I just had my 30th Birthday party at Farmington Gardens. Omgggg, where do I start. The venue is breathtakingly beautiful. The staff is very attentive and responsive. Especially my event coordinator Alissa. Honestly, she was amazing. I literally didn't have an once of worry bc I knew Alissa would take care of everything. She help bring my vision to light but also went above and beyond the call of duty. My theme was pretty in pink. They added extra pink details like at the food station and the bar to fit in with my theme. I brought table decorations and described what I wanted and how I wanted everything to look. Alissa and the staff executed everything perfectly. Finally, the food was amazing 😋. My Haitian family is not easy to win over when it comes to food. They were all happy with the food. Everyone is still talking about the Nashville chicken and waffles. I highly recommend using this venue.

From start to finish, planning our wedding with Farmington Gardens was a dream. Courtney was helpful and attentive and went above and beyond for us. The food and cake tastings were incredible. On the day of our wedding, everything look and went exactly how we wanted. It is the perfect location and “vibe”. We can’t recommend this venue enough!

From day one of seeing Farmington Gardens, we fell in love. But a beautiful setting is just the beginning. Our coordinator, Ashley, was the true star of the show. With a warm and friendly professionalism, she helped us through every little detail of our event, helping us customize and personalize anything we wanted, from our menu to the table layout and setup, she made it all happen! On the day of the rehearsal and wedding, she flawlessly worked with our other vendors to guide us and our guests in effortless transitions between a stunning ceremony, a lively cocktail hour and absolute PARTY of a reception!

Special mention that the food is FANTASTIC. I love to cook and eat and have high expectations for dining out and Farmington Gardens DELIVERED. Rave reviews and an excellent selection. Could not have picked a more perfect place for our day! Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience working with Farmington Gardens from start to finish! We had to postpone our wedding celebration a year due to COVID but had no issues doing so. Ashley, our coordinator, helped to make the wedding planning process so easy & organized which was so appreciated! Every detail was thought of and fully executed on our big day! All of our guests raved about the food which we had so much fun choosing at the tasting event months before. The grounds are absolutely stunning with bright, blooming flowers everywhere. We loved having the option to give guests the outdoor space to sit around the fire pit or play lawn games. One of the most unique parts of this place is the stunning greenhouse which was used for cocktail hour & was also the location of the bar. The staff on the day of our wedding were so upbeat and fun (they even joined us on the dance floor)! I didn't have to worry about a thing because I knew that Ashley had it all under control! We would highly recommend checking out Farmington Gardens to host your special day!

I cannot say enough good things about Farmington Gardens - this venue seriously made our wedding. Even though it poured all day and we weren't able to be out on the gorgeous grounds, nobody cared because the indoor amenities are flawless as well. Courtney is a GODDESS - truly I would not have gotten through any of this without her. From the first meeting through the last song of the wedding night, everything was executed perfectly. The food was SO good, cocktail hour in the greenhouse is stunning, and the beams in the ballroom are picture perfect. If Farmington Gardens has your date open, book it.

This place is such a hidden gem! Tucked away, once on the grounds, you feel like you're in your own magical world. Being the only wedding for the whole day we got full access to all the grounds. Which are STUNNING. Our pictures are incredible because of how beautiful the landscaping is. It is the perfect combo of rustic chic. We originally were supposed to get married in 2020 and well that didn't happen. FG was seriously the best. They worked with us and let us hold multiple dates. They were accommodating, flexible and responsive. We never felt unsure of what was going to happen to the business and they always kept us in the loop. Choosing our 2021 date was even easier. We got married May 7, 2021 and it was nothing but amazing and unforgettable. We got married in the greenhouse which is magical. Then you walk into the rustic ballroom with stunning chandeliers. The ballroom is 100% what you want to make of it. The whole thing was a vibe. The food was phenomenal. Every single staff member was incredible. So attentive and so on it. I could never thank Ashley our coordinator enough. Being able to trust her to just run the show allowed me to completely enjoy my day! I can't recommend this place enough and I hope to have my baby shower in the greenhouse someday!

Where to even start? Planning a wedding during COVID-19 was very difficult, but Ashley from Farmington Gardens went above and beyond to help us out in every way. She was responsive and accommodating each step of the way.
The day of the wedding Ashley and her staff were amazing. The day of flowed flawlessly. Besides the normal day to day glitches, her staff took one guest to the hospital (twice!), went to CVS to get superglue to fix another guests shoes, and help execute the surprise arrival of my cousin from deployment. I wish I could get married all over again just to have it at Farmington Gardens. If you are looking for a venue where you are stress-free and relaxed the entire day, with amazing food and service look no further!

