Fancy that linen was so easy to work with and so patient. We made a couple last minute changes and added a couple new things a couple days before the wedding. They made you feel so calm and relaxed about these changes. Wonder quality, beautiful set up and plenty of options to pick from. They really have a lot of ideas and opinions and that was so helpful going into this!

Sue was so helpful in helping me make decisions on what color combos would work best. The basic linens were included in the price of our venue, but we upgraded/added a few special things (like the sparkle sweetheart table linen), and the prices were super reasonable. She has so many colors and options, too! I would highly recommend Fancy That for any linens needed!

Oh Sue & Fancy That Linen team, I could rave about you for days (in fact, I already have 😉)!!!!! I’m a first generation American that had no wedding vision – you could only imagine the countless hours I spent on Pinterest trying to “fall in love” with a color scheme or wedding theme. Sue is so wonderfully patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Fancy that Linens sent me several mock tables, made suggestions, and even went out of their way to help me find a particular shade of mauve linen they didn’t carry to help achieve my vision. What I admired most is their sincerity and honest feedback (mind you, I asked for this!). At one point I considered burgundy for my table linens, and their team kindly reminded me that the carpets of the venue are burgundy which would’ve made our reception a major eyesore :) The linens are wonderful quality, they had an abundance of options, and I never once had an issue getting in contact with them. You will NOT regret choosing them for your linens!

Sue with Fancy That Specialty Linen was so helpful during the entire process of planning our wedding. She worked with us to pick out the perfect colors and create exactly what we had envisioned. Even when we had to postpone our wedding at the last minute due to a death in the family, she was understanding and very responsive in helping us replan a couple of months later. The pricing was so reasonable and we are so happy with our choice! Everything turned out absolutely beautiful.

I spoke with her twice before the wedding to go over what we wanted and I honestly had no idea what to get but she was very helpful with her recommendations based on our wedding colors. We just got married and used Fancy That Specialty Linens for our specialty linens. Sue met with us for a consult and fast forward to our wedding last weekend and our space looked amazing! The specialty linens provided such a special custom touch. We received compliments from our guests and even guests of the resort we were staying at. Add some elegance to your wedding
Planning a wedding is a ton of work. Planning a wedding on the opposite side of the country is insane. Fortunately we hired Sue and Fancy That Specialty Linens. She truly made the process easy.
She was able to take our wedding colors and give us a number of options to choose from, elevating our ideas with her expertise and talent. She also sent photos of what our set up would look like since we weren't able to be there in person.
Fancy that offers more than just linens so be sure to ask. We used some different signage as was as a gift card box. It's the little touches that make the difference.
Thank you Sue for rolling with all of our changes and eliminating the pressure of not being able to plan in person. You truly made our day beautiful.

We hired them about a month before the wedding and they had everything we needed. Requested napkins to be folded a certain way but the person they sent out to set up could not fold them that way but was able to make them look nice!

I booked them a year ahead. I made several changes throughout the planning and the owner Sue is very accommodating. I was not able to pick up my linens on time the Friday before my wedding; the staff worked with me to have them available on Saturday even though they do not open on Saturdays. I will definitely hire them for future events.

I will definitely be using Fancy That specialty linens again for any event. Highly recommend. Susan was super nice, gave great input to help get the best look, and her team worked so fast the day of the wedding. Also, when the wedding was over she came right on time to pick up the linens. The next morning we actually found out that the person cleaning up the tables accidentally threw out 96+ napkins. So we dumpster dived the next day, well the groom dived in and the rest of us gloves up to look for them lol. She was very patient with us and didn’t charge us any fees for returning them days after the wedding. She’s awesome! Thank you!!

Fancy That was excellent! We were planning a destination wedding and needed to get linens for our welcome dinner for the night prior to the wedding. It was hard to decide on color combinations, but this company made it easy by mailing me swatches of all colors and materials in super short notice! On the day of the event, they came and decorated our event perfectly. They were very professional throughout the process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Susan was our representative from Fancy That Specialty Linens. She did an amazing job at our daughters wedding at the Tradewinds Island Grand Resort. She went above and beyond what we thought we were getting for the ceremony and the room looked beautiful. She was willing to help out where needed by the day of planner. The reception room looked so beautiful with the suggestions she made at our meeting to add a little color and dress the room up. The things she suggested made the room absolutely perfect. Susan was always pleasant and helpful. As the event got closer, she spent time just chatting with me to calm me down. She was truly a bright spot in the planning process. She even came to deliver the linens personally to teach us how to tie the bows on the outdoor chairs. The linens were beautiful. The organza bows on the outdoor chairs were the perfect touch.

