  Perfect Ceremony

  Reverend Michael Callahan was the perfect officiant for our wedding! He took care from the very beginning to learn about us as individuals and as a couple, and put us at ease throughout the process. We spoke several times about what kind of ceremony we'd like & he provided us with an outline with different options. On the day of, he chose the most beautiful words to describe us and it went off without a hitch. Multiple times throughout the night, we received compliments on his words from our guests. We are so glad we found him to celebrate our special day!

  Rev Dan was amazing

  Used Rev Dan for my daughters ceremony. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He was always available for questions and Followed up numerous times about the ceremony and options on the ceremony. He was very professional and prepared throughout the whole process. He took the time to know the kids and added a personal touch to the ceremony. He has an amazing personality that contributed to the perfection of the day

  July 2021 wedding!

  Micheal honestly hands down is the best officiant ever! From start to finish. From every phone call and email. He really helped us make a ceremony that would fit our relationship!
  
  Micheal never made us feel like there was one type of ceremony. He always encouraged us to be our selfs and have a ceremony true to us. On the wedding day everything when so smooth better then I though as I was so nervous! I hate public speaking.
  
  The best part of our wedding was the ceremony there was not a dry eye in sight! I can’t even count the amount of guest who came up to us and said that was the best ceremony they have ever seen! An how kind and nice Micheal was!
  
  At the end of the day your wedding day goes by fast. However I will always remember Micheal and the huge imprint he left on our lives! On the most important day of our lives!

  Wonderful wedding ceremony

  Michael did a wonderful job! He setup a zoom meeting a few weeks before our ceremony and walked us through the details of the ceremony. He is super kind and very professional. Highly recommended!

  Father Callahan Was Awesome

  Father Callahan officiated at our wedding in December and it was such a pleasure to work with him. He was very helpful, punctual and such a kind speaker. He even arrived earlier. We were blown away by his sermon and it made our Roman Catholic ceremony that much special. Our friends and family were delighted with the father too. They were deeply moved to tears. We're native Spanish speakers and he speaks Spanish fluently and he added a Spanish passage to the ceremony. We can't thank him enough!"

  Rev. Michael Callaghan

  My fiance and i were looking to have a interfaith ceremony. Rev Callaghan suggested that we do a duel ceremony with Cantor Katz. we met on several occasions and the ceremony was absolutely wonderful. They both made us feel like they have known us for years,and our ceremony was catered to our style and faiths. I would highly recommend if your looking to have a ceremony that is elegant and memorable.

  What a special man, I have no words to describe how attentive he was to me in my wedding ceremony. As a 50 year old woman and being with my man for almost 17 years, we decided to make things official. I randomly picked Reverend Callahan due to his location. I sent him an email and within 5 minutes he called me. He made our small intimate ceremony personal. He referenced our parents and another weird thing that me and my husband and I have always shared. I felt immediately connected to him. I would more than highly recommend this wonderful Reverand, who is obviously touched by God, to officiate at your ceremony. He will make you feel amazing.

  Wonderful!

  Father Michael was a wonderful addition to our wedding and officiated the most beautiful ceremony we could have asked for! Planning for the most important part of our day was a pleasure, he’s a good listener and communicator, cared about our needs and concerns. He guided us for our catholic ceremony and we also received counseling from him in preparation for our marriage. We were completely at ease, he has a warm personality and was prepared every step of the way. He arrived early on the day of and rolled with the changes as our ceremony changed to indoors instead of outdoors due to inclement weather. I cannot say enough good things about him and highly recommend him!

  Father Callahan officiated our wedding in Queens in September 2017. We have nothing but rave reviews for him. He is extremely friendly and likeable, and was very professional and helpful in the months leading up to the wedding, helping us with readings and to more generally tailor the ceremony to the character of the setting of the event -- a farm -- and the character of my wife and I. On the day of the ceremony he arrived early. After the ceremony, he made the legal paperwork quick and painless. Most importantly, he did a marvelous job during the ceremony. We, unfortunately, had a death in the family a few days before the ceremony, and Father Callahan handled that beautifully, with compassionate words and asking for a minute of silence. In addition, he also did a beautiful job with the homily. It was clear from the content of what he said that he had come to understand us as a couple in our discussions leading up to the big day, and that he had tailored his words to my wife and I on that day. Working with him was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

  Father Callahan was amazing. He co-officiated in our interfaith wedding and helped us find a Jewish officiant we were comfortable with. he met with us and have suggestions, arrived early for the ceremony, took care of the marriage license and had very moving words that really touched our families' hearts. Highly recommended.

  We had a hard time finding someone that we liked to preform our ceremony. When we met with Reverend Callahan at his house we knew immediately that he was just the right guy for us. Reverend Callahan really made our day personal and special. We worked with him on the ceremony outline, which he really guides you through and helps you to make it flow. His words were kind, genuine and meant a lot to my husband and me. He was very down to earth and understands marriage and love. We were upset that we didn't get a chance to thank him for everything once the ceremony was over. The photographer took us away and we had heard that he had left sometime during the cocktail hour. He did a amazing job!

  Reverend Father Michael Callahan was GREAT!! We hired him for our wedding this past Aug., 2013, last minute too, and he was not only the only one that came through, but he did SUCH a great job that we'd recommend him to everyone!! The price was def right, but most importantly, he was extremely professional, sweet, polite and followed through with everything he said. We were very proud to have been married by him and seriously can't thank him enough for what a great job he did at our ceremony. He came to Villa Lombardi's in Holbrook NY for us and really made our day special.

  Excellent Officient

  Reverend Callahan did a terrific job of officiating our wedding. He was so professional and we and our guest felt so connected to him and his words throughout the ceremony. His sernon was also very nice and well delivered.

  I received military orders a week after I sent him the deposit of $175.00. I emailed him immediately and explained the situation as to why that date I scheduled will no longer work. He did not reply to my three emails until 4 weeks later. A refund was refused and there was no offer to hold my deposit to be able to reschedule for a later date. This matter was handled very unprofessional.

  Father Michael Callahan's reply:

  Unfortunately, after receiving the deposit, I received an inquiry for a wedding on the same date, to which I replied that I was unavailable due to this commitment. If I had not had to turn down that request, I would have happily refunded all or part of the deposit as I have done under similar circumstances. This is what a deposit is for, after all, to reserve the date. I would also have been glad to apply the deposit to a later date if this had been requested. I have done exactly that on several occasions. I certainly wish the couple well and much happiness and good fortune for all the years to come.
