The bestttt!

I love them! They made our wedding invitations, favors, seating board, tables numbers and even had card box for us to use last minute. The quality of everything was top notch! They were very professional, direct and they had lots of recommendations without being pushy. They made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Will definitely come back for future events!!!

Amazing, i love them!

Oh My Gosh, Fairy Tale Affairs is truly the ONLY place on Long Island to buy your wedding invitations, favors and anything else! From start to finish the process was easy, quick and FUN! Every single person in this store is warm and welcoming. Dezi is truly an angel. She helped me create my bridal shower invitations, wedding invitations and a bunch of other signage I will be needing for my wedding. The invitation process can be overwhelming, but Dezi made it so easy and simple for me. She is very creative, knowledgeable and has wonderful ideas. Dezi helped me create the most beautiful invitation I could have dreamed of, all within my budget! I am excited to see how the rest of my signs/favors come out (I already know they will be beautiful). I will never buy invitations anywhere else! Tracey runs an incredible store. Thank you so much for making my invitation dreams come true!

Amazing service!

I LOVE all the girls at FTA. From the second I walked in they helped me design and plan all those little details for my wedding day...place cards, favors, save the dates, and invitations. So many of my guests went out of their way to compliment each and every detail that Fairy Tale worked on. They were so worth the money. NOT only that...but...one of the most stressful factors (to me, anyway) was finding time to stuff, stamp and hand cancel all my save the dates and invites....one of the AMAZING girls Dezi from Fairy Tale actually did this task for me! For a price, obviously, but still this took a huge stress off my shoulders. Even after the wedding my guests are still complimenting me on all the details that FTA provided- Im still receiving texts and even handwritten cards thanking me for the favors etc. I wanted each and every one of my guests to feel special and honored on that day, and hiring Fairy Tale achieved just that. I can't wait to have another event so I can hire them again.

Great experience

I had a great experience working with Tracy and Lexy. Tracy was amazing working with me on my invitations and helping picked my favors for the wedding among other ideas she gave me. Exactly What We Wanted!

FairyTale Affairs was recommended to us by my cousin, and they were the first and last vendor we looked at for our invitations, seating chart, and card box. We were so impressed by the shop, and Tracey, Dezi, and the rest of the staff made us feel like part of their family every time we contacted them or visited the shop. They spent the time with us to listen to our vision, and they helped make that vision come to life in a way we did not believe was possible. We received SO many compliments on our invitations (and still do almost a year later!), and the seating chart and card box were talking pieces during the reception. For us, the details made the difference and it was extremely important to have it all come together and fit the feeling we were aiming for with our wedding. FairyTale Affairs offered us beautiful pieces at a fair and reasonable price, they were amazing in their guidance, and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to create an event of their dreams.

Amazing and talented service!

We loved everything about working with all of the wonderful ladies at Fairy Tale Affairs. They are a talented group of women who are amazing at what they do! We ordered a bunch of different things for our wedding and each was better then the next!

We ordered custom wedding invitations that were nothing short of gorgeous. We still get compliments about them months later!! We also wanted to donate instead of a traditional wedding favor. Dezi and Tracy completely understood and made us an adorable confetti filled flower with tag attached. We also had a seating board that was gorgeous as well as a rented card box. Last but not least the wedding programs that came out beautiful! If you need any help with wedding planning these ladies are the best! You feel like home when you walk into their store!

From the initial communication over the phone to the in-person meeting, Fairy tale affairs is just amazing. Tracy is super professional, very friendly and personable but most of all she is NOT PUSHY! I didn't feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. The whole team made my mother, grandmother and I feel welcomed and were all very helpful. Fairy tale is literally just that... I highly recommend them for your invitations and little extras you never thought about.

Words cannot express how much we loved everything that fairytale affairs did for the planning of my son's communion. Words just wont do them justice but I will try.
From the invitations, to the centerpieces as well as the entertainment. All of my guests were in awe and continue to praise how much of a good time they had as well how beautiful everything looked. Simone.D Ware do I start? From the time I walk in I felt the warm welcome and hospitality. I had another place I was looking for my wedding invitations. After dealing with Dezi I Knew this was home. Dezi came up with a wonderful costume design for my acrylic invites. I was coming back in 2 weeks to see my Mock up. My venue for my wedding had a show case and Dezi made sure to bring the Mock up to surprise me. When she saw me she embraced me with a warm sisterly hug. Tears of joy and excitement came from my eyes when I saw what an amazing job they did with my invitation. My mom wasn't able to make it and Dezi insist on me bring it home to show her. Fairy Tale Affairs thanks for bring my vision of my invitation to life .Can’t wait to see the Bridal Shower invites. I know I won’t be disappointed.