Less than 2 weeks before my daughter's wedding, my linen service fell through. I emailed Sue at Fancy That and she responded within an hour. I met with her the next day and she came through with everything I needed and more to make my daughter's wedding beautiful!! She even gave me ideas that I hadn't thought of!! She was so helpful and friendly and the linens were perfect!! Renting linens went from the MOST stressful chore of the wedding to the LEAST stressful!

My wedding planner, Tatiana, was exceptional!!! I thought that maybe as a day-of wedding planner I would not receive as much assistance or feedback before the wedding, but that was not the case at all with Tatiana. She was a great help before the wedding, during the rehearsal and of course, the day of my wedding! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge were an incredible anxiety reliever, as I knew I was in good hands. I cannot say enough about the service I was provided by Tatiana and Kevin of WR events. I gave a birthday/bon voyage party for my daughter and my son-in-law this past weekend. They went beyond the "call of duty" setting up everything outside in my yard under extreme heat (I live in Coconut Grove, Fl)! Their "Yes" attitude made for an easy planning experience. They have wonderful suggestions, wide variety of linens, very creative and helpful to say the least. I will certainly use them in the future!

The happiest day of my wedding planning was the day that I hired WR Events to help finish planning my wedding. My only regret, was not having gone to them first!!!! I had already started on my own, thinking that I could do everything myself, and about 10 months from the wedding, I freaked, and thankfully found WR Events. As a matter of fact, I contacted them for "day of" services only, and I ended up signing for full services because I felt so confident that they would do an awesome job. Tatiana helped me with EVERYTHING. I am a control freak, and I honestly cant say that anything at my wedding didnt meet my expectations. Tatiana has so much experience in the wedding industry, that they practically pay for themselves. I urge anyone in the Miami area to contact WR Events to help plan their special day.

Hiring WR EVENTS was the best decision i made throughout the wedding planning process. They were there for me through thick and thin and had so much knowledge about the industry. The best part is- all the worrying and stress was off my shoulders (and my relatives shoulders) and we all were able to enjoy the wedding and share some great memories. I feel sad now that the wedding is over, because i feel like i lost a best friend but the best part is we continue to stay in touch and i have already booked them for my baby shower (and im not even pregnant yet-haha).

We hired Tatiana as our wedding planner for the day of the wedding. I must say, she was the best decision we made in terms of making our wedding happen. We had a house wedding and accommodated 350 people. It was an out-door wedding and mother nature did not cooperate with us. If it had not been for Tatiana, all of our guests would have been soaked, and the party ruined, as we would not have been able to get the tents necessary to cover the out-door space at the last minute. We literally were able to get 4 tents less than 7 hours prior to our ceremony because Tatiana was so proactive and had such great contacts. She was supremely helpful in organizing the different components to the ceremony and reception and took care of numerous problems that would have gotten my husband and I stressed out had we known about them. She allowed my in-laws to enjoy the day of their son's wedding, as the reception was at their house. We are forever grateful for all the work she did so that we could have the wedding of our dreams. I would highly recommend that anyone hire Tatiana, as she made our wedding day a great experience for all involved. She was timely, organized, proactive and simply, got things done. We could not have done it without her.

Loved working with this company. They provided everything we needed, even after we had to make a couple of changes a month out from the wedding. Definitely would use them again for any event. Reasonable price as well. Took a few days to a week for responses sometimes but it didn’t affect their services.

My daughter and I were amazed at the beautiful colors of linens for her wedding. We selected navy Pintuck tablecloths and sashes, white Pintuck napkins and banquet chair covers; and for a pop of color Raspberry with Venetian Lace overlays were used for the cake table and high tops in the foyer. Sue was more than willing to bring samples to the meeting at the hotel and meet with the florist and hotel event manager. Excellent and professional job!

