Everyone is still telling me how great that was! And the funniest pictures! Love it.
Jon is a pleasure to work with and worth spending every penny on him! Loved him, loved the music and loved the funny pictures he provided!

I came back from the best wedding ever. My daughter's. My friends told me your DJ can either make or break your wedding. Well, Jonathon made my daughter's wedding an event so memorable. He was professional, accomodating and made sure all our guests were having a blast. He had people who normally stay off the dance floor up and dancing. He lead us through the time lines, taking much of the stress off me. I would use him again in a heart beat. My guests and I were very pleased. Jonathon, you did more than I could ever have asked for. DJ Jonathan was AWESOME! I really wanted my guests to have fun and Jonathan didnt let me down. I had countless guests come up to me and let me know that my DJ rocked! He made sure the whole night flowed perfectly, I didnt have to worry about a thing. He took care of my party by picking songs that were appropriate for each part of the night and he knew exactly when and what to play to start getting the guests to the dance floor! I have nothing but great things to say about Feedback Entertainment and specifically our DJ Jon MacCray. He made it so easy to just sit back and enjoy our reception by taking charge of the order of events, making sure everyone was up on the dance floor dancing and enjoying themselves, and being super attentive to my husband and I. Even planning which songs we'd like to play was easy with their online portal! We also added the photo booth rental as a part of our package at the last minute and it was a RAVING success! Possibly the highlight of our wedding for our guests. We got so much positive feedback for having that, so I'd recommend that as well.

Jonathan was above and beyond our expectations. I can not find enough words to thank him and his assistant for an OUTSTANDING JOB for our wedding and reception. The up lighting in the main entrance was the talk of the night and the music kept our guest on their feet most of the night. Jonathan was extremely professional, courteous, understanding and offered such a variety of options and plans for our big day. Jonathan Mac Cray at Feedback Entertainment made our wedding a non-stop party! We are so pleased with his service, expertise, and customer service. We purchased the ceremony package and Traditional reception package with the towers, full room up lighting, Red Carpet photo booth, and lighted DJ façade. Feedback offers bridal tools to help you plan your timeline and identify song dedications, do not play, and must play lists. We met Jonathan the weekend before our wedding and explained a few logistical problems we were facing with the timeline for pictures with the photographer, the traditional wedding customs, and the sit down dinner. It was important to us to include the cutting of the champagne, but we couldn’t figure out the timing. Jonathan came up with a wonderful suggestion to do the champagne cut at the end of the ceremony before the recessional. Everything went perfect! I received so many compliments on the music, energy, and charisma of Jonathan. Plus the Red Carpet photo booth was a huge hit! This take on a photo area doesn’t technically include a booth so guests can watch people take crazy photos. Imagine movie stars at a premier standing in front of a curtain. Very chic and fits well with any décor. To express the comments of many guests, “This was the most fun I’ve had at a wedding in a long time” and “This was the best entertainment I’ve ever seen”. These comments are a direct reflection on Jonathan being a premier Master of Ceremony. Thank you to Jonathan and Feedback Entertainment for making our wedding and reception such a wonderful and memorable event! If we ever need event entertainment services in future – you certainly have us as a repeat customer! You guys rock!!!!

I originally scheduled another DJ for our wedding and he cancelled with only a week til our wedding. Stressed with everything going on we decided to contact Feedback Entertainment and are very pleased with this decision. Jonathan was there anytime we needed him and was available to answer any questions that we had. Throughout the entire reception everyone had an amazing time. Most of the guests spent the entire evening dancing the evening away. The music was great and provided a great mix of my playlist and some extras to fill in the gaps. Jonathan was friendly, professional, and a very fun guy that interacted with the guests and keep us having a great time.

Feedback Entertainment was great. Their website, where i was able to control the songs i wanted played, was VERY user friendly. Communication was constant. During my wedding, the DJ set up was very professional looking and did not take up too much of my venue space. The communication with my wedding coordinator as well as myself was right on the spot. When i was done dancing with my dad- because the song was so long- I gave the DJ a "look" and he just knew to fade out. The DJ kept the night going, telling us when to dance, when to eat, when to cut the cake and when to leave. He kept to my schedule and was AMAZING. Highly recommend Feedback!!!!!

