We could not have been more happy with choosing Nancy as our wedding florist! From start to finish, she was so professional, organized, and kind to work with. Nancy created stunning flowers for us, elevating our somewhat vague ideas for seasonal spring flowers beyond anything we could have imagined. Every floral arrangement—from the boutonnières, bouquets, and flower crowns for the wedding party, to the ceremony and reception pieces—was absolutely stunning yet personal, and it created such a beautiful ambiance for our special day. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were, both during the wedding and even afterward. Nancy was also able to design the arrangements so guests could take them home as favors, which was very important to us. Our venue and wedding coordinator had not worked with Nancy before but were just as impressed, and mentioned they planned to add Nancy to their recommended vendor lists in the future. We are still in awe of the stunning florals Nancy created for our wedding. From the very beginning, Nancy impressed us with her kindness and professionalism. She was extremely thorough in our initial call and provided a very detailed proposal shortly after we hung up! Absolutely stunning
I had a very distinct vision when I came to Nancy and she was amazing from the start. She took the time to point out every Pinterest vision I have, check each type of flower with me, make sure of what I wanted out of each vision and made it happen!!! The flowers turned out more amazing then I could have ever dreamed. She did 3 different types of centerpieces that all turned out amazing, she did a one of a kind bouquet, perfectly matching boutonnières and more!! She took the time to also make sure I didn’t have to buy a lot of “extras” and even had candles and votives for me to rent from her! Everything was absolutely beautiful and I would recommend Fancy Florals by Nancy a million times to any bride.

We had the best experience we could have imagined with Fancy Florals by Nancy. She is soo thoughtful and caring and makes sure you get the best. She went way above what I could have imagined with my bouquets and greenery. Our wedding was postponed due to Covid, and she was the only vendor to reach out to me on my “suppose to be wedding day.” She just wanted to let me know she was thinking of us and hoped we had a great day anyways. When hiring Nancy you get more then just a florist!!!

I don't even know where to begin! Nancy met with my husband and I about a year out from our wedding day and talked about our vision. I shared ideas I had on our wedding website we created and once I picked out all the girls dresses, I sent her the color swatches. I love her work and told her to work her magic with my color scheme. She was so fun and easy to work with! She checked in with us often and as we got closer to the big day, I actually started adding things! She was so flexible with me even last minute. We are so incredibly thankful for her hard work. We are also blessed to have come across her while searching for a florist. Her flowers aren't just amazing, but she has a big heart and she is a wonderful generous lady to work with. Our wedding guests have been raving about the flowers since the wedding last month!

SO Delighted and BEYOND Impressed!
Nancy is absolutely amazing! We couldn't have been more impressed with the floral arrangements that she did for our wedding this summer. I had a vision in my mind of how our reception and ceremony would look like, but Nancy genuinely exceeded my expectations. Stunning flowers for our daughter’s country wedding
Nancy was smart, creative, helpful and professional from start to finish. From the altar and pew decorations in the church to the bouquets, boutonnières and corsages and finally to the rustic country tent decor, we couldn’t have been happier. The flowers were all coordinating colors and shapes with clever rustic touches (burlap, sticks etc. ). The centerpieces had flowers in mason jars, boxes and bottles on top of wooden hand made circles adorned with tea lights. The entrance to the tent was framed with rustic, wooden crates, cast iron lighted lanterns all draped in greens and flowers. The bales of hay painted with arrows pointing the way to the farm were also draped with greens.
We were thrilled with the beauty and vision of Nancy’s work.

Simply Stunning!
The flowers for our wedding were truly gorgeous! I wanted subtle colors with an elegant look, and that’s exactly what Nancy created for us. We brought color swatches of our wedding colors and she was able to match them and come up with arrangements of exactly what we wanted. Our venue was absolutely huge and it took us three days leading up to the wedding to decorate and get it ready, so Nancy came both Friday and Saturday mornings to setup her florals which worked out great. She was very conscientious of my questions and requests throughout the wedding planning, and quick to respond to my emails. It’s very obvious the first time you meet her how much she loves what she does and how passionate she is about her work. My two favorite flowers of all were the O’hara Garden Rose and the Quicksand Rose. Before I met Nancy, a rose was a rose to me... boy was I wrong! Thank you, Nancy, for being so patient with us throughout wedding planning and designing such stunning flower arrangements for our beautiful day. I wish I could have kept my bridal bouquet forever... it was that perfect.