My husband and I looked at around 10 venues before we saw Farmington Gardens. The day after we met with Courtney I woke up and said, "I think I want to get married there!" Everyone tells you about the feeling you get with the dress but I had that same feeling with Farmington Gardens! The venue is absolutely beautiful; there are so many flowers and decorations that are already included that we did not need to add much more to the ambiance. I DIYed a lot of things (welcome sign, seating chart, centerpieces with many parts) and they were SO amazing at putting everything together perfectly. Courtney was incredible to work with and the meetings we had with her prior to the day of were so thorough and helpful in assuaging any fears or stress I had about the wedding. They have a wide range of food and it was all very tasty - many of our guests told us it was some of the best wedding food they'd ever had. I really could go on and on about how great everyone and everything at Farmington Gardens is but I highly recommend taking a look for yourself!

Farmington Gardens was an AMAZING place to have my wedding reception. Courtney and her team made sure every little detail was perfect so my husband and I could completely relax and enjoy the day! The food was incredible and the cake was also delicious! It was definitely the best food I have ever had at a wedding. The venue was beautiful and I would not have changed a thing about my wedding day at Farmington Gardens!

If you are looking for the perfect venue that has it all and then some then look no further then Farmington Gardens. We had the pleasure of working with Ashley starting a year out from our wedding and every three months leading up to the big day. She was so explicit when answering any questions and always responded promptly to every email. They also have you attend a tasting event a few months before your wedding to pick your food.. it was so much fun and there was so much delicious food! The day of the wedding was more than I could have asked for. Ashley made everything on paper that we planned for a year completely come to life. She made sure our bridal party and immediate family were taken care of by giving us our own waitress who checked in on us very often. You also get to create a timeline with her which you can review and change as much as you need to. The week of your wedding she reaches out to all of your vendors with information including your timeline so everyone is on the same page upon arrival. My wedding day went smoother than I could have imagined. The venue itself is stunning and its own little oasis. The ceremony area is fully shaded under a pergola and two large trees. The landscape is lush, green and so colorful with a greenhouse for cocktail hour. Thank you to FG for making our day perfect!

My husband and I can't say enough about Courtney and the staff at FarmIngton Gardens. Our wedding was perfect. The support from Courtney and Alyssa was priceless. The venue itself was beautiful and from the gorgeous gardens to the rustic chic interior, the greenhouse, the fire pit in the evening, and the sparkler sendoff....our special day was just perfect. Every need can met. Every worry was erased. Can't thank Farmington Gardens enough for helping this dream to come true and for resssuring me that no matter what it would be perfect, and it was!

Where do I even start! This was the PERFECT VENUE for our ceremony and reception. Beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, wedding food that is *actually* delicious (as every vendor and many guests told us), and utterly amazing service from beginning to end. Kalee was our wedding coordinator and she was an utter pleasure to work with – so detail-oriented, so professional, and so *calm*, even in the midst of the reception when we were throwing off the schedule through excessive chattiness. She was so on top of everything from beginning to end and so warm and patient with us as we changed our minds, waffled on big decisions, ran behind on booking vendors, and made big and complicated requests (we were able to change a bunch of dishes to meet our guests’ dietary requirements, create our own mocktails, and even source all halal meat, which still blows my mind). The wedding day itself was a breeze for us. The rehearsal with Kalee the day before set our minds at rest about who was doing what when and where. And all we had to do was drop all our stuff off at the rehearsal the day before and it was set up perfectly on the day! Furthermore, the amazing FG staff then had it ready for pickup the morning after so that we could be entirely focused on the wedding and our guests day of. There was actually a thunderstorm the night of our wedding (during the reception, when we were indoors) and they had everything so under control that we didn’t even know til after! After the rain had stopped, the FG staff had our fire pit up and running in no time and our guests were getting a kick out of roasting marshmallows for their s’mores. They are total pros. Our wedding planning process involved some definite ups and downs and some major upheavals (we wound up getting legally married in advance), and FG was a source of calm and structure in the midst of all that. Seriously, such an amazing venue and such an amazing staff.

My fiancé and I looked at multiple spots but nothing compared tonFarmington Gardens! We didn’t have one con on our list and the staff was very professional and welcoming! We can’t wait to start our journey here!