Jonathan is the best DJ in town. Im not just saying it. He truely is. EVERYONE, I mean EVERYONE was on the dance floor at our wedding. Including my husbands 89yr old grandmother.. He made the night so much fun! All of our guests were involved through out the entire night.. I had numerous people tell me that it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. And that was our goal. We wanted everyone to have a good time and to talk about it for weeks to come.. they are:)

I could not have been more satisfied with the service that Jonathan and his team provided!! They were AMAZING! Our event was not a wedding it was a Sweet 16 party for my daughter. Jonathan was amazing. He accomodated everything we asked & had awesome ideas to add to the event. We held the party at our community clubhouse. The lighting & music played was everything we asked for and more. He kept the party going. The guests AND people that heard about the party from guests that attended have commented to me so many times about what an awesome time everyone had dancing the evening away. Dj Jonathan did a great job at our wedding. My husband and I had some very specific directions and requests for the wedding and Jonathan really listened and succeeded our expectations on every level. He played the perfect mix of Latino and American music that we asked for, kept everyone dancing all night long, kept the party going according to the timeline the wedding planner and I had planned out, and went along with any changes that needed to be made. His uplighting made a huge difference in the room - it completely transformed the atmosphere and it looked truly magical. I wasn't so sold on the "Love Story" photo montage but we decided to go ahead and do it, and I was extremely impressed. It was a lot of fun and everyone enjoyed seeing the pictures, and somehow he put it all together without it seeming super-cheesy or sappy. All of our guests raved about him after the wedding - and the dance floor was packed all night. He did an outstanding job!

Jonathan and his team were amazing! We had him for both the ceremony and reception. And just like in the movies he made out wedding day soundtrack! Everything was perfect! We had uplighting which was in a aqua hugh. And with our beach theme it made it like we were on a beach with crystal clear water. We even got a gobo with our names and shown on the floor all night! It was spectacular! Jonathan kept the energy up and made the party a blast! I think if you wanted something even more elaborate or something very simple he and his team could make you dream soundtrack come true!

It took a long time to decide on a DJ for my daughters January 24th wedding because as a Wedding Planner I have seen some obnoxious DJ's and I so didn't want that. I expressed my concerns to Jonathan and he assured me that he had a good balance between keeping the party going but not taking over the party and making it all about him. He came through and we were very pleased with the reception flow. My favorite thing he did was as soon as the last official dance happened he invited all the couples on the dance floor and said for every couple that came out, it gave the bride and groom 5 years of marriage. It got the dancefloor full from the very first song and the party just went on from there. Thanks Jonathan for doing such a great job - we loved the photoboot too!!!

Jonathan was a pleasure to work with and very professional. The online DJ portal was easy to use, and helped me to streamline the flow of the ceremony and reception. I spent a great deal of time on the portal and making the playlist that we wanted. One week before the wedding, I spoke with Jonathan and explained exactly what I wanted for the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. He delivered on the ceremony and cocktail hour; however, maybe only 3-4 songs that I listed were played for the reception. I wanted people of all ages to feel comfortable dancing at my wedding, which I explained to him, but by the end of the evening it felt a lot like a club.

I love Jonathan from Feedback Entertainment. He listened to all our requests and even made suggestions on how to make our ceremony even more special. I definitely recommend using his DJ services.

However, I do not recommend using the photo booth services. After speaking with my parents and most of my guests they mentioned that the attendant was not pleasant and seemed easily frustrated by the fact that the photo booth was not working. When asked what was wrong with the booth there was no answer from her. Jonathan had to fix the booth at one point and I had to have my photographer take some pictures of me. They did not have a wide variety of props.

We got SO many compliments on how great Jon was. The only thing I wish was better was his email communication - the auto replies drove me nuts. However, the dance floor was packed the entire night! No lie, after the last song was played, the crowd started chanting "one more song!"... I've never seen that at a wedding before! He may not have played all of the songs that we wanted, but he knew how to work a crowd and keep everyone dancing. GREAT job!!

Jonathan was good. It just seemed that most of my songs were either not played or played while we were taking pictures so I didn't get to dance to the ones I wanted. Also, no slow songs were played so I specifically had to ask for one about a half hour before the reception was over so my Dad could dance with my Mom.

The quality of music was good, the DJ that we had, also worked for another company. We had met with the DJ in January, and our wedding was in April, he sent us a website to upload music and make our selections. I always had to follow up before the wedding to make sure we were on track. We played phone tag/email tag for about a week. Our DJ also changed to another person and we did not know this until the week of the wedding and had to meet with them AGAIN to go over everything for the second time. If you can look past all of that, it was a cheap route to go for brides on a budget, but you basically have to plan everything yourself and make sure they are on the same page!

I was so excited to work with Feedback Entertainment, but at the wedding we had a different DJ than we were told we would have. This DJ did not play the songs that we asked for for the ceremony. He played knock off versions of the specific ones we asked for. He also had very bad timing and kept blaming the pace of the walk. It was frustrating, but not enough to ruin the best day of my life!