Tracey and Dezi were so amazing to work with! My wedding invitations were AMAZING and our guests have not stopped raving about them . We also used Fairy tales for my bridal shower favors . The prosecco bottles with the glitzy bow were so beautiful . We also had them make our seating chart for the wedding! It is so beautiful and I can't wait to see it on the easel at our wedding this weekend. Not only is everything quality work, the staff is so friendly and truly makes me you feel so comfortable! I absolutely Love Fairy tale Affairs!!! I will start from the beginning by saying that when I first walked into their store the staff was so helpful and friendly to me! My experience in getting the perfect wedding invitations was so much fun! I also got my Favors and a shadow box. Everything was beautiful!! All the details, glitz and sparkle was made according to my style and personality! They really took the time to get to know me and what I liked! After my wedding almost a little over a year later my mother and sister went to Fairy tale affairs to plan my baby shower.. WOAH all I have to say is STUNNING.. when I walked into the Venue where my baby shower was being held I was blown away by the decorations done by fairy Tale Affairs. The invites were beautiful, the centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous, favors, table seating cards, balloons and everything else was just PERFECT!! I love love love fairy tale Affairs!! There aren't enough great things to say about Tracey, Dezi and their staff. My mother and I fell in love with them from the moment we walked into their store.

Tracey designed my invitations for me just by listening to me describe the statement I wanted them to make when arriving at the guests and they were absolutely perfect! The calligrapher they recommended matched the color of the writing on the invitations perfectly to the envelopes so they looked great.

On our second meeting we picked my wedding favors and shower centerpieces and favors. Tracey had the BRILLIANT idea of having the centerpieces, shower favors and wedding favors all come from the same D'Lusso pattern so it worked as a set. Everyone was sooooooo impressed that everything matched and that they could use it all together.

Dezi made our place cards which matched the color, paper and font type from our invitations. She sent me a mock up before anything was printed that way I knew exactly what they would look like. We also rented our mailbox from them to be the cards in at the reception. This was a beautiful rhinestone trunk that wowed our guest when they saw it.

I would recommend FTA to anyone having a party. They were great!

Just want to raveeeee about Tracey at Fairy Tale Affairs in Massapequa. She was AWESOME!!! So warm and welcoming. SO patient and easy to work with. I recently used Fairy Tale Affairs for my 40th birthday. They were recommended by a close friend of mine who has used them before. The staff here are absolutely AMAZING!!!!! They are perfectionists!!! They are also a family run business which means a lot in today's world. They created my place cards and favor labels for my bottles of wine. I received so many compliments! The owner also put a cake topper aside for me as she went through inventory in her stock room. She thought it would be a perfect match for my theme and she was right. The fact that she thinks of her customers and their event even when they leave the store made a huge impact on me. They were fair with their pricing and not pushy at all when sticking to a budget. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone throwing any kind of affair!!!

My husband and I will always have the memories of what so many of our guests are calling the most elegant and up-scale party they have ever been to. Tracey and the staff at Fairy Tale Affairs turned our backyard into a setting better than we could have dreamt of. From the linens, napkins, decor around the home, on the tables, the furniture, floral decor, lighting, and of course the caterer and wait staff, everything was so perfect. It was truly a dream come true. The party started out as a small gathering at our home to celebrate our destination wedding which took place the prior week. After increasing the guest list, we ended up having nearly 100 guests coming to our home. One week prior to the party, we reached out to Tracey and Fairy Tale Affairs in Massapequa. She had one week to plan this amazing event, and not to mention the weather was calling for high winds, rain and hurricane Joaquin. It was certainly a night to remember forever and we're so thankful for Fairy Tale Affairs for making it possible.