Our wedding was a fairy tale, an absolute dream come true and it was all thanks to the amazing staff at Farmington Gardens!!

Our wedding was on October 13, 2018, and what a spectacular day it was! From our first tour of the venue to the day of the wedding all of the staff were amazing! We had Kalee as our planner and along with it being her wedding year she gave us so much support and advise for each and every question, and we had a lot! She was always easy to get in touch with and responded promptly. We didn’t have our ceremony at the Venue but she even gave us some advise as to how to plan our Church ceremony and what we would need. They have 1 wedding a day so from start to finish you feel special on YOUR day there, that was a big deciding factor for us in finding our venue. Also they have a multitude of decorating options to customize the space to what you want. Then the day of Kalee was by my side making sure we were taken care of which I was so grateful for, the day goes by so fast but she slowed it down by checking in. We also got nothing but rave reviews about the food! The food is DELICIOUS make sure you eat everything! The tasting was also so much fun, definitely bring parents or best man and maid of honor it’s a lot of food so you’ll need people to help! They also have a cake option at the venue so the planning was honestly so so easy! One stop shop which was great when you have a billion other things on your mind. Also they have an on-site Gardner who makes the venue look amazing outside as well so you don’t have to think about flowers outside! I really can not say enough good things about The Farmington Gardens, I wish I could relive our wedding day over and over again! I was just simply so perfect!

My husband and I got married at Farmington Gardens on August 25, 2018 and we cannot say enough about how amazing this venue is. We fell in love with the beautiful grounds, the unique greenhouse and ballroom right away. After our first visit to the venue, we knew this was the perfect place. We were beyond impressed with our wedding coordinator, Courtney, she was very responsive and attentive from the minute we contacted her about scheduling our visit to the venue. We met with her multiple times leading up to our wedding day, she always had great suggestions and was so organized. After our church ceremony Courtney and the Farmington Garden’s staff were waiting outside for our wedding party’s arrival. Courtney was a huge help especially the day of the wedding. Courtney was always there making sure everything was going according to plan and assisting anyone with anything they needed.
All of our guests raved about the food from the Passed Hors D’oeuvres all the way through the dessert; the cannolis were a huge hit! The chef was also extremely accommodating with any of our guests dietary restrictions! We highly recommend Courtney and the entire Farmington Gardens team for any occasion! We loved every moment of our big day! Thank you to the whole staff for making it so special

The staff and experience at Farmington Gardens was the most incredible experience of our lives! We were able to meet with Kalee, our wedding coordinator included with the venue, multiple times to stay on track as we got ready for our big day. Kalee is so kind, professional and genuine in everything she does! Everything is included when you book with Farmington Gardens so there are no surprises when trying to stick with your budget.
The grounds and buildings are stunning. We wanted our ceremony to be outside, but on our wedding day a pop-up thunderstorm required us to make a last minute change to being in the greenhouse. Everyone just moved inside and no one missed a beat with allowing our day to continue!
The quality of the food and the amount of choice you get us unreal. The tasting process allows you to make all the decisions that will best fit your day. Everything's made to order and they can accommodate all the different dietary restrictions in today's world. The in-house pastry chef made our sweet heart cake along with the “Venetian Table” of desserts that our guests thoroughly enjoyed!
Having our wedding at Farmington Gardens was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made and we cannot recommend them more highly!!

We cannot rave about Farmington Gardens more! Our photographer sold us on this venue very early in the planning process, and it was the best decision we could've made! Working with Kalee was an absolute dream, she made a stressful process completely carefree. She was always available to help answer questions, and we felt so at ease with letting her take charge of many aspects of our wedding. She was able to provide great suggestions, and was sure to keep detailed notes at each of our meetings to keep us on track. Kalee and her team tailored the whole experience to our wants and did an incredible job with the set-up and execution of everything! This venue has something for everyone, between the outdoor ceremony, greenhouse cocktail hour, and ballroom reception. It was the perfect day and Farmington Gardens was a huge part of its success!!

Courtney the wedding coordinator was amazing, the food was awesome, everything looked beautiful, we couldn't have been more happy!

