The owner is so much more than a caterer! He not only provided the most delicious food, he helped us find a beautiful venue, provided, bartending services, security, and linens! I have never heard so many compliments about the cuisine at a wedding in my life! Thank you Juan Carlos for everything! -

Juan was amazing from the start. We had an event in San Antonio Texas, but I live in Hawaii. And had to coordinate the entire thing from Hawaii up until the week of. Juan was flexible, helped us pick a menu that worked with our budget and he was so patient throughout the entire process.
On the day of, the men that came to work and help us were so kind and patient. They made us feel so at ease and we’re so easy to work with . The set up was flawless and so was the break down. They were amazing ❤️. -

My Guest, my new husband and I are STILL TALKING ABOUT the FOOD! It was REALLY good! The service was excellent! Juan Carlos was professional, the staff friendly .....Juan Carlos even called me a few day before my wedding to "check on the bride!" I was surprised! It added a personal touch that he called to check on me. He worked within my budget. They were on time and even helped with setting some decor. They were SUPER NICE! I will would recommend with him again. I would say I wished had found him first, but it was better late than not at all! Thanks Juan Carlos you and your team made my day absolutely perfect and beautiful!

We booked feedback catering to provide food and drinks for our wedding on Sept 29th 2019. We had a great experience with them. The owner Juan Carlos is very friendly and profesional and he was happy to answer any questions we had. His staff arrived on time to the venue and was professional and kind toward our guest. They food they provided was simply delicious! our guest and ourselves loved it! we got texts after from people wanting to know who made the food as they wanted to hire them!
We highly recommend Feedback Catering for any kind of event! you will not be disappointed.

Very good value and service! We did catering and bar for our wedding reception! Food was good and the bar was excellent! Table set ups were also very nice! Juan was the easiest vendor to work with during our wedding process! Would def. use again for future parties... you get a lot for you $ here. -

We hired Juan Carlos for our wedding recently and man did we pick an amazing caterer! Juan and his team made our day so much more enjoyable. We had absolutely no complaints from any of our 160 guests. Juan made sure to account for food allergies and even made special entrees for our non meat eaters. He and his staff we highly professional and made sure they were on time and ready to feed the mob of hungry people. Our hall had a short window for food service and he and his staff ensured they were cleaned up and on their way well before they needed to be. Juan accommodated our last minute changes with ease and even helped us with setting up our dessert table since we didn’t have a coordinator. We will be using Juan for all our future catering needs and will be referring him to all our friends and family. Such an amazing company and a great leader! -

Julie Sent on 10/13/2010FeedBack Catering did a wonderful job for our wedding. I worked with Juan Carlos and Veronica both whom were very responsive to our needs and really helped us plan the perfect menu. I received a lot of complements on the food and how it was presented, we had action stations. I had almost a similar proposal created by a different catering company and FeedBack was half the cost! The only negative thing: Me and my Husband were unfortunately the last to eat and by the time we were in line they had run out of one of the dishes!