Fairy Tale Affairs has been one of our favorite vendors to work with over this past year and a half! Their website came up while googling wedding invitation vendors on Long Island and decided to call for an appointment - and wow, are we glad we did! Since day one, the staff has been nothing but sweet, knowledgable and helpful. Tracey and the girls at Fairy Tale Affairs went above and beyond with my sweet sixteen.. They privided the most amazing invitations that had everyone in awe. They not only delivered the craziest invitations, but they created my every vision in what I always dreamed my sweet sixteen would be like. The amazing 4 1/2 foot ostrich feather centerpieces along with the magnificent table cloths and seat covers helped make my room look more extravagant than any other party room I have ever seen. They were so accomoding with prices and took in to consideration every last detail I asked them to incorporate. My candelabra was fun funky and unique and my party would not have blown away the guests unless Tracey and her team invested their time into it. Dezzie, Tracey, Maria and the rest of the team really made my sweet sixteen the most amazing party my guests and I have ever been to.

I live and work in the area, and have been asking around to find a place for my wedding invitations. Everyone I spoke to referred me to fairy tale affairs! I went in with my fiancé and was immediately impressed. They were extremely helpful and narrowed our search down dramatically after asking our style/theme. ( which my fiancé loved! Lol) we found the perfect invitation at our price point and could not wait to see them finished! We emailed back and forth with changes and spelling and I always got a fast response. I never in my life took the time to write a review about a place, but for once In my life it's a real pleasure to work with people who actually do their job! No words can describe how grateful I am to Tracey for the role she played in making my wedding the most elegant, charming and amazing day. At our first meeting, Tracey immediately understood my vision and tastes – classic, but with a bit of sparkle. Tracey is incredibly talented and created the most gorgeous Invitations, Programs, Menus, Gifts, Table Numbers and more! Throughout the entire planning process we were completely in sync and Tracey ensured that I was in love and comfortable with every detail. Due to her professionalism, thoughtfulness and attentiveness I asked Tracey to be my day of wedding planner. Tracey and her fabulous team at Fairy Tale Affairs coordinated everything so smoothly from picture frames, escort easels, guestbook/suitcase arrangement, and gifts that my guests were in awe and truly amazed at how the mansion transformed. In addition, Tracey and her team hold a special place in my heart as they took such great care of my grandparents, who are over the age of 90, and included them in all the festivities. Working with Tracey was a phenomenal experience and I cannot wait to celebrate more wonderful things so we can collaborate again. My guests are still complementing the invitations & stationary details and rightfully so! One of my parent’s friends actually changed their “no” to a “yes” based on the invitation. I had been looking on-line for invitations for months & couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't find anything that was unique & really was an expression of me. Something that gave off the "wow" factor that I was looking for.. Deziray (what a sweetheart) assited me thru the whole process (what a challenge I can be, with decision making) & she was very patient & pleasant. Although they are a bit pricy, she will do her best to work with your budget (she did with me). It is worth every dime! There are plenty of designs & unique ideas to choose from. If you have an idea she can create anything your heart desires. All of the staff are very professional, friendly & they keep you up to date with your order until it is completed. I will definitely do business again.

Fairy Tale Affairs was truly amazing in making my sister's wedding day the most special day in her life! Their attention to detail from the start was truly awesome. Tracey and her team have amazing creativity. The magnificent invitations, ceremony programs, menus and other accessories were stunning. The team came up with details and ideas that added so much to the day – that my sister’s wedding could only be described as perfectly elegant, charming, and beautiful. The heartfelt thought in everything the team worked on including the guestbook/suitcase arrangement, gifts, pictures, had our guests in awe.

Fairy Tale Affairs’ coordination on the day of the wedding turned what I thought was going to be a mess into perfection. Not many people can calm me down, or get me to stop working on anything, but Tracey’s leadership, thoughtfulness, team oriented approach, put me at ease, reassuring me everything was going to be stellar - and it was!!! I’m not sure how many brothers of a bride write about their sister’s wedding, but I am so impressed with Fairy Tale Affairs, I will recommend them to all that I know for any event, wedding, ball, birthday, anniversary, etc. I wish Tracey and her team continued success!

I love FTA! Everything was phenomenal when it came to my experience at FTA. I dealt with them for two years prior to my wedding (yes, I started planning early) and now I feel like they are my family. The professionalism has never changed throughout the years either. It’s a family owned business and it shows. There so knowledgeable. They pay very careful attention to every detail. Even though you might have an idea about say your invitations and they give you advice, consider it because you just might like their vision! Without being pushy that is. I highly recommend them for all the services they offer!

Fairy Tale Affair was a prefered vendor by our reception hall. We rented our guest seating board and a wagon for our ring bearers. The ladies there are a pleasure to work with, great customer service and happy to answer any questions. When it looked liked my speciality card holder I had ordered from somewhere else was not going to arrive in time, 1 day prior to our wedding Fairy Tale had me pick one out just incase and were happy to step up if necessary. I was in in love with all of their products and probably would have rented everything in the store!