My fiance and I got married at Farmington Gardens over the weekend. We were beyond impressed with the attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff. The grounds were breath taking too! We were most impressed with our wedding coordinator, Courtney. Courtney was helpful, attentive and very responsive. She and her staff decorated Farmington Gardens beautifully! The food was amazing! We had a pie bar and an ice cream bar for dessert which our guests loved! We had a choice of 6 pies, 5 flavors of ice cream and 35 different toppings. The bartenders made our signature drinks perfectly. The chef cooked amazing passed appetizers (the goat cheese and artichoke fritter was my favorite!) and a delicious meal (get the bone in pork chop!). We highly, highly recommend Farmington Gardens for your wedding or any other occasion. The staff truly makes your day extra special!

We had our wedding here on June 3rd, and it couldn't have been more perfect!! The venue looked breathtaking all decorated, our guests couldn't stop gushing over how much they loved the greenhouse area and the outdoor patio with the firepit. Our guests also can not stop raving about the food. So many people have told us it is the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Courtney and Kalee were the sweetest and most professional wedding coordinators EVER! Everything went off without a hitch from the time we booked the venue to the day of. I hope I get invited to a wedding here myself so I can enjoy it all over again!

Kalee is absolutely lovely to work with. She is very helpful with tough decisions and I have so much confidence that she will help make my special day a dream come true. And the venue is just amazing. The food is great, they have a gorgeous venue and they have so many options to make your wedding perfectly tailored to you!

I would HIGHLY suggest this venue. Throughout the process, I felt confidently about our choice of venue, however after the actual wedding, I knew that our experience was unparalleled. Kalee, the wedding coordinator, was PHENOMENAL and on point with every single detail. She responded calmly and confidently with any last minute change or decision we made and truly made us feel that we were the most important couple, family, or guests in the world. Every single guest raved about the food and service, including the extremely accommodating way of catering to (last minute) dietary restrictions. After the ceremony, my fiance and I had our own wait staff dedicated to the two of us, serving us with passed d'oeuvres and drinks while finishing up pictures. Throughout the reception, Kalee or other staff members continued to be so attentive- with drinks, food, or components of the reception. We are truly grateful that we decided on Farmington Gardens, as the service was second to none.

My now husband and I wanted a rustic but elegant venue and in the Litchfield area our options were limited. Everything was either too country or too much of a classic ballroom. Farmington Gardens blew us away with its beauty and unique atmosphere. The greenhouse is such a unique and romantic space for cocktail hour and the main room is so spacious and beautiful, with exposed wooden beams and crystal chandeliers. The food is super delicious and the menu is so extensive that it was a bit overwhelming limiting down our options for each course (in the yummiest overwhelming way possible). Everyone raved about the meal as the best they've had at a wedding. One of the best things about Farmington Gardens is that you get a coordinator to help you with the planning process. Kalee was amazing! She's always willing to get on the phone with you or meet in person, and has a whole checklist of questions to make your planning process so much easier. We're the type who thought a coordinator would be a waste of money, but after working with Kalee, I definitely see its value and it's included in your deal when you book at Farmington Gardens. It's a bit on the expensive side overall, but between the gorgeous space, yummy food, and super helpful coordinator, you really can't beat what you get for your money. Booking Farmington Gardens was the best decision we made for our wedding!

This venue provided us with more than what we expected for our wedding reception. The fact that this is a family owned facility definitely showed as the night went smoothly and everyone did a fantastic job! The staff were attentive, fun and even joined in the dancing. Kalee, wedding coordinator, was fantastic at remaining organized and allowed flexibility with food, decorations and other planning factors. We couldn't have been happier with our choice!

I worked with Kalee from Farmington Gardens for our daughter's wedding. Kalee was a pleasure to work with. She coordinated the whole event with professionalism and ease from the catering to the decor to organizing outside vendors and making sure they had everything they needed to make my daughter's wedding day an enjoyable day for all.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Farmington Gardens in October 2014. Our wedding consultant was named Emily and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! She honored all of our wishes and kept us all at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. She would meet with us whenever we desired. She was absolutely wonderful!

Farmington Gardens is like a blank canvas and you can create any theme or feel you desire at this beautiful place.

The food is delicious, the chef walked around and asked our guests if they enjoyed their meals. Our guest all raved about the food and the service. It was incredible!

They were fantastic to work with! Very friendly and professional. They were willing to work with us on things that we didn't like/couldn't afford. They are very flexible on food preferences and were willing to adapt a recipe that we gave them as an appetizer. I would highly recommend Farmington Gardens!

