Amazing and easy to work with

Fancy seats is an amazing company to work with. They made everything a breeze, from choosing the seat design and color to day of set up and take down. Everything turned out perfect and would definitely recommend to my friends and family for future weddings.

Fast & easy!

We decided last minute to do chair covers, within a 2 week period all communication & payment was settled. Very fast, accommodating & beautiful!

Beyond Great

Mrs Donna was the best. She helped me setup the venue, even when i had changed colors and what i need more of at the last minute. She didn’t mind. She was very professional and polite. I would use her again and again for future events.

Fantastic Experience!

Donna is wonderful! I hired her to help transform a banquet hall for my daughters sweet 16. She helped bring my vision to life! She is VERY easy to work with and extremely accommodating! The linens were beautiful, clean and PERFECT! I highly recommend Fancy Seats!!

Fancy seats was fabulous!!!

From the moment I met Donna she was so professional and accommodating! She took time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and created the vision I had imagined since I was little! The fabric was beautiful, clean, and stylish! Donna and her team came set up and picked up! It was perfect and easy to rent from fancy seats! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Very Fancy Indeed

Fancy Seats did the seat covers for my wedding reception and they were awesome. Took the look of the wedding reception to the next level! Owner was extremely personable. They did all the setting up and taking down. Extremely convenient! I would 1,000% recommend them.

Donna was very responsive from the beginning and was always quick to respond if I had any questions. She wasn’t local to us so Throughout the process I had some anxieties regararding everything matching perfectly! She was always so reassuring and sure enough she knew exactly what she was talking about when she helped us select our colors. On the day of she was very prompt and professional!! We received numerous compliments on how beautiful and elegant our set up was so much so that Eden Resort where we held our wedding, actually contacted our photographer and asked our permission to us our photos. Donna played a part in that by doing such a fabulous job with our table cloths, chair covers , and sashes. I couldn’t recommend her enough to help you pull your vision together on your special day!

Donna was very responsive and even when I didnt have enough table clothes and chair covers (my fault of course lol) she made it happen the night before!!! She even lived an hour away from my hall. I would deffinitly reccomend!!!

We used Fancy Seats for my daughter's sweet 16 party. Once they got all the covers on the chairs, my daughter's eyes where wide and excited with happiness. She said, "MOM, these complete the room and make it look lovely." So glad we used Fancy seats. They were a good price and the owner comes out and puts the seats on and takes them off, so I didn't have to worry. I would use them again for my next celebration. Thanks

I absolutely loved our seat covers. I felt as though they gave the wedding a clean and elegant look. I highly recommend Fancy Seats - easy to work with and quick responses. It was the easiest part of my wedding!! They were super professional and they worked around all my requests. They were recommended to me from Theresa at Bear Creek Man Resort. I would absolutely recommend them to everybody! The chairs looked amazing!

Fancy Seats did a great job with my wedding! They were extremely helpful when trying to pick out the right color for me seat sashes! I would recommend them to anyone who is having an event and wants to avoid the hassle of setting the seat covers and bows up themselves. It saved me so much time when decorating the venue for my wedding!

Donna is a sweetheart and so stress free to work with. We loved our tablecloths and at the last minute we decided to get burlap sashes for all the chairs. She didn't even bat an eyelash, she just made it happen and it was so great! Thank you so much!

This was the second time we worked with Fancy Seats, which provided fabric seat covers for our first daughter's wedding as well as our second daughter's wedding. Donna was very helpful and great to work with. The beautiful seat covers helped to make the event and the day wonderful and just what my daughter wanted. I highly recommend using them!!

Donna was fantastic to work with. Very accommodating and flexible. I was able to use e-mail (great for when I was at work and could not get to a private area to make a call), or phone when needed. Great value for the covers and very competitively priced. Didn't have to worry at all for the setup and tear-down - they took care of it all.

We loved working with fancy seats. They were very easy-going. Especially when we had to change the number of chair and sash rentals. Renting chair covers and sashes just made the wedding reception so much more beautiful. It brought everything together very nicely. Everything was well maintained and in great condition. My parents surprised my husband and I with chair covers for our ball room from Fancy Seats. They rented the Ivory Spandex chair covers with coral organza sashes. They looked gorgeous and tied the whole room together.

I was very picky about the details of my wedding, but very unsure in some instances of what would look best....chair covers and sashes being one of them. I had pictures emailed to me right away of ideas, and she walked me through the best options over the phone. Brides already have enough apts and meetings to go through, that it was nice to care of one wedding item over the phone/internet. My chair covers and sashes were PERFECT on my wedding day. I highly recommend Fancy Seats for any event.

The chair covers and bows were so beautiful it really gave the hall a completely different look! It was so worth the cost. We had so many compliments from our guests! The women that helped set up our chairs were so sweet and did an amazing job will all of the bows! They set up 165 chairs they were so nice to work with!!! I would highly recommend this company to everyone for whatever the occasion may be!