Nancy was so easy to work with from the very beginning. She had so many amazing ideas for our venue and thing I would have never even thought of! One thing that really stuck out was all the beautiful different vases and candelabras she had that we used for all of our center pieces. The day of our wedding once I walked into the Venue As Nancy was finishing setting up I instantly starting crying from how beautiful it turned out. Affordable, Responsive, Organized
My husband and I were planning our wedding in Illinois from Arizona and Nancy was recommended to me by a family friend. I had initially reached out to a few florists through the Knot and responses just made them seem "big box". My first contact with Nancy was a phone call where we discussed my vision of flowers and the different options she had for decoration rentals. After we got off the phone she sent me a price list and a spreadsheet to work with to see what I could do to stay within my budget. I planned a trip home for a week to take care of a lot of the wedding details and my mom and I spent over 2 hours with Nancy going over what we were looking for. I gave Nancy a few pictures of bouquets and bouts I liked and she used that to show me examples of previous work that she could use to create my flowers to stay within my budget. We ended up getting bouquets, mini bouquets for flower girls, bouts, corsages, centerpieces and pew decorations for our wedding and reception. Nancy and her husband delivered (for a small fee) and setup our flowers at the reception and ceremony venues on top of making a pit stop to drop off my bouquet at the salon I was getting ready at. That's service! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Nancy does amazing work and you won’t be disappointed!

Nancy was amazing to work with! She was so understanding and flexible with everything! We over-estimated on the number of people we had invited, so naturally we overestimated the number of centerpieces we needed. Nancy was able to work with us so that we had the correct number of centerpieces and made everything super easy and stress free! Then on the wedding day, I was shocked by how absolutely stunning the flowers were. My bouquet was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. And all the centerpieces and arrangements were perfect! Nancy did a stunning job on the flower arrangements and table center pieces for our wedding weekend! We weren't able to meet with her in person during planning but she was more than willing to video chat with us to share ideas and plan. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we wanted for our wedding flowers. The weekend of our wedding she was prompt with the flower delivery and very proficient at setting up the beautiful reception decorations. She made our wedding weekend beautiful and just what we wanted! We highly recommend Fancy Florals by Nancy!

Nancy was amazing to work with! I gave her a few ideas and shared several photos with her and she took off! Her knowledge of florals is so broad and deep that you can trust she knows her business :) She really went to a lot effort to make our wedding weekend special. For example, I am a huge fan of the olive branch look. She made a special effort to include olive branches and even rosemary branches from around our home place. Nancy's attention to detail and warm and caring spirit really helped make our weekend unforgettable. Thank you!

Nancy did such a great job, everything was beautiful! She was amazing at creating exactly the style I was going for! Everything from the eucalyptus garlands, the bouquets, baby's breath hair piece, rose cake toppers, and a beautiful white flower swag to go on top of the arbor we got married under-- all perfect! I had such an amazing experience with Nancy. She is so welcoming and friendly. When we went to our first consultation she made an impromptu bouquet for me to better visualize. I truly cannot put into words how grateful I am to Nancy Zimmerman for her outstanding work. Nancy was the only vendor I had no worries about for our wedding. Her excellent communication, stellar organization and remarkable design skills completely put us at ease. From our first meeting Nancy made sure she completely understood my vision and she far surpassed my greatest expectations. We had a large barn/tent wedding that was covered in flowers including a huge floral arch. Even in the face of a family emergency in the early morning hours of our wedding day Nancy made sure she was at our venue on time with a team and went to work. Our entire venue was transformed into a beautiful bright scene that could have been in a magazine. I have been giving Nancy’s name and contact info to anyone and everyone planning a wedding. We used Fancy Florals for both of my daughters weddings. One was October 1, 2016 and the other June 24, 2017. I cannot say enough good things about Nancy. She is so nice, personable, very easy to work with and strives to do any and everything to give the bride her dream wedding. She listens to the bride to understand her vision and inspiration for her wedding and she definitely delivers. At the consultation, she is so patient, makes you feel like you are the only person she has to deal with, gives you different options and definitely works with your budget. We recommended her to a friend who used her for her wedding, June 3, 2017, and they were as thrilled with her work as we were. The flowers at both my daughter's wedding were absolutely beautiful and we received so many compliments on the flowers and floral centerpieces. I met with her a few times before the wedding and she took a lot of time to sit and discuss different options with me to make my vision for my flowers perfect! I had her do two different arrangements on the table for the centerpieces at the reception and they were better than I could have ever envisioned. The bouquets were great as well! Nancy was great to work with. For our wedding we went with the rustic theme, colors being Blue and Silver. I do not know my flowers and so my ideas were way out there and constantly kept changing. Nancy was able to grab some of my big ideas, add some of her ideas to it and come up with a close mock. I absolutely could not be any more happier on how everything turned out. My bouquet, the girls bouquets, the boutineers, centerpieces, everything was gorgeous. Nancy was also able to help with a few other decorations. We used some old rustic doors for a nice decoration piece and she also had wooden slabs that where added to our centerpieces and for our cake. Nancy was great to work with and Highly recommend her for any wedding or special event you may have coming up.