The Photos online are what first caught my eye and then visiting the venue and having all my questions answered was great!
The look of the Green House and Ballroom were exactly what I was looking for!!! and the grounds are well taken care of.
Elizabeth, the event planner, was sooooo helpful. I am not from the area and she made it easy to plan from another state... she would recommend venders (florist, baker, etc.) and she handle everything leading up to the day and the day of.... It was a very smooth process!!!
Coming from an Italian family FOOD is EVERYTHING!!! I heard nothing but great things about our food and service that night... this made me a happy girl!!! (they have the largest menu I have ever seen... something for everyone)
We got married on sight (there are many different options to get married on the property) It was raining on our wedding day but that didn't bother me one bit... knowing our back up plan (The Green House) was just as beautiful!!!

Farmington Gardens was the perfect choice for our wedding. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS, the staff is excellent to work with and the food is honestly out of this world. Our guests told us we had the best wedding food ever, and a lot of guests commented that they felt like they were eating in a gourmet restaurant, not a wedding venue. Phil and Liz were very accommodating for our guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions. This is a fabulous venue and if I could have our wedding day all over again, I would choose Farmington Gardens every time!

We had both our ceremony and reception at Farmington Gardens and it was absolutely amazing. The grounds are beautiful and also unique. It used to be a flower nursery so not only were there already great flowers around the property but we had cocktail hour in the Greenhouse - first time I've even seen that as as an option! The chiavari chairs everyone is always upcharging for were part of our package and are their standard chairs which was a great add. The space was very well kept and they were flexible with how we set everything up and all that we were looking to do. We had a ton of options for timing, food, bar, extras, etc. and with what we selected they did not disappoint. Our guests raved about the food, which was delicious - to this I can attest, I made sure to have time to sit down and eat! In particular, everyone was impressed their steak came to order and really came as they ordered it be it rare or well and their was more than enough for everyone to eat both at dinner and as apps were passed around. We used our dessert option of cupcakes as our dessert with a top tier cake to cut and people loved it. We again had so many options to choose from and picked 3 different flavors of minis so each guest could try one of each - it was fantastic! The wedding coordinator Elizabeth was easy to work with as well, she is not what we expected for a coordinator which was refreshing. She isn't the gushing girly bride type, but down to business, professional, yet detail oriented and involved which I thought was perfect - no drama with her! She was prompt in all responses to my many many questions and pulled everything together as we had planned.

Overall - wonderful experience and I'd highly recommended Farmington Gardens!

My husband and I made the fabulous choice of having our ceremony and reception at Farmington Gardens. The food was incredible, which included a huge antipasto platter, a to-die-for cupcake tower and the largest sundae bar I have ever seen. Friendly bartenders, staff and management. The Farmington Gardens staff was very flexible and helpful. For instance, they allowed me to wait until the last minute to have my wedding outside after a rainy morning. Beautiful grounds, amazing food and wonderful staff- what else can you ask for? Highly recommended!!!!

Farmington Gardens did a wonderful job on our reception! We received so many compliments from our guests on the food, service, set up and the beautiful facility, inside and out! We got married outside in front of the water feature, it was absolutely beautiful! This is a family run business and you will be their only wedding that day. The banquet manager Elizabeth pays attention to detail and they were very accomidating with all our needs and special requests! GET MARRIED HERE! I absolutely love Farmington Gardens and wish I could do my wedding all over here. Kalee is the best!! She is so organized, helpful, friendly and professional. We are from NYC so we were planning remotely and it wasn't an issue at all.
Our guests raved about the food, the Venetian table for dessert was amazing and they are so flexible so you can customize just about everything to make it truly YOUR day. We were planning on an outdoor ceremony but it rained the day of so we switched it to inside in the greenhouse room and it was magical. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect. I can't say enough about how happy we are.

I fell in love with this venue from the moment I walked through the front gates and it just gets better from there. The grounds and buildings themselves are beautiful and have a great "flow" for a party. It has so many options for ceremony locations and a great backup inside the greenhouse. The staff makes it all even better. I worked with Kalee during the wedding process and I cannot recommend and praise her enough. She was amazing! She was so professional and responsive to emails and phone calls which was great to get questions answered quickly. She had great ideas to contribute and was very organized and detailed with planning and setting up the day of itinerary. Thanks to her and the rest of the crew there our day went off without a hitch and all of our decor was set up exactly as I'd imagined. The flexibility of the venue is what makes it so special. They will accommodate almost anything you can imagine and they have so many choices for decor, floor plan setup, food, dessert, etc. It was difficult to choose from all the food and dessert options but our choices were so delicious and I heard the same from many of our guests. This place has a special place in my heart now and I would very highly recommend it.