We couldn't be happier with our choice of fancy seats. They were easy to work with, and they were so reasonably priced! They didn't try to charge you ridiculous fee's for set up, pick up, delivery, extra delivery on the weekend. They were up front, and so reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Talk about flexibility!!! We got married on Memorial Day and about 4 days before the wedding we realized that we had enough money left to rent chair covers and ribbons. So we contacted Fancy Seats and they were there in the morning of Memorial Day to get our chairs ready.

The price was affordable and the staff was nice. We didn't have any problems with absolutely anything.

Fancy Seats made our wedding look so beautiful! They were very flexible with my schedule and they were even able to come in sooner that I had originally planned. Price was very reasonable. I will be recommending them to everyone!

Donna at Fancy Seats was very easy to work with. They did our wedding at Bear Creek in Macungie and the white chair covers and black sashes looked beautiful. Every chair and bow was neat and tied perfectly.
They also had many other colors and options to choose from if needed and the quality of the covers and sashes is very nice.
Fancy Seats was also priced much better ( over $150 cheaper) than the other company in the Lehigh Valley Area that is used for chaircovers/sashes. I would recommend them for any other events.

Donna was an absolute delight to work with. She made the entire process easy and took care of everything. She even had me email her my bridesmaid dress link so she could match the chair cover sashes! To me that was huge because it was 1 less thing I needed to stay on top of! I would absolutely recommend Donna & Fancy Seats to anyone conducting an event!

Donna was great to work with! We were referred to Fancy Seats by our coordinator and I am pleased with the service. Donna was quick to email back and help set up our contract quickly. The seat covers ended up being a little large for the chairs but this was not a big problem. They were of good quality, clean, and in great condition. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. Overall, they were a great value and I am glad we added them into our budget. I would recommend Fancy Seats to anyone considering them.

Donna with Fancy Seats was wonderful! She met my mother and myself at the event location. She was punctual and prepared. She showed us multiple options based on what I was looking for. She never rushed us or pressured us into making a decision. Donna, the owner, mailed me samples of the different fabrics for the chair sashes within a day of my request. I changed my order multiple times (headcount) and she was always on top of it and responsive.

The white seat covers and the tiffany blue satin sashes were simply stunning and added such an elegant dimension and style to my daughter's reception. We were both thrilled with the look!

Terrific experience and well worth the money. When I came in without the seat covers, it looked nice. When I came back once they were on it went from "nice" to "wow, now this looks like a wedding!" Additionally, the service (set up and tear down) were terrific. We would definitely rent from Fancy Seats again.

When we booked our venue (which we loved), we weren't so thrilled with the clashing seats, carpets, & wallpaper. Luckily, the wallpaper was torn down and the walls were paint but it was still a great idea to use Fancy Seats for our seat covers. The chairs looked gorgeous! Most rental companies send you the covers & bows to put out & take off yourself. Fancy Seats did ALL of the set up AND break down themselves, making this incredibly easy for me! I would definitely recommend them. Plus, they now have napkins that you can coordinate with the colors of your covers/bows.

Fancy Seats worked with us to cover our seats for our wedding reception! The covers were beautiful and were in perfect condition. The best part about fancy seats was their reasonable prices and friendly service. I was able to email questions all the time and always get a timely response. You can also call them and get quick service as well - but when you are planning your own wedding it is so conveinent to have professional service through email while planning. I would definitely recommend Fancy Seats to anyone who is working on a budget but still wants to add the beautiful touch of chair covers. Everyone at our wedding said they pulled together the room so nicely.

Fancy Seats did a fabulous job for my wedding reception! Their chair covers were clean, pristine, and beautiful and they added a touch of elegance to the evening. Also, their prices were the lowest I came across in my planning. Delivery/set up was quick and seamless and pick-up was so convenient!! I had to leave for my honeymoon early the next morning and it was great not having one more thing to worry about. I really enjoyed working with Fancy Seats for my chair covers. They were very responsive to all my emails, and were very flexible with me (I changed my mind a few times).

Although the cost of my chair coverings were included in the package with my reception hall, I would recommend others to use them, soley based on their professionalism.

Fancy seats were wonderful to work with. The chairs looked beautiful when we arrived at the venue. We used these chairs for both the ceremony and reception. Fancy Seats is a no-fuss, no worry vendor. They were punctual and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone interested in renting chair covers and sashes, like I did. We ordered more chair covers than we needed with the assurance that we would be issued a refund. The service couldn't have been any better. They sent someone to meet me at my venue with many chairs displayed and done up in different styles and colors. The visual aspect of that helped me so much in choosing my seat cover design. Also the color scheme for my wedding was not an available option but they special ordered the color for me and didn't charge me anything extra. By the way their price can't be beat.