First I want you all to know that I planned my daughter's wedding in one day. I called Nancy of Fancy Florals by Nancy and she answered her phone while on vacation! She always answered my calls and questions, she went out of her way to do my daughters flowers. I can not tell you how great she was and is because words do not describe this woman. As a bride and all the many things I had to choose throughout the process of planning a wedding I could not have went more right with a decision when I choose this florist. What a precious gem Fancy Florals by Nancy is! I was such an incredibly fortunate bride to have stumble upon Nancy and her services.
Flowers were a huge part of my wedding, since the theme was Autumn Harvest. I first met Nancy at her home to discuss flowers and prices. We didn't simply go over colors and types of flowers, but she took the time to really get to know my personality and theme for the wedding. When my flowers arrived at the wedding site (yes, she deliverers!) my eyes swelled up with tears of happiness. The arrangements were breathtaking. She handled the flowers with so much care. Each bouquet had its own glass vase. The boutonnieres and bouquets were gorgeous, rich, fresh and so unique, with layers different colors and textures. She absolutely captured who I was as a bride and the heart of the theme.
For my wedding attire I wore an enchanting floral crown, made by Nancy, that really set the whole look. It highlighted my raiment perfectly, enhancing my bridal glow without overpowering my hair. I received so many compliments. I felt like a beautiful harvest princess as it's all thanks to Fancy Floral by Nancy.
To top everything of, she is extremely affordable and flexible, really works with you to stay in a budget. We found some extra money in the budget, which I really wanted to spend on flowers for the table. However, it was just a few days before the big wedding. With my father making a secret phone call, I was happily surprised to find lovely flowers on the table the day of the wedding! It was such a nice touch and really elevated everything.
My wedding day would not have been the magnificent, beautiful and perfect Autumn Harvest day it was without Fancy Florals by Nancy. I am forever thankful.

Nancy did an amazing job with floral decor for my September wedding. I used her for some simple ceremony florals, all of our bouquets and boutonnieres, and floral centerpieces at our reception. I was a little concerned about finding a florist that could execute my vision since many brides in Central Illinois are going for the "rustic chic" look these days, and I wanted something bold and modern. I started by emailing Nancy some photos of what I had in mind and discussing some preliminary thoughts, then my fiance and I met with her at her home to go over details. Our flowers turned out amazing - everything was exactly as I had imagined and we got tons of compliments from guests. Nancy even ended up making a silk version of the wrist corsages for one of my aunts with a severe flower allergy - you couldn't even tell it was different from the others! Nancy thought of every little detail - the bouquets were beautifully wrapped in perfectly matching fabric, and the reception centerpieces looked perfect from top to bottom. Our photographer also commented on how fantastic the flowers photographed. I was a very "Type A" bride with a definite vision of what I wanted, but I know nothing about flowers - Nancy helped bring my vision to life, but I also think her expertise and artistic talents would help brides that are a little less certain about what they want. I would highly recommend meeting with her in-person if you can - we were able to see all of the glassware and accessories she had available (we ended up using a variety of glassware and containers and also some columns she had for our ceremony), and also get a very good sense of the kinds of flowers she had in mind for the arrangements. Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend Nancy to other Central Illinois brides!

Nancy was wonderful! The 1st time we met I showed her some pictures of different flowers, colors and styles I liked. She worked with me to make those visions come to life. She created my bouquet, 3 bridesmaid bouquets, 4 corsages, and 10 boutineers. She helped me come up with a cost effective plan where I would grow some flowers myself and she would order me some greenery and other fillers to make my own centerpieces. It worked out beautifully, she even made a video describing how everything should be layered and arranged. They were a huge hit and no one had any idea they weren't done by a florist. She kept in contact the whole time and answered any and all questions I had. She was just an email away and always got back to me within a day. I would highly recommend nancy!

I would absolutely recommend Fancy Florals by Nancy. I do not know much about flowers and do not consider myself to have a green thumb, but Nancy is extremely knowledgeable and helps you select the best flowers. She knows what flowers will complement your wedding colors and her flowers will enhance the ceremony and reception space. Her flower arrangements are vibrant, fresh, crisp, and of course beautiful! I received so many compliments about our flowers and she helped make my wedding day so special!