My wedding was held October 26 at Farmington Gardens and the venue did an excellent job! Liz was so responsive, helpful and accomdating to all of our requests and inquries. Being a relatively new venue, we were a little nervous about the quality of service, food, and wine - but everything came out just wonderfully! We heard lots of our guests tell us how delicious their meals were. The dinner service was on time. A server came by during cocktail hour and dinner to make sure the bride and groom were all set. And the venue was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for making our day!

If you are looking for an elegant, fun, 5 star service venue you really shouldn’t be looking anywhere else. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the venue and their staff at Farmington gardens! We were originally planning to do an outdoor ceremony however it heavily rained that day so we had our ceremony instead in the greenhouse and OMG was it magical! So many people reached out to say how beautiful the space was and that it felt like being in a movie. The staff within minutes changed it over to move seamlessly into our cocktail hour which I was very impressed with. We decided to skip the first course for the meal and instead did the antipasto platter at cocktail hour which was just incredible!! We had many compliments about it. The drinks were excellent and the bartenders were fantastic. Our waitress Kim who took care of me and my husband all night was amazing and so attentive, we were so grateful. Ashley, our wedding coordinator was the most amazing. She worked with us patiently and was extremely thorough. The day of she made sure everything went seamlessly and I honestly didn’t worry about a thing! Everything the day of went so smoothly because of her. Also if I can give you one piece of advice for this venue it would be GET THE VENETIAN TABLE! It was SO impressive, I’d never seen so many amazing desserts in my life!! The guests raved about it and were even able to take some home to enjoy the following day which was very nice. I really liked that we could make changes to our package at this venue to fit our specific needs, they were extremely accommodating to allow us to have everything that we wanted for the day. The staff at Farmington gardens were so professional, pleasant and fun it really added to the day when some of the wait staff came out to sing and dance the last song with all of us! My husband and I look at each other all the time and say wow we had such a great wedding and I really believe a large part of that was having our wedding at Farmington Gardens.

We could not be happier with our choice to have our wedding ceremony and reception at Farmington Gardens! Our coordinator, Ashley, was truly terrific from start to finish. She was organized, accommodating and made planning a wedding from out of state as easy as possible. The wedding day went flawlessly and most importantly our families were able to truly relax and enjoy it all, since Ashley and the staff were so organized throughout. The grounds and facility were in beautiful shape (it didn't hurt that the weather was perfect!). The staff are professionals and amazing at what they do!

Truly the best day of our lives! Everything from the food tasting, to the rehearsal dinner to the big day, we could not have asked for a better day. We owe it all to the help of Kalee for her help and wonderful planning. She helped guide us through the whole process and was readily available the entire time. All of guests are still talking about how amazing the food was at Farmington Gardens! The fire-pit at the end of the night was a huge hit with our guests who loved the end of the night smores snack! The only issue we had was with the bartenders who seemed to be unhappy and in a rush to end the night. Overall, the grounds of Farmington Gardens, the food, and the help of Kalee made for a night we will never forget. If you are looking for a private venue that will cater to your needs and if you want the best food around, we highly suggest checking out Farmington Gardens!

We loved having our wedding at Farmington Gardens. We had a large wedding of 150 people and the team and day of staff went above and beyond to make the entire grounds beautiful and were amazingly accommodating to the bridal party and all our guests. Kalee was available for the months leading up to the wedding and was super organized and helped us prepare along the way. She was amazing the day of the wedding and held the entire event together keeping everything running smoothly so any hiccups went completely unnoticed by me. We used their in-house photobooth and it was a huge hit with the guests and the pictures came out great. During the night and since the wedding, our guests have raved about the venue and we couldn't be happier! Definitely a hidden gem on route 4 and we highly recommend!

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Farmington Gardens in August 2017. The planning process was very easy (even being out of state) and our coordinator, Courtney, was extremely helpful. Farmington Gardens hosted one large tasting event with all the summer weddings and it was really helpful because they offered pretty much the entire menu of items to taste with several decor ideas on display. The gardens, greenhouse, and ballroom were all set up beautifully the day of our wedding. The level of coordination and work done by Farmington Gardens staff really helped relieve a lot of stress on our wedding day.