My fiance and I really did not know what we wanted when we stepped into Fairy Tale Affairs. Let me tell you, every staff member at that place is so professional, patient and flexible! They are also very HONEST! If something would not look good, they tell you straight up and I appreciate someone who is REAL. They worked with us from start to finish to create an invitation that would fit our wedding theme and budget. We were honestly probably there for two hours trying to figure things out and not once did they rush us! Also, they throw in some extras for you! I have gone back a few times and not only do they remember my name, but my fiance's name as well. We will probably use them for some other items that we need such as favors and rentals. Our invitations came and they are beautiful! Please use them!! You will NOT be sorry!

I am currently now in the process of working with Fairy Tale Affairs and am extremely happy. My soon to be sister-in-law had found Tracey and got her engagement party invites along with other amazing things, and they came out beautiful so my fiance and I decided to go to her for our invitations as well. Tracey took the time to sit with us and our mothers the first time we went in for about 3 hours, looking through different invitations and broaches and bows trying to mix everything up to be our perfect invitation. After we ordered them and decided on fonts and wording, I started second guessing certain things and Tracey had me come in to sit with her again and went over every little detail from the beginning to make sure I was 100% comfotable with the invitation I picked out. She made me feel so comfortable and confident with the layout of everything and I can't wait to get the final product. We also rented the seating board from them and it is absolutely stunning! I love working with Fairy Tale Affaird and would recommend them to every bride!

It was truly a pleasure working with Tracy and her amazing staff. I wish I would have gotten my wedding invitations from them.

When I first spoke to Tracy by phone, she asked that I bring in a photo of my wedding dress and my wedding invitation. Tracy sat with me for three hours, as we discussed my vision of a shabby chic, vintage style wedding. I ordered my church programs, menus, seating board, money envelope cake box and beautiful table numbers. I even rented a gorgeous white wagon for my 1 year old flower girl to be wheeled down the church aisle. These little extras truly made my wedding vintage and fabulous.

Tracy and her staff are experts and I look forward to working them again!

I recently got married in August. I went to fairy tale affairs to get my wedding invitations. I found the most gorgeous wedding invitations and so many more things there to make my wedding absolutely amazing! The invitations went out and I got so many amazing compliments on the invitations. I was told they were gorgeous and elegant and that everyone couldn't wait for the wedding. They say the invitation is one of the most important things when planning a wedding. The invitation was the perfect introduction to what the night was goig to be like..... As I continued to work closely with everyone at fairy tale affairs I found so many amazing things which they made for me for my wedding day. I got my gorgeous menus printed and thank you scrolls. Everyone said they were simply beautiful! People told
Me they never saw anything so amazing. I continued to get to know the staff closely at fairy tale affairs and knew I was working with the most amazing group of wedding planners . Everyone is so much fun there and they put you at total ease for your big day! Everyone knows how stressful the big day can be!!! I ordered the most amazing wagons that my flower girl and ring boy went down the aisle in and they made perfect gifts for them afterwards. I also hired fairy tale affairs to be my day of wedding coordinators. They put me at ease and made sure my day was the best day of my life. I begin to cry when I think about how amazing my day was.... I owe alot of that to fairy tale affairs!!! You all are amazing and made my day perfect!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! I look forward to workig wih everyone in the near future for hopefully one day my children's parties and family parties. They have everything you need or want for the big day!!! I recently just got married and I must say that my experience with Fairy Tale Affairs was beyond EXCEPTIONAL! From the moment I walked through the door the staff not only made me feel welcomed but accomodated to every need. At firsrt my intention was to go in and only order invitations however, I was so pleased with my experience I decided to order linens, my seating chart, table numbers, envelope holder, cake topper and use the day of coordination services. I was so pleased with the beautiful outcome of my invitations that my mom also ordered my shower favors and a personalized shadow box for me as well. My guests til this day can't stop talking and raving about how beautiful and exquiste my invitations were. From beginning to end they helped me execute my vision for my dream wedding and everything came out beautifully. I can honestly say that I totally disagree with the 1 bad review given to this PRESTIGOUS company. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgible and go far and beyond to accomodate ones every need. Without a doubt I will surely return to Fairy Tale Affairs for all future events because my overall experience with them was PHENOMENAL! My advice to those looking for a place that is like no other is to go to Fairy Tale Affairs because there is no competition and you will surely be happy!