Wrong music, microphone cutting in and out during toast, monogram in a terrible spot on the wall. Not a good night for our DJ. Don't waste your money on his photo booth... Our copy of the pictures were randomly thrown together, some duplicated to fill space. Terrible!

I was very Disappointed the services I received from my DJ for our wedding. I understand there was a traffic issue but even with that being said the timeline that we set up should have allotted for more than enough time for the DJ to have been there and set up. The DJ performed our ceremony in basketball shorts and a T-shirt and continued to play the wrong music throughout our ceremony I also Rented up lights for my ceremony which the DJ put in the wrong spot so no one even saw them. I worked very hard to planned the wedding of my Dreams I made sure I explain my vision to the DJ and had multiple conversations I am very disappointed and wish I would have just save money and went with my 1st choice I paid more expecting better service.

We had an awful experience with Feedback. The Tuesday before my wedding I received a call from Jonothan who was supposed to DJ our wedding that Saturday. He told me he had a family emergency and had to fly out of state. I completely understood. I am a firm believer in familly comes first. He provided us with a back up DJ from Feedback. I talked with that DJ, Anthony, the day after and felt confident in his services. I told him we wanted a lot of country music. I had made a list online of songs I felt had to be played and songs that I did not want played at all.

The day of the wedding Anthony calls me and says he needs directions to the place. My wedding planner also informed me that she had to provide him with my first dance song, father daughter dance, the song I wanted to play while I was walking down the aisle, etc. Jonothan had not informed Anthony with any information!

None of the songs I wanted to play were played. There were very important songs to me and my husband that we wanted to dance to on our wedding day that we did not get to dance to. Only a handful of country songs were played. We didn't even have the Anniversary dance because the DJ didn't have the song. He was mixing out loud during dinner. He played songs that I had on my list of songs NOT to play. I feel as if Jonothan did not prepare Anthony for what we needed AT ALL, which is extremely unprofessional.

They are cheap. That is the only advantage. If I had to do it again, I'd spend the extra money for a different DJ.

WORST DJ EVER! Seriously, they were way cheap and now I know why. They didn't play the correct songs for the ceremony, even the one I walked down the aisle to! Even though I specifically wrote out a list for them and use the "request system" which was a waste of time. It go so bad that my groom had to go make him purchase the mother and son dance song on itunes minutes before the dance began. He did not know what he was doing at al all! He didn't even care either that he was messing everything up. He played the song "brown eyed girl" 4 TIMES during dinner and that was not even on our dinner play list. Not sure why he did that.

I would not recommend the photo booth. I paid $550 for a 3 hour photo booth. Was told by owner that everything was 100% ready. At the beginning of the party his computer was doing a software download preventing pictures from being taken. Then bad or no communication with the photo booth operator he sent to my daughter's party, the guy knew nothing about a background image I had purchased. When he finally checked his email, the download of that image also took time away from the party. Owner's only comment to me was "I have no words" when I feel he should refund some of the price considering I paid for a software download and picture download during the party. As a single mom it breaks my heart that I told the owner that this was the most important part to my daughter. There are so many great and prepared photo booth owners, I recommend you choose another.

This vendor was referred to us by a couple of friends who said Jonathan was a good guy that he was the best Dj and he know what he was doing blah blah blah. So we selected him a year in advance for our wedding. We spoke with him over the phone. Twice. Once when we first booked and then again a couple weeks before the wedding. We got several automated emails from him telling us to submit our music playlist two weeks prior which we did so that he can have everything downloaded and ready. I don't know if he was just having a bad day or what but everything went wrong. 1st we paid for a two person show. 1 person to Dj and the other person was suppose to be in charge of the photo booth. Only 1 person showed up. The reception started late because they say he was still downloading music. It was quite and no music was playing at all. When the bridal party was announced each couple had there own song to walk into the reception with. We had a big wedding party with 8 bridesmaids and groomsmen. The same song played for 6 of the bridesmaids and groomsmen smh. He did not play any of the music that he was suppose to. I don't understand why have us complete a playlist two weeks in advance if you were not going to download the songs two weeks in advance smh. 2nd the photo booth did not work for the first couple hours. Part of the reason there was no music playing was because the Dj was over trying to fix the photo booth. Had he had a two man show like we paid for we would not have had this problem. 3rd the monogram was displayed on the wall incorrectly. We requested just our first names and the wedding date. He included the last names (which is a fairly long last name) so it made the whole thing off center where u could barley even read our first names. I feel like he was not prepared for our wedding. We did not party how we wanted too because of all the delays and he was wayyyyyyyyy overpriced. For his price everything should have went PERFECT! Don't waste ur time or money ...