Farmington Gardens was beyond amazing for our wedding! Kaylee and the team have this process down to a science and will help you every step of the way. Our guests raved about the food and ambiance, the green house area is beautiful when the sun sets and the lanterns are lit up. They have so many different options for appetizers, entrees, and desserts you can't go wrong. They are also reasonably priced and you get a lot for your money. I highly recommend Farmington Gardens for a beautiful, classy, and one of a kind event.

A beautiful venue with Amazing food! We had a wonderful ceremony and reception on-site. My only negative feedback with responsiveness is it sometimes took up to a week to get an email response. I know they are busy with events at night, but maybe could use another staff member to work with brides who like to get the details ironed out in advance.

I was married here in August of last year and from my experience do not get married here. I was hoping for some resolution by now and there has been zero so felt I needed to prevent the same treatment for another bride. This venue caused me a lot of grief and frustration follow my wedding and communication to resolve the mistakes they made were minimal. I still have not heard back from Marty who I was told would handle my concerns and I started reaching out to him in August. Marty answered my first email and did one call with me that he said he would talk to the owner and find resolution after that first call crickets it’s March and I still have not heard back from him. I called him numerous times, my husband did, and my parents and nothing since our first and only phone call. The customer service was awful, I was told from my guest the bartenders were rude, dinner arrived an hour and half to almost two hours late, my “wedding planner they provided” was barely seen the whole wedding, my bridal attendant was also servicing food the whole wedding so I barley saw her, they served one of the wrong appetizers we paid extra for, my vegetarian guest were given our meat appetizer when I was told they would be served pasta, my wedding coordinator changed 3 times do to two staff member quitting the final time it changed was a month before my wedding, do to all of the delays I didn’t get to throw my bouquet or cut my wedding cake do to how late the food was served. My wedding ended at 11 and some of my guest got dinner at 10 pm, staff started cleaning up my wedding at 11:10 my parents took note of this while my wedding ended at 1130, the ice cream bar we paid for was put out at the same time guest were getting dinner and there was zero communication it was even put out. To just top off everything that happened my husband and I did not get to cut our wedding cake and have our first piece of wedding cake together, our wedding coordinator also left my wedding over an hour and half early due to her “drive home”. Mind you at this point the time line for my wedding was completely thrown off my parents and myself were looking for someone to help and so was my dj and we got zero communication from anyone. The part that truly got to me the most was the following day. My husband and I were told that we would have cupcakes of each flavor given to us the day after the wedding that we would share with one another. We were looking forward to this because we were hoping this could make up for not having a chance to have our moment with the cake and our guest. But we’re disappointed because this was not the case. Our cake was also MISSING A LARGE PIECE which we did not cut or have I am still sooo confused by this. It was truly embarrassing for all the planning I put in. It is now March and after we left their office numerous calls and emails we still have not heard back from them . DO NOT RECOMMEND

My good friend has had an issue with this venue for a year now. With covid postponing their wedding twice they decided to cancel and just host something smaller last summer. They were informed they’d be getting a majority but not all of their money back and have since been ignored after multiple attempts of reaching out. I do not recommend!

Farmington Gardens has been refusing to refund my brother and his wife $20,000 for their cancelled wedding from April and then again in August 2020. They are doing this to multiple other couples. My family has gotten the BBB involved and are ready to take legal action. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

My husband and I were set to be married at Farmington Gardens in April 2020 - but we had to postpone one month before because of COVID. FG worked with us to set a new date in August. Unfortunately, we decided to cancel the large celebration planned and have a very small ceremony with intent to have a much larger celebration in a few years. When we cancelled, we were asked if we would be willing to accept only 90% of what we paid to go towards the food tasting and our event coordinators time. We said absolutely as we wanted to work with the venue because they had been so wonderful. They told us that the payment could not be refunded within 7 days post our event date and we said no problem as understood the situation and did not want to make it more difficult for them. It has now been over 90 days past our event and the owners are not responding to my calls or emails for the update. The events coordinators are left to try and provide updates, but they do not have authority in this area and cannot do much but pass on my message. I even took time to drive an hour and half to the venue to get some answers, and still the owners have not called me to discuss payment arrangements. We are very understanding people, especially since I work in finance and I see the toll the pandemic is taking on this industry, but my husband and I deserve respect enough for communication. While we understand the venue is hurting for business, we also need our money for our personal lives and should not have to suffer even more. We were open to working with the venue on a payment plan but now think legal action is the only way to get their attention. We planned on having many future events at FG but now, will never work with them because of such bad treatment during a tough time for everyone.