I have used Fairytale Affairs for my engagement party and for my wedding. I just want to say that I could not of picked a better company than Fairytale Affairs. They made my wedding everything I wanted it to be. They are great and I highly recomend them. I used them for everything from invitations to Day of Coordinators and everything in between. My invitations came out great, everyone commented on how beautiful they were. They were more than accomadating when I had to change my venue and my wedding date on my invitations. The staff at Fairytale treated me and my husband like family and always made time for us every time we walked into the store, Also having them as my Day of Coordinators made my wedding day stress free, they took care of everything for me. Every now and then I still go by Fairytales just to say hi because they have become like family, I am looking forward to using them for my daughters sweet sixteen and any other special event that comes up in the near future.

I got my invitations and my seating chart board from Fairy Tale Affairs and they were wonderful to work with. Everything came out perfect and the staff is very nice, I highly recommend them for anything you need for your wedding because they have other stuff besides invitations.

My family had used them for my bridal shower and had a great experience. The quality was nice and they were able to accommodate within a short notice. We also used them for our wedding, the wrapping is an extra charge but they have really nice selection of wrapping paper and color options. It's really nice to have someone else do these time consuming tasks and they were great with service. They are pretty pricey, but if you are looking for someone to do the wrapping PERFECTLY they are your girls!

I used Fairy Tale for my invitations, chair bows & napkins. They're pricey but we had a great experience. The only negative was that our chair bows all slid down the chair. Our invitations were gorgeous!

This place was helpful when it came to doing our invitations. The wording of the invitation was difficult for my fiancée and I and they were helpful to come up with solutions. They were easy going and didn't pressure us to sign a contract. They understood the vision I wanted and was quick with the proofs.

A few hiccups, but good in the end!

We had a few hiccups throughout our planning process with Fairy Tale Affairs, but in the end the owner worked to make everything right with us. The invitations were exactly as we wanted to fit our Rustic Elegant theme! Our guests didn't stop raving about our beautiful & different the invitations were. We also had custom menus made through FTA & they were a beautiful added touch to our wedding reception.

All seemed to be going really well and we received a call from Fairy Tale Affairs that our invitation were ready for pick up. We were surprised because it was February and Fairy Tale Affairs knew our wedding was in September. I’m assuming that they do this to get paid and move on to the next client. Being that we were really excited to see the finished product we went to Fairy Tale Affairs a few days later to pick up the finished product. We paid Dezi a little over 3K for the wedding invitations (1K was paid for the save the dates two months prior) and we went home to unwind from a long day at work. While lounging on my sofa and skimming through Instagram I see my wedding invitation. I thought I was going to be sick, in the picture another bride had copied my exact wedding invitations to the T, and Fairy Tale Affairs displayed it for all of social media to see. I emailed Fairy Tale Affairs telling them that I just left their store and was really upset with their post. Dezi replied back to me saying it was just a coincidence they posted the picture ten minutes after I picked up my invitations that I should be flattered another bride copied my invitations, and that they would not take down the photo because the bride requested that they post it. Apparently Fairy Tale Affairs has no loyalty to their brides and sees nothing wrong with sharing your personal invitations with other brides to copy, an then post it all over social media so your family and friends can see it before the original creator of the invitation gets a chance to send it out. If you’re a bride who is personable and private this is not the right place for wedding invitations, so don’t make the same mistake I did.

beware! these people are Crooks. They took our money and never righted their wrong. And unfortunately our favors are still joked about by family and friends who embarrassingly attempted to use the cheese plate we purchased only to have it break/crack in pieces on the 1st try. What a sham. We spent nearly $3k on favors of which the wrapping was wrong the favor we had originally ordered was not the same one we received we returned the leftover favors we had never got reimbursed for our troubles nor did we get reimbursed for the product we returned back to you; & the cherry on the cake-my wife's original review was taken down. Disgraceful. It all started when we received the call to pick up our favors, i picked up, When my wife checked them out I immediately knew something was wrong. The wrapping was completely different than what we had ordered. The next morning we returned to the store after a call to let them know. We show the girl behind the counter. She made a phone call and here was their response. "Oh well the bows and wrapping that are actually on here are more expensive than what you ordered, and hey will offer this to you at no additional cost". WHAT?!? CAN YOU BELIEVE THE ARROGANCE?!? We clearly explained that what we received was not what we ordered & wanted it fixed. The girl behind the counter reassured us that it would be fixed and they would give us a call as soon as they were done noting that our wedding was in few days. Then my wife received a phone call letting us know that the paper we had ordered was out of stock and that they had something similar and would not be able to tell a difference. This was a lie when we picked up, the wrapping was 2 different shades. We let it go! After our wedding we opened a box, and again, all wrong. This was not what we paid for. When we showed Theresa, her answer was , oh the manufacturer discontinued the 1 you picked! WHAT? They still had the original on their website. We were told we would get $back,never happened

