    So much more than a caterer!

    The owner is so much more than a caterer! He not only provided the most delicious food, he helped us find a beautiful venue, provided, bartending services, security, and linens! I have never heard so many compliments about the cuisine at a wedding in my life! Thank you Juan Carlos for everything!

    Amazing service! Delicious food!

    Juan was amazing from the start. We had an event in San Antonio Texas, but I live in Hawaii. And had to coordinate the entire thing from Hawaii up until the week of. Juan was flexible, helped us pick a menu that worked with our budget and he was so patient throughout the entire process.
    On the day of, the men that came to work and help us were so kind and patient. They made us feel so at ease and we’re so easy to work with . The set up was flawless and so was the break down. They were amazing ❤️.

    Saved our wedding and made it better than we planned!!

    Our wedding was originally planned for 2020 - first we were double booked 😞 then COVID happened and our entire reception was postponed for 2 years. Juan and feedback catering were recommended by a wedding coordinator who helped us secure a new venue. He was willing to help us at the last minute (less than 30 days before what was planned to be a 200 person event!) and worked with our budget. When the shut down happened he waited patiently until we felt comfortable having our reception. Which FINALLY happened March 12, 2022! It was more beautiful than I could have dreamed. His food was flavorful and delicious and the bar service was spectacular!
    Locally owned small businesses for the win! If you’re looking for catering for any event, but especially a wedding look no further!

    Exceptional food and service for a night to remember!

    EXCEPTIONAL experience! Juan Carlos and the entire Feedback team were extremely professional and made my special event one to remember! People are still talking about how great the food and service were! From booking, to set up, to serving a beautiful and delicious spread, to clean up and tear down, I could not have asked for more.     Excellent Team

    Juan Carlos helps you out throughout the planning, very flexible, all in one place to get bar tending, midnight snacks and delicious food!! Him and his team made the event go very smoothly, very happy with their work!!

    Very satisfied

    Chicken Elegante was very good & Street Tacos Asada were absolutely delicious. We are very grateful to Mr. Juan Carlos for working with us during such difficult circumstances (pandemic). The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. We highly recommend FeedBack Catering.

    Great Catering Company - Great Experience!

    We booked feedback catering to provide food and drinks for our wedding on Sept 29th 2019. We had a great experience with them. The owner Juan Carlos is very friendly and profesional and he was happy to answer any questions we had. His staff arrived on time to the venue and was professional and kind toward our guest. They food they provided was simply delicious! our guest and ourselves loved it! we got texts after from people wanting to know who made the food as they wanted to hire them!
    We highly recommend Feedback Catering for any kind of event! you will not be disappointed.

    Give them something to talk about

    My Guest, my new husband and I are STILL TALKING ABOUT the FOOD! It was REALLY good! The service was excellent! Juan Carlos was professional, the staff friendly .....Juan Carlos even called me a few day before my wedding to "check on the bride!" I was surprised! It added a personal touch that he called to check on me. He worked within my budget. They were on time and even helped with setting some decor. They were SUPER NICE! I will would recommend with him again. I would say I wished had found him first, but it was better late than not at all! Thanks Juan Carlos you and your team made my day absolutely perfect and beautiful!

    Wedding Reception- very good experience!

    Very good value and service! We did catering and bar for our wedding reception! Food was good and the bar was excellent! Table set ups were also very nice! Juan was the easiest vendor to work with during our wedding process! Would def. use again for future parties... you get a lot for you $ here.

    Military Reunion Planner

    Our group had some unusual circumstances that reduced the size of the anticipated number. Juan Carlos was very understanding and still willing to work with us. Food and service were both outstanding. We will definitely use his service again.

    the best service I've seen 100% recommended

    our wedding was perfect thanks to the service and professionalism of Feedback Catering the dinner was amaizing and everything looked elegant and perfect. The guests congratulated us for a nice wedding and an excellent dish. Thank you very much Mr. Juan Carlos Ramirez, I will definitely recommend it and I will call for any event in the future.

