  Hiring Nicole was the best decision we ever made! When we met her we said we wanted to be able to just "show up" to our own wedding and that's exactly what she did for us. She is incredibly flexible, accommodating, and we really made a connection with her. I would recommend her to ANYONE getting married! Nicole made our wedding hassle free and easy.

  I HIGHLY recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a reliable, organized, prompt, experienced, AND reasonably priced wedding planner!! Nicole was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process-she was extremely prompt in responding to any questions I had, no matter how small, had valuable input to various aspects of our day (and even recommended a DJ to us who we ended up hiring and loving when we were struggling to find one we liked), and made our day absolutely perfect! She made the process of planning a wedding very easy, and didn't break our bank while doing so! We are so thankful to have had her as a part of our day-I didn't have to worry about a thing because I knew Nicole would take care of it!!

  If I could give Nicole a higher star I would!! She is absolutely amazing! We had extreme difficulty with our venue this past month (the list could go on and on) but we chose to stick with the venue because we loved the location. 1 week before the event, the lady we'd been dealing with quit. I was left to pick up and start over with someone new at the venue which I had very little confidence in. Family and friends had already been traveling in for the big day and I was left worrying about things we shouldn't have to the week of our wedding! Thankfully there was Nicole! Nicole did everything to make sure things ran smoothly! I cannot rave enough about how fantastic she is! I honestly was very skeptical hiring a day of coordinator but trust me, that if you feel the need, you will be left in great hands. I will most definitely be recommending her to many other brides and on any wedding blog I possibly can! Thank you so much, Nicole! You truly are the best!

  I hired Nicole for day-of coordination for our 200-guest wedding. Nicole is awesome. She made my wedding day so much less stressful. Not only did she come to rehearsal and walk through it with us, on the day of, she did all that stuff that would've made my day as a bride so much more stressful - decorated, made sure everyone got their flowers and that the floral pieces all showed up, she was a go-between for all the vendors before and during the wedding, dealt with a sticky guest situation (I owe her a million times for that), and probably a bunch of other things that I don't even know happened. Our wedding day was over 90 degrees, so guests stayed inside as long as they could before the outdoor ceremony, then Nicole gave the warning and shuttled everyone outside. It was so nice as a bride not to have to worry about snags like that.
  
  She also was a great sounding board for stresses I was having in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and double checked things with the vendors I wouldn't have thought of - like, when do we have to decide if the ceremony would move inside due to rain? Hadn't even thought about that, but Nicole did.
  
  After the wedding, my parents asked how much Nicole cost, and before I even answered, my mom said , "Never mind, it doesn't matter, it was totally worth whatever it was." And Nicole is super reasonably priced. She does her job efficiently and calmly and was awesome at getting things done without being in the way of anything. She made it seem effortless though I'm sure it wasn't. Thanks so much Nicole for all your help, our day was so much less stressful with you in it.

  Nicole was amazing! She helped create our itinerary for our wedding day, worked with our church coordinator on our wedding rehearsal, and contacted all of our vendors. She even helped me keep a surprise for my husband at our wedding. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone planning a wedding!

  Nicole, from Fairytale Weddings, was the greatest asset I had for my wedding. I introduced her to everyone as "My Guardian Angel" because that's exactly what I felt she was! She made sure nothing was overlooked, every detail was planned out and executed perfectly and I had absolutely nothing to do on the day of my wedding but enjoy it! She was always available for any questions I had, ideas I needed to get an opinion on and advice for tricky etiquette decisions. The week of my wedding she contacted all my vendors, made sure everyone was on the same page and knew what their job was, sent me a timeline schedule for everyone involved, coordinated with my venue and set everything up, including ballroom decor. I got a great night's sleep the night before because I knew Nicole was handling everything and I had nothing to worry about! I would HIGHLY recommend her services whether you need day-of help or someone to plan your whole day....best decision I made, aside from picking my husband of course ;)

  Nicole was very professional and flexible. She quickly responded to every email and question. She has lots of knowledge and great advice. I should have gotton her help sooner! She was a very outgoing, speedy, positive person. Everyone loved her and her help! She keep helping and checking on me until everything was done! Exceptional!!!

  She was amazing....she had lots of great ideas and helped keep me on track...I was able to completely enjoy my daughters wedding because I knew EVERY detail was being watched by her and it seemed that everytime I needed something, she was already taking care of it!! So happy I hired Nicole as our wedding planner!!!!!!

  Nicole was very helpful with a few things we needed before our wedding and great on the day of. It was nice to enjoy our wedding instead of constantly worrying about what goes next and gathering our bridal party.

  Nicole was an awesome wedding planner and I would definitely work with her again! She was easy to talk to and had a lot of creative ideas during our planning meetings. She also responded promptly to emails and ultimately made our day go by without a hitch.
  
  At first we were really unsure if we needed a day-of coordinator, but in the end, I was so happy that we decided to work with Nicole. She was very detail-oriented, and organized and I loved that about her. For example, she wrote out several revisions of our rehearsal, ceremony and reception timeline, down to the minute, literally down to the minute, which was sooooo helpful. We had planned all these different activities for our guests and wedding party, but weren't sure how it would all flow throughout the day. Nicole was able to fit events into different slots and made everything flow so easily.
  
  Before planning our wedding, I didn't realize how much coordination it took, but everyone really needs to know times, locations and duties for the day of. The less confusion with our bridal party and vendors, the better and Nicole is a pro.

She took complete ownership of that, so we wouldn't have to bring 30 welcome bags to the hotel. We had some much other stuff to carry in that day.