I just wanted to make sure I got the word out. Fairy Tale Affairs in Massapequa has been a total nightmarte! From the start, the experience was chaotic. \r\n\r\nA young girl helped me and about 20 other customers at the same time one Saturday morning in April. I felt bad for the girl becuse she was literally running around trying to accomodate everyone, but there were too many people and only she and the owner running the show. It took me 2 1/2 hours to complete my wedding invitation order because I was being helped in 5 minute increments because there were too many customers and not enough help. \r\n\r\nI had to return to the store to approve my prints when it came in. I wasn\'t told originally that I would have to treck back to the store to do this, so when the owner called and I sked if it could be emailed (because I have dealt with other invitation companies that email them) I was icily told no. I have to say, being warm and friendly goes a long way and I was not feeling the love. When I arrived to approve the proof, I was told that the young girl was let go for making too many mistakes (well, duh - the place was crazy!) and that parts of my order weren\'t right. Long story short, it was rectified, but of course I ended up paying more money. Turns out I needed different envelopes for my color scheme and I was never charged for the caligraphy I thought I had originally paid for.\r\n\r\nNow we get to the caligraphy. Mind you, everytime I called this place, thre owner sounded like a disgruntled employee who hates her job. When I got in touch with the owner to find out about sending in a final list to go to the caligrapher, she was icy and matter-of-fact when she told me that the process took a two weeks and offered no help when I said I was hoping to get my invitations out the next week. A week later, and already slightly behind my original schedule, the owner called to say the laser caligraphy machine broke and they no longer provide the service. She did give me the name and number of a calligrapher to use. However, I had to call this other person and coordinate, pay, and pick up from her business myself. OK fine, whatever. Amazingly, the calligrapher turned out to be wonderful. Everything turned out perfect; however, my invitations went out two weeks late.\r\n\r\nNow we get to eveything else. My mom (good bless her heart) wanted to hire the owner for a day of coordinator. We also ordered linens, candies, a cake topper, and a place card board from here. A couple of weeks after the initial order of the candies was placed, my mom called to say we had to cancel the order because our catering facility did not allow outside food. So now we lost our deposit on that, even though the order was cancelled in June and my wedding was in October. The owner claimed she had to put a deposit in with the 3rd party candy people. RIGHT. Mind you, my mom gave the owner more money than needed up front, which is always a terrible idea. \r\n\r\nWe had to cancel the linens because I changed my color scheme. The prices were astronomical, and any dilligent bride-to-be can find linens much cheaper online to buy for the price to rent here. (PS - I ended using Table Wraps in Plainview/Syosset and they were AMAZING!)\r\n\r\nThe owner got incrasingly annoyed with the cancellations, even though she now just got a whole bunch of money for doing nothing. By this point I had it - and cancelled the owner as my \"day of coordintor\" because I couldn\'t see putting up with her attitude and unprofessionalism any longer.\r\n\r\nI called a week and half before my wedding to get measurements for my guest list board because I had to find a frame. She did not have the measurements and did not offer to help me get them. I had to wait until the Wednesday before my wedding, when I went to pick up the item to be able to shop for a frame. \r\n\r\nTo top it all off, THE OWNER LEFT ME A BIZARRE VOICEMAIL this week. So strange. \r\n\r\nWhat\'s very interesting, something that small businesses always forget, is that for the money you don\'t return to a customer when they are unhappy costs way more than the actual money. You have succedded in thoughroughly annoying the original customer so that they never return, and now they\'re going to tell all their friends. So, here you go friends. I just wanted everyone to know.

I walked in the other day and was not even acknowledged. There were two sales people who could've helped, and neither lifted their head. This is the type of place you need assistance, you can't start looking at invitations yourself. I waited around for someone to come assist me, and nothing. I left and still no acknowledgment. POOR customer service. I will certainly NOT be using them for anything