    Made the best day every even better!

    We hired Juan Carlos for our wedding recently and man did we pick an amazing caterer! Juan and his team made our day so much more enjoyable. We had absolutely no complaints from any of our 160 guests. Juan made sure to account for food allergies and even made special entrees for our non meat eaters. He and his staff we highly professional and made sure they were on time and ready to feed the mob of hungry people. Our hall had a short window for food service and he and his staff ensured they were cleaned up and on their way well before they needed to be. Juan accommodated our last minute changes with ease and even helped us with setting up our dessert table since we didn’t have a coordinator. We will be using Juan for all our future catering needs and will be referring him to all our friends and family. Such an amazing company and a great leader!

    Very professional flexible and very well done. Being in another state and planning in itself was a challenge but having these guys around was amazing.I definitely recommend them as well as "The Convent" for a the venue

    We married November 24th at The Convent and it was the most amazing wedding we could ask for. Juan Carlos and his team went above and beyond to make sure that we had a beautiful wedding that we will never forget! They worked around our budget and found a way for us to have everything we could possible afford at a very reasonable price and that alone was a huge relief. Also, a week before the wedding day we had to move the wedding from outside (which is beautiful) to inside (which is beautiful) due to poor weather, The team did a great job accommodating the weather situation and made no complaints whatsoever as they moved around their plans to work for us. They decorated the inside perfectly and exactly how we wanted it with such little notice. On the actual wedding day I was blown away by how much support Juan Carlos and his team gave us. Something that really impressed me was that he was always around when we needed him. He even made some last minute changes for us that we didn’t request to make our accommodations at the building even more special and for that we are very grateful. BTW, The food was GREAT! Everyone raved about how good the lasagna was and I can definitely say that I was very pleased with how it tasted. It was warm, looked delicious, and tasted even better. AND OH MY GOSH YOU NEED TO TRY THEIR TEA!! I cannot tell you how many guest raved about the tea!! Commenting on how good it was (and I can agree!) The best part about Feedback Catering was that you could tell they loved what they did. Especially Juan Carlos, I I could tell that he was enjoying himself and I could really see how much he enjoyed his job and putting on events. He was always present, and he made it known that he was here here for us if we needed him. Once again, do yourself a favor and give Feedback Catering a shot, I guarantee you WILL NOT regret it, and you will have the amazing wedding you and your significant other dream of!

    This is a very unique place. Since its away from downtown, the surroundings wasn't busy at all.

    Feedback catering did an amazing job!Everyone loved the food!!!Me and my hubby took only a few bites of it but we were super happy that everyone loved it and couldn't stop talking about it.Plus Juan Carlos is super nice and helpful and his staff as well.And the best part is how much they charge, which was super affordable!!

    This place is and was absolutely perfect. My wedding was gorgeous and everyone was just in awe of it! Anthony Pesina did and amazing job as site manager and I could not be happier with the way everything turned out! Thanks for everything Anthony!!!!

    My Name is Dj RPM, I have provided music for many brides and played at many venue's I can only say great things about this venue. I've dealt with many venue's this place is historicly preserved. The staff and managment have been very proffessional, not just in welcoming an outside vendor but in their way of being so attentive to their clients. They are all ways very friendly and willing to go out of their way to make things happen for the client within their ability. Very satisfied with this venue I would highly recommend this place to any bride in a heart beat. Good job Anthony Pesina & Staff!

    I got married there this past October and let me say it was a perfect place to get married! Till this day, thats all my family and friends talk about, is how gorgeous this place was!! Planning a wedding can get pretty crazy and the wedding coordinator Anthony Pesina was such a great help and not only did he help us with all our needs, but helped us find all our vendors!! My husband and I couldnt be any more happier. Anthony was there during our wedding to make sure everything was going great and everything turned out awesome!! I would refer all my family and friends to this place!! Thanks Anthony for making our wedding day turn out perfect!!

    I have nothing but good things to say about this catering company. I had no issues with them and the total price was shocking considering all we were asking for. Great company!