Wow! Nancy did an absolute fantastic job with all of the florals for our wedding! We met a couple of times to discuss every detail and she kept in contact with me frequently over the months of planning to insure everything was perfect for our special day. I was even working with a rental company for sheperd hooks, but she was given some a couple weeks before our wedding and let me know this so we could use these at no additional cost. She even brought along left over flowers from an event she worked to supplement our florals free of charge! Nancy truly goes above and beyond on her floral work and you can put all of your trust in her to design the floral pieces of your dreams for your special day. If you're looking for a superb florist that won't break your, budget Nancy is your person to talk with!

I could not have been happier with my wedding flowers! Nancy was so easy to work with. She was so accommodating and communicated very well (which is very important for a bride). I wanted lots of flowers at my wedding, so this was a very important aspect for me. Basically all of my decorations were flowers! I brought in pictures of what I liked, and Nancy was able to create everything from there. I had so many requests for her throughout the whole wedding planning process and she managed to do everything. She was insightful and really knew her stuff! When the wedding day came, my vision had been fulfilled. I highly recommend Fancy Florals by Nancy!

I chose Fancy Florals by Nancy for my outdoor Boho inspired wedding. She understood my vision immediately because she is so knowledgable of all wedding related trends. Nancy knew which flowers would withstand warm temps and were in season to avoid high expenses. My bouquet was on spot - exactly what i wanted! I live 100 miles away from Nancy so timely communication was important - I never had to follow up with her - she was on top of everything with her own warm & personalized care!

Nancy's expertise and knowledge in floral arrangements really made picking out flowers and designs stress-free! I felt very comfortable working with Nancy!

Nancy was outstanding to work with! She took oodles of time to understand our vision, advise and educate us on flowers, and help us stay within our budget. Her communication was excellent. Her service was a 10 on a scale of 1 - 5 :) And Our flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Exactly what we had pictured, and even better!! We took outdoor pictures in VERY hot weather before the wedding. Nancy happened to stop by the church and saw that a couple of the flowers in the brides bouquet were drooping just a bit. She took the bouquet, replaced flowers, and had it back to us before the ceremony. Definitely above and beyond. Nancy is an extremely talented and a joy person! We HIGHLY recommend Fancy Florals by Nancy.

We were thrilled with the beautiful floral bouquets Nancy created for the bridal party! My daughter had a budget (and a vision) that Nancy willingly worked with and made suggestions to keep the costs in line. Considering the quality of her work, Fancy Florals by Nancy is a great value. I found her pricing to be very competitive. The level of care she put into both the customer relationship and also the floral arrangements was exceptional. I very much appreciated that Nancy respected my budget and even went as far as to suggest less expensive types of flowers that fit my desired style to allow me to stay within my budget. Nancy did a great job of asking the right questions to thoroughly understand my vision for my wedding and executed everything beautifully! Nancy went above and beyond for me. I had found nancy by looking at the knot and then followed her facebook page. I fell in love with her work. My flowers were so beautiful they had everyone at the wedding talking.She even made me a throw bouquet on short notice because my wedding brain had forgot about it! She also drove almost 2 hours to meet me and deliver the flowers to me. I will definitely be referring her to others.

I personally know Nancy, she is an amazing person and a wonderful friend. When I got engaged I asked her for the flowers, she and her husband drove from Illinois to Mexico with my wedding flowers, they were so beautiful! She did an amazing job with my bouquet and the ones for my bridesmaids. I loved every detail that she made.

Working with Nancy is wonderful! Not only does she create amazing arrangements, but if you have a vision, she will find a way to make it work! I wanted a cascade of flowers for my cupcake stand, and although it seemed like something she hadn't attempted before, she found a technique to make it work AND it was beyond everything I expected. Fancy Florals by Nancy was a wonderful addition to my wedding this August! The first time we met with Nancy we learned that she is very organized and a great listener. After giving Nancy an idea of what theme we wanted for our flowers, she was able to come up with suggestions and ideas to match our price range and color scheme. Whenever we had a question or concern, Nancy replied very quickly so we were never left wondering about anything! The flowers Nancy designed were better than I could have ever pictured! Even after the wedding, our guests have continually told us how much they enjoyed the beautiful flowers at the church and reception! The flowers held up very well through all of the picture taking and location changes throughout the day and night! Thank you Nancy for the wonderful flowers!
