Autumn is a professional, kind, & inclusive woman! She says what needed to be said in a professional and to-the-point way in order for things to run smoothly on our wedding day. She communicated with all our vendors, stayed organized with her intensive wedding planning spreadsheets and documents, and ran our day to allow my husband and I to be able to just relax! The bride (me) asks “what time is it?” And Autumn replies, “Don’t worry about it, we’re on track!”
Now, my husband and I have known Autumn quite a while outside of wedding planning, so we genuinely can tell you that this woman and her company will not steer you wrong. Autumn has extensive personal and professional development training under her belt, with an entire toolbox of tools for effective communication, endless love for her couples, and is an overall powerhouse of a human being. All this allows her to run her successful business! -

Hire Autumn for your tent wedding!
We hired Autumn to design & coordinate our wedding at Fountain Point Resort. Tent weddings can be difficult because you are basically creating a venue from scratch. Autumn did an amazing job with the design - the tent looked beautiful! She and her assistant (Vanessa) did great job with the coordination as well. Everything went off without a hitch! We can't thank FALL In Love Events enough for their help throughout the planning process. -

What a dream team!
As a wedding designer, I have worked with Autumn on several weddings and styled shoots over the last several years. She utilizes planning software that really keeps everyone on the same page.
Her communication with fellow vendors is always prompt and that is priceless to me!

We are so thankful we hired Autumn for our wedding day. I told her i wanted help making the ceremony special and she did exactly that. She helped us coordinate the music for the ceremony and all the little details so everyone knew where to go and what to do. She did a wonderful job decorating the arbor and our tables at the reception. We had a very small wedding with 22 guests and didn’t really think hiring a wedding planner was necessary but we are so glad we did. Our guests didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day except celebrating with us and we didn’t have to stress at all that day. -

Autumn is a “MUST”!
Autumn was amazing. She recently helped us coordinate all the details of my daughter’s “out of the area” wedding. She pulled all the final details together and took charge To make the day go beautifully and alleviate I need for worry. She worked with all the vendors and kept everything on track to our timeline. She was a definite asset to pulling off the most beautiful wedding and her services were greatly appreciated! -

On the day of my wedding, I had my full trust in Autumn for making sure everything went smooth including planning, decorations, timing, cleanup and any issues that arose. Honestly me and my husband could not imagine our wedding day without her! She took over all those stressors that were on my mind which allowed me to focus on enjoying each minute of our wedding and spending time with our guests who traveled far to celebrate with us! So thankful for Autumn and highly, highly recommend her!!! -

Autumn was our coordinator for our November wedding at Castle Farms. She was so wonderful and prompt with communicating long before the wedding day. You can tell she really cares for her couples and is very easy to work with. She gave us everything we needed and we even shared a sweet, tearful moment after the ceremony. Love Autumn!! -

We had high hopes for Fall In Love Events based on the many positive reviews we saw, but unfortunately, hiring them was one of our biggest wedding regrets.
Partway through our wedding, Autumn—the owner—left due to what we were told was an emergency, which we completely understand. What we do not understand is why the assistant she left in charge of our entire event proceeded to do absolutely nothing for the remainder of the night. To make matters worse, her assistant later told us that Autumn did not leave due to a family emergency, but to attend a concert. Needless to say, learning that was incredibly upsetting.
After Autumn left, the assistant effectively vanished. He did not communicate with a single vendor, manage the timeline, coordinate key moments, or check in with us once. One request we emphasized repeatedly during pre-wedding meetings was that when tables were released to the buffet, they would be sent to our sweetheart table so we could take photos with each group and ensure we had pictures with every guest. This never happened. In fact, the waitstaff had to approach us directly to ask who was supposed to release tables. We told them our wedding planner—but he was nowhere to be found.
This was not an isolated issue. Our DJ and venue staff repeatedly had to hunt us down just to determine when basic events like speeches, dances, and cake cutting were supposed to occur because our coordinator was missing.
When family members eventually located him, he was sitting in his car on his phone. That became the theme of the evening: him doing nothing while our other incredible vendors picked up the slack. Our reception ended at 11:00 PM, and my husband had to approach the assistant multiple times to ask if he was going to begin teardown—something Autumn had made very clear was her team’s responsibility. By 10:30 PM, nothing had been done, and my husband had to insist that he start. Even then, he barely lifted a finger.
Ultimately, both of us and both of our parents were left tearing down our own venue while the assistant wandered off for extended periods. During teardown, I discovered a framed photograph of my grandparents shoved into a cardboard box in the corner of the venue. This photo was meant for our memorial table and had nearly been thrown away by the waitstaff, who understandably thought it was trash. It was an original photo—the only copy—and we had explicitly told Autumn that all family photos needed to be handled with care. That request was completely disregarded.
After the wedding, we sent Autumn a detailed, polite email explaining everything and requested the return of the generous gratuity we had given her team in good faith. We followed up multiple times. Two weeks later, she sent a single message apologizing and promising to return the gratuity—then completely ghosted us. We have still not heard from her.
It is unbelievable that a company advertising “wedding day management” would abandon a couple on their wedding night and then refuse to communicate afterward. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money. Do not hire Fall In Love Events.
