  10 Reasons Why Colleen and FGM are the best wedding planners and coordinators!!!

  1) From the very beginning, Colleen gave a sense of trust and calmness that was much needed with our multi-day wedding week.
  
  2) She is exceptionally organized and kept us on track with minute to minute detailed timelines on each event day.
  
  3) We did not have to worry about reaching out to vendors to coordinate timing, set up, take down, positioning etc.
  
  4) Colleen prioritized food for my wife and I at each event. Even if it meant sneaking us a plate (+ cocktails!) in a private room away from the event :)
  
  5) Any time we mentioned Colleen’s name in town, each vendor said we are lucky. And we see why.
  
  6) Colleen made it incredibly easy to communicate with her. Whether it was email, text or phone call, she was there to answer our questions.
  
  7) She was an excellent mediator between all parties when we had to make tough decisions.
  
  8) FGM‘s team on the wedding day were crucial to manage our 500+ guests.
  
  9) Colleen’s touch and input for decor and details helped make our vision come to life.
  
  10) She is the sweetest, most hard working, and diligent wedding coordinator out there. Any couple would be lucky to have Colleen and her team be a part of their wedding.

  The Best Day!

  Fairy godmother is aptly named because that is truly what they are! I felt so relieved once I finally booked with them and started working with Miranda. She knew exactly what to do and how to organize the day to keep everything on track. Rain was forecasted for our wedding day and Miranda gathered tent proposals, worked with the venue, and helped make our day perfect. You will be in good hands! They are true wedding and event planning professionals.

  Excellent customer service, making dreams come true!

  Ashleigh From Fairy Godmother did an AMAZING job at my aunts 90th birthday! Everything went smoothly and looking amazing! She went above and beyond and even happily accommodated, last-minute requests! Everyone was stunned how great everything came out!

  If I could give any piece of advice to a newly engaged couple planning their wedding, it’s HIRE A PLANNER! Not just any planner, hire Colleen and her amazing team at Fairy Godmother Inc. No matter how involved you want to be in your wedding, you can’t be everywhere at once. Especially, as the bride.   Couldn’t have done it without her💕

  It was the best not having to worry about a thing on my wedding day! If anything came up Brooke stepped right in and took care of it. Everything was set up to perfection and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I just got to enjoy my day!

  Fairy Godmother was outstanding! They were so easy to work with and alway prepared! They treated us like family and this beautiful day won’t have able to happen without them! I wish I could plan another wedding with them but I am out of daughters! Highly recommend them for any party or even!

  Absolutely thrilled with the level of service we received! Having a small-ish backyard wedding, my fiance was hesitant to hire a coordinator, but I pushed for it and I am so glad we did! Fairy Godmother Inc. covered all of the little details so we wouldn't have to do it ourselves or ask family and friends to do it. We just wanted our guests to enjoy the day without asking them to do us little favors along the way and Colleen and her crew covered everything so we wouldn't have to put that on anyone else. Even if you are having a small wedding, I cannot express to you how important it is to have someone organized, professional, and talented like Colleen to help make your day perfect! You NEED a Fairy Godmother!

  Hiring Colleen was the best decision I ever made about my wedding. I was planning on doing it myself but ended up hiring her. Colleen knew I was overwhelmed the moment I talked to her but, she helped ease my stress. She was there every step of the way and I couldn’t be more grateful for everything she did for me. My mom can be the most complicated person to deal with but Colleen was willing to be the bad guy and was on the phone with me telling me it was my day and that was all that mattered. She is the most sweetest and thoughtful person to have by your side on your big day. If you are looking for an event coordinator for any event, she is the person to hire, you will not regret it. I couldn’t thank her enough, she made my wedding day dreams come true.

  The best ever!

  Colleen and her team stepped into weeks before my brothers events and handled everything wonderfully! She handled any issues with ease and with a huge smile on her face! My family and I were able to spend some quality time with each other and were able to tend to our guests from overseas as well. I would not recommend hiring anyone else except Fairy Godmother and team!

  Working with Colleen and Cassandra from Fairy Godmother was wonderful! They were very professional, sweet and super creative/artistic! I loved everything about my wedding, it turned out perfect! They helped make sure everything ran smoothly and answered my millions of questions along the way! I would choose them over and over again! They are the best!

  I am a wedding photographer and was working closely with Colleen! She was a dream to work with! She was able to help adjust the clients timeline in order to get the perfect lighting for sunset photos which I was very thankful for! She even went over the top to help plan a special surprise get away car for the bride & groom. On the wedding day, she was on top of EVERYTHING and kept the day running smoothly. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a wedding planner and am looking forward to working with her in the future! Thank you for all your hard work and expertise!

  Colleen was the wedding planner for a very large wedding at our Venue in February and I must say she was a dream to work with! Colleen was very organized and prompt in getting me all of the information I needed for the wedding. On the wedding day her and her team were so professional and they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was just as the bride wanted.   Anne was the best wedding day management “planner” she saved the day with so many tips and tricks. when we needed more plates they went and purchased more plates it was phenomenal!   Anne was the best wedding day management “planner” she saved the day with so many tips and tricks. when we needed more plates they went and purchased more plates it was phenomenal!   The best experience ever, everything turned out very nice.

  Where do I start off, I want to start of by thanking Sara and the whole team for making my sisters wedding extra special. Sara was very nice and attentive with my sister at all times from helping her dressed to making sure she was okay at all times. Sara and the whole team were very professional and on time with everything, for the first time I can say I really enjoyed a family event thanks to the fairy godmother. Thank you so much for making this experience a memorable day. I will definitely recommend the Fairy Godmother and her team to other people.

  Amazing event planner

  I can’t say enough great things about Colleen Baur and the team at Fairy Godmother. As the mother of the bride and a person who has helped plan a number of other weddings I knew I needed a team to enable me to relax and truly enjoy our day. Colleen and her team were easy to work with and helpful throughout the process. The attention to detail and prompt responses to all of my questions made planning a breeze. The day of the ceremony was so relaxing and I was able to enjoy every special moment with my daughter and family. We feel like we have left with new friends. If I had to do it all again I would definitely hire Colleen Bauer and the staff at Fairy Godmother.

  Couldn’t have done it with Fairy Godmother!

  I don’t even know where to begin, my entire wedding planning experience was kind of unfortunate from the start. However it was an amazing experience to have Miss Brooke as my FG because she had my back ever step of the process from when I had issues with my venue or vendors, to needing a listening ear to vent to during the two year engagement we ended up having. Which is a long time to be working with a person, I do feel that Brooke and I became very close and I would say have a great friendship and I would definitely work with her and the company again for another event.
  In general this is a great company and recommend them to those looking for a event coordinator.

  The most magical team, and the greatest people

  Colleen, Rachel, and her team made this entire wedding experience better than I could ever have imagined. Not only did they decorate, plan, and make the day look beautiful, but they were the most supportive, honorable, trusting team. I would never have trusted our wedding in the hands of anybody else.