My experience with this DJ wasn’t the best. His organization skills in office are bad. He lost my paper work and forgot what package I had signed for.
I got the package that included lighting, photo booth, and TVs (the bells and whistles). Which I feel like I was over promised things and it wasn’t well delivered.
The TVs were to use to show a slide show of my husband and I pictures growing up. Johnathan said he would scan the pictures and set the slide show up. What I got was a slide show of poorly quality! He took pictures of the pictures on his phone at a bad angle instead of parallel to the picture. You could tell he took them in his kitchen countertop which shouldn’t be a part of the slide show. Also the pictures were dark so I felt like the guest could not tell what they were looking at. If I knew he was going to do that I would have spent the time and scan them correctly and done the slide show myself. But Why was I paying him than?
In our first meeting, he talked about how he would set up the TVs to show Instagram photos of the wedding. That did not happen so after the slide show there was really no purpose for the TVs which was a waste of money!
The Photo booth in my package came with a book of our copies of the pictures everyone took. Our guest signed next to where their picture was placed. The paper that the pictures were glued to had heavy patterns or were too dark so we cannot read what our guest wrote on it. He provided the paper but If I would have known that prior I would have selected paper at like Michael’s with less pattern and something more matching to the occasion. I rather plain white paper to see the signatures. This was really bad because I was using this photo booth book as replacement as a traditional signature book.
The lights were good. I also paid for Pipes and Drapes but he uses a subcontractor for that. So He was a good DJ but I wouldn’t say I got a good deal on the big package.

Wish I rented a PA system, it would have been less stressful. We spent at least 6 hours picking and adding songs we liked/knew our families liked into their not-super-user-friendly proprietary system for our wedding. We talked to the guy they sub contracted (surprise!) a few days before the wedding and he said everything was good and he had all the information from Jonathan. We had explained to Jonathan that this was a low-key affair and didn't want a hype-man type vibe (another reason we spent time making a playlist like he recommended). I reminded this sub of the situation. He had at least some of the info because he played the right songs for the ceremony and first dance.. and that was it. Other than that, he was making jokes on the mic (like about the bathroom and sex), trying to get my bridesmaids numbers, flirting with our wedding coordinator, and stopping young girls to look at his "portfolio." He cut off my in-law when giving a prayer. We had a (pre-discussed) formal bit to our wedding which was super culturally significant to one side of our family- so he turned on a giant red light that tinted everything and the pictures, started playing pit bull and some country stuff that reminded me of the rascal flatts. He moved to stand right behind us and is in the back of almost every pic from that. He was asked many times by me and a coordinator to play approved music. Eventually he put on one Sinatra song (that wasn't on the list) after I basically begged, and my grandparents went crazy for it.. and then it was straight back to pitbull. I wondered if maybe he didn't actually have his license. It's been 6 months and the first thing everybody still comments about how terrible the DJ was and how uncomfortable he made them feel. Even the pictures have him and that red light all over them. I spoke with Jonathan after the honeymoon, and he obviously wasn't excited about what happened, but he basically said 'I've worked with him before and its been fine'