We rented linens from Fancy That Specialty Linens for my daughter's wedding in Tallahassee. We picked them up 3 days before the wedding and the linens were ready when we got there. The linens were in beautiful condition, neatly packed and easy to put on the tables. Cleanup was very easy- just put them in the bags provided. Prices were reasonable and the selection of colors and sizes was very nice. The customer service was friendly and they were very helpful in helping us decide exactly what was needed.

Small problem when picking up order
I had a small order for a small event and when I came to pick it up on the weekday beforehand the order wasn't completely correct. I did change my order over the phone weeks beforehand so they must have not used the new order when preparing my linens. They did get the missing table runner ready for me quickly but the color was not the same as what I was shown on the sample, it was a bit off, which was disappointing since I had seen the samples many times and expected the colors to match (I was matching the runner color to a tablecloth color) When I arrived at my venue to set up the linens everyone, including myself, was confused about the long tablecloths having rounded sides. This wasn't explained to me and I was nervous that they wouldn't fit the tables while also looking nice. They did end up coming together okay but I wish things had been easier considering the small size of my order. Another small issue I noticed was with payments. I gave them my payment info in the store but afterwards they emailed me a link to pay instead of just a receipt. This could be confusing. It makes it seem as if the in store payment didn't work and the order needed to be paid again. The entrance was also a bit unprofessional looking and whenever I arrived I had to sort of find someone or wait for them to show up. I wanted to give a great review but things just didn't flow as nicely as they could have.

I ordered early before my rsvps went out trying to be proactive. I also was charged the FULL amount to my credit card, when I was only told I needed to pay the down payment. I was told the day of I would not be refunded for the linens I did not use by a man in what looked to be an old t-shirt. So no, not flexible and how the employees were dressed not very professional. Possible scam. Be aware!
BE AWARE!!! Our family had a Christmas party 12/24/22 and I rented linens from this company over a month in advance as I also paid them in full. Upon pick up on 12/23 at the address provided linens were left inside a bin on a set of steps(strange!) with no one there, but a note saying to lock the door behind me. Not one single soul to hand the linens nor get a signature(very professional I guess). Once I got to my destination I noticed 5 linens were missing and after contacting them that same day with no response they now allege linens were there hanging the entire time, and I must have “missed on seeing it” or I must have “changed my mind and left them there on purpose” as if I wanted to have an event with no linens even though I paid for them, right? That makes total sense. I asked for a refund and they basically told me no! When I arrived to drop-off the linens I DID HAVE they were there waiting to show me how it was my fault in a very defensive, argumentative way. I was extremely uncomfortable and walked away to avoid confrontation since I had my baby with me. Now they refuse to refund the money for the linens missing. Just be AWARE and if still going with this JOKE of a company make sure they hand you EVERYTHING IN PERSON and double check so you don’t pay for something that you didn’t get to begin with. NEVER AGAIN.

WR EVENTs was secured to bring tables, chairs and tents. Upon arrival, they only had 1/2 of the chairs, had to outsource to cover our rental, and brought 1 of 3 tents. We opted to use none of the tents and 1 month after have not received repayment. The also tacked on a $150 same day pick up fee without letting our coordinator know ahead of time. Now their phone number is disconnected. If they are out of business, I know why.

Tatiana never did anything to plan my wedding so I eventually asked for my deposit back. She said I would have to take her to court, but finally agreed to give me half back. She never did give it back though. I have been trying to contact her but no response. I intend to take her to small claims court because she should not be permitted to steal from people. What a nightmare.

My wedding is 6 months from now and I had been working with WR Events for almost a year. When I first found Tatiana and WR Events I thought they were a Godsend! She was doing everything she promised and more until I couldn't get ahold of her anymore. I had been calling and leaving messages and so had my mom and my fiancee and none of us were successful in getting in contact with her. I finally decided to go to her office to find out what was going on and come to find out she had left town a month ago. She picked up and left and didn't even say anything. Now my wedding is half planned and she kept my deposit. The point of having a planner was to avoid stress and instead she has created the stress. Now I have to scramble to get things done.