Let me start out by saying two things: 1. This will be LONG because I want to explain myself, and 2. I would love to give a higher rating then what I am giving, but I just can't. When I began the planning process for my wedding I found such wonderful reviews for this company on wedding wire, and then I came to find out that they just worked a wedding at my venue where the coordinator there said they had done such a wonderful job. I was so happy to have found an affordable DJ that worked with me and gave me a military discount (both the husband and I are Army). I was told originally that the owner, Jonathan, would be my DJ as he was free that day. I began the song planning process on their online planner and was working away on it until about 2-3 weeks before the wedding when I got a call from Anthony, who told me he would be my Dj WITH Jonathan for my wedding. He seemed nice enough and like he had some good ideas and knew what I wanted. I was OK with this because I still thought Jonathan would be my DJ (thinking back, it would have been nice for Jonathan to contact me saying I was going to be with Anthony and would be in good hands... but I never got any notice besides Anthony just randomly calling me saying he was working it with him). Some short amount of time after this phone conversation (I was an out of town bride...like 3,000 miles out of town with the Army), I lost access to my online planning form, which made me a bit worried because I was STILL finalizing details to the timeline of events and deciding what I wanted announced. I emailed Jonathan (the only email and number I really had) asking if we could talk on the phone because my online access was gone and because I wanted to pay in full for the services the week before so I wouldn't be stressed out the day of the wedding (this was a mistake). He immediately responded about getting the money of course, and assured me someone would be calling me to discuss it all before the wedding. I emailed out to him my complete, edited timeline and important information and made sure to give him a whole two days of open time (I'm talking like 12-15hrs of time) to talk, and the only TWO times I wouldn't be available because I had my bachelorette party and my family meeting my grooms family for the first time (without my groom since he was still working with the Army 3,000 miles away...and to all you brides out there, my groom was the stereotypical groom who knew NOTHING about the wedding besides when to show up-- seriously, that was all he knew since he was gone for like 90% of the planning process for training). Of course, Anthony (who I now had pieced together would be my Dj) called during the bachelorette party and left a message almost insinuating it was my fault we hadn't spoken yet. He then called back at 8am the morning after my party to which I very hungover-edly answered, being afraid I wouldn't get a chance to discuss it with him. However, he was only calling to tell me that he couldn't talk (apparently he has another job) and would call me at 3pm that day. 3pm came and went with no call. I called him twice and got no answer. I called Jonathan the owner and explained how upset and stressed I was (this was now just 3 days before my wedding!!!!!) and Jonathan didn't apologize and only said he would tell him to call me. I got a call a bit after saying Anthony again couldn't talk (may I also add he was VERY VERY VERY rude about this, and didn't apologize at all! I had him on speaker phone so my bridesmaids could hear and make sure I wasn't just being bridezilla or something...they all said he was acting like a jerk) and was still at work and would call around 6pm, but thats when I had the meeting of the parents. I told him to call my groom and discuss it with him, which meant I had to call my groom who was at work and brief him not only on the situation but the entire details of the wedding!! Anthony finally called my groom and my groom was busy but they set a time to talk....my groom said that Anthony was a dick to him though when they did talk. After all this, I emailed Jonathan explaining how stressed out and slighted I felt over this entire situation and how worried I was and how I felt we deserved better treatment and an apology for this all; he did respond and was apologetic, but not quite as much as I expected for what we were paying. So now it’s the day before the wedding with the rehearsal and that’s of course the only time Anthony could talk. We had to postpone our rehearsal for 30 minutes to make sure our Dj knew how to say our name, knew the vibe of the event, knew all our key songs and the key events and times that they were happening, knew where/when to set up, how to dress, our do not play song, etc etc etc! At least we finally did talk to him and confirmed it all. Finally, on wedding day I put my mom/coordinator/groom on the task of the DJ and making sure he really did know all the details. He showed up and wanted to CHARGE US MORE for being their early (which oh by the way, Jonathan had said he would do with no problem!) and for playing cocktail music (which he wasn't supposed to... our string duet was supposed to play. Seeing as how I wasn't at the cocktail hour because I had just got married and had photos to take, I don’t know if the string musicians just left or what; but when planning this all early on, Jonathan had assured me that god forbid if something like that happened, he would be all set up and ready to play at NO charge to me. Supposedly Anthony asked my coordinator if he should play some light jazz music during the cocktails and she said sure, not thinking he was actually saying “hey by the way, this is extra”). My mom, coordinator, and groom all very sternly told him not a chance in hell would they pay more! I tried to stay out of this because I wanted to enjoy my day, but when they told me this I was furious! Also, I don't know if the timeline got messed up because my husband and I wanted to come and socialize a bit earlier than we had planned, or because Anthony just didn't know the timeline, but in any case, our coordinator went out and told Anthony that we were going to be announced as newlyweds after the introductions of the bridal party (all written clearly out for him and explained to him by our coordinator), and then we would just enjoy cocktails before our first dance.......that didn't happen. Our bridal party got announced to the most ridiculous music ever (Jason Mraz, I won’t give up) that was so slow and loving and not appropriate for the situation (with my husband's brother's last name pronounced WRONG) and then we were announced, he started playing our first dance song after we had JUST said it wouldn't be then! So we had to act quick and dance even though we weren't going to then! By the time the toasts, garter/bouquet toss happened, we at least had the stuff occurring, and Anthony got a bit better. The night ended up great besides the mishaps, and he did at least ask me what kind of music to play for the last 20 mins. Our last dance song was not our agreed upon song, but it worked out OK. The music selection wasn’t the stuff that got my girlfriends out there dancing, but everyone had a good time regardless. I think luckily only my parents, coordinators, bridal party, hubby, and myself knew the big problems we had. At least the gobo and up-lighting looked really nice. I had such high hopes for the flow of the wedding that the DJ controlled, and I was just so let down. Due to all the pre-wedding stress Feedback Ent. caused me, I just can’t give them a higher review. Good luck to future brides out there; hopefully Anthony will be able to talk with you before the event and work out all the little details in more time, because for me, I spent a good few hours of stress, tears, and anxiety that the DJ may not even show up.
